I am very much unsatisfied with axis bank service, I had transferred 5000-/ on 3 march 2017 from axis bank account [protected] to bank of india account [protected] and my utr number is AXMB[protected] .

But still I have not received my money back or credited on my beneficiary account and I have visited many time at axis Bank but there is no any effectively response.

And I called in customer support and registered the complain regarding the same but still no any solution provided by them i have complain id 29689303.

    Dear Sir,

    I had a current account in Axis Bank, details mentioned below:

    Name -CTC Associates

    Current Acc No.- [protected]

    Branch -Wanoworie Pune

    My issue is that I have applied for account closing request on 21/04/16 in same branch as I mentioned above. The bank executive has given me a account closing form which I have duly filled and submitted as per his satisfaction. He assured me that all the compliances are complete and account closure shall be processed smoothly. I also confirmed whether any charges applicable or any due against me. They said there were no charges and also I can withdraw my balance money so I did the same and withdraw my balance amount from my account. I have received proper acknowledgement for the same and it has been enclosed here.

    On 25th Jan 2017 By mistake my client deposited a cheque no. 289245 of amount Rs.3405/- in same account which according to me was closed as I have been assured by bank executive that all compliances are complete from my end. But shockingly the account was not yet closed and the same has not been updated me to me at all. There has been no correspondence from bank neither at my address nor on my phone and email. This is ridiculous on part of bank that they keep befooling customers when we visit branch and then they don’t even think that there is any need o[censored]pdating customer that there is some issue in account closure.

    When I enquired in bank in Delhi they told me that the cheque is cleared and the amount has been applied against charges for non maintenance of minimum balance for the period May 2016 to till date. But when I have applied for account closure then why should I be liable for any charge. I want the waiver of these charges and want my money back of Rs. 3405. It is bank duty to update the customer that account closure request has been rejected. Moreover the branch manager of ICIC Bank- Prashant Vihar Delhi-110085 is not ready to cooperate this issue and saying us to go and contact Pune branch as it is not there branch issue. I also want to know whether this is right or not. Customer should have right to get his issue resolved at any branch irrespective of his home branch.

    This is like a mental harassment for me. Axis bank never informed me to status my account till today neither any call or email. I cant loose my hard earned money for bank faults.Please resolved this issue & this is not my fault & i don't want to degrade my CIBIL Score. I followed as your bank executive told me.

      Neither opening my ac not returning money

      I opened an account in axis bank sohna road sec49 Gurgaon in month of November 2016 with ac.no.[protected].but because of wrong entry by bank the account could not be opened I asked to return the amount.they told ur DD for amount in progress but still I did not get my DD I also complained regarding bank website but couldn't get help any from there mainly Mr.hariom sales person and Mr.Akash Sinha operation head is misguiding...

      This is with complain numer 1494577, i want to put your attention that still i had visited jb nagar branch & met asst. Vice presidance, but still no movement regards this, as we are suffering from medical cost, along with marriage of my sister is there? No one is helping us & as i had drop mail to there every dpt customer service, nodal office, including charmain & m.d of the axis bank, , , but no response??Mail sent to reserve bank email id but no response?????more than 3months gone & still we are wating for our funds????i m requesting to the managment comitee take drastical & strong action on them so next time private bank's will stop there stupidity & missuse of others funds

        I withdrew 6000 rs cash, the transaction timed out and got cancelled but the amount has been deducted, I contacted the customer care service but it was of no use. I waited for many days hoping that my money would be refunded back but it didn't happen.so please help me with the issue it has happened twice till today and no response from the banks . I am from a middle class family who has to work the whole month to get salary and when we need money for immediate purpose this thing happens . 6000 rs for a middle class family is a lot and it is the hard work and patience of the person to earn it so please respond the issue as soon as possible

          My account got blocked without any intimation and my hdfc personal loan which is linked with it for auto debit of loan amount was unable to debit the amount as there was insufficient amount and the check got bounced and charged 350 for the check bounce and 15% service charge i.e a total of 500rps

          When I asked the bank manager about it, she was like it is because of demonetization we have blocked most of the accounts and if...

          Dear concern

          My self siddharth oza i have done neft on 22nd march 2017 round about 19:00 oçlock in evening but on 23rd march 2017 at 16:01 ammount didnt credited in the account of beneficiary. Transaction was done from axis bank to hdfc bank. Which is not at all acceptable.

          From axis a/c :[protected] to hdfc ac no:[protected]

          In status in mobile banking app it shows that money is debited from ac and request has been posted to rbi

          Please resolve the issue asap.

