complaint about recovery agent

My name is mandeep kaur and i have a credit card of axis bank. From last some months, i am in financial difficulties and not able to pay the complete payment of my card but tried every month to pay some money.

deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

mutual fund - amount deducted but not reflecting in my portfolio

On 12th jan, i started sip of axis mutual funds. First installment was deducted but still it is not showing in my portfolio. I have contacted their customer executives 3 times till now, and always got a standard answer that it will be resolved in 5 working days. It has been a month that i raised a complaint and yet no resolution till now. I mailed them also but received no reply. Complaint number is 49591196.

regarding kyc updation

My kyc updation for mutual fund is pending in axis bank, amravati brach. Since one month taking continous follow ups but branch manager mr punit is giving false excuses and statements.
Really got harrased with axis bank services.. Please do my kyc urgently as all the documents submitted in bank already. Bank manager is sometimes asking for 1000 rupees for doing sip from there branch and sometimes saying that he is doing kyc non officially...

Axis is deducting money from my account and say i have opted for auto debit option which i haven't. cancel my oneassist membership and refund the money

My axis bank a/c 605264 has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
I didn't want the service but they deducted my money last year and told that I can only disconnect from one assist next year but this year also the same case. They deducted money without any intimation.
So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
I am totally disappointed...

fastag not received physically. no tracking facility available.

I applied fast tag on 21 dec.19. Axis bank confirm for 7 days delivery. But they did not delivered and not updated any information regarding delivery.

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/12.12.2019... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. forcing life insurance policy for mortgage loan
