I opend new current account in your bank, at the time of opening account, i said that i need urgent cheques either cheque book. Your employes said, we provide you urgent cheaque book, when your account activated... After activation of account, i asked for cheaque book, he said now we don't have come tomorrow... Same thing repeat day by day, almost 5 days.. Finally today, he said go to another bank nd close your account... This is your actual service... Still it was your mistake, after that your employee behaves like this...
Now, i understand one thing, axis bank don't need any new account... Now, i will close my new current account nd all my saving account in your branch... Nd i knw, you are not affected with this thing,
For you there is alot of customer, nd for me there is alot of another bank...
