Myself Sarat Bushan kallepalli. MY axis bank credit card has been used by fraudsters to do online transaction of 33, 000 at 1.40 PM on early hours of 5th of April

I have not shared any OTP which I received at 1.38 to 1.57 PM.

Early morning at 8 AM seeing the messages, I have registered complaint
Axis bank ( service request SAK0000XXXXXX)
Flipkart ( service requestIN[protected]XXX)
Cyber crime ([protected]XXXX)
I was told that enquiy would take 120 days and i will be informed about the enquiry
On 15th april, Axis bank unilaterally reduced my credit balance. I called and asked them on 15th April. I was told Axis bank will call back and enquiry is still on
On 17th April they send me a credit card bill. I was not informed about the report or anything else.
I was forced to write an email on the 17th . After which I received response on 18th.
The investigation was not done properly. I would pay the entire amount if it was proven OTP is shared

Axis has lax policies and allowed transactions without my consent.
I request to ensure proper investigation is done before blame is passed to final customer

The truth is OTP was sent to my email. My email was also hacked. This email setting was default setting by Axis. I requested Axis bank to chanhe this . It was never changed

Axis bank mentioned that It did thorough Investigation Twice. It mentioned That OTP was shared on mobile and I have shared it. Their enquiry failed to notice OTP was sent to my email. This is the quality of their enquiry. I have complaned to Nodal Officer, RBi, 1970 and Consumer dept.

Axis Bank has mentioned that it has reverted 10000 of charges. But In reality it has reverted 5000 only. 5000 was reverted from Flipkart as transaction limit was crossed Axis bank is lying that it has reverted 10000. I want to proceed legally for all the trouble caused by Axis Bank please help

      I am a priority customer and I use Priority debit card.
      On 9th May I used debit card for filling diesel in my car.
      On 11th May I got message for additional 22.75 rs debit for POS charges.

      Why you are charging for POS machine usage to your priority customers.

      How can I use such debit cards where I have to pay extra to bank ?

      Resolve this ASAP or let me know if this can not be resolved from your side then I can switch the bank.

        On 11th May 2023, Rs. 59 was debited from my salary account in axis bank. I don't think I have issued any such mandate.
        Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

            The Fraud issue has been resolved but the money which I paid during this period has not been processed by the bank they are not even talking about the same. I have mailed them a number of times but they are not talking about the issue they are just replying to a specific topic which is fund return of the excess fund.

            During the fraud, I received bills but I paid Rs. 50000/- and Rs. 14000/- during that time when the bank commented that has been a fraudulent transaction and had paid that particular amount. But the interest that has been charged why should I pay that because I have reported timely and I had paid the above amounts. Kindly return the money that I have paid as those have been charged as interest which I am not liable to pay as you have mentioned clearly that It was a fraudulent transaction. SO kindly process the same without further delay. I have faced a lot of trouble from your side and even received a call from your recovery agents regarding the payment of dues. So I have been harrassed a lot kindly process the same further.

            I need the payment refund you guys have marked it as fraud then why I will make the payment for a fraudulent transaction? You have sent me several credit statements during the past 4 months I am Harassed enough then It is not my responsibility kindly waive the interest and give my money back. If the issue is not resolved I will complain about this issue to a higher authority as I was Harassed by your recovery agents I will not leave that issue easily. I want my money back.

              My Name M.Raghavendar. On 07 April 2023, I Speak with ur Agent regarding Annual fee charges on my Credit Cards 0639 and 5067 but in between agent talks about the loan foreclosure in frustration I told to agent that okay I will arrange the loan amount take the request for foreclosure, I said in frustration by mistakenly. See Rs.1372466.67lakhs amount i cannot pay. plz i will continue loan i will pay regular EMI. No other chance to me to pay loan amount. iam just 25k salary holder. Plz do needful. And save my life from metal tention.

