As per dated 23-3-18 i have opened an asap account on line but i didnot select the option for payment 300 rupees for delivery of debit card. On dated 16-4-18 i have activated my accont with amount deposit in my account no-[protected] but the local branch link road not cooperate for the same but as per your guidlines i have to deposit 300 rs in bank and they told me to contact with cust. Care and simply give the nos.
Pls help in this regard.

I contact with customer care they confirmed me to debit 354 rupees for debit card option on dated 20-4-18 but the same was failed due to error they told me to contact with link road cuttack branch and the branch told to contact with customercare for which I became harassed and go for ambusdman.

      paid loan amount, but bank not giving noc

      Hi,
      I have taken 2, 00, 000 loan from axis bank and i have paid the loan amount. Now bank saying loan is closed. But they are not giving the noc for the loan and saying no need to pay any amount?

      I have sent 50 mails so for, but i did not received any response. Bank is not even ready to send me loan statement for above given loan number.

      Axis bank has levied penalties for insufficient funds on my account due to the failure of ecs payment.

      1) there has been a monthly donation of rs. 500/- from me to unicef.
      2) for 4 months i'd purposely not kept the money in my axis bank savings account due to a shoestring budget and increase of my personal expenses.
      3) axis under the misleading term 'consolidated charges to a/c' has deducted 18, 393.14/- as penalties for a donation of rs. 500/- per month.
      4) axis bank has not raised any red flags or intimidated before levying these penalties.

      The bank current position is that it comes under their policy to do this, however, have not presented any concrete proof of the calculation. They have not acted in the interest of safeguarding the customer and have looted me 5x the money which was meant for donation.

      I am a 23-year-old salaried employee who on a tight budget wanted to do some good by donating this sum to unicef. Instead, i have been cheated by the bank and levied penalties without any notifications from them.

        One of the axis bank employee from lucknow abuse with a girl with lots of inappropriate msg on what's app.

        With his axis bank number [protected] his name is deepak bisht.

        Please take a strict action against him.
        else I am going to lodge a fir agaist that branch for giving such kind of people into their branch.
        Axis bank employee called and ask me do you want to deactivate your credit card?i said no why so?i was busy that time and he said tell me your card validity number. I said right now i am busy and also i dont have credit card handy right now. He said deactivate kar dunga card and cutoff the phone. Again i called him asked him name he said if you want complain then only name is not sufficient, shall i text you my emp number and he told that name saroj kumar and emp id-emp6645 .He contacted with me with the phn number:[protected].His behavior was not good.He talks rudely, he does not how to talk with a customer.please take a serious action against him.

          personal loan emi related

          I have taken a personal loan from axis bank (My axis bank loan agreement no. : ppr[protected].

          My emi due date in 10th of every month.

          I requested axis bank twise (By mail) that my emi is not getting deducted on 10th as per due date.

          For this month emi (April month), i had deposited complete emi amount in my bank account (Between 12pm to 2pm).

              My self RAHUL SAHNI having axis bank credit card . two days before i am doing my reservation on irctc and i did not able to take ticket due to some error but i can deduct rs 1506/- from my credit card. i checked my booked ticket history but there is no record for rs 1506/-and previous two months back i did not get rs 595/- back. what can i do, i go to my nearest axis bank branch but they fail to help me and give the customer care no.from afternoon approx one hour i am calling on axis customer care but i am frustated of this. ur customer care service is so worst i cannot explain, it is truley for free persons not for working people u call whole day but u dont get ur solution.please make easy to reach u .my email id rahulsahni.[protected]@rediffmail.com

                I've been an Axis Bank Customer since 2010 and have maintained my account following all the rules and norms of the bank. I had been receiving alot of pre-approved offers from Axis Bank via email and sms from time to time, offering instant loan, pre-approved personal loans, car loans etc etc; however I never availed of such offers until recently when I was in need of a personal loan so I followed the process and applied for a personal loan which as per the email Axis bank had sent to me was suppose to be pre-approved. I started receiving lot of calls from various representatives of Axis Bank, each one gave me a different view of my application; as a result I ended up applying for the same loan too many times and hence my loan was declined saying that my app rate is low and despite having a good credit rating I won't be able to get a loan. I had called Axis bank customer service to inquire about my credit card spends and at the end of that call I was offered an instant loan which I took since the rep explained that it would help me save money if I foreclose one of the emi's which was running on my credit card, I agreed and it was processed accordingly. The problem however started when I called back Axis Bank Customer service on the 12th of April '18 for general queries and by chance I inquired whether or not any offer is there on my credit card, the rep told me yes there is an instant loan of 2.29 lacs available and if I agree then within 2 days the fund will be in my saving account. I had just taken a loan of 83k recently and the processing fee was already added to my credit card bill and despite that I agreed to cancel that 83k loan against a loan of 2.29 lacs coz I was looking for a loan of that amount anyways. I had specifically mentioned to the rep that I want him to process the application for the 2.29 lacs first and then cancel the 83k coz until and unless I don't have the money in my account I won't be able to pay off the 83k, the rep assured me and gave me the reference numbers for both the application. END of Call. After waiting till Monday evening I neither got any sms nor any update regarding my applications hence I called back Axis Bank Customer service to inquire about the status. I also noticed on my mobile app that there is a pre-approved instant loan on my credit card for the same amount which is 2.29 lacs but the offer was ending on the same date i.e, 16th Apr '18. The rep informed me this time that the request for 2.29 lac was taken on Saturday 14th Apr '18 whereas I had called on the 12th of Apr hence I was requested to wait for another day, I informed the rep that I can see the offer is valid till 16th Apr only but he assured me that it has been extended till 20th of Apr. I called Axis bank customer service today for status - SURPRISE!!! My application was declined however the cancellation of 83k loan was still in process!!! I had already committed to few payments based on the 2.29 lac loan! Who informed me about this Offer? - AXIS BANK! Who had to suffer at the end of the day? - CUSTOMER! Whose fault was it? the customer's or the bank's? Thou I have registered a complaint with Axis Bank but I know there will be nothing that can undo the damage done at my end. THANK YOU AXIS BANK for your SERVICES to Loyal CUSTOMERS like ME !!!

