I have one saving account with you since seven years and also linked on FD and credit card which detail given below .

Suddenly i got a massage from you, your FD mature on date 12/05/2015 but i had given instruction for auto renew, kindly explain how had possible.
I am 870 k.m. away from the base branch and i visited your nearest branch Raikot Moga cluster (Punjab) but they said that we could not help your query, query solved by base branch only .
My Fd has neither renew nor payment in my account which cause is it.
I am trying many time to base branch on given contact no[protected] but not respond in manner.
My account has been debit balance in Rs. 6500 (Approx ) which were debit card charges, QAB charges, AMB charges and Demat charges.
As per RBI kyc guide line- account opened before 2009 re-kyc should done in all accounts but no any your bank offical contact me for same.
I had contacted your Sitapur branch for closing my account in 2012 and your branch take request and said account would be closed than i asked them and what about my FD than they said FD paid in DD or MC than i had comfort with your response.
I am not using your debit card, account and demat account since 4-5 years than why claiming charges, i have no any information or communication from your end for charges, address change, mobile change and mail id change.
In seven years i had posted in three state and various location, Nearest Axis bank of my work area was 150 k.m at two location so i was unable to access your services but apart that bank had not tried to contact to me for any query .
Kindly reverse my charges than i will continue banking with you otherwise please closed my all relation like credit card, account etc.
