Dear AXIS Bank,
I am writing to register a formal complaint about an unauthorized transaction on my bank account. I recently discovered that an additional GST charge of 2550 has been deducted from my account, which I understand is non-refundable. But I am requesting the manager of your bank to please refund the consolidated charges amount, otherwise I will take further action by uploading a video about your poor service on social media platforms.
I hope you take this seriously and process my claim for refund as soon as possible.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They need some days to resolve as per their mails. But the matter cam be solved quickly else they don't want to do it. Still I didn't get return.sharing here snaps you get example o[censored]nnecessary deduction. They upgrade my account without any information. My debit card charges also grow to 600 rupees from 200 rupees. I want all this money back, please help me with the same.
