I have a order in march 23 for a axis active band but it has been delivered in my homeplace but till now its not active .
i found a box but in box not a charger pin and not a manual barcoding . si will comlaint agaainst this product than Axis customer care so executive told me you r going in branch they will handle but i had go to branch i found nobody has inform about this product and last 3 days i was surrounding between branch and customer care and today i will again call customer care so customer care executive told me sir please wait for three working days so kindly please update me what will i do for my best ...

    Hello sir/madam,
    My self tribhovanbhai babaldas patel, and my adhar no[protected].
    I have account in axis bank, but i closed account on 6/2016. However my adhar card link atomatikly in axis bank, therfore it is not link in other bank. I try many times in other banks for linking, but he says first delete adhar from axis bank, and this problem is many times, so my last 4 to 5 lpg subsidy is not submitted. I ask for axis bank, mehsana gujarat branch, but he says i have not do any thing. You complain online, so i complain.
    Please solve my problem immediately, so my adhar card is link another bank.

    I attach photos regarding adhar is link in axis and status inactive.

    There seems to be some real problem in Axis Bank Linking Aadhaar with its customer account. Actually, why does a bank needs its customer do it atall ! The bank itself can verify online as the customer would have linked the PAN with Aadhar already. The bank has the customer's PAN with it . Now, they can verify and confirm this as the Mobile also is now Biometric verified. Even the IT Department confirms the linking by the Date of Birth, even if there is any difference in Name registered. The Aadhar Name is considered as the final one !!

    I never ever seen such poor time management in axis bank.

    I went to below branch for aadhar updation. I was the 3rd person in a queue the management was really horrible. He (aadhar update team) asked me for 30 mins... But i was wait more than 2 hrs and i asked my turn but they refused and say no no wait again n again...

    I reached first time to branch at approx 1:00 PM

    They asked me to come between 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. I reached to branch approx 3:30pm I was continusly waiting more than 2 hrs to come my turn...

    But I was frustrated and finally returned back to my house without update my aadhar card.

    I really got disappointed for such facility at this branch.

      Lien Charges deductions from A/c but not featuring in the online statement
      - Why are these hidden charges?
      - Why no clarity on lien deductions & not featured on the statement?
      on personal visit the branch...
      - On inquiry of deductions, arrogant, rude & unprofessional behavior...this particular person - Mr. Sandip Singh (about an year back was quite a decent person) but off-late has an raked up quite a history of such unprofessional behavior related incidents...arrogance of treating customers like valueless, pitiful, time consuming pests...always with a irritated tone.
      This has been observed by me & also by known acquaintances from the friends & neighboring circles.
      He needs serious bit of counselling & maybe, a transfer to shake him out of the comfort zone where he feels he is happily residing.
      Due to serious deterioration in customer services at this particular branch, I have decided to end all banking terms with your bank as there is no other Axis bank in the vicinity.
      I will certain do my bit to spread the word about this branch to my peers &
      acquaintances (though most Axis bank i have been associated with in Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Dunlop Branch, Noida have been extremely proficient in the service offered).

      According to online shopping they have refund Rs 799 and Rs 261. But till now money didn't deposit.

            I have opened an Axis Bank Saving Account to PAY EMI with Zero Balance Account. While opening the account i have informed that no minimum balance is required until I have the Personal loan is Closed but every month they are deducting a consolidated charges.

            Secondly I closed my Personal Loan In the month of February and a NOC is sent to my mail id. But in March the are 4 Check bounce charges against the closed personal loan. I wrote a mail to customer care with my concerns with NOC as proof of attachment. It is being 15 days. Customer care people are asking me to sent a mail to loan department and i did the same.
            But till now i didn't get any response from either customer care or loan department. It is almost more than a week.

            Even the personal loan also closed after i raise a complaint in Consumer complaints forum(Same Portal). After paying my outstanding the loan was closed after two months.

            Axis Bank Online support system worst than any thing. I will rate 0/10.
            Below are the charges for closed loan.

            The charges of Rs. 945.24 dated[protected] are debited towards Shortfall in consolidated charges and the detailed summary are as mentioned below :

            Axis bank sent a mail on 6th April, mentioned they need 5 working days to resolve the issue. But till now no action is taken.
            my complaint is not addressed by any one. It is being almost 6 months.

              Is pertinent to mention here that I have a Savings Bank Account in your South Mada Street Mylapore branch of Axis Bank for the past 4 years. My Account number is [protected].

              I wish to link my Aadhar number to this account. My Aadhar number is[protected].

              I had given an application to this effect at your Medavakkam Branch along with a copy of my Aadhar card, shown the original and I thought after their assurance it will be done within 48 hoiurs.

              It is very unfortunate that inspite of all the assurances given on March 17, 2017, till today this task is not completed and My Aadhar number is not linked to my SB account.

              It may be significant to mention here that I called the Branch Manager, Mylapore branch twice regarding this issue and though he promised that he will look into this matter, nothing has progressed so far.

              I have tried to link my SB Account through ATM and inspite of the message received ' We will contact you soon" nothing has happened in ground .

              My husband has an ICICI bank account and he linked his Aadhar Card online and got a confirmation within 24 hours in his mobile. But unfortunately the Axis Bank, my Bank which I trusted so much has let me down very badly.

