Again Rs 747 deducted from my account yesterday showing as consolidated DP charges. One demat account was linked with my axis savings account, for which I submitted documents to close. But the cheaters did'nt closed I think. While opening the account the representative request me to open that demat account by saying it's totally charge less and I never used that account also. Now they are deducting money again and again (419+747).it's totally cheating, I am going to close this account.

    Hi sir/madam,

    I am account holder of axis bank past 6month, In every month the bank is debiting 160rs to 200rs as consolidated charges I don't why the hell they are debiting and there is no proper response from the customer service department, when ever I called customer service they stating that still the reason has not updated in the system and this is not the first time which is happened, because of this iam very much frustrated, so my request is very simple i need my amount has to be recredit in my account if not the necessary legal action will be taken from my end.

I had given all my requried document to the axis bank executive. Even they give me instant kit (Cheque book/atm card/pin no). Axis bank gave me a/c no :[protected] in instant kit. But unfortunately my account is not activated yet. I took follow up with axis bank regularly but they people do not given proper answer. I m middle class salaried person. I want ur help.         This bank always deduct Consolidated DP Charges, but this bank never give the proper answer for the transaction. Even the service of this bank is absolutely poor. they have deducted 654 rup from my account with a reason Consolidated DP Charges on date[protected]. what a horrible bank
        if the bank is deducting this type of charges without any proper reason then is no meaning for opening the saving bank account. According to cashless economy. this policy will absolutely failed within 1 year,

          I have a salary account in axis bank powai branch mumbai. Every day they would call me for credit card personal loan demat account and everytime i refused. Axis bank have deducted RS 747.5 on 15th April 2017 as consolidated DP charges. I am just fed up of this unprofessional attitude of this bank. It's only because of salary account that I'm continuing the account otherwise I would have closed.

            Rs 10000 deducted from my account on the date of 10/4/2017 from Banglore and the ATM name shwon in the detail are jakkur laayout Banglore but I never visit that ATM till now.My last transaction is of rs 220 on 08/04/2017 from colangute goa.i got msg of deduction on the same date..I already complaing about this to the customer care to Mr Mohamad and my complaint no is 30428193.please take immediate action..and refund my money as soon as possible

              I am existing customer of the with Cust ID[protected].
              I have applied for PL before a month back. When my lead is circulated to your concern dept. I am getting call alternative day from bank.
              One of executive informed me, After checking my eligibility criterial for PL.
              My Company is not listed with Axis Bank, Because it is only 3 years old company. Bank is not going to provide personal loan for me.

              I said ok no problem, Please put such a note in your system.

              Then also from last one month i am continuesly getting enquiry call for PL.
              If i am not eligible, Then why unnecessarly calling?
              And there is no any provision with your system to put a note, what conversation had wih customer last time. To avoid repeate calling.
              Which is worst system. Its irritating me.

                Moreover on dated 08.04.2017, i was trying to recharge airtel prepaid mobile but transaction failed but amount debited 149/-

                Kindly reverse/refund my amount 200/- and 149/- in myy account

                  Hi,

                  Yesterday I received message informing me ''523 rupees has been deducted for DP consolidated charges'' which I am not aware and not approved.

                  To know more, I twitted in twitter but no reply from them and called to customer care same they say we don't have any more information other then the deducted charges are for Demat account.

                  They say, I agreed to activated Demat account which is surprised me. When I ask proof for it they are suggesting me to contact branch or mail to dp.operations which is un fair.

                  I am operating my account from last 3 years and suddenly yesterday I saw this message and they say Demat account activated while creating account.

                  And this account initial is Salary account which will be strictly for Salary and all the above I didn't signed or confirmed to open Demat account.

                  All these looks big fraud going on Saving account on the name of Charges.

                    I have never request to open demat a/ c from bank.

                      I had salary account in band garden pune branch.

                      My account was debited rs.747.5 as consolidated dp charges.
                      Why this amount is charged from my account???

                      Doing same axis bank website research i got information about its d mat account
                      Charges,
                      I am try to call customer care, not connecting to executive pathetic service about customer care also.

                      In a previous when i go to bank about some work.
                      One lady executive come and told me about demat account, i told her i am not interested
                      She try to convince me it's a totally free service sir no hidden charges,
                      Please start account, my week targets are not achieved its a request and it's a free service.

                      I visit bank she left a job and bank reception told me contact customer care,
                      And its not working.

                      This is a pathetic service and fraud working, seriously i am too much disappointing
                      About axis bank,

                      I want my refund that's it …

                      Me and my company employees also change bank, you are fraud bank with fraud employment.

                          I dharmender having saving a/c in axis bank, mayur vihar-1 branch.. I made a transaction of 2900/- form sai jeweller, but my a/c is deducted from 2900/-. I don't what problem behind this, but i know well its was not my mistake.
                          I have complaint this to axis bank customer care, customer care executive said i will get reversal balance (2900-/rs) within in 24 hours. But i didn’t get reversal balance till now. Due to machine fault i suffered that time, and now i am suffering due to again poor bank's services.

                            Please call me at [protected]. My a/c balance is not reversed to me although I have received a message too.
                            I am trying to call your customer care number but it is bring disconnected again and again.
                            I tried to recharge my DTH account but it was not done though airtel money. After that I got a message from bank that my account has been debited with 215 INR. Then I got a message that my money has been reversed from airtel money but balance is still showing zero. Please check and update asap.

                                With reference to the above i want to intimate that on 12//04/2017 at about 18.34, i have tried to with draw a sum of rs. 1000/- from state bank of bikaner & jaipur, shivan cgarden bangalore, atm id s10a[protected]am using my debit card of my above a/c no. As axis bank atm located in wheeler road, bangalore was not working. But the amount was not dispensed by the above atm and i got a response code from the above atm stating that “ sorry unable to process “ inconvence is regretted. Kindly contact your branch


                                Then i went to axis bank atm and taken mini statement for my above account.in the statement it has shown a debit of rs. 1000 on 12/04/2017. But the same has not been dispensed by the state bank of bikaner & jaipur, shivan cgarden bangalore, atm id s10a[protected]am, to that effect i have got a response code slip also. Further i want to intimate that i have not drawn amount of 1000/- from any other atms again. As such i request to credit a sum of rs.1000/- to my account which was erroneously debited.

                                        I was transaction online purchase in amazon but order not placed and amount is debited from my account on 17/03/2017. when i complain in amazon they provide me refrence number which is 4897322613386400004081 as the amazon is telling that they got refrence number from bank when the money should refund from them.