                  I filled up a form for issuance of new debit card as i recently turned into major. I asked mr. Dhan rathore (Axis bank employee, jhotwara branch, jaipur).
                  I enquired him about the charges for different debit cards and he said he will manage. Then after 15 days came debit card i. E axis rewards+ card for which i don't applied. And today my account debited with rs.590. So i complained it to the jhotwara branch of axis bank and he told me to use the card for 1 year and then he will change my card. But i cant bear this expense as i am just a student and i cant pay rs 800 anually for a debit card.
                  Sir /madam please help me its urgent.

                    Axis bank के जो भी हेड हो
                    मै उनसे ये कहना चाह रहा हूँ पहले तो अपका management department सभी शाखावो को राइट हेल्प नम्बर मोहयिया कराये। customar को बहुत दिक्कते होती है आपलोग ध्यान रखना चाहिये । आपके लखनऊ तेलीबाघ शाखा में एक भी helping नम्बर मौजूद नही । जो भी helping no हैं सब गलत यहाँ तक शाखा प्रबंधक का भी ।
                    इस्से customers कितनी परेशानी होती है छोटी सी भी जानकारी के लिये या तो वो अपने शाखा ंमें जाये जहा उसका खाता है ।
                    ये बहुत गलत है इसे सुधार करें।

                    मै आज तीन दिन से शाखा के प्रबंधक या शाखा कोई भी हेल्पलाइन no हो मुझे मिल नही रहा साब कॉन्टैक्ट गलत बता रहे
                    जिससे मुझे परेशानी हो रही ।
                    मेरे जैसे और भी customers को परेशानी हो रही होगी ।
                    आपकी बैंक की सर्विस निराशा जनक है बिल्कुल संतुस्ट नही ।

                      I have axis bank fastag account and i opened my account with aadhar card and my account shows kyc as ok but credit status became credit freeze. Unable to top-up any cash from march.
                      Contacted fastag toll free, they said i have to update kyc again and they told me to send all cars rc book, aadhar and pan (Which i submitted while buying fastag) to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, scanned all documents and mailed to them. They told me to visit axis bank branch to update kyc and axis bank employees are clueless about this procedure. They ask me to contact customer care again.
                      Such a poor system.

                          There i was applied for new saving account. Before 7 days but still my account is not open
                          They give me wrong welcome kit also.
                          I want to take platinium visa card kit
                          But they give me rupay card kit.
                          I am very distract from this branch.
                          Now am not satisfied with this branch
                          After opening of my account i will withdraw all money of my account.
                          After that i will close my account permanently.
                          Now i never won't to be the part of asix bank.
                          Becouse of poir service and very very slow process of bank

On 2ndjune2021 my was expired due to cardiac arrest.my father had a OD limit account in Axis bank.and also had credit insurance of Max life insurance which was done by Axis bank on first time the Axis bank Auto debt insurance premium from his limit account.as well in insurance policy bont the intermediate is bank. But due carelessness of bank employee or max life insurance employee the intimation for renewal of policy is given to my father by which insurance was expired on 1st may2021 And now bank representative say that it's customer responsibility to renew policy. My question is that if the policy renewal is customer responsibility then how bank auto debit MLI premium from account.and why intimation is not given to customer for if the responsibility is of customer.

                            i am sreejith and maintain an account with axis bank in last month i took 300000/- personal loan and april 10th is the due date for emi so i made payment on 9th april 2018 . But on 10 th april the amount (emi) auto deduct from my account. I dont know about auto deduct of emi from my account. But now in this only one emi affected in personal loan. So i kindly request you to revert the amount 8346/- to my savings account otherwise please minus the same from my personal loan

                              It is requested that my account has been debited 429 rs on 14 april, as a consolidated charges on the name of non maintaining the account balance.

                              I am having this account from last three year and there was not any problem but this time due to some trouble my account has not been maintained for only some day. You charged 429 rs..

                              Please help me to remove the charges it is a humble request.

                              Otherwise i never need such bank account which never understand the customer plight.

                              I also assure you not to give this kind situation again in future.

                              Please understand the situation unless i no need of this account.

                                You have wrongly returned my cheque from gwalior branch for low funds on 11.4.2018.. You can confirm about my balance from guna branch (Cheque issued to uti_mf) cheque no.030984. Probably the confusion by your staff is because i have flexi account. Which has not been counted. Fexi account plus eod is the total money in savings which was much more than the amount written onthe cheque.

                                I have issued axis bank s/b. A/c. Cheque no.030982 of guna branch (Code 679) a/c. No.[protected] in the name of "uti-mf of rs.1, 20, 000/= through uti agent. It has been submitted to gwl. Branch this cheque has been returned by axis bank gwalior branch for insufficient funds in my account. Which is absolutely wrong. You can confirm by your guna branch that on the submitting date that is 11th april 2018, i was having much more in the account than the sum required. Probably the person concern of the bank is not much aware of the flexi account in which i had the amount on that date.

                                  Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. Where almost all the employees are useless...

                                  I personally went to kandanchavadi branches both bank and loan center and again there also no response and they ask me to wait 2 days for refund but all most all 10 days completed but still my problem is not resolved. What u think... U having our money and asking us to run like dogs... All the staff work in kandanchavadi speaks like and behaves like central government employees... So stupid bank...
