I have transferred 2000 great britain pounds from my HSBC (UK) bank account to AXIS(India) Bank account on 22 May 2015. The Money got debited on 25th May from HSBC Account but Still Axis Bank Account is not credited with the amount. Customer Care phone number is always busy to entertain any call.

          Debit meony My credit card with out any Purchase any where from[protected] to till date, but my credit cut some of Amount (2848.95/-), Why? i am Call to customer care of AXIS Bank, he told to me Case file to Police station, Why i am complaint?             I am Pradeepkumar VV, I have been approached for the personal loan in Axis bank [ loan application number- PP-LNPPG-BRE[protected]BANGLORE/15] and it is declined without a fair reason. I have been received a mail from Axis bank after submission the documents and verifications. It stating that the loan application has been rejected due to not fulfilling the general banking gaudiness. I have called to the customer care to know the exact reason for the rejection and they said that the loan application has been rejected since the “RCU unavailable to verify the Adhaar”. I have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. He has collected my e-Adhaar card instead of original Adhar and confirmed me that it is sufficient and meet the bank guideline. I asked him again since I have heard that the e-Adhaar is not sufficient in the Axis bank guidline and he confirmed it. I could not present the original Adhaar card during that time and I gave the e-adhaar card to him. I haven’t received any call from the bank side regarding documents verifications and they have declined the loan straight away. Now the bank has informed me that they cannot reopen the loan application until 3 months met. I have approached for the personal loan since I need some financial assistance in emergency.                   I HAVE OPENED SALARY ACCOUNT WITH AXIS BANK IN 2008 AND THEN I SWITCHED IT TO SAVING ACCOUNT 2014 JULY MONTH, SO I APPLIED FOR INTERNET BANKING .BUT WHEN I AM GOING TO LOGIN IT SHOWS INVALID CREDENTIALS (NO RECORD FOUND) SEVERAL TIMES .I CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS ISSUE BUT NO ANY SATISFACTORILY ANSWER IS GIVEN BY THEM.

                      The executive came to take the documents in my office on 20/5/2015, he took all the docs required for the loan. Next day he calls me at 5PM and ask for my address proff copy, i told him that I am not near to the scanner so i will send it to you 10 AM in the morning on 22/5/15. He calls me in the morning and started yelling at me for not sending the documents at 10 AM, i told him that i am reaching my office in next 10 minutes and i will send the docs at 10:30 AM. He then started yelling at me and started using some words in kanada that I dont understand. Then after all that i told him that i dont want to go through him for the loan and i want him to return all the docs that i gave him. He started yelling at me and told me "i am not your servent and i will not come to return your documents" then i disconnected the phone. I texted him stating that i need my docs today, for which he didnt reply. I called him again at 2 o'clock and he started yelling at me, and said that "I am not in Bangalore, i will not come and give your documents because I am not your servent." i Just wanted to know is this how Axis Bank executive behave with a lady...?

                          Dear Team, I have one saving account with you since seven years and also linked on FD and credit card which detail given below . Name- Ashish Srivastava A/c No-[protected] Cust id[protected] FD No-[protected] Resisted Mob-[protected] All relation with Sitapur branch (542) Suddenly i got a massage from you, your FD mature on date 12/05/2015 but i had given instruction for auto renew, kindly explain how had possible. I am 870 k.m. away from the base branch and i visited your nearest branch Raikot Moga cluster (Punjab) but they said that we could not help your query, query solved by base branch only . My Fd has neither renew nor payment in my account which cause is it. I am trying many time to base branch on given contact no[protected] but not respond in manner. My account has been debit balance in Rs. 6500 (Approx ) which were debit card charges, QAB charges, AMB charges and Demat charges. As per RBI kyc guide line- account opened before 2009 re-kyc should done in all accounts but no any your bank offical contact me for same. I had contacted your Sitapur branch for closing my account in 2012 and your branch take request and said account would be closed than i asked them and what about my FD than they said FD paid in DD or MC than i had comfort with your response. I am not using your debit card, account and demat account since 4-5 years than why claiming charges, i have no any information or communication from your end for charges, address change, mobile change and mail id change. In seven years i had posted in three state and various location, Nearest Axis bank of my work area was 150 k.m at two location so i was unable to access your services but apart that bank had not tried to contact to me for any query .                                 Hello I have applied for the personal loan on 10th May, documents collected and loan got approved on 14th May .But instead of processing on 16.25 % they processed it for 20% .Now they realized that interest rate with which they have processed is wrong . please let me know what is the exact status on this ? ? Its already 10 days over, when will I get money to my account ? Home loan gets approved earlier than this . Person name pradeep ( [protected] ) who spoke to me processing loan initially said that he will do it for 15.5 % . No response from him once that mistake happened . Now they are saying like they have reverted problem to mumbai and waiting for reply .Let me know how many days I should wait ? Please take this issue at earliest and process loan .                                     ATM located at Universal square near Warje naka, Pune is always under some problems.It never dispense cash instead gives different errors like 'unable to complete your transaction, transaction failed etc.' Kindly look into this matter as other bank's (HDFC, ICICI etc.) ATMs close to your's works perfectly fine.

                                      I have just visit at your ATM branch for cash withdraw at Amul Dairy ATM .I have enter Rs.5000/-amount for cash withdraw but i have received just Rs.4000/-only i.e.Rs.1000/- lesss.Even i have received sms for Rs.5000/- on my register mobile.That time your security is not there hence i had complain for that on help line No.[protected] at 18.25 PM.They give complain No.[protected], So once again i request you please do need full at the earliest in this matter.If you want any thing more about that, then call me on my register mobile.
