Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i'm not able to open my salary account since last six months with Axis Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Ranchi. Last November i have been provided with the Insta kit. I had some previous old account closing related problem, which has been done from my end. I'm getting harassed, visiting the bank branch several times to complete formalities and again the branch is asking for new formality.
Sir, request you to take care of the matter as i am facing problem in receiving my salary.

    We are holding current account with axis bank, warangal branch. Request was submitted for re KYC, mobile number updation, BO declaration, change in partnership deed and sign updation for new partner on 12/01/2017. Met branch manager and complained on 22/02/2017 for the delay. BM arrogantly said would be done in 10 days and is still not done. I have given them time to complete the pendency in 1 day and submitted the pending documents to process the request and is still not done. Such a pathetic level of service being a world class private bank. How many days do you need just to process small requests. Myself and my executives have visited your office many times to remind and requestting to process the requests. I find Branch Manger is not taking responsibility even after a complaint and is again delayed by 2 weeks.

      I am receiving Bank Statements on my personal email that doesn't belong to me (I dont even have any account with Axis Bank).

      I have complained about it several times but no action has been taken by Axis Bank customer service.

      The statements that I am receiving is for:
      MR SURENDRA PAL SINGH

      Since statements are protected PDF files (with password), I am unable to open them. Now who knows what kind of account it is. Maybe it's another fake account for money laundering or something (Axis Bank is famous for that, we have seen in news).

      Not sure what can be done!

      As I mentioned, I have tried to contact Axis bank several times. Here are the list of people I got response from (always stated that problem has been fixed):

        Hi my name is Sarfaraz Abubaker Machliwala, I am holding a saving account with axis Bank and it is a recent account open on 31 december 2017. I came to notice that their was a deduction done of 12045/- from my account stating that I have a pending credit card bill for the year[protected] which I had never applied or use. Why did the bank waited for this long years to take action and why was no communication done prior to this. My phone no., My address and my location is same from the past 12 years so what took axis Bank so long. I want my money back and I am willing to take legal actions.

        Many times we place our roll paper demand as per edc department( at least 50 times) but not delivery, we have a hotel business, so our guest not received edc machine support facility,

          My credit card reference no:[protected], As I received a notice from IT department to submit the statements from April 2014 to March 2015, i requested so many times for statement i have not got the statements.They are asking to email and they are sending that your email id is not registered to my register email id.From 20 days iam facing the problem, every time i call the customer care, a new telecaler will receive my call and i have to explain the problem.
          Why there are sending to my register email Id as it is not register with us.

            I have savings account with Axis Bank, Race Course, Vadodara
            Customer Id no. is[protected]

            On 10th February, my Savings Bank account has been debited for Rs. 35044/- as per advise of Axis Bank Home Loan Division. I have not taken any single rupee loan from Axis Bank.

            I met with Bank official and submitted the letter in this regard but no response till today. I have Bank acknowledged copy for the same. I followed-up over phone also but no response.

            Kindly get the amount credited in my account on top priority. I need to pay my tax liabilities in this month.

              We (sri anchana diagnostic trichy) are axis bank customer for the past 12 years and our account no is [protected]. Our branches sri anchana- karur, sri maruti-erode, karur scientific and dindigul hospital supplier also maintain our account at axis bank.
              But because of your unsatisfactory service for the last 3 years we have shifted our 65% transaction to hdfc bank (our trichy branch only), inspite of that axis bank is least bothered.
              Then we also need neft and rtgs transaction, we spoke about this to trichy thillainagar salai road branch person, but there is no response hence kindly do the needful for our future correspondence

              Sir,

              I am using Axis Pay UPI.in that I did one transaction on 8 April and time is 20:05:32 but beneficiary didn't get the amount.but in my account amount is debited.i didn't understand why it happened.i raised my query regarding my Transaction Id is[protected], query reference no. Is 79489447 .but there is no response from bank.i have also visited to bank.please tell me why it happened and when it clear.its some more urgent regarding to amount.

