I applied for Personnal loan in Indiranagar branch(Bangalore). I got the regular call from the bank person asking me to submit the required documents. I had already informed them that i had black n white photo, as well as my photo on PAN-CARD is not clear, and is it possible to process the loan with that. The person replied it is OK for them and they sent the representative to collect the document to my office. Since after that no call came from them.
I myself had called them after 2days, it was then they informed me that no black n white photo are allowed.
I again submitted my photo to that concerned person. An verification call came through the bank on the next day. After that no information i got from the bank. Again the next day i called to that reponsible person asking the status of my loan. They replied that the photo in my PAN-CARD is not visible. So i submitted the ADHAR CARD for that proof. Again no response from them and after couple of days a person called me to submit the FORM16 insteadof PAN-CARD.
After 3days i called them, the person informed that my loan application is in-progress and need not worry about that.
To my surprise, a rejection of Loan letter came tio my residence on the very next day. I called to the person and they lavishly saying my CIBEL score is not good and thats the reason for rejection.
Sir, can you please tell me, Is this the way a reputed bank will treat the customer?
Why no prior information has been transfered to the customer?
Why the document verification can be done at the first time of my documents submission?
Why some of the bank persons doesn't follow the process(like acceptance of black and white photo) when it is not needed?
Is it fare that the customer should wait for 3weeks, to know the status of loan?
I almost skipped many meetings in my office (to collect the signature verification, taking printouts, waiting for your persons arrival). Is this is fare fro your side?
Is this the value you will show to your customer?
Since i need the fund urgently for medical expenditure, i had submitted all the documents more than 3times, but why your bank persons show the Negligence?
I would have not been worried even if my loan is rejected. But giving the hope and later skipping it is not fare.
I am looking forward to you to make some disiplinary action against the concerned persons. May be the other customers should not wait and suffer as me.
