Hello, few days back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day. If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me. I opened my account in [24]7 company and my salary will be credited this month only when u activate my account. Please do it fast.
My bank a/c no is [protected].

    My money of rs.23000 with 22*500=11000 &6*2000=12000 being deposied into deposit machine - at AXIS BANK MILLERGANJ BRANCH LUDHIANA with machine no - 0S3RH32401. On 18/04/2018 at 13.13.04 time response - notes were retracted. Tried to contact branch 100 times... No progress. Can i please be provided with appropriate information? Till today i. E 24/04/2018

      We are buing a 2bhk flat in Mumbai vasai and were in need of 90 percent loan for the same.Your Agent Sunil's aggressive calling and intention of completing his target forced him to give false promise of giving 90 percent loan.We confirmed from him atleast 10 times for the 90 percent loan thing to which he agreed instantly.Now after property verification he is saying the loan maximum amount which bank can provide will be 38 lakhs which will not solve our purpose.He has left us in the middle now and now saying he cannot do anything.I just want to know why your executives make false promise about the loan amount if they are not sure.He has wasted our whole month and now we are opting some other bank for same process.It caused us a lot of trouble and inconvenience and also delayed the whole buying process causing problem to the owner as well.(Sunil from axis bank, Andheri branch).Take action against your agents for harrasing us.

          BEWARE - THIS BANK IS A SCAM. PEOPLE WORKING THEIR HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO GET THE LOAN APPLICATIONS PROCESSED. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE.

          Applied for a loan through Axis Bank Kasumpti Branch. They took 4 months, still loan was not approved. Also asked to me submit the documents 4-5 times. Every time they had new excuse and wanted me to submit the documents. I WOULD SUGGEST USE OTHER BANKS, GOVT. BANKS ARE FAR BETTER THAN THIS SCAM_FRAUD BANK.

          I would suggest DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITIES.

          WORST BANK EVER I DEALT WITH.

            I would like to inform you that, I have a SB account with Axis Bank vide no [protected]. This is my loan account. 15th of every month Rs 13000/- paid to LICHFL through ECS transaction from this account. On 19.04.18 an SMS received from LICHFL and found that the ECS payment has bounced.
            Then I contact to my home branch and found that the PAN card details are not available with that branch. My account was blocked from 01.04.18. My question is why not you informed me by phone/SMS?? Due to your negligence I have harassed badly. I have given fine to LICHFL also my cibil score damaged and moreover personally go to LICHFL office to repay the loan amount with fine for the month of April 2018. You are taking SMS charges from me then why not you are sending the SMS to me in time. Why???

            personally visited to Axis bank, sector - V, Salt lake branch on 20.04.18 and submitted the Pan card xerox copy.
            Today Axis bank home branch (Mukti chamber) confirmed over phone that the account is unlocked.

                Dear Sir;

                I have an Axis Bank SB Account which is showing debit balance now. As per my account statement I have INR 800 in my account. But when I tried to make transaction of INR 400 in a petrol Bunk it was declined showing insufficient fund. When I checked I found that the account is in debit balance of INR 414. I didn't get any intimation regarding the deduction and also when I checked the detailed statement it is showing INR 800 as balance. Please find the attachment for my account Statement.

                  Sir, i have saving account in axis bank but i stopped using it for several months nearly 6 months now my account balance is reflecting -1000 inr. When i talked to customer care they told me to visit branch and when i visted branch they denied and they told that they cannot do anything i have to pay the debt -1000 whereas according to rbi rule bank can not impose negative charge once balance touches to zero.

                  i have call to customer care no of times. they have not responding.

                  Please revert my money ASAP.
                  My mother having salary a/c in axis bank for 3 years.In three years you wont charge any charges like this. we didn't transact any other transactions out of withdrawl.so please return the debited to my account.

                    I had received the call from one assist and they said it is compulsory for all the customers. But the sum of 1899 have been deducted from my account though i said i dont want the subscription. Am using more than 2 bank accounts but these type deduction i didnt seen before.                       I am using a axis bank credit card and my payment not yet fully cleared but i told them i will do in the said time period but still everyday i am getting near about 35 to 40 calls from axis collection department and giving me bad words and rough behave with a lady and talking rubbish and harrasing.
                      A person from collection department name shailesh sawant no [protected] this guy dont have courtesy to talk with a lady, i want a severe action against him.

                        Axis bank credit card has closed all support customer care nos, and customers are compelled to call nos starting with 1860 for any inquiry on their cards.

                        Axis bank deliberately cheats its customers by compelling them to pay money through mobile provider for any inquiry to axis bank

                        Due to this fraud and harassment and cheating by axis bank, i warn other users to never apply axis bank products and credit card.

                          I had opened an account with axis bank shahpura (3728) branch on 22/03/2018, after 8-9 days i didn't find its offerings and services as per the standard of other private banks,
                          I submitted my account closure request on dt 31/03/2018, with duly filled account closure form and surrender all belongings (I. E. Debit card, cheque book, passbook) for the same.
                          They denied to close it on the same day.
                          Neither they destroyed my debit card and cheque book in front of me.
                          I wish to know whether my account has been closed or not yet...

                          If no than there may be misuse of my account.

                          Please look immediately into my issue.

                          I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 350rs for the past three months and this month also they have deducted 1298 with GST from my account written as Consolidated Charges. And help me to get my money back.They are deducting money from my account wihout my knowledge.

