On 31st of January, 2018, I made a transaction of INR 1900 with my Axis Bank Credit Card to recharge my Delhi Metro Card. I received a message mentioning that my account was deducted with INR 1900, the consumer copy of the transaction also mentioned the deduction of INR 1900, the recharge slip that I received from the Delhi Metro also showed that INR 1900 was received by them.
But when I received my Credit Card Statement it showed a deduction of INR 1916.72. I don't know why INR 16.72 more was charged from me on this transaction when everywhere I was told that INR 1900 was deducted.
Proof of the dispute in the form of screenshots and images of 1. Message received, 2. Consumer slip received, 3. Bill received from metro station, and 4. Credit Card Statement is as attached.
