I got this message saying Some amount has been debited from my account which is a POS transaction but I'm here sitting in my house. I used my card day before yesterday at a petrol bunk and today I received the message saying I used the card for INR 3.94 POS when I'm sitting in my home. I don't know how they are able...

My account got freezed without prior intimation and bank workers not doing their job rather harrassing us. despite submission of all reqd docs no service provided. its a week my account is blocked for which my business goodwill is hampered. not a single transaction i am able to do

I am Avijit Mete, Credit Card holder of Axis Bank & Indusind bank.
Writing this to bring into your kind attention that 12 (Twelve) Unauthorized/Fraudulent transactions being done using my credit card details by unknown/anonymous sources on 15th Sep 2022 between 6.10 pm to 6.40 pm. Continuously OTP was received on my mobile and without sharing any OTP/PIN/CVV/Credit Card Details to anyone the transactions happened with a value...

I had applied for a credit card 3 months back but i didn't receive any mail or updates regarding that.
Let me know if you need any updates from my side

Also I need this credit card asap.

And also having two FDS for children's on
Yearly payment basis so bank only send messages but i was not aware about the installment of FDS and my father was no so well that's why i was busy in hospital and Bank deducted the 1 lakh rupees ...

Some time they deduct 2 times signature verification charged..

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/22.02.23/Special Branch. While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees, then why after few days I am being charged extra? I'm using salary account and what is the use it if you charge me for using debit card?
I want to know about it as well as get the refund....

Horrible experience from AXIS Bank.
I have availed credit card emi from the subject bank. I was informed by their agent that there would not be any additional interest or charges other than forclosure charges if I want clear my emi early. But bank had charged me more than they committed. And the worse part is their customer support agent Name - Chinmay had discontinued the chat .

I had availed personal loan from Axis bank in 2019 for an amount of Rs. 6, 80, 000 with an EMI of 14, 331. In year 2020, Due to pandemic and loss of Mom and business, I was not able to pay 2 EMI amounting to Re.30, 555. But after that I never missed any EMI until January 2023. In January 2023, Due to some personal issue I missed an EMI. I also received the Legal notice from KS Associates dated 22nd February 2023 to pay one EMI within 15 days....

The new cashier of axis bank mumbra branch employee ID 292106(hardik thakkar). He is not supportive I have current account in axis bank more than 10years but i never seen this type of employee he speaks very badly to the customers if this type of issue I have to face for future than sorry to axis bank I will never suggested anyone to open account.I request you to change the cashier....

About 42 thousand rupees for opening salary account three months ago from today who spoke for the bank (Manojit Roy) he asked to send money to Ramkrishna Dey account. And I sent the money now it is roaming me for two months now not joining me not answering my phone.They have harassed me a lot and I can't take this anymore I need a result or solution....

I had an Axis bank debit card. It got lost my debit card ending 5832. I went bank and they advised to block and replace the card on mobile app and I did the same and received a different new card ending 0585. Now, I am using the new card. On feb 7th, 2023, I received a mail that rupees 1178.32 for annual charge for card number xxxx5832. (the old blocked card).
I went to two axis banks and also called customer care thrice, no one helped...

Axis bank branch Lajpath nagar is incorrectly levied the charges of
- 600, 600, 600 and now rupees 900 every month since July on account number

My family member ordered boat products from www.BoatStores.in of Rs. 749.50. I checked and found it is not reliable or may be fake seller. We contacted to seller on [protected]@gmail.com and also contact number. No response. We know that they are fraud. We contacted to Paytm and Axis Bank. My money deducted from Axis bank using Paytm and also gone to fraud seller account having axis bank and using Paytm.

But Axis and Paytm...
