axis bank cheat

My mother had been cheated by axis bank, when she went to take a locker, she was told that insurance in mandatory for locker. The axis bank manager gave her life gain plus policy for 20 year with 10 year pay
She told that after 3 years it can be cancelled & we would get the entire money refund after 2 more years
Now i have com to know that we would only get 30%
Axis banks are cheat...

Dear sir,

I have made neft transaction from axis bank account to other bank beneficiary account.

But the transaction has status “amount debited and request posted to rbi” for past two days.

Kindly resolve this issue by crediting or debiting back to my account.

    Sir,
    I have an account at axis bank, airport branch, dum dum, west bengal bearing a/c, no [protected]. I made 4 nos. Fund transfer on 1 may 2018 from my desktop through internet banking. During one of the fund transfer of rs.8.000/- bearing reference id[protected] to basudeb munshi account at allahabad bank durganagar branch, kolkata, west bengal. Imps option was wrongly chosen inplace of 'neft' and status shows "suspect'. No reversal made and and debited amount did not credited to beneficiary i. D basudeb munshi.

    For your information, i have no imps facility and it was chosen by mistake.

    Pl. Look into the matter. Take the necessary step so that reversal be made.

      I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit from my debit card on 6 april 2018 of rs. 539.87 & deduction of debit card charges from my account. On 6 april 2018, my account was debited by rs. 539.87 for which i was not received any otp or sms on my registered mobile number for authorisation of such transaction. At the time of such transaction, debit card was with me & i had not shared the card details to any one. On that time, i was registered a complain (Complain no.[protected] to axis bank support dept. & they told me that they will block my existing debit card & issue a new debit card & there is no any issuance charges of debit card but on 17 april 2018, again my account has been debited by rs. 590 as card issuance charges. You can also check the telephonic conversation with the dept. I had also contact with the senior executive. He told me that these charges were wrongly debited by the branch so this amount will get reverse to your account within 2 working days.
      But still this amount is not credited in my account. I have regularly contact to the dept but there is no positive response from their side. I had a very bad experience with the axis bank support services. Please i request you to resolve my issue & give the refund of such debit card charges & take action regarding fraudulent transaction.

        Hello sir/madam,
        My self tribhovanbhai babaldas patel, and my adhar no[protected].
        I have account in axis bank, but i closed account on 6/2016. However my adhar card link atomatikly in axis bank, therfore it is not link in other bank. I try many times in other banks for linking, but he says first delete adhar from axis bank, and this problem is many times, so my last 4 to 5 lpg subsidy is not submitted. I ask for axis bank, mehsana gujarat branch, but he says i have not do any thing. You complain online, so i complain.
        Please solve my problem immediately, so my adhar card is link another bank.

        Its surprising that Axis Bank is not providing any email address. All earlier existing emails are bouncing back and Axis bank website is mum about it. Only a selected mode of communication, as per whims and fancy of Axis bank, debouch customer to raise its concern.

        Only for this reason I am going to terminate my association with Axis Bank.

          Actually my home branch is with dilsukhnagar hyderabad.. But my mistake i clicked on transfer of branch and proceeded... Now im in big trouble.. Please cancel my pending request for transfer of branch as soon as possible to avoid trouble. Please kindly help me...             I am customer of your chalisgaon br. I am 66 years old. Your bank official sonali called me several times for credit card. I told madam that i am here in chalisgaon today & it is already 17.:20 so is it possible for me to come in bank she replied yes then i came to bank csn branch. I am not native of chalisgaon my account is there but i am from bhadgaon which is 50 km away from chalisgaon. But when i came to br no one hide me correctly. Worst thing is that your br manager was not present but your next officer harshad agrawal (Some one told me d name i don't know) was very arrogant & he told me that u should come before 3 p m get out i told him that madam call me now that's why i came here but he ordered me to go down stairs again down stairs people ordered me to go upstairs i complaint to mr agrawal the officer in br but he again asked me to get out now l lost my temper & i asked officer that i am 66 years old already byepaass surgery done to me & it is not right for me to come up & down pl do me feavour but your most arrogant officer agrawal did not response & again he told me to get out at the same time mr digvijay person for credit card came there & he help me to solve the problem

              can't access my account and debit card

              I had opened asap account before few days and my account number is [protected] & axis provide me a virtual debit card also. But i can't register my account with axis mobile app and also not able to transact online through my virtual debit card. I had done rekyc too. Still i facing this problem. My rekyc rs no. Is 41186561. I raised complaint about that but no response. So please help me. I have so poor experience of axis....

              I had applied for balance transfer from dhfl to axis at mumbai, chembur home loan branch. I had submitted my documents in the first week of march 2018, now today is 5 may 2018 still my case is open. Sales manager mr. Deependra tripathi is very rude person, misbehave with me and always shouting over the phone so today i told him to

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I received a call from mr. Srijeeth credit card dep (Ph:[protected]), on 05 — 05 — 2018- one of your staff i informed him that i would like to credit the amount within few days due to i am in out of area. Hearing this your staff became furious and was very impolite, rude, arrogant and was also using abusive language. I was really shocked because i had always heard that the staff in your bank are very courteous and helpful people. I too could have been equally good in behaving as bad as your staff but my upbringing prevented me from doing this. I have been wondering how people of low caliber have been employed in your showroom. They are fit to be roadside sellers and hawkers and not be working in a prestigious company like yours. If you cannot understand that people are high quality with good standing in society, it is better that you quit and start selling on roadside because that is a place of such people. I thought that at least the manager would be of better caliber but when i brought this to his notice i found that he is no better so i understood that the rot is not just at the bottom level but has reached the from top level.

