      Dear Axis Bank Customer Service,

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an extremely distressing and urgent matter regarding the severe harassment I have been enduring due to the actions of your recovery agents in relation to the overdue payment of my loan EMI.

      I would like to provide you with detailed information and evidence concerning the distressing incidents that have transpired:

      1. Excessive Calls: The recovery agents representing Axis Bank have been making an excessive number of calls to me, averaging around 200 calls per day. This overwhelming volume of calls is not only intrusive but also impairs my ability to attend to other important matters.

      2. Unauthorized Sharing of My Mobile Number: It has come to my attention that my mobile number has been shared with unauthorized entities or spam sites, leading to an influx of more than 100 calls and SMS messages. This breach of privacy is deeply concerning and has caused immense inconvenience.

      3. Unauthorized Disclosure of Personal Information: The recovery agents have also shared my mobile number with various unknown individuals, instructing them to call me and demand payment. This unauthorized sharing of personal information not only violates my privacy but also puts me at risk of further harassment.

      4. Disclosure of Confidential Information to Third Parties: I was appalled to discover that the recovery agents, in their attempts to pressure me into making payments, contacted the Sarpanch of my village and divulged detailed information about my loan. This unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is a clear violation of banking regulations and has caused significant distress to both myself and my family.

      5. Threats and Harassment: I have recently received threats from the recovery agents, who are now resorting to calling my hometown and making threats of further consequences if I do not comply with their demands. I have attached a snapshot of one such threatening message for your reference.

      6. Harassment through Phone Calls and Spam WhatsApp Messages: In addition to the excessive phone calls, I have also been subjected to constant harassment through unsolicited WhatsApp messages, containing derogatory remarks and additional threats. This continuous barrage of harassment has left me feeling vulnerable and anxious.

      I implore you to take immediate and decisive action to address this grave matter. I kindly request the following actions be taken:

      1. Cease Harassment: Axis Bank must ensure that the recovery agents immediately cease all forms of harassment, including excessive phone calls, unauthorized sharing of personal information, and harassment through WhatsApp messages.

      2. Thorough Investigation: I urge Axis Bank to conduct a thorough investigation into the actions of the recovery agents involved. It is imperative to identify those responsible for these egregious violations of privacy and take appropriate actions against them.

      3. Strengthen Security Measures: Axis Bank should review and reinforce its security measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal and confidential information. It is essential to maintain the trust and confidence of customers by safeguarding their privacy.

      4. Support and Compensation: I request that Axis Bank provide me with the necessary support and guidance to address the repercussions of this harassment. Additionally, I expect fair compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by these incidents.

      I insist on an immediate response to this email, acknowledging its receipt and providing assurance that prompt actions will be taken to rectify this situation. Furthermore, I request regular updates on the progress made in the investigation and resolution of this matter.

      Please understand the urgency of this situation and the severe emotional distress it has caused me. I have always held Axis Bank in high regard and believe that swift and decisive action will be taken to rectify these grave violations.

      Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

          I have got the same message that 885rs have been deducted. Please initiate refund axis bank. Its very illogical of deducting consumer bank account with out any prior information.

            I have a salary a/c in axis bank Pune Main Branch JM Road, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (31st May 2023) i got a sms from axis bank informing that Rs. 885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

                  My Account is debited with Rs, 1399 without my permission to ONE ASSIST serves of axis bank stating to protect debit card. But when I reached out to Axis Bank customer Care They said those services are out sourced and they cannot do anything. This is really mis use of customer information. I haven't subscribed to any One Assist services. I want money back. I would request the refund ASAP and cancel the services.

                      I opened my NRI account in Axis Branch in India five weeks ago. Provide all the required paperwork to the bank. To date, I have not received any information regarding my account. I sent few emails to Axis NRI services. No response from the bank to date. I also called several times AXIS Bank NRI services. Either they disconnect my phone or do not answer the phone.

                        I do not have any credit card of Axis bank. I called customer care and they also confirmed the same.
                        There is a credit card shown against my name in CIBIL report which has some 700+ Rs pending with 28 missed payments.
                        This has decreased my credit score and banks are denying me home loan.
                        I am attaching screenshot of cibil report of that concerned entry.
                        Please let me know how to get this resolved and update my CIBIL score.

                          I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with your bank's handling of my account. As per RBI protocol, it should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance. However, my account was turned into negative balance due to non-maintenance of minimum balance.
                          Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to maintain the minimum balance in my account for a few months. As a result, my account was turned into negative balance and I was charged a penalty.
                          I understand that your bank has a policy of charging a penalty for non-maintenance of minimum balance. However, I believe that this policy is unfair in my case. I was unable to maintain the minimum balance due to extenuating circumstances and I was not aware of the policy.
                          I have attached a copy of the RBI circular that states that banks should not turn accounts into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance. I would like you to review this circular and take appropriate action.
                          I would also like to bring to your attention the fact that my salary account was not converted to a savings account after 3 months of no salary credit. As a result, I was charged a monthly maintenance fee for a salary account that I was not using.
                          I believe that these charges are unfair and I would like you to waive them. I would also like you to ensure that my salary account is converted to a savings account so that I am not charged a monthly maintenance fee in the future.
                          I am disappointed with the way that your customer care agent has handled this matter. The agent was rude and shouted at me before disconnecting the call. I would like you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the agent.
                          I would like to resolve this matter amicably. I would like you to waive the charges that I have been charged and to ensure that my account is properly managed in the future.
                          If I do not receive a satisfactory response from you, I will be forced to raise a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman.

                            This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on April 16th, 2023 at 5:17pm of Rs. 4000 via Googlepay.
                            The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (ICICI) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 4000.

                            After so many follow-ups with the ICICI bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                            Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000
                            RRN[protected]

                            After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

                              Hi, i applied for Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card which was scheduled to reach me by 13 May vide AWB# [protected]. Till 19th of May there was no update on delivery of my card and on 20th May I got SMS that Bluedart attempted delivery but I was not available at the delivery address. it is a complete lie as i was at home the whole day and my phone was also switched on but the delivery guy never reached my address nor contacted me, he simply returned my card with fake reason and my card is now being returned back and the reason mentioned is I provided incomplete address which is again a lie as I provided the correct address.

                              I request you to please take action against Bluedart Courier Service as they never reached to my address nor contacted me and returned my Credit card citing fake reasons.

                                I got a bill on 17 March rs 5685.04march 2023 bill was due on 4 April and I paid twice from my side rs 5700 and 5685 on 4 April 2023 (rs 5700) and 5 April 2023 (rs 5685). I got billed again on 17 April 2023 rs 4095 and i paid on 5 May 2023 rs 4095. Again i got 17 May 2023 bill of rs 8728. How will come because i spend only rs 4600 approx? When i saw the statement rs 4095 bill of 17 April added here also, why? and where is my double payment amount gone who paid 4 April ( 5700, 5685 ) . Rs 5685 is the bill amount and rs 5700 extra amount. Where will adjust?

                                  I am working woman and having saving account in Axis Bank. I have receive too many calls from the bank regarding the personal loan. I have got more than 10 calls in a single day. I request them not to disturb me again and again, but they did not get it.

                                    I have a savings account in axis bank, today it got debited by an amount of 885/-, in the name of axis direct & I never applied for any demat account, thus these charges are completely unauthorized & unwanted, thus I request you to refund the deducted amount.