                            Hi Sir/Madam,

                            I am Gurprith Singh, a new priority account holder of your bank at Dum Dum branch with account number [protected] would like to bring your attention regarding your staff behavior and manners, when i wanted to open an account with your bank MR Ramanuj and his boss Goutam Ghosh used to call me everyday for opening an account and promised me that the service will be exceptional and they will come to my home for all my banking needs, As trusting on their words i did open an bank account with axis bank dum dum, But after few days i tried calling ramanuj for my banking needs but he never tuned up and have given me lame excuses so that pissed me off as part of a priority customer i would expect that i will be prioritised, but apparantely i was neglected finally i went to dum dum branch to complain about your staff but no actions were taken by the branch manager i felt unprivileged and was about to close the account it was a disaster experience i been banking with all the good banks including international banks never had this experience it was unacceptable, i wanted to open a gold locker so i asked ramanuj and goutam ghosh about it and i was told that i have to do a fd of atleast 2-5 lakhs which is no where mentioned in your contract they were trying to misguide me and wanted me to open accounts for their benefits as they get incentives while doing so, well i am not here to make your staff happy but to fulfil my banking needs, this is a real harassment i had so much expectation from axis bank but for your staff it was opposite if these carries on you will lose many customers everyday so its a request to take actions against this kind of staff who are making your bank reputation worst, hope my email will be valuable and a serious action will be taken against Ramanuj, Goutam and the bank manager .

                            Apparently i had also a good service from gorabazar branch, As i was misleaded by dum dum branch staff, so i approached gorabazar branch and met Deepak Bhutra the Asst Vice president branch Head, he was such a kind person and realised my problem and appologised for the same on behaf of axis bank, he was able to get me gold locker without any demands, he also helped me to get my passbook which i was not getting from my dumdum branch, would like to appreciate his service and hope he grows up in your organisation as he is valuable asset for you, and i would love to be in relationship with this kind of staff who are always ready to help their customers without any demands.

                              In yadgir manager and opertion head both person addtiude towrads us is like un pertictable they feel that they no need of od and ca holder in there bank
                              In notice board they have mentioned working hours 9.30 to 4.30
                              But they are not starting before 10 clock and stop accepting deposit before 3.30
                              Today this incident happen. When i disscus with mr niranjan patil ([protected]) about the issue four times but i have not recevied respone from yagdir branch head.

                              My account is debited with 902/- for deposit in EDC machine as while i m going to deposited amount to ur dombivali branch the branch people are asking to deposit in machine to avoid waiting & while opening account no buddy has updat me about the same & they are not ready to take complain for the same
                              I need waiver for the same
                              Whenever I call axis bank customer support I had a very bad experience. They don't listen to their customer, they don't value their customer and literally disconnects the call without even providing complete details. I have a Salary account with this bank, I do have personal loan with them too and wish I could just get rid of this bank.

                                On 31st of January, 2018, I made a transaction of INR 1900 with my Axis Bank Credit Card to recharge my Delhi Metro Card. I received a message mentioning that my account was deducted with INR 1900, the consumer copy of the transaction also mentioned the deduction of INR 1900, the recharge slip that I received from the Delhi Metro also showed that INR 1900 was received by them.

                                But when I received my Credit Card Statement it showed a deduction of INR 1916.72. I don't know why INR 16.72 more was charged from me on this transaction when everywhere I was told that INR 1900 was deducted.

                                Proof of the dispute in the form of screenshots and images of 1. Message received, 2. Consumer slip received, 3. Bill received from metro station, and 4. Credit Card Statement is as attached.

                                  I'm prateek gupta and my a/c no. [protected]. My a/c has been credit freezed from last week because i didn't update my kyc info. But now, i've updated my kyc details via mobile app. Please reactivate my a/c asap.

                                  I have to pay loan emi at 1st date of every month and only 10 days have been left to pay the emi. I have to transfer the emi amount in this a/c. So that transaction can go smoothly.

                                  I am in jaipur for 6 months and will be back to delhi in august. I can't visit my home branch now.

                                  Please try and understand my situation and do credit de-freeze on my a/c.

                                    My name is thanuja. I hold credit card with axis bank and the number is [protected]. The outstanding amount is 51310.00 inr. Since am not working and due to my personal issues i was not able to clear the complete outstanding amount. Collection executive came near my place and spoke to my mother stating he gave us deal that we make final settlement. Since i was out of station i was told that i can make rs.20300 as final settlement. I am the account holder and i dont have any nominees for my account. Since they spoke to my mother who is illiterate and doesn't know anything about my account and collection executive is threatening that i should pay this amount. And also one manager said i have pay him by borrowing from others for interest. I never promised that i will pay rs.28000 but now they are calling me everyday and telling me that i have to pay another rs.7700. Kindly make rs.20300 as final settlement. Since i dont have job i wont be able to pay anything extra. This is the best that i can pay. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      A credit card supplied to me (Last no xxxx xxxx xxxx 1019) and before delivering it to me it was told by the bank agent that the card is totally free and there will be no charge i. E. Joining fee and annual fee but the card delivered to me, is chargeable. I'm a customer of axis bank, new ali[pore branch, kolkata since 2008 and cheating done by the bank agent and as per the bank statement i have to pay rs 590/- on 8th may'2018. I don't need any credit card from your bank. So please close my credit card. It is a very bitter experience.

                                        I had submitted my all necessary documents and form for opening salary account in chakli circle branch, vadodara, gujarat on 22/03/2018! But till date my account is not activate and the concern person and staff not answering me properly! Everyday i visited to the branch but they not answering me properly and their behavior is very rudely! This is very irresponsible staff of axis bank! It is necessary to take action against staff who behaved rudely to their customers!
