On 22nd march I requested the relationship manager, based in the AXIS bank Sector 16, NOIDA branch, to get my money of several laks transferred to another Banks account where I have several other facilities including doing Mutual fund online. At that point the relationship manager said two thing . First was asking me not to move the funds till 31March to help her get her targets completed for the years transactions and the financial year ending closing balance. Second she mentioned that she can help the online mutual fund facility activated in my account and I can manage online in the same process as I do in other banks...this information she had never provided me earlier though I had expressed my concern on not able to manage MFs online from my AXIS bank account.
Following the discussion I agreed to get my MF account activated for which the lady sent me some forms and requested other documents which I sent. Now this has been sometime and since then I have tried calling her sent SMS but never got any response.
All this time my money sitting in the saving account gaining nothing. ultimately I wrote to the branch head about this but the branch head dint bother to get back to me.
It seems AXIS bank gives a damn to the clients especially those who are not in the country. Possibly for AXIS bank several lacks is actually peanuts and that's what is reflected when you speak to the relationship manager who dosnt talk of anything less than 100crore in a fashion that almost everybody in India and definitely all the clients she handles, deal in the range not less than 100crore, making you realise how insignificant a person you are and its a great favour that she is doing to be your relationship manager.
Frankly I never had any comfortable relation with AXIS bank and so it is this time. But all the while its me who kept loosing and ultimately had to transfer the money to another bank.
Possibly AXIS bank takes people like me to be below the poverty line and is a waste of time for the bank's employees to work with such a vagabond...better they should leave

    Why is india toll free number [protected] showing always busy. I have been trying several ways to contact the customer care of AXIS bank but in vain. Even the regional state wise numbers are not attended. How you are managing such a huge Bank in India without a operational Customer care number. Its a matter of shame. Close your SHOP asap if you are not even able to provide a safe and reliable customer support.

      We have many times like 19+ times apply through website, phonecall, mobile app related personal loan, We recieve call from call center and verification call also recieved,
      BUT executive not come or call from axis bank loan department executive, and if executive will not come at given time & address then not inform anything to me.
      So why executive not anything reponse and inform me.
      Why & What reason to not reponce from your dept?

        Two time once on jan 13, 2017 rs. 199 got deducted from my account on transaction done on dec 25, 2016 info: pur /reliance trends /date 25-dec - 2016.

        Again on march 29, rs. 451 got deducted from my account for tranacation info :pur/ezone\bb cut ba /date 24-dec -2016.

        This seems like my amount can deduct at any time, am feeling very unsafe to continue with axis bank anymore. please refund rs. 650 to my account and ensure this wont happen again, or else soon i will change my bank.

          I would like to share my worst with your bank on unused credit card bill generation
          I as a customer of Axis bank never applied or requested for credit card, but I was given a credit card after which I enquired your bank employee regarding this. I was clearly explianed that there would be no service charge or any other additional charge for the card until and unless the card being used. I never used the card from the day it was delivered to me. Inspite of it bill was generated and was sent to me. This shows the way how your bank is unethical to the customers. As I was not aware of this I did not notice the letter being sent to me. I would like you to inspect on this and cancel the bill that was generated for the card which is not in use. Hope proper action will be taken.
          Here with I apply for my credit card cancellation.

              On 24th Dec 2016 thrice my Axis bedit card was swiped for the purchase of Petrol. All 3 times the transaction was unsuccessful. Hence the amount was paid in cash. After few minutes thrice my axis bank account was dibited for Rs.1595. After enquiry with Petrol pump owner, he told me to settle the matter with Axis Bank. After approaching the bank, they took my complaint in writing and the debited amount was refunded back to the accout within 15 days from the complaint day.
              But agai on 30th of Jan 2017, Rs.1595 got debited from my account and till today neither the bank nor the petrol pump owner are bothered to payback the amount inspite of approaching them not less than 10 times. I dont know whom to contact now.

                Hi,
                I had raised below complaints for my credit card number [protected]
                [protected]/03/2017 at 2:39 PM for Cancellation of EMI of 40000/-

                [protected]/03/2017 at 6:34 PM for not cancelling the EMI based on above request and generating the bill and generating the interest on the amount. Raised a request for reversal of Interest charged even after paying off full amount before billing date

                3) 24/03/2017 12:24 PM made a Follow up Call regarding the above request and informed the executive about my non availability over phone as I was travelling out of country and executive informed about sending the resolution over registered Email ID but didnt receive a single mail till today i.e., 06/04/2017

                [protected]/03/2017 9:30 PM I did a follow up after I was back in the country but Mr. Gagan informed about closing the previous request and a new compliant was lodged by Mr. Gagan informing about the mistakes done from Axis Bank side where for the EMI cancellation request raised on 17th March, executive had taken a request on some other card number and hence a new request was raised.

                5) 06/04/2017 3:40 PM made a follow up call and Mr. Megharaj picked up the call and told about the case still pending even after 5 working days (including Saturday 1st April which is not a bank Holiday) and hence he transferred the call to Mr.Gokul, a member of escalation team who informed that they want 5 more working days and without courtesy disconnected the call which was rude and unruly behavior.

