On 28/04/2023 i got a phone call from an unknown number claiming to be a representative of axis bank. She was enquiring about whether i have received my new credit card or not. Later she herself provided me all the details of my new credit card. She was telling that i will be awarded reward points on my credit card and for that she had sent me an otp both on sms and email (Email id - secure. [protected]@axisbank.com). On denying to provide the otp she kept me busy on the call and later i received email and sms that amount has been spent on my credit card. This happened 4 times and 4 times i received email and sms that amount has been spent from my credit card. Then i blocked my credit card online and contacted axis bank customer care. As per them 2 transactions have failed and 2 transactions (Amounting 18k and 15k) have been spent on nobroker technologie. I even raised a service request with them and was provided a request id[protected].
Request you to please take necessary action against the fraudsters and help me get my money back.

    Brn pytm deduction

    You have deducted INR 9425 from my account without any prior intimation/notice. Looking at this thread it says it is related to credit card payment ... if there is any late payment fee that would be between 500-1000 ... is this correct? To be debited that huge amount without any prior information

    This is officialy looting money?

    Resolve this asap ...

    I have two accounts in axis bank and I got a notification letter dated on 12/10/2022 via speed post - 24366.
    Regards Unique customer identification code for all your relationship cluster ID[protected].
    I have contacted my nearest Mall Road, Shakti colony, axis bank Mr. Mahadev (M.no...[protected]) and submit recommend documents since more than one month. But they are not resolve my problem.
    Please do the needful.

    Hi My Name is Nagaraju from Hyderabad.

    I have been serving as Axis bank customer from past 10 years.
    So they approached me 2 years back to take Tata AIG health insurance. And they promised like flat premium (14489 Rs) upto the age of 55 years and mentioned in broacher also,
    So based on my finance situation and future plan, i have taken the policy and completed 2 years successfully.
    Now in coming week the policy have renewal date. So now they called me and updating like policy rate was increased by Tata Aig so if you want to continue pay 18114Rs or we have new policy with 13500rs. You can take this new policy and start as fresh.
    Where am loosing my seniority.
    But here am not sure why they promised to customer (even it is clearly mentioned in broacher as well see in attachment) and now they are cheating and throwing ball to Tata AIG.
    I did not take policy directly from Tata AIG. It is completely customized policy by Aixs. Without having future plan Aixs promised to customer ?
    Here Aixs completely cheating their customers and making them to choose other policy where customer are loosing their benefits.
    Where I contacted with RM and other guys they are also not having complete knowledge and not giving proper reason why the promise was broken..
    Like this Axis is cheating how many members?. is it correct way of treating their valuable customers ?

          Please block my number from your company my number is[protected] because you call me 6 to 7 times in a single day and I am very harassed from your company I don't want any type of loan and credit card from a company please block my number.

              I have a savings account no [protected] in Axis Bank and I closed the bank account three months back and they told that I get my balance by cheque after 10 days to my Aadhar Card linked address and now its been three months and nothing came and I also wrote to nodal officer no response from him either.

                  Hi,
                  recently on 6th of april i got a message from axis bank regarding deduction of 885 rs from my bank account as some Axis direct charge which i didn't initiated neither i know about Axis direct...there customer service is very pathetic..
                  when i complaint about that through mail(i.e. [protected]@axisdirect.in) they asked me to share registered mail even when i was sending mail from registered mail id also they are asking me Demat account number .. since i did not initiated the charges and i also do not have any demat account how can i share... they are replying same to every mail i sent may be computer generated mail to mail them from registered mail and provide the Demat account.
                  i request axis bank to refund my hard earned money..

                    Hi,

                    I do receive multiple IVR calls everyday starting from 79, 522, 80 etc from Axis bank . Its a real torture and dont see a way to stop. Blocking multiple numbers doesn't help. Real nuisance and request your action on this.