                  I demand a written apology for the unruly behavior meted out to me failing which i shall as a first step propagate to my colleagues, friends, relatives etc., your bad unprofessional on the street behavior and tell them to advise their friends also not to step into your showroom and buy from other dealers.

                  Ii will also be taking up the matter with axis bank regional office and its head office. So the choice is now with you to either apologise and let matters be resolved here itself or let it go to higher levels.

                    I want to pay my credit card bill but mistakenly we have done the payment rs.4950/- axis bank wrong credit card no.
                    [protected] on dated 1-may-18 though icici bank net banking but that credit card was closed july'17. I have received no dues letter from axis bank july 17. I had sent the mail to axis bank & icici bank customer care but they are not responding. I had called icici bank customer care they said amount will be refunded within 3 working day. Till now i have not received my amount. Please support

                      Dear madam/sir,

                      There is a axis bank atm in naharpur rupa on nh-8 near easa elevators having id-13592 which is nor working properly from last 1 year. The major problem which we have to face are given:

                      1. Most of the time atm machine doesn't recognize his own bank card.

                      2. If by chance card read there is no screen for withdrawal options.

                      3. Most of time available denomination screen doesn't work.

                      4. Processing is very slow as compare to other atm's

                      5. There is no guard to whom we can complaint.

                      Many people got harassed because in other bank you can't withdraw more then 10000/- and there is limit for free transaction. You can check your cctv footage.

                      We hope you will take a serious view on it and take action under intimation.

                        I applied online for an asap account vide a/c no.[protected] on last 28/4/2018. After that, i am confirmed about the account on your behalf by sms and emails. That email from you is asked me to go to the nearest branch for kyc updates and biometrics. When i went to my nearest branch and i found that my account was not opened. When i contact your customer care, they informed me that the said account will be open within next 24 hours and they asked me to visit my nearest branch after 24 hrs. Today, when i went to the branch of axis bank, i was informed that my account has not been opened yet. When i contact customer care, they say that it is not possible to open my account.
                        We cannot expect such kind of joke from a banker like you. I hope you will be able kind enough to take proper arrangements for opening my account.

                          I has requested for a Debit card and the guy in the bank explained me about visa secure+ debit card and told me that the charges would be 300+ taxes issuance and same will be charged annually as well. I agreed and then he issued me a debit card. After few days I checked my account statement and I see a sum of 531 being charged as debit card issuance charges as opposed to what I was told (300+ taxes applicable). I had a chat with customer care, they gave me a request # 41030959.
                          I haven't got any call from bank side, even tweeted about i haven't got any clarifications yet. I even DMed them, but still no reply. Even on the bank website the charges for the debit card is mentioned 300 and taxes.
                          Apart from this, I have noticed that some small amounts have been debited from my account like 1.06rs, 0.8rs etc. I still don't understand what these charges are for and upon enquiring, they say it's charged by the merchant with whom I made a online purchase weeks back. I had already paid to the merchant when I made a purchase but again I got charged and that too after 2weeks of purchase. Who authorised such charges from my account.

                            Mein ludhiana punjab se hu hamare jaha apke atm k samne fruit vala puri parking ki space cover kar leta hai. jo ki parking karne ki space nahi milti jis se aam logo ko bohat dikkat a rahi hai.
                            Aur yaha pe koi guard bhi nahi hai jo atm ki dekh bhaal kare aur atm mein bhat dust rehti hai. Iske air conditioner Bhi nahi kaam karte .

                              My credit card's payment date is 2nd of every month. My outstanding bill was 21495.00 for april and due date was 02/05/2018, somehow i unable to pay within 02/05/2018. Although i was paid 9224.00 on 03/05/2018 and rest of the amount converted to emi for 6 months still it's showing 20953.00 as an outstanding amount. Not only 20953.00 but also there is an amount 571.00 which have to pay. So total amount which have to myself 21524.00 (20953.00+571.00=21524.00)... Then where goes my 9224.00??

                                I had issued a cheque (022815) to shcil services. I got a message that my cheque is returned. As i was out of station i tried to contact the branch for nearly 3 hours, but nobody takes the call when the phone is ringing.
                                Few months back one of my cheque was returned saying signature does not match
                                Then i had explained to the manager that iam 63+ years...

                                I have a account with your bank since last 3 years my account no is ending with 76721 and from last weak m suffering for the cheque book but no body help me for this issue one of your exicutive put my complaint but i didn’t receive any solutions from them and the person who open my account mr. Ravi is did’nt recieve my call and even when i visited in the branch he didn’t entertain me and i need my cheque book on heighly urgencies so kindly solve my issue.

                                  My company has the above mentioned account in axis bank, koramangala, bangalore.

                                  I had placed a request to activate net banking for transactions (Now only viewing is available) by end of march. I have submitted board resolution and necessary applications.

                                  I have been following up for more than a month now and visited branch thrice, they always say next day it will be activated. I have marked branch manager too in the email communications, still i have no response on email. Now they do not receive my calls too.

                                  I wish to continue my banking with axis bank, as personally i am a customer for more than a decade. But it is becoming very difficult without good support from the branch, especially for a corporate account.

                                  Please do the necessary.