                Even after making me wait for 20 days in total for EMI cancellation, till today I have not got a positive resolution which is not acceptable and I am pained to inform you that your customer service guys especially Mr.Gokul, Escalation Team Member was rude and unruly.

                    Through Axispay, I tried to remit Rs.7000/- in to my account No.[protected], on 3rd April 2017.Following two attempts failed and the amount was credited back in my PNB account.

                    In both these cases, I got immediate SMS informing me of the failure and reversal of debit in my PNB account.
                    In yet another attempt vide transaction[protected], there was no such advice regarding failure or reversal of debit.. When I received no acknowledgement from my account in HSBC for the amount remitted, I checked the transaction details in the App. today and found this transaction also as 'Failure'.
                    So far I have not got any advice of reversal of debit. My PNB account also does not show any credit (reversed debit) till now.
                    Please resolve the problem and arrange to complete the transaction OR reverse the Debit.

                      Bank has deducted charges in in January 2017 for Fuel refill, the same charges has been deducted on 30th March 2017.

                      On January this is correct deduction but in March I haven't refill the fuel but charges deducted, also I got the message on my mobile too. but in Message also it says this deduction for January refill.

                        Once before few days from my account 260 rs where deducted i ingnored because i thaught it would be a late charge of something then again on 04/04/17 1500rs decuted from my account.. If this really happens again and again i complain this police show in media n tell all of my friends and staff member to switch to other account so that they will know there accounts are safe

                            Hello, 15 days back I did open my salary account in Axis Bank, still it is not activated, Although I have submitted all the required documents.I am contacting the concerned branch kasargod kerela but they r not receiving a call. Salary from my hotel is deposited but because of account not activated I didn't rereceive my salary. I need the money urgently. So plz consider my issue and take some proper action.

                              I opend new current account in your bank, at the time of opening account, i said that i need urgent cheques either cheque book. Your employes said, we provide you urgent cheaque book, when your account activated... After activation of account, i asked for cheaque book, he said now we don't have come tomorrow... Same thing repeat day by day, almost 5 days.. Finally today, he said go to another bank nd close your account... This is your actual service... Still it was your mistake, after that your employee behaves like this...
                              Now, i understand one thing, axis bank don't need any new account... Now, i will close my new current account nd all my saving account in your branch... Nd i knw, you are not affected with this thing,
                              For you there is alot of customer, nd for me there is alot of another bank...

                                I am an axis bank customer having savings account. I would like to inform you that I am completely disappointed with the behavior and the service that is been provided by you.

                                I had applied for a personal loan of just 1.5 lac INR. The documents related to the same were approved and during the final verification process, no one was available at my home due to family function. The same was informed to the executive who visited the site via call. Later I came to know, my loan was rejected and it was informed to the bank that no one stays at the said place.
                                The executive had noted the name plate too.
                                When I called back to the executive to ask for the concerns and revisit my place, he showed a very rude behavior.

                                You guys should at least have courtesy to mention proper comments for loan rejection as it implies a very negative behavior from the bank.
                                I am going to review this case throughout all the sites as no one depends on axis bank for a personal loan.

                                  I have been Given an "Unsigned" draft deliberately because the amount is low. Not replying to the email correspondence regarding actions needed to correct the same. Axis bank cusotmer care mail bounces while registering complaint, saying email id is not registered. Dedicated Relatioinship manager Souvik Tarafdar mocks as the amount of draft is low. Mailed to nodal officer as per suggestion of customer care(on Phone), but he also does not reply. Sent a reminder mail too sighting my helplessness in such a scenario and no other option than customer care.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am very sorry to say Axis Bank is worst bank in the world. i have taken 4750000 amount Home loan and now i will transfer my loan to another bank because of this problems. No one is available in the bank to resolve our complaint. This is my last transaction with axis bank and i never tell any one to go with axis bank. now i am increasing my loan amount to 6000000 with another bank.
                                    Complaint Topic:
                                    1. wrong address updated in my home loan account by your Employee and for correction i have to go to your loan branch why?
                                    2. For force Closer Letter i have given service request on 22.03.2017 but still i am not received.
                                    3. list of Document service request given to Branch on 30.03.2017 and as per your employee wait for 15 working days.
                                    4. when i visit to loan branch everything done from your central center then why you are open this branches?
                                    5. Saving account open by axis bank against home loan with Zero balance and as per your bank employee said i have to maintain minimum balance Rs.100000 and for that axis bank charge me every months.

                                    Now i am very tried and helpless feel but thrust me i will not stop my work because of your foolish reasons and work.

                                    I am going to stop my each every account of axis bank.

                                      Hi Axis Bank,

                                      I do not know which department to head to, so i have kept everyone in loop. I am a customer with Axis bank since last 3 years. I have a Saving Account in name of my wife and i being the joint account holder. I also have a current account for my business. i have no Loans in my name or my wife.

                                      From last couple of days i am getting calls from random numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) stating name of some lawyer and using foul language. When asked what the loan number i have they have no response. They are also calling my wife's parents. Attached is the copy of complaint letter that i have given in the local branch were my account is sector 14 gurgaon.

                                      Please help on the same at earliest. I have also raised a complaint no 10989145.