              I am a senior citizen and I wish you will do something urgently to complete this matter soon.without much ado.

                  I have changed my current address in my saving account with net banking. But it was not changed in credit card and edge rewards details. Therefore, I was submitted my address proof and address is renewed in credit card details. But still in details of edge rewards it is unchanged. I am also not satisfied with customer care.

For the last four to five months I could login but thereafter the system does not allow to go for credit card section, etc. For the last one month I cannot login at all for which I have made numerous complaints on line but all turned deaf ears. Once I even had visited Gandhidham branch there I had given complaint but that did not work. This is just great harassment suffered by me but no response.                             FYI, it's being many times when I reach the Axis bank by 3:30 they refused to do any work as taking deposit or don't allow to withdraw they close the door, did I made any mistake to be an account holder I am a working person I get time by 3 to 4 pm IST the staff's were very roude with me so I called the bank manager and he was the best he straight forward threaded me, so I took this step the only thing I wanted to know what is your closing time, branch name topsia, branch code 2759,

                              I have applied the Top up loan for loan against Property on 03.03.17 at Ramanathapuram Axis Bank branch and submitted all the releavent documents. They promised me to provide loan on or before 15.03.17. The loan is also sanctioned however I have not received it in my account. I have checked with them, Madurai Loan divisonal Head said that you have to re-submit your documents but I have done it already. This Loan is very urgent to me. but they are not properly addressing my issue. Please check on this and take necessary actions to get me the loan as soon as possible.

                                I am very much unsatisfied with axis bank service, I had transferred 5000-/ on 3 march 2017 from axis bank account [protected] to bank of india account [protected] and my utr number is AXMB[protected] .

                                But still I have not received my money back or credited on my beneficiary account and I have visited many time at axis Bank but there is no any effectively response.

                                And I called in customer support and registered the complain regarding the same but still no any solution provided by them i have complain id 29689303.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had a current account in Axis Bank, details mentioned below:

                                  Name -CTC Associates

                                  Current Acc No.- [protected]

                                  Branch -Wanoworie Pune

                                  My issue is that I have applied for account closing request on 21/04/16 in same branch as I mentioned above. The bank executive has given me a account closing form which I have duly filled and submitted as per his satisfaction. He assured me that all the compliances are complete and account closure shall be processed smoothly. I also confirmed whether any charges applicable or any due against me. They said there were no charges and also I can withdraw my balance money so I did the same and withdraw my balance amount from my account. I have received proper acknowledgement for the same and it has been enclosed here.

                                  On 25th Jan 2017 By mistake my client deposited a cheque no. 289245 of amount Rs.3405/- in same account which according to me was closed as I have been assured by bank executive that all compliances are complete from my end. But shockingly the account was not yet closed and the same has not been updated me to me at all. There has been no correspondence from bank neither at my address nor on my phone and email. This is ridiculous on part of bank that they keep befooling customers when we visit branch and then they don’t even think that there is any need o[censored]pdating customer that there is some issue in account closure.

                                  When I enquired in bank in Delhi they told me that the cheque is cleared and the amount has been applied against charges for non maintenance of minimum balance for the period May 2016 to till date. But when I have applied for account closure then why should I be liable for any charge. I want the waiver of these charges and want my money back of Rs. 3405. It is bank duty to update the customer that account closure request has been rejected. Moreover the branch manager of ICIC Bank- Prashant Vihar Delhi-110085 is not ready to cooperate this issue and saying us to go and contact Pune branch as it is not there branch issue. I also want to know whether this is right or not. Customer should have right to get his issue resolved at any branch irrespective of his home branch.

                                  This is like a mental harassment for me. Axis bank never informed me to status my account till today neither any call or email. I cant loose my hard earned money for bank faults.Please resolved this issue & this is not my fault & i don't want to degrade my CIBIL Score. I followed as your bank executive told me.

                                  Resolve this ASAP

                                    I opened an account in axis bank sohna road sec49 Gurgaon in month of November 2016 with ac.no.[protected].but because of wrong entry by bank the account could not be opened I asked to return the amount.they told ur DD for amount in progress but still I did not get my DD I also complained regarding bank website but couldn't get help any from there mainly Mr.hariom sales person and Mr.Akash Sinha operation head is misguiding...

                                    This is with complain numer 1494577, i want to put your attention that still i had visited jb nagar branch & met asst. Vice presidance, but still no movement regards this, as we are suffering from medical cost, along with marriage of my sister is there? No one is helping us & as i had drop mail to there every dpt customer service, nodal office, including charmain & m.d of the axis bank, , , but no response??Mail sent to reserve bank email id but no response?????more than 3months gone & still we are wating for our funds????i m requesting to the managment comitee take drastical & strong action on them so next time private bank's will stop there stupidity & missuse of others funds

                                      I withdrew 6000 rs cash, the transaction timed out and got cancelled but the amount has been deducted, I contacted the customer care service but it was of no use. I waited for many days hoping that my money would be refunded back but it didn't happen.so please help me with the issue it has happened twice till today and no response from the banks . I am from a middle class family who has to work the whole month to get salary and when we need money for immediate purpose this thing happens . 6000 rs for a middle class family is a lot and it is the hard work and patience of the person to earn it so please respond the issue as soon as possible
