Dear Sir,

I have a salary account with Axis bank which opened thru company.

but from last year june 2016 bank puts charges on this account and deducted all balance from the account.

After that I emailed to bank for account closer, but bank again puts charges without prior information and closed it yet.

please take necessary action againt the bank....

The problem is regarding collecting of property registry document.

I am the co-applicant of the my brother's home loan, he is out of country as of now. as co-applicant I had close the loan account and requested for document back on bhopal loan center. during the loan closing process, customer representative of branch never inform me about applicant is also required for collecting the document but surprisingly when I go to...

I am a customer of axis bank in dasnagar branch. But i can't make payment online using my debit card and access mobile app for updation problem of mobile number. When i going to pay online using my debit card, it is not coming showing that the mobile number is not updated. Last month my axis credit card bill amount is one rupee. I didn't pay that. For that reason now they have charged me with 28rs. This is to bring to your kind notice that i'm not able to open my salary account since last six months with Axis Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Ranchi. Last November i have been provided with the Insta kit. I had some previous old account closing related problem, which has been done from my end. I am receiving Bank Statements on my personal email that doesn't belong to me (I dont even have any account with Axis Bank).

I have complained about it several times but no action has been taken by Axis Bank customer service.

Since statements are protected PDF files (with password), I am unable to open them. Now who knows...
