This is regarding axis bank credit card no [protected];

Dispatched in my name "amit khurana" at my gurgaon address:

- this is extremely shameful and poor service that axis bank credit card has not given me a welcome call, illustaratung me details on axis priveledge credit card and have dropped me card without my wish,
During teh verificataion calls, i ahd always consisetently requested for explanation of terms and condition.

The docuement collecting boy named monu sharma also confirmed that i will get a call from axis bank who will explain me card feastures.

- as i have not got any welcome call neither got my activation pin, i treat this as a unrequested credit card which i want to block and terminate forever;

- moreover when i wrote to axis banka nd nodal fofiec email fo axis bank, theer was no response as it ahs already been one week.

- i see all this as a a poor service y axis bank so i do not wish to activate, but rather terminate my card;

I will like axis abnk to close this unsused and notactivated card as i wish to refuse this card;

Please provide me closing and no dues letter for my not activated credit card no : failing which i have to write to banking ombdsman and rbi support emails complaining against axis bank;

    I have an axis bank savings account of gudiwada branch in andhra pradesh. I was a student when i opened account and didn't maintain minimum balance properly as i have no income and accepted the penalty of 500. Now i am doing a small job and i maintained minimum balance of rs.10, 000/- every month. Still they are debiting a total of rs.1750 every month. When i consulted the bank staff they said that average balance must reach rs.10000/-. I verified for every month and it reached 10k. How much money i must waste like this. I waited for 3 months and now i am gonna close the damn account. Before closing, i decided to post a serious complaint on axis bank. That is why i am here. The only plus point about axis bank is its banking features. Now, i am done. I can't afford any more. If there is no money how can i enjoy banking services???

      My self byreddy i have using credit card. I have not paid the card bill and finally they have sent mail to close card by paying 15000 for settlement. After receive payment now they are asking. Me to pay 6000 give settlement and threatening me to pay compulsory. Find the attached mails which is sent from bank. Please instruct them to close the card and sent me the settlement letter. If not means i will instruct my layer to send legal notice and raise issue in social media. This issue is happened in chennai. Kodambakkam branch. (Dorai raj.) they are calling and threatening to pay. I have attached the mail proofs.

      Here the details. one by one are playing the games. please dnt leave them. if leave simply like that they will cheat the customers and spoil the bank name. i am maintaining the account from 10 years now i feel ashamed to why i have kept the relationship in this bank. please dnt leave them. they have given the tarchar like anything and sent voice messages by threatening and using abused words to pay the amount. after pay they are giving another numbers to speak to them after i spoke to them they are telling give me 6000 then only i can close or cannot close. i have attached mail proofs.

        I, would like draw you attention and want to explain past thinks regarding double debit amount rs 6575/-, before send further, please read the below carefully and give me solution:
        I was purchased some grocery items from m/s sai budget faridabad on dated[protected] for rs. 6575/- and make payment through my axis card vide mid no. [protected], tid-hr002234, batch no-000006 and invoice no. 000030 dated[protected] time 12:26:34 (Rect attached).
        When i was received my credit card statement for the period[protected] to[protected], i seen that you have debited my account twice with same amount i. E. Rs. 6575/- + 6575/- (Card statement for 18-06 to 18-07 is attached).
        I have made payment after deducting second amount of rs. 6575/- on dated[protected].
        I raised my query to axis bank through mail dated[protected] for reversal of disputed double entry.
        In this regards i have provided the merchant bank statement for dated 19-06-17 for your verification that single amount of rs. 6575/- credited only (Statement of account of merchant attached herewith)
        For such reversal you asked me to submit cardholder dispute form, which i have submitted on dated[protected]Copy attached)
        Based on checking of merchant bank statement, you have reversed second wrong entry and credited rs. 6575/- in my account on dated[protected].
        Now you again debited/reversed my account with rs. 6575/- on dated[protected] while this is second amount which has been debited twice in my account on dated[protected].
        So, the question of payment of double amount does not arise and please reverse / credit the amount of rs. 6575/- immediately.

          We were buying a 2bhk flat in Pimpri and were in need of 50 lakhs for the same.Your Agent Vikas Jadhav had promised of giving the same loan.We confirmed from him atleast 3-4 times before we proceed further he was very assured of giving loan amount for the same. He had taken 1 months time to do the property verification and after that the loan was approved for 40 lakhs only which was not sufficient for me and would not solve our purpose. He had just left us in the middle and was saying he cannot do anything. Even my processing fees has been deducted. I just want to know why your executives make false promise about the loan amount if they are not sure.He has wasted our whole month and after that i opted other bank for same process and they had fulfilled my requirement within a week. It caused us a lot of trouble and inconvenience and also delayed the whole buying process causing problem to the owner as well.(Vikas jadhav chinchwad branch). The previous owner waited till one month and taken the amount from another buyer so almost we were about to loose the property but some how we fight with the owner and then after getting loan from other bank some how i gained that property.

          I have been chasing for the refund amount from Jan 18 till date and the guy promised me if you not get the refund by 15th March then i will give it from my pocket again made a false promise and afterward he denied and said do whatever you want it i am not going to pay.

          I have been visiting every day or the other to the Axis bank Rasrang chowk and the lady who was working in axis bank was also speaking to vikas jadhav and he had made false comittment to me in front of other customers that if you will not get refund within 15th March 18 then i will pay you from my pocket.

          Afterwards that axis bank given the no of Sanjay kumbar which he had taken 1 months time from 19th March till date and after 1 month he just only one word that you will not get the refund then why did he took 1 months time.
          He is also not answering the call and when he answers it he said i will call you in 10 min but never called us

          This is how the customer service is from Axis bank.

