On 16th feb 2017 we swiped rs 10, 500/- in sangeetha mobiles pvt ltd..kaikodanahalli branch..transaction was failed but amount is debited from my account its been 14 days but amount still not credited to my account..we got a letter from sangeetha ..the letter says that amount is not credited to sangeetha account ..we visited to axis bank but they people not taking responsibility..so please look in to this and do the needful asap..

I haven't received reward points as promised. I was promised to get 250 points for opting e statement I opted but not received 250 reward points. Also 2* reward points in birthday month ie September but didn't get 2 * reward points in the month of September and many more. I contacted customer care but No conrete solution has been provided by customer care.

I used axis bank atm deployed at tata teleservices, bangalore (Opposite star bazar, kormangala 7th block, hosur main road) with atm id (Cwac19402)
To withdraw 6000 rs from my kotak mahindra bank account. The transaction got succeeded but atm did not dispense money (Record no 4021).

Axis karamana Trivandrum branch, the branch head been approched by myself for not having cheque leaf but need to transfer based on instant leaf .But the Manager R.Sheshadri was not even helping but showing attitude and misbehaved by shouting in local language and very unpleasant way. I have made imps transaction today (28th Feb 2017) for the amount rs.78150 from my axis account to Canara account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.
