I got a education loan sanction for Canada from Axis bank loan center, pride house, Pune.
I have told them and provided all the necessary documents where and how to pay my college and living expenses right from here. After submitting all the documents I got the loan of 7.5 lakh.
However now it's time to file visa and I am supposed to pay my living expense fees in Canada but these people are creating issues and making me run everyday.
Although few of fellow mates got the loan from same bank Axis bank ltd. Paid their both tuition and GIC ( Guaranteed Investment Certificate) I.e living expenses for one yr it's mandatory to pay for Canada before filing visa and provide swift receipt at the time of visa.
However these bank people are urging me to pay the fees from my own. I mean seriously, if I would have got such a huge amount in my bank why the hell I would have can to you to get education loan.
This delaying and further inconvenience will lead to my students visa rejection.
So I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I submitted request in Axis bank, Kalyan branch for changing credit card communication address on 21Feb 17 for second time as my credit card was due for renewal since Dec'16 ( prior to that I had submitted request in same branch in Dec'16). But there is no update from bank & no respond from concern staff. The annual charges for my card were debited already, either I need my annual charges to be refunded or new credit card to be issued free of cost

          and I feel it is a serious issue to be resolved immediately as it seems

                On 30th Match 2017 Rs-4590.80 has been Debited from my Saving UPL salary account. Product has been purchased on 27th December 2017 from Reliance Digital.

                This Rs all ready Debited on 27 Dec 2017, why it has been debited again?
                How you can debit this Rs form my account without information?

                I need clarification in written because it has been happens twice, in past same problem face but i did not get any clarification

                  Cashback of rs.1200/- processed by mmt is not yet reflecting in my account. arn no.-75260827083012457139390. generally bank takes 3 working days to reflect the amount but it is almost 5 days since mmt has processed from their end. this is not expected from a customer friendly private bank. customer care no. almost not responding whenever i am calling. kindly resove this issue as soon as possible.

                    An executive of axis bank of palanpur patiya branch misbehaves with me using abuse words, their behavior with me due to i refused to take policies and investment by him.they told me that they have loss of his commision by my investment because i refused.I want these executive to say sorry to me.He asked me to remove account from that branch.he insulted me in front of some people.

                        This is Nibedita from Nagpur, I am not a customer of your bank and nor a Axis Bank Credit Card User. But since a month I am getting a call from this Lady from two Numbers [protected], [protected] and she is saying my father has used credit card and has not paid outstanding payments to the bank, after that I gave my father's personal number and cleared to her that I am married now and I don't have any contact with my family since many years for some personal reasons so don't bother me regarding this again. But even after that she is constantly calling me and using very disgusting foul languages and also threatening me.
                        So, my complaint is, how can she call me again and again and threat me when I am not a user of that credit card and nor a guarantor against that card. This is a clear case of harassment from your employee. I can file an FIR against the Lady but first of all I wanted to make aware of this issue to the bank.
                        I hope that you will take strict action against her as soon as possible or else I have to take other serious actions towards her. I also want an apology from the girl.

                            This is with reference to my new account opened in your bank(salary account)
                            I have been given a kit with all the details however not intimated wether the account is activated or not, I have submitted my bank account NUMBER with the impression that the account is activated. My salary was transferred on 27th of March 2017. I have not been able to withdraw my salary yet. I contacted the team who opened my account they informed me that my account is not activated yet. till date the account is not activated, strangely all the others account have been activated, I was informed that my documents were not clear enough to open an account.This is also to inform you that I have other bank accounts also who opened with the same documents. I still need to know why axis bank could not open the accounts with those document. For your information I have accounts in HSBC BANK, Punjab national Bank.
                            any how my first experience with Axis bank is very bad, please let me how can I withdraw the money because I will not continue with the account anymore., or I may have to think twice to continue with the account. My son's school fees need to be paid, my other bills need to be paid.
                            If my salary would not have gone I am sure you would'nt have called me to inform me also whether the account is active or not. You could have activated and informed me that the documents were not clear, I would have resubmitted the documents. later.

                                Dear sir, i would like to bring to your kind attention the legal notice which i received from axis bank. I want to mention that i was to able to make payment to axis bank against my credit card dues/overdues for last couple of months due to my serious personal problem and i have mentioned the same in the same in my letter to axis bank attached herewith. Axis bank has not sent any collection agent to my home address to knock for the due amount, instead has prefered to send me a legal notice mentioning that it can take legal actions at my cost. But as per rbi guidelines no bank or nbfc can do anything to recover due or overdue amount which might physically or mentally harm the customer. I am afraid that axis bank might do anything to harm my reputation or mental or physical health to recover the overdue or due amount. Although i have asked them to provide me sufficient time to pay considering the poor personal condition. Hope they will listen to my plea. I am 100% sure to pay the overdue and due amount but need some time.

                                    More than 50 times in my bank (Madipakkam chennai) they ask
                                    Me one letter i am also given then they give me this service request no:16994109 now i am not in chennai but i check that request in my local branch it shows me problem solved, but my client still not get that amount in canara bank wrongly mentioned account is blocked the correct account no is:[protected] pudur branch. Ambattur.

                                    I kindly request please take an necessary action.

                                      Respected madam/sir,
                                      I sri tarun sen is a credit card holder of your bank which no is [protected].
                                      I had settled above card for rs. 34000/- as on august'16 and cash paid rs.10000/- and then debit rs.30200/- from my savings account.
                                      On 14/03/17 paid rs.594/- cash and my account debited rs.319/- also. So i paid total amount rs.41113/-
                                      But still now i get statement that pending amount is 14338.11. And for that my savings account also blocked.
                                      Kindly close my credit card account immediately and active my savings account as soon as possible.
                                      Your kolkata office staff named tanmoy dey, bikram roy, sanjib shaw and rahul banerjee is cheated me from long time.
                                      Please resolve my issues immediately otherwise i am bound to go consumer forum.
