I trying to book a ticket on irctc but some reason i terminate the transaction. Amount 1425 (One thousand four hundred twenty five rupees) was deducted from my account. I found message from irctc on gmail that an amount of rs 1425.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28-mar-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. I got a call from your credit card department and executive said that you are eligible for the card and our representative will go to your location and fill-up form for your credit card. I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

My sb a/c no. Is 67795 and credit card no. Is 7152 (Last four digit). I am availing auto debit facility for payment of credit card dues on last due date from my said sb a/c. Accordingly payment of rs.30, 282.79 for february 2018 was debited from my said sb a/c on 05/03/2018 automatically and no dues were pending against said cc for feb 2018 as per my sb a/c statement. Please be informed that i tried to withdraw rs.25, 000/- using my debit card no.[protected] through axis bank atm. I almost done with all the procedure of inputs, but unfortunately power as been off. Due to that i am not able to collect the amount. But i got a message from axis bank that "your a/c 061655 is debited with inr 25000.00 on[protected]:11:31 a/c bal is inr [protected] info: cash-atm/decn326401/929....

I am using axis bank credit card since 5 years. Bank is charging interest on whole the amount after due date even if i pay partial due amount within the due date and it is approximately 12 % of the defaulted money and around 7% interest rate of the whole amount.

Why should a customer pay the interest which has already returned to the bank.
This is completely shocking and a very disturbing news.

Many times we tried to contact through email but failed. Communication with Nodal officer or bank has become difficult and very cumbersome. We have to call or chat which is difficult process. Chat executive leaves the session before starting the session. No option is given of email. If we need statement of credit card of some previous months, no option is available online or through internet banking....

I had received a gift card from CESC LIMITED (CARD NO.-[protected]) but when I used this card for online purchases it got blocked and after 10 days of blocking I again used this card for purchasing from shopping mall it got declined.
Till now I can't use my card due to this problem.
I don't have any account in your bank.
So, I am requesting you to solve my problem as early as possible....

As per the bank website if you have savings account and credit card then we can change the communication address using insta services.

I did update the address and it reflects in the savings account but not credit card.

I am not sure how to update credit card communication address and all mails related to this credit card goes to my old address.

Customer support is too bad.

It's ridiculous that they can deduct without consulting me. My card ends with *8020.

I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 4634. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
