Respected Sir/Ma'am,

Subject-In Relation To A Big Monetary Fraud In My Bank Account Before Demonetization

This is to inform you that I, Shyam Bihari Tiwari from Varanasi UP. I have a savings bank account in Axis Bank, Chowk, Varanasi branch that was opened on Date 18 Jan 2016 by Neeraj Pandey.

To check whether the gas subsidy was deposited in the afore mentioned account, I had applied for the Passbook, Cheque Book and ATM card, out of which I could only receive the passbook on urgent basis. After its updation I found out that Rs. 14, 00, 000 lakh have been anonymously credited and then debited from my bank account. This sum of money was not deposited by either me or my family and even after immense inquiry. I could hardly manage to retrieve any information regarding this transaction. It seems that I am being drawn into a conspiracy for which I am seeking help.

I had already complained against such a forgery on PMOs website. When I checked my complaint’s status on the website, I found the following statuses on the corresponding dates.

1. 10th of January 2017-Compliant was transferred to Mr. S.V. Patil, RBI official.
2. 17th of February 2017-Complaint was transferred to Mr. Tapas Dutta, Vice President of Axis Bank.
3. 22nd of February 2017-Complaint was taken back (with my fake credentials).

The complaint was deceitfully taken back with fake letters and my counterfeited signature and credentials, with no information to me (who is the actual complainant). Those who can coordinate a fraudulent financial scam, it is very easy for them to fake credentials to be attached with a forged letter closing the matter. Such a monetary scam is well planned by Axis Bank’s Branch Manager Dheerendra Pratap Singh and Bank Clerk Neeraj Pandey, and by their conspiracy, such illicit transaction.

Along with this conspiracy, they must be involved in many illegal transactions before the demonetization and during the period of demonetization. If such money is confiscated, then big sums of black money can be deposited in the Revenue Department of India.

I feel really helpless and hopeless because they use my credentials like Aadhar number, digital signature, Pan card details etc. to act in my name to close the complaint and I have no proofs against them. I have alredy sent 4 to 5 times email mail and call to Axis Bank Nodal Officer but, not got any response.

    I have submitted closure form to axis bank kormangala branch in month of october, they ensure me account will be closed with in 7 working days, now i tried to reach bank exucutive they are not responding even after several mails no response.

    Now i m getting mails that please fill your account to avoid some charges .

    Already they have deducted some amount and today again i got message that your account balance is - negative 1208 rs

      Hi,

      This is with reference to my loan account number PHR[protected]. There are a few issues/ complaints with respect to processing of this Home Loan Transfer from SBI which I would like to highlight and seek proper redressal with corrective steps and refund of my excess charged money by Axis Bank.

      I mentioned initially to Mr. Amit Kumar (person who was in touch with me from Axis Bank for Loan process) that I am looking for a home loan transfer from SBI to Axis Bank due to lower rate of interest and I want this loan for 8 years. I was told at that time that your loan is sanctioned for 15 years however, you may take the disbursement and he will get the duration reduced from 15 years to 8 years before first EMI hits the bank. However, now the person is reluctant to get that done and is asking me to contact customer care for the same.
      I mentioned to the above person that I already have a property insurance issued by SBI General and I will get it transferred in favor of Axis Bank once I get the NOC from SBI. However, I have been issued a new policy by Axis Bank and charged me around INR 3-INR 4 thousand rupees without my confirmation.
      I was told that the disbursement will be paid to SBI within one day so that I do not unnecessarily get charged double interest from both the banks. However, again to my surprise the loan was disbursed on 09th Mar and was paid to SBI on 15th Mar. For this period i have been charged interest by both the banks i.e. Axis Bank and SBI. On my enquiry no one bothered.
      I am still awaiting for my relation ship manager details.
      I have not been given internet access to this account. I tried registering online on axis bank site but it is not accepting the customer ID i have been issued. I raised a query with Home Loan department and even received SR number with assurance that I will get internet access within 4 days, however, I am still not able to log in. Customer care numbers do not work. have been trying to have status update since last 3-4 days but the number is not connecting.

      The dealing persons are Mr. Amit Kumar - [protected] and his Manager Mr. Virendra - [protected].

      I have even discussed the above issues with Mr. Virendra but he has also not been of any help. Not even a single email is responded by Mr. Virendra.

      Would request you to kindly take the above on records and give me suitable relief at the earliest.