                Dear sir/madam,
                My self sangita mohanty having used credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 6041 with customer id[protected] in your axis bank, I am a house wife and I used this credit card for my personal use now a days I have facing lots of financial problem in my family life.
                Now I write about my credit card details statement which is most painful my embracing life.
                In February 2016 my pending balance is 41817.62 and in time I stop purchasing because of my financial crises. And I thought, I will be repayment of credit balance in several installment and I paid part wise from april 2016 to march 2017 and lastly I have paid already 72000/- as on dt 06.03.2017.
                In time of October 2016 a fruide transaction of amount 17500/- will held on my credit card . and that time I will inform to customer care and they told me that you filled up a customer dispute form and submit an axis bank branch with a FIR copy from near police station. I have do all things which was told by your branch. And also mail the customer care with attaching the all documents .

                But Now the customer care always telephone me that your credit card balance is above 42000/-
                Please pay as soon as possible. And threatened me to we are sending collection team to you and so on.
                Sir/madam please told me that my out standing balance is 41817.62 and now I paid excess about 30000/- in a year(april2016-March2017) then how much money I will be paid to this credit card.

                I have attaching the all documents which was already mailed by me.
                Please find a right solution and take necessary action.

                My personal loan acc no is 417CSP08602158 and my last EMI amount was 32327 rs but by default 42303 rs were deducted from my account .
                So please refund my remaining 10000 rs.

                  Hello Axis Bank Team,
                  Two years back around 2015, I was using following services of Axis Bank provided by the organization in which I was working during that tenure.
                  1.) Salary Account
                  2.) Credit Card.

                  My account number: - [protected]
                  Mobile number: - +91 [protected], +91 [protected]

                  And as of now both services are in severe condition with no issue from my side.
                  As I left that job then I contacted customer care via phone in month of October 2015 to suspend my all services at their earliest. She said we can proceed only for credit card and for salary account I need to visit MG Road Branch. Then she proceed my request to suspend my credit card.

                  To my utter surprise I received a text message after a couple of days that you have received a credit card bill. I found that they sent me annual charges (Rs. 572/-) for the credit card despite the fact I have already submitted the request for cancellation of credit card then I doubt whether they blocked my credit card or not. Then I visited MG Road Branch. They assisted me for closing of salary account only but for credit card they advised me to call customer care. As in case of credit card, customer care is only the way.
                  On the same day, I contacted the customer care again then the guy assured me this time you don't need to worry, this amount will be waived off and he will arrange a call from backend team in next 48 hours to assure me that this amount will be waived off. But even after a week there is no call. i have call recordings as well give me mail id if you need )
                  On 4th April, I called again to Shruti (customer service of Credit Card), she assured me again that you don't need to worry, this amount will be waived off. Please listen to the call recording and pay attention to the way she spoke with such confidence. ( i have call recordings as well give me mail id if you need )
                  I asked number of time from her if is it really required to pay 500/- but she strongly advised me to not to pay this amount, this will be waived off and it is supposed to be as well.
                  From that time I contacted customer care number of times and asked to escalate this issue but each time they made false promises and keep increasing my amount now they made that 572/- annual charges to 4500/-.
                  After that I was out of town for a year without having access to my previous mobile number.
                  Now I am receiving regular calls from your side.

                  So my main concern is to know why I shall pay this hefty amount despite of the following facts:-
                  • I haven’t purchased a single thing that cost even a single buck. Then why I shall pay this amount?
                  • I have already submitted the request to suspend my credit card one month before the incurring of annual charges. Then Why?
                  • Earlier it was 572/- only then your team has advised me not to pay this amount. Why I will suffer for that miscommunication gap from your team? ( All call recordings are attached)
                  Request you to intervene this matter and to investigate this thoroughly.
                  To be very honest, I found services of Axis Bank very cumbersome, no transparency, no escalation matrix defined anywhere in spite of being a Private Bank.
                  This is same scenario I am facing with salary account. I went twice to axis bank branch to close my saving account below are the proofs.
                  1.) First time on 23rd March 2016, after paying a small amount that was in negative. Below is the proof.

