I have some serious concerns with the way your bank operate. Here are the account details and my concern.

Branch : Tarnaka, Hyderabad
Type : Savings salary account
Email : tullah.[protected]@gmail.com
Will share my phone number once you contact me.

I have a LIC home loan linked with this axis bank account and they will auto debit the monthly EMI and for the recent month there were an issue with less funds due to which the cheque was returned and I received this message in the evening. I will share the entire date and time in my next email.

However, earlier when you bank was in news with the fraud happening while exchange of old currency you people were so ambitious to save the customer that even if a cheque was ready to collection you people sent message notifications that the cheque has been received for clearing and even if there was less amount I used to deposit and within 2-3 hours the cheque used to be clear and clearly these messages are missing now.

So indirectly you are making me pay for cheque return charges and you are again showing your original private bank hidden faces and started looting customers. I would like a explanation on this since I have the entire proof of messages which people used to send me for the past 3-4 months when there was issue with money crisis and your bank officials were booked in the fraud by the Indian government.

I don’t you to charge me any cheque return charges on this concern since you are charging me for the account maintenance and notification messages and its your duty to put across these information to customers. I am expecting an reply or a callback between 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM every day from your end related with the below points.

This cheque was sent to clearing around 14th - 17th of this month.

1) Why was the message notification not sent stating the cheque clearance at the first point which had caused this trouble to me.
2) Why was this message sent stating the cheque was returned back.
3) I don’t want any charges related to cheque return as well.
4) As of now I wanted you to immediately clear the cheque amount which was submitted.

    Team,

    I have received damaged axis active band. Please refund my entire money for same.
    I have already complained same to the customer care on 20th feb 2017 but after several call to customer care. I have not received any resolution. Every time i call they told me to wait for 3 more days.

    I am very frustrated with axis customer care and want my entire money refund in my. Bank account.

    After this complain I have received fake call from some executive stating that he is calling from Axis bank and will refund my money back and asking other details for my account.
    Pls take action against this fraud racket also.

    As of now I know his contact number : [protected].

    Will share the other details regarding same once I get information from my relatives who is works in ministry of India.

    Request all to do not share any Confendital information on call on such fraud calls.

      Before some time ago i am used to axis bank credite card & time to i can pay my due but witinyear i will not pay becouse i m job less, regarding the same 3 day i have receiveda ezxutive call mr manesh murali from this number[protected], he is told me how many days you can pay your do then i told him please call me 18/03/2017, then i will let you but as per our telephonic converastion he is give wrong informationthen i am conform to my neaest axis bank rohini branch as a telep excutive is give me wrong information forcing for payment then i am told me 1st i am comform my home brach then i will be pay then he is use to abouse & give me threat he is told me monday he have need to transaction id if i will not pay before 12 pm then
      He is let me

      This is my humble request to indian consumer complane team please help me check it who is use to abused again & again becouse i am all ready told me him i will pay my due amount

        Dear sir,
        I got a two wheeler in tvs finance by giving my salary account cheque. Emi per month is rs. 2462.
        Sir due to salary delay i unable to pay the emi in time so that cheque was bounced once only. But in axis bank they put the bouncing charge of 2600 and telling that your cheque was bounced 4 times.
        But they not mentioned anything in my statement. I request you to kindly take the action.

          I have made a transaction through myntra online on 30th october 2016. The transaction has been made twice. When i contacted myntra, they mentioned that the duplicate transaction has been declined and the refund request is already sent to axis bank for refund. The declined transaction id is:[protected]oct2016 - rs 3541.33 12:16am). But when i contacted axis bank, they are saying, they haven't got any notification from myntra and amount is not refunded yet.

          It's been five months i have been contacting myntra and axis bank. Both parties are playing with consumer without resolving this issue.
          Kindly help me to get my amount. Greatly appreciate your help.

          First, what you have shared the above link is invalid. Second, I've put forth my complaints in http://web2.axisbank.com/WebForms/grievance-redressal/grievance-redressal.aspx. And, there is no complaint ID I have got. This is totally unfair.

          I don't know what is happening at your end. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POOR SERVICE ELSEWHERE. It's not the small amount for me to leave. You put yourself in consumers' shoes. If you can't resolve an issue for six months, what kind of customer service you are providing.

          Dear Consumer court, I'm deeply distressed as a consumer. Request you to take necessary action against AXIS bank.

              1. I have an outstanding balance which i tried to pay from canada. But you guys do not have option to pay coz my phone number has changed while in canada and the you cant sent otp to my em, ail coz of your glitch.
              2. Now that you want your payments you are contacting my old parents and harassing them which i why i want to lodge a complaint.
              You have never sent me any emails or anything and this is card against fd which you guys can recovery your bucks form the fd.

                whenever i try to contact customer care without proper communication it was disconnecting.

                  It is Highly disappointing that, the way of approach towards the customer for change request from salary account to savings account.

                  Because of the POOR ATTITUDE & EGO I was shuttled between Ramapuram branch Operations Head Mr. Raghuram (+[protected]) & other branches.

