Complaint against Axis bank for missuse of documents collected for credit card application.
Hi,
I have applied for Credit card at Axis Bank, Hadapsar, Pune branch in the month of September and have submitted all the documents to the branch but till today there is no update on the application even after so many reminders to the bank.
I have escalated this to the asst. oprn. manager, Operations head and Branch head as well but till today there is no update except 1 excuse that give us few days and we will get back to you.
Finally i had to send Axis bank branch head and Vice President, Pune a personal notice but there is no response on the same too.
I have requested them to return my documents at the earliest which includes last 3 year IT returns, Copy of Pan Card, Copy of Aadhar Card & Address Proof with the appropriate reason for denial but there is no response at all.
In the current scenario of Currency demonetisation, i have a very strong feeling that my documents have been misused by the bank hence they are not ready to return the same.
I request you to please look into this matter and help me in this regard.