                      This is to inform you that without customer confirmation one Assist Service activated & amount deducted Rs.2199.00 on date 24/03/23

                      on the same day I complained to customer care to cancel the service and refund the amount.
                      we receive request no.[protected] and it will be resolved by 12th April.

                      I contact nearest branch also, they told to call customer care, i am totally hopeless

                      But now I got message that request no.[protected] is resolve but amount not refund Rs.2199.00

                      My request to review this and refund my amount Rs.2199.00

                        I opened a digital current account with bank.
                        You have to deposit min. amt when you open the account itself.
                        I deposited more to be safe.
                        Within 20 days they deducted rs. 1000 plus gst charges stating 'Consolidated Charges'.
                        I deposited 4000 more thinking if they deduct more so my balance can be maintained.
                        When next day of deduction of charges i went to
                        a branch near me to ask about charges, bank official said
                        wait for 7 days to know for what the charges are. (So if I close account after 14 days they can deduct closing account charges).
                        I waited for 10 days. After 10 days I called to customer care officer and asked about what are the charges for?
                        He said it is for non-maintenance.
                        First of all how can they deduct non-maintenance charges even not a month completed of account opening.
                        Secondly, I had manintained the balance. I had statement in front of me. I said him that I have my statement with me
                        and I can see the balance is mantained throughly till date. How can you deduct charges for non-maintenance? He still insisted that I didn't maintain the balance so the charges deducted. Imagine you have 5 lacks or 50 lack rupees in bank, you show them the statement and still they don't belive you and say you have zero balance. What will happen to you? Maybe heart attack???!!!
                        Then, I went to nearest branch and asked to close the account. The bank official said that there will be Rs. 1000 charges to close the account. Current account closing charges are rs.500 as mentioned on the instructions they sent and also on the website. I told her that there's nowhere mentioned that digital current account closing charges are rs.1000 so why do you say this? She kept insisting on rs. 1000 closing charges.
                        It's been more than 17 days and still they have not closed my account and they deduct charges from my remaining balance for example charges for debit card which was already deducted before. Wrong charges on everything.
                        And no one is there to tell them anything.
                        Now do you know what is it like dealing with this bank?

                            I myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai complained with reference number 3391395 regarding refund . I transferred the amount of 4400/- on 9/12/2022 to Pankaj enterprise. But the recipient has not got the amount because he has closed his old upi id and my transferred amount is in some axis bank which I knew from my bank. The ifsc is UTIB0000000 .The recipient can't get money as his old upi id is closed. So I request you to refund my money into my bank account so that I can pay from my account again to Pankaj enterprise. This is my second time complaint to you.

                                Hi concerned,
                                I am a salaried account holder in axis bank, I got a debit amount of 72.38 in name of TIPS/SCG/NONMCC/11.04.23/IRCTC. What is this can I know? Are you peoples exploiting your costumers!! Despite of fact that My account is salaried and I have not been informed of these hidden charges while getting my account created in beginning. Why you peoples are simply imposing hidden charges to customers and that too salaried account holder. This is not the first time axis bank is indulging in such malpractices I also encountered credit card annual fees and joining fees imposed just after they somehow managed to give me credit card forcefully and no information of such charges in prior. I just want my refund back and please train your employees to have a good conversation with customers about all hidden charges in beginning.

                                  My card ending 4692. I have paid all dues in Jan 2022 with extra 3000. Executive told me to paid this amount for cibil fee.

                                  But my card is still showing settled in my cibil.

                                  Please closed my card under my cibil.

                                    Fake Promise and Additional Charges For Personal EMI From Axis Bank

                                    On 10th April 2023 around 8:00 AM, I received a call from Axis Bank regarding bounced EMI, he asked me to check whether I have received re-run ECS sms, it was not there, he asked to pay through PhonePe and guided to pay from PhonePe options. I paid EMI including emi bounce charges.

                                    I asked to CSR that will it re-run ECS again, he said no as emi+bounce charges are already paid. Same day at 5 PM I received sms regarding re-run...
