Rs 1770 debited from my axis bank account without any information on 29/03/2023 . But I never apply for this... Or any kind of information to give me by bank or agent... I call many time to the sell executive.. But he not responded I want to refund my money back otherwise I will be closed my account... I can't tolerate this type of cheating...1770 is not small amount for me
So I will be submit a complain rbi....

I received a call from Axis Bank regarding One Assist Service. They spoke regarding the service and its further benefits. But did not informed regarding the service charge or any such payments. On 31/03/2023, soon after my salary got credited, an amount of Rs 2199 got debited from my account for One Assist Service. This is purely out of my knowledge. They dont ask for any sort of concern. I want to deactivate this service and need the refund....
