Dear AXIS Bank,

I am writing to register a formal complaint about an unauthorized transaction on my bank account. I recently discovered that an additional GST charge of 2550 has been deducted from my account, which I understand is non-refundable. But I am requesting the manager of your bank to please refund the consolidated charges amount, otherwise I will take further action by uploading a video about your poor service on social media platforms.

I hope you take this seriously and process my claim for refund as soon as possible.

        Address: Pu block pitampura

        As per discussion with the so called elite bank, papers for new OD limit were submitted to PU BLOCK PITAMPURA branch on 6 th of MAY 2023. It was promised that the OD will be sanction within 15 days if all the papers are in correct manner. All the papers were found in ok condition after 15 days, then suddenly axis bank credit department woke up and started digging queries. As they asked we fulfilled them then n there. Finally on paper sanction came on 10th june 2023 (1 month later the submission of papers). 7 days have passed since then still there is no single disbursement in our account and when asked they are still asking for completely baseless documents as 1)PDC of any account with the same name(as per there agent Mr Om prakash any account whether dormant or not in use since years, any PDC will work). 2)Rent agreement of mortgaged property with NOC by the tenant(as per Mr Om prakash the tenant who may leave house in the evening can also sign that NOC). 3)Life insurance of 12000/- was demanded by Mr Jeeshan idrishi mob:[protected], with a proper threatening tone that if this demand is not fulfilled the disbursement will not happen.
        4) Address change in adhaar is mandatory as per Mr Om prakash mob:[protected] again badly threatened that disbursement will not be allowed if not done (whereas on paper sanction was done without the right address, it wasn’t a barrier then)
        Both these above said employees including the credit department has harassed me to the extreme limit.
        I want action to be taken against these employees and pay me back my processing charges including all the other charges they have taken.
        The harassment faced by me was limitless and if not taken any proper action within 24 hrs i will escalate this matter to higher authorities.

          I have a salary a/c in axis bank, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (17th june 2023) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

              Not able to generate pin of my credit card always show invalid credentials and on axis Bank app pin generate option is not coming saying security reasons

                Respected Sir/Madam

                Axis bank is giving misleading advertisement for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card, As per Axis bank website customer gets minimum 1.5% cashback for all category spends while they are not giving it.

                For last few months i get the 1.5% cashback but from last two months i am not getting it while as per website as on today also mentioned on the website(Screenshot attached).

                Even after many written complaints (file attached) Axis bank is not crediting the cashback. So i request you to please take necessary action.

                My transactions for which I have not received cashback does not fall under any category mentioned in the trailing email
                so request you to please check and credit my cashback otherwise I will go for legal actions against Axis bank for misleading advertisement.

                also note if you will not credit my cashback then i will use the credit card for the 1.5% of the total spend amount for which i have not received cashback and i will not pay for it.

                  Sir/Mam, I am normal account holder of axis bank but axis Bank upgrade my account with no information or permission. There after when I reduced my bank balance & use money elsewhere. They Start debit money 708/ rupees every month and post me Debit card 590/ rupees instead of 200 to 250 rupees debit card, which is very expensive. When I talked with nodal officer and home branch, they told at least 75000/ money should be maintain account. When I asked the reason for upgrade except know customer, said it auto function our bank. This is continuing since 1.6years. they returned some previous debit after 2-3 month and too many follow up with strong complaint.
                  Please help me in this matter as soonest.

                  They need some days to resolve as per their mails. But the matter cam be solved quickly else they don't want to do it. Still I didn't get return.sharing here snaps you get example o[censored]nnecessary deduction. They upgrade my account without any information. My debit card charges also grow to 600 rupees from 200 rupees. I want all this money back, please help me with the same.

                      BRN PYMT CARD deductions were done without any prior notice.
                      There are two such transactions which was done in 24th May 2023.

                      And I am not aware for what this transaction was done ?

                      Please explain me more details on this deductions.

                      Also in future, please inform before deducting any amount from my account.

                        I took 5 months moratorium on my personal Loan, so bank added etc 6 months Emi to Original 60 Installments 60 so now it is showing 66 instalments and final 66th instalment amount showing 76000 ...can you please explain what is interest rate for Moratorium

                            I would like to request a cancellation of EDC machine provided at Bithal Mart on behalf of curreng acc [protected] . Reason behind the cancellation of the machine is the customers are using UPI more then the Card and I am filling the bill regularly of the machin. So its my humble request to cancel the machine as soon as possible. The machine number is 8157310.

                              From many months I am getting Call from Axis bank credit card forcing me to take the credit card. On 8th June 2023 I received a call from Ambalpady, Usupi branch. She told Axis bank credit card has been approved for you and you have to take it forcefully. She sent me a web page link to tm through SMS which had all my details filled. She asked me forcefully to click on Apply button.

                              I am frustrated on why the bank is forcing me to take the credit card without me requesting it.

                                Hello Sir / Ma'am
                                I'm Rasina having a bank account Paytm payments Bankand i was making a payment of Rupees 10, 000 to my brother's account through paytm and due to network issue I selected a wrong a number a made the payment of Rupees 10, 000 on 14th April i immediately contact the receiver whom I wrongly transferred the amount and she said my account is freeze i can't help after that on same day I call at my bank and explained my issue and tell me to request a chargeback request for reversal of my money and then my bank requested a chargeback request and then after 25-30 days my ticket was closed and i got a notification that the Receiver Bank (Axis Bank) declined the charge back request then I contacted the lady whom I accidentally sent money she said I have unfreeze my account but the amount I sent to her account has been hold by the bank and it's in lein amount so i again called at my bank and requested for charge back and then after 15-20 mins i got a notification that the bank (Axis Bank) declined to refund my money. I again called the bank and the bank (Paytm payments Bank) replied (Axis Bank) gas rejected the charge back request although the lady is ready to pay back my money please team help Axis Bank Is Not Giving Me My Money Back
                                Please Team Help me the Amount means a lot to me.

                                  I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for Card protection.With out my permission they took my 2599rs from my debit card.

                                  I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                                      Lien marked-Axis bank salary account

                                      I am being charged lien in my salary account with axis bank more than 2 lakh 15 Thousand rupees. Currently my account in mins -2, 18.000. I get my salary if 58, 000. So i am going to get nothing in my hand to spend and cant go for job and no money for food and water. Axis bank should take money only when we deposit and not to make account in lien or negative balance. If this month i do not get money better i suicide and leave the world by...
