I'm writing this mail regarding the fuel surcharge levied on the debit card transactions.
We, the people of india, supported the demonetization move inorder to curb the black money. After this we have received the set back for the amount of times the money we can withdraw or deposit in the bank got restricted, which was sold as moving towards the lesscash to cashless society.
Now, the more we depend on the plastic money, credit and debit cards, there is lot of surcharge levied on the transaction and it is up to the tune of 2.5% in some of the cards. This is clear cut case of daylight robbery by banks. If we had unlimited transactions like previously i could have paid the money by withdrawing from the atm nearby.
I request you to talk to the banks and remove the surcharge on fuel for card transactions and reverse the amount cut by banks from jan 01, 2017 till date.
Hopefully we will receive a positive response.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have given request for closing my current acct no : [protected] and given letter to branch before 6 month. I frequently called and mailed concern he said still in process status. but acct Still not closed, Please have this done quick. thanks mohamed
It’s perfectly understandable that you’re very upset about what’s happened. Please share the reference number which you may have received from the last communication channel approached for us to look into it.