        Hi, i am Dilip kumar from bangalore, karnataka. On 01 Apr 2017 i went to your axis bank atm to withdraw my money. I actually withdraw 10.000 but i only got 6, 000 of 500 and 100 notes but i didnt get 4000 but from my account it got deducted 10, 000. When i got a less amount i asked security, but he told may be there is no 2000 notes thats the reason you got less amount. But whatever my money got deducted for no reason and am unhappy with the axis bank ATN service.

              I got a education loan sanction for Canada from Axis bank loan center, pride house, Pune.
              I have told them and provided all the necessary documents where and how to pay my college and living expenses right from here. After submitting all the documents I got the loan of 7.5 lakh.
              However now it's time to file visa and I am supposed to pay my living expense fees in Canada but these people are creating issues and making me run everyday.
              Although few of fellow mates got the loan from same bank Axis bank ltd. Paid their both tuition and GIC ( Guaranteed Investment Certificate) I.e living expenses for one yr it's mandatory to pay for Canada before filing visa and provide swift receipt at the time of visa.
              However these bank people are urging me to pay the fees from my own. I mean seriously, if I would have got such a huge amount in my bank why the hell I would have can to you to get education loan.
              This delaying and further inconvenience will lead to my students visa rejection.
              So I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    I submitted request in Axis bank, Kalyan branch for changing credit card communication address on 21Feb 17 for second time as my credit card was due for renewal since Dec'16 ( prior to that I had submitted request in same branch in Dec'16). But there is no update from bank & no respond from concern staff. The annual charges for my card were debited already, either I need my annual charges to be refunded or new credit card to be issued free of cost

                            This Rs all ready Debited on 27 Dec 2017, why it has been debited again?
                            How you can debit this Rs form my account without information?

                              Cashback of rs.1200/- processed by mmt is not yet reflecting in my account. arn no.-75260827083012457139390. generally bank takes 3 working days to reflect the amount but it is almost 5 days since mmt has processed from their end. this is not expected from a customer friendly private bank. customer care no. almost not responding whenever i am calling. kindly resove this issue as soon as possible.

                                An executive of axis bank of palanpur patiya branch misbehaves with me using abuse words, their behavior with me due to i refused to take policies and investment by him.they told me that they have loss of his commision by my investment because i refused.I want these executive to say sorry to me.He asked me to remove account from that branch.he insulted me in front of some people.

                                    This is Nibedita from Nagpur, I am not a customer of your bank and nor a Axis Bank Credit Card User. But since a month I am getting a call from this Lady from two Numbers [protected], [protected] and she is saying my father has used credit card and has not paid outstanding payments to the bank, after that I gave my father's personal number and cleared to her that I am married now and I don't have any contact with my family since many years for some personal reasons so don't bother me regarding this again. But even after that she is constantly calling me and using very disgusting foul languages and also threatening me.
                                    So, my complaint is, how can she call me again and again and threat me when I am not a user of that credit card and nor a guarantor against that card. This is a clear case of harassment from your employee. I can file an FIR against the Lady but first of all I wanted to make aware of this issue to the bank.
                                    I hope that you will take strict action against her as soon as possible or else I have to take other serious actions towards her. I also want an apology from the girl.

                                      I was trying to book tickets on 13.03.2017 & 15.03.2017 but unfortunately amount was deducted from bank account and tickets were not booked.
                                      There were 8 failed transaction out of which 5 times money debited from my account.

                                      I have got only three refunds till date and two refunds are still pending.

                                        This is with reference to my new account opened in your bank(salary account)
                                        I have been given a kit with all the details however not intimated wether the account is activated or not, I have submitted my bank account NUMBER with the impression that the account is activated. My salary was transferred on 27th of March 2017. I have not been able to withdraw my salary yet. I contacted the team who opened my account they informed me that my account is not activated yet. till date the account is not activated, strangely all the others account have been activated, I was informed that my documents were not clear enough to open an account.This is also to inform you that I have other bank accounts also who opened with the same documents. I still need to know why axis bank could not open the accounts with those document. For your information I have accounts in HSBC BANK, Punjab national Bank.
                                        any how my first experience with Axis bank is very bad, please let me how can I withdraw the money because I will not continue with the account anymore., or I may have to think twice to continue with the account. My son's school fees need to be paid, my other bills need to be paid.
                                        If my salary would not have gone I am sure you would'nt have called me to inform me also whether the account is active or not. You could have activated and informed me that the documents were not clear, I would have resubmitted the documents. later.