                Hi Sir I am Raghavendar On 07 April 2023 I have connected to Axis bank credit card Customer care Regarding my Credit card Annual fee ending with 0639 and 5067 In between Conversation Agent said to Close the instant Loan before cancel the cards I got frustrated and said to close the loan with angary because aim speaking about card Annual Fee but agent speaking about Loan closure. I said take the foreclosure request with angary and mistakenly agent taken the request foreclosure instant loan After 3days I called Customer care requested that Money not yet arranged to close the loan. Hence I Need to continue the loan as usual without any Charges Please take my request and do needful and save my life from this mental tension. I cannot pay Rs.1372466/- lakhs around with in the short time only 1 option I have Suicide from 11 April 2023 to till date aim requesting Axis bank I cannot pay the amount I will pay EMI as same they are not understating my situation plz save life Thank you

                  Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/06.05.23/IRCTC Mobile A...While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra.

                    In 2019 i joined a company in Hyderabad and as part of onboarding process an axis salaried account was opened in my name. Then I left the company in 2021, and been using the account frequently. Now in 2023 when i logged into my axis mobile app i can see -11, 000 as my account balance. So went to the home branch to get written off my salaried account was converted into savings account(as salary was not getting credited) and according to RBI guidelines savings account cannot be in negative.
                    Axis employees at the home branch are not ready to write off this amount and asking to pay 11, 000 rs. I told them about RBI guideline and they are like we don’t know anything like that.

                      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                      A deduction of rs 8082.72 (Brn-pymt-card-********) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                      I've paid bills and charges before or on time and off time with fine. Minimum due also paid on time.Still such deductions are being done

                              On 28/04/2023 i got a phone call from an unknown number claiming to be a representative of axis bank. She was enquiring about whether i have received my new credit card or not. Later she herself provided me all the details of my new credit card. She was telling that i will be awarded reward points on my credit card and for that she had sent me an otp both on sms and email (Email id - secure. [protected]@axisbank.com). On denying to provide the otp she kept me busy on the call and later i received email and sms that amount has been spent on my credit card. This happened 4 times and 4 times i received email and sms that amount has been spent from my credit card. Then i blocked my credit card online and contacted axis bank customer care. As per them 2 transactions have failed and 2 transactions (Amounting 18k and 15k) have been spent on nobroker technologie. I even raised a service request with them and was provided a request id[protected].
                              Request you to please take necessary action against the fraudsters and help me get my money back.

                                You have deducted INR 9425 from my account without any prior intimation/notice. Looking at this thread it says it is related to credit card payment ... if there is any late payment fee that would be between 500-1000 ... is this correct? To be debited that huge amount without any prior information

                                This is officialy looting money?

                                I have contacted my nearest Mall Road, Shakti colony, axis bank Mr. Mahadev (M.no...[protected]) and submit recommend documents since more than one month. But they are not resolve my problem.

                                Hi My Name is Nagaraju from Hyderabad.

                                I have been serving as Axis bank customer from past 10 years.
                                So they approached me 2 years back to take Tata AIG health insurance. And they promised like flat premium (14489 Rs) upto the age of 55 years and mentioned in broacher also,
                                So based on my finance situation and future plan, i have taken the policy and completed 2 years successfully.
                                Now in coming week the policy have renewal date. So now they called me and updating like policy rate was increased by Tata Aig so if you want to continue pay 18114Rs or we have new policy with 13500rs. You can take this new policy and start as fresh.
                                Where am loosing my seniority.
                                But here am not sure why they promised to customer (even it is clearly mentioned in broacher as well see in attachment) and now they are cheating and throwing ball to Tata AIG.
                                I did not take policy directly from Tata AIG. It is completely customized policy by Aixs. Without having future plan Aixs promised to customer ?
                                Here Aixs completely cheating their customers and making them to choose other policy where customer are loosing their benefits.
                                Where I contacted with RM and other guys they are also not having complete knowledge and not giving proper reason why the promise was broken..
                                Like this Axis is cheating how many members?. is it correct way of treating their valuable customers ?
