Myself had a joint demat, savings a/c with my father who has passed away last year and he was the primary holder for the demat account. Since then I am trying to transmit the shares since last October’ 2016 (6 months now) and there is no status as of now. I used to get the feedback that the transmission is in progress and NSDL is taking some time, etc. Just to transmit the shares, I had to open a new savings, demat, trading a/c, I did those as and when whatever was asked to do.

It’s two months, documents have been submitted at your branch office at Purulia for transmission of shares, before that I had to open my own savings a/c, demat account. I was in almost bi/tri weekly follow up with your Dubai representative.

However last 3 weeks there are no update from the side of Axisdirect/Demat. Dubai representative also do not have any clue or feedback.

Even the nodal officer, principal nodal officer including the MD cum chairman, do not respond, neither acknowledge my email.

Truly speaking I wonder how Axis Bank is still surviving with this kind of poor professionalism and culture.

I feel pity on your organization.

I understand it’s a blunder to remain as a client of yours. It would have been better as suggested by one of your staff to sell off the shares and close the savings a/c. Really it’s a pain to do banking with your bank.

As of now at least the minimum I am requesting to transmit the shares so that I can sell those and close the banking with Axis Bank/ Direct.

At the time of aggrement, I didn't signed on HDFC insurance policy as I am already holding multiple insurance with higher coverage.
I clearly told that I don't want to take it and refused to sign - But just now I received policy document to my email with Rs.2702/-

    I have applied for personal loan with axis bank, I submitted my documents on 02/03/17, the application no is [protected]. after 4 days of submission I got a call from axis bank (don't know from bank or agency) they said we are logging in the application and collected some information and they said with in two working days loan process will be completed. but till date I don't know the status of the loan application.

    I keep on calling to executive who approached me but know she is not answering the call and not even giving replying for messages (about status). before applying I told her I want proper feedback and also I told her that my cibil score is 818 but I have done settlement of PL and CC with HDFC (4 years back due to jobless). for that also she said we will process the application I had discussion with my sales manager and he told we can process application. now she is not responding.

    is this the way to treat with customers. I never called banks and agency for loan, they are calling and offering the loans. after applying they not even sharing the feedback of application. if this the case, why the hell calling to customers and offering loans and begging for documents.

    I just want to share this with public.

    these banker and agencies wants to reach their application targets by processing applications, I think they wont provide loans... simply they do all circus and finally no feedback, when you call also they wont respond properly.

    please think before applying because this affects our cibil score, and shows credit hunger, because of some useless executives and bankers we are losing our score. think think think.

    I don't have any reference no. Because I am contacting first time here, the person who approached for loan application is not responding to my calls and messages. Even I don't know for what reason axis bank rejected my application. That bludy begger promised in such a way that I will get loan 100%. Finally don't know the exact status.

    initially I used very polite language, for that no one has given response, go through the conversion on above, you can find the details. in every mail I am mentioning my contact no. till date no one has called me. inspite of solving problem you guys asking me to write in proper language. problem created by axis bank executive not from my side. let me see at least this time they will call me for solving problem or not. simple mail communication delays in solving problems and creates negative impact to customers. just think, in future if any one calls me and offering loan or credit card from axis bank, what kind of response I will give. not only me all customers who suffered with this kind of problems. it creates very bad impression on your bank. think and try to resolve the issue at earliest. my no [protected].

            My Name is bharath and I live in germany. My neighbor is german, he is dental doctor and owns small online dental business. I have given website work to know people in india and work is done.

            my neighbor transferred money of 850 Aprox to indian Axis bank, almost 9 months back.
            Due to the wrong name they have kept the money in axis bank(Account number is correct). we have requested them so many times to return money or transfer to target bank. they never respond to our mails and calls. I called the employee who works in same branch(Anoop)
            This is really pissing me off, and also feel shame infront of my german neighbor. This is how foreign countries are losing trust on india.

            I would like to complain and take necessary action on this [censored] bank.

              I am a customer of axis bank in dasnagar branch. But i can't make payment online using my debit card and access mobile app for updation problem of mobile number. When i going to pay online using my debit card, it is not coming showing that the mobile number is not updated. But i updated my mobile number in branch several times but still the problem was not solved. I reported branch several times but they didn't help me regarding this issue. I called axis helpline number but didn't connect my call.

              The terms and condition according to which the rate of interest is final as 9.35 but when loan is sanction the rate of interest is 9.50 and wrong loan amount is given that is 400000 but i want loan of 398095. Actual emi is 8332 but taking the emi of 8401.

                  Last month my axis credit card bill amount is one rupee. I didn't pay that. For that reason now they have charged me with 28rs. Justification for this is...Penalty will be depend upon current outstanding...How come this make sense. This is worst situation.28rs is not a matter but banks are doing too much now a days. Is bank or running for public sake or it seems banks are earning from common people. There should be some end for this.

                    My name is Anisha sharma, I have made a payment on 7th March 2017 at 11:57 am to indigo worth Rs 4138 . The amount is deducted from my account but merchant said the amount is pending. I have called mailed axis bank phone banking centres and your executives are not providing me any details that whether the payment is stuck at your end or merchants end.

