On 11th May 2023, Rs. 59 was debited from my salary account in axis bank. I don't think I have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?...

Incorrectly amount transferred to another account...

The Fraud issue has been resolved but the money which I paid during this period has not been processed by the bank they are not even talking about the same. I have mailed them a number of times but they are not talking about the issue they are just replying to a specific topic which is fund return of the excess fund.

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/06.05.23/IRCTC Mobile A...While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra.

In 2019 i joined a company in Hyderabad and as part of onboarding process an axis salaried account was opened in my name. Then I left the company in 2021, and been using the account frequently. Now in 2023 when i logged into my axis mobile app i can see -11, 000 as my account balance. So went to the home branch to get written off my salaried account was converted into savings account(as salary was not getting credited) and according to RBI...

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 8082.72 (Brn-pymt-card-********) is done from my account without prior information...

My account was debited 8000 rs against credit card without any information...

In my CIBIL report I see a personal loan of ₹ 2500 from Axis Bank which I never took.

I am getting multiple email id amount deductions and personal loan approved but I m not having any kind of account with Axis bank account.

Did multiple complaints still getting multiple email per day. Please look into this.

On 28/04/2023 i got a phone call from an unknown number claiming to be a representative of axis bank. She was enquiring about whether i have received my new credit card or not. Later she herself provided me all the details of my new credit card. You have deducted INR 9425 from my account without any prior intimation/notice. Looking at this thread it says it is related to credit card payment ... if there is any late payment fee that would be between 500-1000 ... is this correct? To be debited that huge amount without any prior information

I have two accounts in axis bank and I got a notification letter dated on 12/10/2022 via speed post - 24366.

I have a savings account no [protected] in Axis Bank and I closed the bank account three months back and they told that I get my balance by cheque after 10 days to my Aadhar Card linked address and now its been three months and nothing came and I also wrote to nodal officer no response from him either....