            This is to intimate you that My banker Axis Bank Ltd, Serampore
            branch, abruptly deducted rs.775.00 on 21st Jan 2017 in the name
            consolidated charges of A/c / Minimum balance for the month of
            December'2016 i.e. during Demonetization period from my current A/c
            no.[protected].of M/s.Sahana Enterprise.

            How can my banker deducted my money during Demonetization period in
            the name of short of minimum a/c balance ?

            Therefore Please look into the matter and advise them, they can not
            simply deduct any amount or charges during Demonetization period.This
            is bad practice.

                Had done the settlement of credit card, have paid the amount in november 2016. the concerned person were mr.Mohit -[protected] and rohit[protected].

                was continuously following no dues tilll ja nuary but no reply from these guys.

                now the bank is again asking for payment.

                The settlement letter was of rs22000, i have put up amount of rs21000 .

                have asked mr rohit is that enough so he examined yes.

                was following for the no dues for more than a month but didnot get any revert and no confirmation to pay rest 1000.

                Now in feb i get the notification from bank to pay the amount again and total.
                Followed with these people and they say that do what ever you want to do we have left the bank.

                    My account no is [protected] by name nisha uday raval. one month before my debit cards has been blocked for same i received msg early morning. i contacted branch they couldn't reply why this happened and ask me to fill new debit card issue application. which i hv submitted but still not received my card. on 14/03/17 i received pin no. (not card). i contacted mrashish at race course branch he said he will check and will call back. still today no call and no card has been received.
                    Kindly note if my card has been misplaced or something wrong happen i will not be responsible as i don't hv received card and same has been informed to your responsible staff at alkapuri, vadodara branch.
                    Do the needful or i hv to close my salary account with ur bank.

                        I have applied for personal loan with axis bank, I submitted my documents on 02/03/17, the application no is [protected]. after 4 days of submission I got a call from axis bank (don't know from bank or agency) they said we are logging in the application and collected some information and they said with in two working days loan process will be completed. but till date I don't know the status of the loan application.

                        I keep on calling to executive who approached me but know she is not answering the call and not even giving replying for messages (about status). before applying I told her I want proper feedback and also I told her that my cibil score is 818 but I have done settlement of PL and CC with HDFC (4 years back due to jobless). for that also she said we will process the application I had discussion with my sales manager and he told we can process application. now she is not responding.

                        is this the way to treat with customers. I never called banks and agency for loan, they are calling and offering the loans. after applying they not even sharing the feedback of application. if this the case, why the hell calling to customers and offering loans and begging for documents.

                        I just want to share this with public.

                        these banker and agencies wants to reach their application targets by processing applications, I think they wont provide loans... simply they do all circus and finally no feedback, when you call also they wont respond properly.

                        please think before applying because this affects our cibil score, and shows credit hunger, because of some useless executives and bankers we are losing our score. think think think.

                        I don't have any reference no. Because I am contacting first time here, the person who approached for loan application is not responding to my calls and messages. Even I don't know for what reason axis bank rejected my application. That bludy begger promised in such a way that I will get loan 100%. Finally don't know the exact status.

                          All the details are correct, still the amount has not been credited to the beneficiary account

                            Personal loan emi refund.
                            Dear sir
                            I foreclosed my personal loan account on feb 1st. After foreclosing, my account was debited excess emi of 10069. Axis bank customer executives told, it will refund with in 10days. Now it is almost 50 days over, i was contacted customer care more than 4 times. They given the last date for my refund 21st march. I already send my bank statement &cancelled cheque leaf also for neft transaction. But till now axis bank not refund my excess emi amount. Every time they raised service request & given the 7days time. Kindly do the needful for my refund of excess emi. Very worst customer service i ever seen.in other banks, no follow up required. It will automatically processed.

                              Sir i requested for Debit card and update my mobile number in a Axis Branch which is near to me..

                              After few days i contacted to their Help Line number regarding my Mobile number and Debit card..

                              They replied that my debit card is dispatched and i will get it in 7-8 days

                              After 10 days i went to another Axis Branch for same request
                              They replied They (Previous branch) have not applied for my New Debut Card and Mobile number..
                              and i asked them to apply again and asked them when i will get my debit card and Mobile Number up to date..

                              They assured me for Mobile number in next working day it will be updated..

                              But still not updated and not received my Debit Card

I have a loan emi pending for that collection agent called me from the number [protected] and he was talking more vulgar words and not talking like a human.                                   We are using axis pos in our establishment .last Saturday and Sunday we swiped cards and settled it. but that amount is not credited till Monday night. I am unable to find it mini statement also. I gave a cheque based on this swipe machine and that also got bounced. due to axis I am feeling very bad. if at all there are going to be any problem they could have intimated us.