                    My axis bank complaint number is 29533904.

                    Every time I call your phone banking executives disguise me and give me different answers.
                    On 8th and 9th March they said, That the transaction is not successful at axis bank end and the amount will be credited back to my account by 9th March evening.

                    On 10th March they are saying please mail a scanned copy of mail along with details to customer care and they will revert between 30 days - 120 days.

                    I have a flight next week on 16 March atleast please confirm me actual status of the transaction instars of disguising me so that atleast I can make payment to the merchant again.

                    Sorry to say but it is very shameful at end of the bank that you are harasing your customer with new new statements every day.

                          I want to complain about wrost service of the axis bank jhalawar rajasthan...today i went to axis bank jhalawar branch 1.10 pm the gaurd told me its lunch time then i come back to home and again i went to the bank on 3.15 the guard told me the bank closed now come tomorrow that time the behavior of guard was very bad. i want to know according to RBI guidline what is the branch closing time of axis bank jhalawar. According to my knowledge its compulsory for all banks and branches to follow the RBI guideline then the axis bank jhalawar why not following banking time according to RBI...kindly lodge my complaint against bank manager and guard.

                            I had recently visited couple of weeks back to your branch office ( Prestige Shanthineketan Branch, ITPL Main Road) to enquired about plot / Land loan and happened to meet Mr.Venkat from the loan department and got the required details from him to apply for the loan with applicationid 5982641 and we had submitted the required documents and information to initiate the loan process. It has been successfully initiated with the below application id. I have received SMS on 11th Feb 2015 and message says XXXXX amount loan has been sanctioned against the below application id and the same has been reflected in the system as well.But after that there is no update when i went and ask the executive he told like technical team should visit the property but the property we are planning to purchase in madanapalli that is in andhrapradesh near buy bangalore out team is not ready to go the place for validating the market value to disburse the amount so they cancelled the application but they deducted 2847 rupees from my account for processing the loan if the issue with axis bank team there in the processing steps just they kept hold or rejected i didn't get any update so i wish my money what ever they had deducted for processing should credit to my account . Axis bank team is making fool of customers and looting there money.

                              I was going to withdraw 3000 on Tuesday from a SBI ATM, but ATM went for temporary out of cash, I did not get the cash but the same amount was deducted from my account.                               I am the resident of new Panvel.I withdrawn ₹5000 from your ATM and I got 2 ₹2000 note and 2 ₹500 note.In this both of the 2000 note were inked .I am also attaching a photo of the ATM from which I withdrew money.Suggest me what can I do with this

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that i'm not able to open my salary account since last six months with Axis Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Ranchi. Last November i have been provided with the Insta kit. I had some previous old account closing related problem, which has been done from my end. I'm getting harassed, visiting the bank branch several times to complete formalities and again the branch is asking for new formality.

                                  We are holding current account with axis bank, warangal branch. Request was submitted for re KYC, mobile number updation, BO declaration, change in partnership deed and sign updation for new partner on 12/01/2017. Met branch manager and complained on 22/02/2017 for the delay. BM arrogantly said would be done in 10 days and is still not done. I have given them time to complete the pendency in 1 day and submitted the pending documents to process the request and is still not done. Such a pathetic level of service being a world class private bank. How many days do you need just to process small requests. Myself and my executives have visited your office many times to remind and requestting to process the requests. I find Branch Manger is not taking responsibility even after a complaint and is again delayed by 2 weeks.

                                    I am receiving Bank Statements on my personal email that doesn't belong to me (I dont even have any account with Axis Bank).

                                    I have complained about it several times but no action has been taken by Axis Bank customer service.

                                    The statements that I am receiving is for:
                                    MR SURENDRA PAL SINGH

                                    Since statements are protected PDF files (with password), I am unable to open them. Now who knows what kind of account it is. Maybe it's another fake account for money laundering or something (Axis Bank is famous for that, we have seen in news).

                                    Not sure what can be done!

                                    As I mentioned, I have tried to contact Axis bank several times. Here are the list of people I got response from (always stated that problem has been fixed):

                                      Hi my name is Sarfaraz Abubaker Machliwala, I am holding a saving account with axis Bank and it is a recent account open on 31 december 2017. I came to notice that their was a deduction done of 12045/- from my account stating that I have a pending credit card bill for the year[protected] which I had never applied or use. Why did the bank waited for this long years to take action and why was no communication done prior to this. My phone no., My address and my location is same from the past 12 years so what took axis Bank so long. I want my money back and I am willing to take legal actions.

                                      Many times we place our roll paper demand as per edc department( at least 50 times) but not delivery, we have a hotel business, so our guest not received edc machine support facility,

                                        My credit card reference no:[protected], As I received a notice from IT department to submit the statements from April 2014 to March 2015, i requested so many times for statement i have not got the statements.They are asking to email and they are sending that your email id is not registered to my register email id.From 20 days iam facing the problem, every time i call the customer care, a new telecaler will receive my call and i have to explain the problem.
                                        Why there are sending to my register email Id as it is not register with us.