            Hi, i am a new customer of axis bank and an employee came to my house to open my account and one week later rs 590 has been debited from my account and when i called that guy over the phone he started shouting at me that he informed me about the charge of debit card however i don't need debit card and forced me to close the account and again you will be charged for rs 600 for that. Please help me in reverting that charge.

            Lady Employee at case window were talking rudely to me when I had gone to the bank and manager favouring the employee and saying you have no manner to lady employee

              Sir i have done recharge on 20 april, 2018 on my jio no.[protected] via upi on my jio app of ₹349. The money was deducted and taken by "[protected]@icici" but no recharge was there shown and no msg was received of recharge done.
              Jio customer care also responded in negative as they said that we have no money received so we cannot take action.
              Sir i request u to take [protected]@icici customer care strict action to refund my money back.

                "invalid user credentials" message while registering

                I am not able to register for net banking in axis bank with the details available in the asap priority account kit and getting following error message.

                "invalid user credentials"

                I am not able to reach customer care executive as there is no such option available in phone banking.

                9am to 9pm chat service is not working.

                Hi, i have been cheated by one of the axix bank executive by misguiding giving me personal loan in a cheated manner. Now that executive is also not picking my call and bank has disburse the amount in my account. I want solution of my problem, otherwise i m not gonna pay this personal loan amount back, and also i will take legal action against axis bank.

                  My name is sahil vats, i m using credit card from 1 year, from last three month i am continously using my card and used its complete limit my out statnding become over and credit card department tranfer that amount in my main account, but i pay all the dues and clear my account still now my card is freezed, i call in ur costumer care no and they said i hv to sumit a aplication in bank to clear all credit card dues from my account.                     Hello, few days back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day. If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me. I opened my account in [24]7 company and my salary will be credited this month only when u activate my account. Please do it fast.

                        We are buing a 2bhk flat in Mumbai vasai and were in need of 90 percent loan for the same.Your Agent Sunil's aggressive calling and intention of completing his target forced him to give false promise of giving 90 percent loan.We confirmed from him atleast 10 times for the 90 percent loan thing to which he agreed instantly.Now after property verification he is saying the loan maximum amount which bank can provide will be 38 lakhs which will not solve our purpose.He has left us in the middle now and now saying he cannot do anything.I just want to know why your executives make false promise about the loan amount if they are not sure.He has wasted our whole month and now we are opting some other bank for same process.It caused us a lot of trouble and inconvenience and also delayed the whole buying process causing problem to the owner as well.(Sunil from axis bank, Andheri branch).Take action against your agents for harrasing us.

                            BEWARE - THIS BANK IS A SCAM. PEOPLE WORKING THEIR HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO GET THE LOAN APPLICATIONS PROCESSED. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE.

                            Applied for a loan through Axis Bank Kasumpti Branch. They took 4 months, still loan was not approved. Also asked to me submit the documents 4-5 times. Every time they had new excuse and wanted me to submit the documents. I WOULD SUGGEST USE OTHER BANKS, GOVT. BANKS ARE FAR BETTER THAN THIS SCAM_FRAUD BANK.

                            I would suggest DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITIES.

                            WORST BANK EVER I DEALT WITH.

This is my loan account. 15th of every month Rs 13000/- paid to LICHFL through ECS transaction from this account. On 19.04.18 an SMS received from LICHFL and found that the ECS payment has bounced.
                              Then I contact to my home branch and found that the PAN card details are not available with that branch. My account was blocked from 01.04.18. My question is why not you informed me by phone/SMS?? Due to your negligence I have harassed badly. I have given fine to LICHFL also my cibil score damaged and moreover personally go to LICHFL office to repay the loan amount with fine for the month of April 2018. You are taking SMS charges from me then why not you are sending the SMS to me in time. Why???

                              personally visited to Axis bank, sector - V, Salt lake branch on 20.04.18 and submitted the Pan card xerox copy.
                              Today Axis bank home branch (Mukti chamber) confirmed over phone that the account is unlocked.

                                मेरा axis bank बचत खाता न। [protected] है । मैंने मेरे खाते से 21/04/2018 को 500 rs. trf किए थे । लेकिन वो पेमेंट बैंक से कट गई ओर आगे खाते मे भी नहीं गई ।
                                कृपा इस पेमेंट का शमाधान करे ।
                                एक पत्र मे axis bank दनोदा मे दे रहा था लेकिन बैंक वालों ने नही लिया। वो कहेते है की online compalind करो ।

                                  I have an Axis Bank SB Account which is showing debit balance now. As per my account statement I have INR 800 in my account. But when I tried to make transaction of INR 400 in a petrol Bunk it was declined showing insufficient fund. When I checked I found that the account is in debit balance of INR 414. I didn't get any intimation regarding the deduction and also when I checked the detailed statement it is showing INR 800 as balance. Please find the attachment for my account Statement.

                                    Sir, i have saving account in axis bank but i stopped using it for several months nearly 6 months now my account balance is reflecting -1000 inr. When i talked to customer care they told me to visit branch and when i visted branch they denied and they told that they cannot do anything i have to pay the debt -1000 whereas according to rbi rule bank can not impose negative charge once balance touches to zero.

                                    I visited branch many times and conviced them that is their fault not mine then he finally agreed to close my account and waveoff the negative balance.RBI article issued in TOI was very helpful for me during my whole conversation.

                                      I had received the call from one assist and they said it is compulsory for all the customers. But the sum of 1899 have been deducted from my account though i said i dont want the subscription. Am using more than 2 bank accounts but these type deduction i didnt seen before.
