I need to raise a complaint against the AXIS Bank located at Palam, New Delhi. Today I went to the branch to open my savings account. The branch manager was so rude, he denied to open my account in his branch. I am using SBI account from past 5-6 years. Wanted to get associated with AXIS Bank, but the branch manger just didn't find me appropriate for his branch. According to him AXIS Bank chooses its customers. Its is not opened to everybody. He additionally stated that no "TOM DICK HARRY" can come up and open account. Such an unprofessional and rude behavior. I am so upset and angry with this kind of behavior. I want to raise complaint against this Branch manager. Just because of these kind of Mangers AXIS Bank is loosing its reputation and customers.     I am rahul desai from rajkot. I have a axis bank credit card and i am new in axis bank so I have forgotten my password ans i have call to customer care with my register mobile number and i told to customer care executive I have done two attempts and now 3rd is last then my card will be block but that person said no sir try it again it wont block so i have done and my card is blocked now and now customer care executive not response and said it will be activate after 2 hours. i am suffering coz of this issue kindly take it serious and take any action .

      HI This to register complaints regarding the Axis Bank is charging as consolidated DP chargers without giving any notification to customers. If going to branch also to close this account, they are saying this cannot be done in this brand you have to go to some other branch like that. That too this is 3rd time they are charging for the same and each time they are deducting 740 rs from my account. It's bank responsibility to intimate to the customer who is holding account in their bank. Without informing deducting money is a fraudulent activity which is not acceptable.

        I called axis bank to check account balance in my gift card. The executive had very very less patience. I asked him to read out the balance remaining one more time and he started speaking to me in Hindi reading out the balance in Hindi. The tone was so high and insulting. Thank god I don't bank with axis. It was just a one time loaded prepaid card I had it from axis. Instead of spending so much on advertising, I suggest axis to work on building their staff to assist the customer and train them that they are in their job to serve the customers and not shoo-them-away

          Hello.! this is Ajmal Bhat. I am not your bank customer but i tried to withdraw 10000 rupees from your axis bank atm on 16th april at JP nagar branch Bangalore India.However it showed transaction declined but 10000 rupees had been already debited from my account. I tied to withdraw amount through my j&k bank debit card which i am holding. After transaction declined i contact to my branch which is in Kashmir and they sent an Email to Jpnagar.[protected]@axisbank.com regarding that transaction but unfortunately they are not responding, even though they are taking ages to reply back. it has been already so long so its an humble request please pay your kind attention towards the above mentioned fact.                       I asked a personal loan for 50, 000 however I do understand that every bank gave minimum of 1.lakh so I told that person to check if I eligible for that loan and he didn't told me that I am not eligible and without my permission he processed the loan for 2.10, 000 never the less due to some problem I used that amount and the installments were fine too...now I have used the amount so I have to pay it... the amount emi 5135 got debited from my account in November December 2014 than in January 2015... than again the same person called me and said "sir you are eligible for the 2, 00, 000 loan amount and you have to pay 3200 " I told him that I don't have it now as I paid my jan-2015 emi...however I asked him on 1 feb-15 that if he can take 3200 and process my file for the loan again however I told him that if he is sure than only take the money and process the application and he said that 100% it will be done and I gave him the money on 2 feb-15 which was my biggest mistake...i told him that I am going through to some financial crisis and if he can't process the application do tell me and return the money and I also told him that I an giving him the money from my emi so I need it back by 10 feb-15...however I didn't get the notification not he didn't called me and I missed my installment...now I missed the installment 2 time in march 2015... due to some financial problems... now I am facing the problem with the bank... Nov Dec Jan I got the notification on every 10 that my emi has been debited however from the month of March I didn't get the notification and my emi has not been deducted on 10...I have checked my bank account and found that the money was in the account from 10 March till 15 th March however as I have to support my family I withdraw the amount from the bank and after some time I got the call from the bank that I missed the payment... I paid them the cash as the bank people comes with the lawyer to my place... again that happens in the April month and same with the may month... now can anyone help me with this...as bank already charged the ECS return charges in spite deducting the emi... I have a proof that the money was in the bank from the march till may and the money was in the account post 10 even...than how come the emi can be failed... please help on the same...

                        Most Untrustable bank. This bank is deducting money from lakhs of customers on the name of DMAT account, eventhought they didnt use it. It is a smart way of cheating people. Folks please dodnt go for axis as your choice. They doesnt have any right to deduct money with out any notification. This is absolutely rediculous from their side. This will definetily effects reputaion of the bank.

                          Dear sir Mere pass axis bank is cradit card hai jiska card no [protected] iska due amount 385000 hai .mera business me mujhe bahut lose hua hai jis wajah se mai paymenta aabhi nahe kar paa raha tha.Maine bank se kuch aur time maanga but bank me time nahe soya. Bank se ak recovery agent phone kar ke dhamki deta hai ke ham log tumko uthwa ( kidnap ) le ge aur kidne sale karke paisa lege. Bank ke recovery agent ne kaha ke ghar me jo maa ka gahna hai usko bech ke paisa do .axis bank is tarah se galat behavi kar raha hai mere sath.

