I received a call from Axis Bank regarding One Assist Service. They spoke regarding the service and its further benefits. But did not informed regarding the service charge or any such payments. On 31/03/2023, soon after my salary got credited, an amount of Rs 2199 got debited from my account for One Assist Service. This is purely out of my knowledge. They dont ask for any sort of concern. I want to deactivate this service and need the refund. Please make it out as soon as possible.

    I booked a flight ticket for my relatives last year via my Citi bank (Currently taken over by Axis) bank credit card but unfortunately they couldn't travel as one of the passanger's had to go through a heart surgery. The airlines refunded the amount to the source bank and I currently have more than 1.52 Lakhs in credit.,

    I called citi customer service and requested for a refund. Citi wanted my bank statement showing the last payment made towards the card from my bank account, a cancelled cheque. All the requested documents were send to citi on 26th Mar. I leter got an email after 2 days saying, the request is rejected as I couldn't prove that this is my account. I called the customer service on the same day and spoke to a lady named Kavya. She confirmed that they have received all the documents and will process the refund asap. I then got a response from Citi saying the refund will be processed on 29th Mar. Today is 3rd of March and fund is still not credited to my back account.

      Hi

      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

      A deduction of rs 5658 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

      I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions being done.
      Please refund my money as soon as possible.

        With respectfully I want to state that I have salary account with your Reputative bank for last 12 years. And during this long period with you, First time I am very upset with your services. Someone unknow person came and complaint by cyber cell on a transection of amount of Rs 2706 which was sent to me by my father. And I can prove it that it's genuin. I am presently working in Indian Air Force in Anupgarh, Rajesthan. So I submitted the relevant documents and application to Axis Bank, Anupgarh Branch on 23.03.23 as demanded by home branch, no any satisfactory answer received from your end till date. Due to this type of brush behaviors I can't continue with you bank.

        Therefore, Once again it is requested to kindly solve this issue otherwise need to take another step with RBI.

          I am a senior citizen & I am a cardiac patient, currently COVID setuation not possible to visit at branch.

          Secondly, When debited my account nobody ask any documents or any information regarding card or charges.
          I hardly use debit card. I don't need debit card upgradation. Kindly cancel the card and refund the amount. Apart that, I never accept consent.

          Please do the needful and confirm.Otherwise I am go to consumer court for your wrong charges.

          I did not confirmed any type of transaction via ATM & Call. Also Share my Consent for New Debit Card Application. Otherwise pls refund my debit card charges.

          I am normal senior citizen account holder in your Bank.So, how to justify 1770 debit card charges.

          Please refund.

              Refund money

              Respected sir
              I myself Patel Rameshbhai Bhikhabhai complained with reference number 3391395 regarding refund . I transferred the amount of 4400/- on 9/12/2022 to Pankaj enterprise. But the recipient has not got the amount because he has closed his old upi id and my transferred amount is in some axis bank which I knew from my bank.                 I'm Khushal Kshirsagar, already give the application on Hingna axis bank branch account close application but still date 23-Mar-2023 not Close the my saving account. I'm application giveng on branch date 04-Mar-2023.
                Application giveng time withdraw all amount in account & already discuss on your employer in any debit my account. She is is saying no any debit charges your account in future because your account are processing on Closer. Still date my account are (- account). plz solve the my issue & closed the my account because not maintain the amount on account.

                  I was holding an Axis Bank Credit Card since 2015 (Card No. [protected] / Card Name: Sahil Narang), due to some circumstantial issues the dues got pending, now after some time I'm willing to pay my dues, unfortunately, the bank doesn't have any records, I have knocked each and every door like visiting the branch, calling & mailing, still there is no resolution.
                  I have seen this for the 1st time in my lifetime that the client is willing to pay the money and the bank doesn't want to take that..!!

                    Hi, I was holding an Axis bank credit card no. [protected] (Sahil Narang) since 2015, unfortunately, due to the situation the outstanding amount got unpaid during that course and my Cibil got damaged due to the same. Now, from the past 1 year, I'm trying to get connected for making the payments against my dues, I'm surprised and simultaneously shocked that the bank is not interested in taking the money..!!
                    I have knocked on all the possible doors, like visiting branches, emails & calling the toll-free number, but still, there is no revert from any side.
                    If bank is not willing to take the money, I hereby req to remove the same from my cibil.

                      Today i received a call from axis bank. They told me about Card protection and With out my permission they took my 2199rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. So we cant help you.

                      i want my money back i want deactivate this service. how they can deducted my money without my permission.

                        I Tried to Resolve By Mailing and Contacting With The Branch People and Corporate Banking People, They Not Gave Me Good Solution. when i taken the Current Account with Axis bank, they said 5k monthly Minimum Balance for Urban, I maintaining that from long. Past three months they deducted around 900 Rupees Each month, they still not enabled internet banking facility, no messages for deduction, its a pure scam. I need the refund Immediately, or I want to close my account, let axis bank eat people money for free. Money not comes easy for people, but it is easy for bank people ..

Minimum balance is 5k, i maintained that for the last 2 months, even though this is happening .. No one from the Bank picked up my call to check .. Even though I am still Not activated Internet Banking, I have to create another current account with different Banks, i had a good idea about Axis Bank So Far, but this stealing needs to be answered immediately. ..

                        Even Not receiving a statement on Email, Even Email Not Registered yet, Dono how to check..

                        I thought not to keep a Short Fall - So Credited 3000 on[protected]
                        so the balance became - 6792.06
                        by feb[protected] it became 5966.06 (Stolen amount is 826 Rupees)
                        by today (20-march-2023) - the balance is 5140.06 (Stolen amount is 826 Rupees)

                        Why did it is happened, actually for sms you used to charge 100 + gst, even though no internet banking service is proper in Axis bank ... I want to Immediately cancel the account and want my money back. I can't pay 1000 rupees monthly without any benefit ...

                            Credit card settlement

                            Hi team
                            Can you please look into this matter. This is regarding my credit card settlement.

                            I had received a call from Divya mumbai branch regarding credit card settlement. She told me I can settle for my credit card pending due and am agree to settle this matter with amount 25000 inr. I have paid this amount in two EMI 12750. However before pay EMI she provide me letter from Axis bank regarding credit card settlement...

                            I was using the credit card of axis bank in year 2021. I had blocked it in that year only and still paying the charges and amounts charged incorrectly by this bank. I had barely used this card and the amount i had used was less than 5000. i have already been charged more than 50000. This bank has charged me this much that i am in very bad situation now and not able to fetch any one and do something about it. Moreover, the agents talk in very bad behavior and abusive language . One agent called my friend and started abusing, once my wife picked up, they started abusing her as well. i had payed my last payment more than the minimum amount, still i am receiving false charges. I request kindly look over it and help to minimize these charges for me.

                              The worst bank I've ever opened. My account they deduct consolidation charges and gst first in December and now in January. After saveral complaints and calls no resolution from their side. I'm done with this bank and never suggested it for anyone.
                              Kindly close my account...it's my humble request...

                                Axis Credit card Still showing Negative on my Cibil report

                                Hi axis, myself Veerapindi Satyanarayana, i hv axis credit card with the last digit 0951, i hv credit card sattlement in 2022, after credit card written off i hv raised request for cibil masking also i hv paid 6025 rupees on November 7th 2022, but still it showing negative on my cibil i hv raised several requests for cibil masking still no solution found

                                Requesting for Axis my zone credit card clearance letter & Cibil masking