                  Ramapuram Branch employees are highly irresponsible & They are replying to customer(me), they can not check Emails.

                  If you are NOT willing to read E mails, than How can you process the request made from other branches??

                  With this kind of poor attitude peoples, I am interested to continue this Account & I Feel that AXIS bank in Ever Worst Service Provider among the Banks in the World.

                  Account was Locked & Requested to release the lock.The Change was initiated in Tirunelveli branch & I was directed to come to CHENNAI (700 km away from Tirulnelvlei) by Ramapuram branch Employees & Operations Manager.

                  They also very clear that the change can be done in 2 minutes of time, if we receive the request.The request was initiated 3 days back..

                  Still Waiting..Very Very Worst Service..

                  I would like to remind you that PM is asking us to GO forward with Digital India & You are asking customers to travel 700 km for simple change

                  (With this change bank also will be benefited- Minimum Balance is 10, 000)

                          Today Morning I have received Balance deduction message about Rs 862 for yearly dibet card charged for my salary account. and to idectify exact issue I have visited your Malad west branch for more detail. but Opration Head "Jay Shah" told me it's because you were our Priority account holder and for this reason you are charged.So, now I don't understand your business logic if you are converting customer from Priority to Normal salary account. So, why don't you make changes in your System. which automatically check and convert Debit card function as normal salary user.
                          Now, I don't want to pay this 862 for card as Debit card is free for Salary account.
                          Need positive resolution on this as I can see cheating by AXIS Bank which i want to highlight in consumer court because all these charges without User consent.

                              Not sure whether this is the right place, but the axis bank representatives have really made me upset and frustrated. Regarding loan, they always confirmed that a executive would come to my door and collect the documents, which never happened. Never ever bothered to call and check whether someone actually came.
                              Truely unprofessional and pathetic .

                              I have Cleared all my outstanding payment of my credit card and requested for NO due Certificate to update my cibil, from past 15days i am followup regarding a letter, but still i dint get a proper respond, in my last chat with Mr.Tousef as promised me tat he as sent for requisition of NDC, so i wil get soft copy of NDC with 2days i.e 26th Monday 2018, now its already wednesday, Kindly solve my problem help me to upgrade my Cibil.

                                I am jignesh parekh from australia . i came to india in dec 2016 . i have account with axis bank since last 8 years . i am citizen of australia . so i decided to close my saving account in axis bank . i did application at bhavnagar axis bank branch at wagawadi road . i have given application to Mr Pratik. his no is [protected]. i called him 50 times but he did not reply and do not pick up phone . i tried branch landline no is responding and do not pick up phone . since last two month bank charge me 400 rs approx per month . i do not know how to resolve this matter . before i done closing application i pulled out all money and check with pratik is that ok now to do closing application he said yes but now no one responding . i tried axis bank mumbai office phone no but no one respond and no one pick up phone . i have seen worst bank in world for customer service

                                  My name is venkat nadimenti, i have axis bank credit card.in my account rs771 and 779 wrongly debited. I sent mail to customer care after that they was asked documents on17/01/2017. I forwarded to them after i got credit of 779 but still pending rs. 771. I sent mail again. I got the reply that they provided refrence number 28452559 on 27/02/2017 then paid balance payment and closed my card. Today i got message u r payment due rs1235. Earlier my bill after deducting 771 only.

                                    1. I am client of axis bank for the past 11 years and hold a saving account in your bank.

                                    2. I went on 14/03/2017 at 11:20 am for cash.

                                    3. I got the cash but there were 21 rough notes in bundle and I wanted to change those note but the cashier told to me these are OK. But I am not satisfied because those notes were badly tore and paste withcelotape that’s why I wanted to change.

                                    4. But the cashier hyper on me and started misbehave with me.

                                    5. He did argument and used rough language with me.

                                    6. He threated to me and said I always give you rough notes when you will come for cash.

                                    7. He harassed to me.

                                      I have a salary account with Axis bank which opened thru company.

                                      but from last year june 2016 bank puts charges on this account and deducted all balance from the account.

                                      After that I emailed to bank for account closer, but bank again puts charges without prior information and closed it yet.

                                        The problem is regarding collecting of property registry document.

                                        I am the co-applicant of the my brother's home loan, he is out of country as of now. as co-applicant I had close the loan account and requested for document back on bhopal loan center. during the loan closing process, customer representative of branch never inform me about applicant is also required for collecting the document but surprisingly when I go to the bhopal loan account center after the month of closing the loan for collecting the registry document, she told that applicant also required.

                                        I specifically conform that applicant is in USA and I am only person (co-applicant) to collect the document at the time of loan closing process also even in confirm through the tollfree customer care as well (if required we can check the call record of that time). But now they told that applicant also required for collecting the document.

                                        I got such bad experience from Axis bank staff bcoz they dont know the process and policy and customer is suffering due to unawareness of process. I never expect such bad experience from the Axis bank

                                        Please suggest what next...