                            respecte sir muje card leke 2 sal hua hai aur jinhone muje card diya hai usne mujhe bataya tha k 1 lak tak aap isme kabi bi witdraw kar sakte ho aur 1lac ki shopping karb sakte ho aur ye paise 45 day ke andar pay karna hota hai aur agar 45 days ke upar jata hai to aapko charges plus extra dand lagta hai aur 45 day tak aapko koi charge nahi lagega jabse muje card diya tab se ab takmu je pin code number nahi diya gaya tha aaj date 17/05/2015 ko maine customer care me call kiya aur wapas is credit card ke bare me janakari lena chaha to mr samir shinde ne uskew bare me janakri di k jab aap paise withdraw karoge to uske 2 prakar ke charges lagenge aur aap koi kharidi karte ho 18 tarikh ko aap ko bill generate hoga aur aate 8 tarikh tak aap ko pay karna hota hai to sir ye jo muje malumat di hai card lete samay aur muje card lete samay fasaya gaya hai zuti maumat deke aise aur kitno ko fasaya gaya hai uski malumat de un karamchariyo pe legally action liya jaye aur nahi hua to ye matter mai mananiy nyayalay me leke jaunga iske bad puri jawabdari aap ki hogi sanjay r dubey [protected]

                              Hello, I had closed my account with Axis bank and they paid the remaining amount in my account that stands at Rupees 95. I somehow lost the cheque and finally when it resurfaced, it had expired. I called the customer care to know the procedure to re-issue it and they said it is not possible. I am not sure if Axis bank can actually keep my amount with them because I didn't withdraw it. In case it was a cheque from an individual, the procedure could be to get it re-issued from him and I assume the same should be valid for banks.

                                my loan a/c no.PPR[protected], given a part payment of rs 43, 400 on 30/04/2015, from that amount 36, 479 was adjusted in my loan a/c.the rest amount 3, 400 was credited in to my saving a/c the remaining balance was adjusted as EMI, but on 06/04/2015, emi was again debited from my a/c .I request you to take necessary action to refund my amount

                                  I applied for Personnal loan in Indiranagar branch(Bangalore). I got the regular call from the bank person asking me to submit the required documents. I had already informed them that i had black n white photo, as well as my photo on PAN-CARD is not clear, and is it possible to process the loan with that. The person replied it is OK for them and they sent the representative to collect the document to my office. Since after that no call came from them. I myself had called them after 2days, it was then they informed me that no black n white photo are allowed. I again submitted my photo to that concerned person. An verification call came through the bank on the next day. After that no information i got from the bank. Again the next day i called to that reponsible person asking the status of my loan. They replied that the photo in my PAN-CARD is not visible. So i submitted the ADHAR CARD for that proof. Again no response from them and after couple of days a person called me to submit the FORM16 insteadof PAN-CARD. After 3days i called them, the person informed that my loan application is in-progress and need not worry about that. To my surprise, a rejection of Loan letter came tio my residence on the very next day. I called to the person and they lavishly saying my CIBEL score is not good and thats the reason for rejection. Sir, can you please tell me, Is this the way a reputed bank will treat the customer? Why no prior information has been transfered to the customer? Why the document verification can be done at the first time of my documents submission? Why some of the bank persons doesn't follow the process(like acceptance of black and white photo) when it is not needed? Is it fare that the customer should wait for 3weeks, to know the status of loan? I almost skipped many meetings in my office (to collect the signature verification, taking printouts, waiting for your persons arrival). Is this is fare fro your side? Is this the value you will show to your customer? Since i need the fund urgently for medical expenditure, i had submitted all the documents more than 3times, but why your bank persons show the Negligence? I would have not been worried even if my loan is rejected. But giving the hope and later skipping it is not fare. I am looking forward to you to make some disiplinary action against the concerned persons. May be the other customers should not wait and suffer as me.

                                    I have opened a RD in the bank for which every month automatically the money should have deducted from my account but it never happend, inspite of making too many calls to the customer care and going to the bank directly nothing worked out, later the customer care told that that the money will not be refund if i close the RD though it was the bank mistake they have not deducted money every from the account and at a time i have to pay the full premium.

                                      Respected Sir, I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transaction made against my Axis Bank My Choice Credit Card[protected]).On 14.05.15, I received a call from mobile no. [protected] on my personal no. [protected] at around 03:54 P.M that your credit card limit has been increased by 30% and also avail 15% cash back offer for every purchase from your credit card. And then I got 3 consecutive SMS of 2000 Rs each transaction from my credit card number. I received a call from Axis Bank Fraud Control Unit From Mumbai no. around 04:15 PM afternoon, they asked sir have you made any transaction today ? .. I replied i am at work and i haven’t used my credit card today for any type of transaction. He told me that from your credit card 3 fraud Internet transactions of total amount Rs 6000 has been made today between 04:05 - 04:15 PM. He also told me he has blocked my Axis Bank Credit card. He told me that he is mailing Fraud transactions detail with dispute form. He adviced me to fill up the form, file FIR or complaint in local police station and send All scanned documents to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com. This is really disappointing, I am using Axis Bank Credit from a long time. This leads really bad effect of Axis Bank card on me and all customers of Axis Bank. All the transactions are something IT related so it can easily track. I want detail of each transaction..who has done and from where this fraud happen ??                                         Hi, My name is ANKUSH S TULE working in Flexisales pune & had opened a salary A/c with Axis bank wanawadi branch. In my welcome kit i got 2 different A/c no. 1] [protected] as reimbursement A/c 2] [protected] as salary A/c My salary is credited in reimbursement A/c on 7th May 2015 & this A/c has been debit freeze & I'm not able to withdraw cash by any mode. I visited Axis bank 8 to10 time to resolve my issue but I'm very dissappionted with the service i got & still my issue has not been resolved. Through out my A/c opening process I was in contact with Mr. Tapas Barik ( Assistant Manager Corporate salary group) Wanawadi branch & his Manager Mr. Himanshu. For getting help to resolve my issue I'm trying to get in contact with both Mr. Tapas & Mr. Himanshu but they are not receiving my calls despite trying 70-80 times. I'm facing this problem since last 7 days & visiting branch everyday to get my problem solved. I request u to take strict action against Mr. Tapas & his Manager Himanshu & do needfull to resolve my problem. Please revert back ASAP.