                  Then after a period of time, I received a call from Axis Bank, if am looking forward to transfer my bank account to my nearest locality then I strongly denied.
                  But after some time I received message stating that your account has been transferred to Vasant Vihar Branch.
                  2.) Then I visited Vasant Vihar Branch in the month of October 2016 and then again completed the formalities to suspend my salary account at their earliest. Below is the proof.

                  Still I am not sure about the salary account is that close or not?
                  Please forward this matter to someone who is really authorized to take some action at earliest.

                    Without approaching any address the ******* people returned shipment and they don't need to give a missed call if they IDIOT not able to reach.
                    They chutiya person returned shipment without going any where .from office they returned all importent documents.
                    Local and first flight people are more reliable then the blue dart delevry chutiya man.

                        I have been following with Axis Bank for more than a month now. I have provided all documents in Pune branch 2 times during last 1 year. However my contact details are not yet updated. Every day I am sending a reminder, I get an acknowledgement number, but in vain. Later there is no call, no e-mail and no updation. Fed up now.

                          I am shyam sharma I have salary account with axis bank. cust id[protected] shivaji branch.

                          I am operating this account more then 9 years .
                          No credit card issued from my account .
                          in the month of feb 2017, I come to know there is lein in my account 128000 against credit card . I was having balance of 80000 &my account balance Is showing - 48000 negative balance.
                          I have never ever inform by axis bank in 9 year that I am having credit card.
                          I confirmed with axis bank customers care no they said no credit card issued in your name.
                          I sent mail to my home br they said this credit card charges bcoz as per my system your pan card nand nominee name is matched.

                          Then I started sending mail for give me application no and the bill I used they don't have answered.

                          I have sent many mail and they replied back .
                          Now when I am fighting wirh rhe on the mail now they have send mail aaying that this email id in not registered with us.
                          now can not reply.
                          my all information share by Operation head now when im asking valid reason then they are saying email not registered. at same day they have Debited my aacount with out giving information.
                          I request you to please take this matter very seriously .

                            I have opened Axis Bank salary account on 14th feb 2017 & 28th Feb salary is credited to my account, but when I was trying to withdraw from the ATM it's showing an error unauthorized card usage, then I contact the executive he said by end of the day it will get activate, when I called to customer care they told me to visit the bank, 4th Feb when visit the bank they told me to contact the executive, he is giving me the fake promises, now I want to withdraw my money & close this account, please tell me the procedure

                              Today at 8:25 pm... I went to axis bank atm near parmanand colony new delhi and withdrew 7000rs from the atm... I got 14 duplicate notes of 500rs... I want to change my notes... Please help me in getting original currency... I will be very grateful to you.. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible...! I hope u take action against my complaint...!!!

                                  I have received new credit card 1 month before but still yet to activate and not used at all. 2 weeks before I was wrongly debit Rs, .1500/- and then got reversed after complaint. Again, 2 days before debiting Rs.2174/-. Some cheating is happening and I am going to report to consumer forum and will return for cancellations.

                                      On 16th feb 2017 we swiped rs 10, 500/- in sangeetha mobiles pvt ltd..kaikodanahalli branch..transaction was failed but amount is debited from my account its been 14 days but amount still not credited to my account..we got a letter from sangeetha ..the letter says that amount is not credited to sangeetha account ..we visited to axis bank but they people not taking responsibility..so please look in to this and do the needful asap..

                                        I haven't received reward points as promised. I was promised to get 250 points for opting e statement I opted but not received 250 reward points. Also 2* reward points in birthday month ie September but didn't get 2 * reward points in the month of September and many more. I contacted customer care but No conrete solution has been provided by customer care.
                                        I emailed to axis bank as well but no one addressed the issue.
