i am sumit kumar s/o sh. Sudhir kumar. I want to open my saving account in axis bank jatal road, panipat. I have already paid amt. 2500/- for open my saving account dated on 23.11.2016 but now not open my account no. M visited any time in this branch but branch manager not any response and roudely behaviour by branch manager. I facing many problem for open a saving account

i request you to please short out my problems as soon as possible

Whenever I am doing a online transaction, their site shows that my card is blocked since 2-3 months. I also visited my main bank branch still my card is blocked. This is the worst facility of Axis Bank I had ever used in my life

    Dear team,

    I am having a salaried account with axis bank since july 2014 and today when i am placing a request for new cheque book then it says that this account doesn’t have this facility. What rubbish?? I was issued a cheque book earlier and have used it completely.

    Not at all sorry to say that service of axis bank are worst. I have account in three banks but highly disappointed with services of axis bank.

    I need a new cheque book as old is finished but not getting one….

    1) tried using mobile banking - it gives error saying that this account doesn't have cheque facility. How is it possible??? I am having salaried account since july 2014 and have finished one cheque book.
    2) tried to call customer care - worst experience... Tried two times but call not picked. 1st time kept waiting for 11 mins and today for 8 mins.
    3) visited axis bank branch, hawa sadak, jaipur - representative asked me to call at customer care and customer care doesn't picks up the call.
    4) tried using net banking - it says that i have updated my address recently so i need to try other means - sms, customer care, mobile banking etc. Though my address is updated in system.
    5) i tried using sms method - it says ur request could not be processed pls visit nearest branch.

    Screen shot/ proof attached for all the above five points.

    I have a salaried account since july 2014 and this is the service i am getting. Really horrible service.

    It really made me to think again and move my account to some other bank.

        I am holding an Axis Bank salary account for the last couple of years(appx 9 years), I noticed a deduction of Rs. 345 from my Axis saving account, after which I called customer care there is no response, I have not received any notification or approved, as I have never subscribed any service till date . I would also would want to bring to your notice that I am not aware of any service and hence, confidently claim that I have never subscribed for the service even by mistake . I kind request you to refund the deducted charges at the earliest.

              Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Shweta Singh, resides in Mumbai Santacruz west & on 8th Nov-2016 I have purchased a Vehicle Honda Activa 3G from Honda dealer Preetam Honda Jogeswari West Mumbai @ Rs. 65000 & financed with Manba Finance on behalf of AXIS Bank but unfortunately due demonization my first & 2nd EMI has bounced but the finance company was not given any proper communication for that & on 19th Dec-2016 one person Mr. Sanjay Bhosale from Manba Finance was came at my office address & forcefully seized my vehicle without giving any chance to pay the bounced amount & told me you have to come to our office & release your vehicle after payment of the both emi then on 20th Dec-2016 I was visited the Manba Finance office for releasing my vehicle, but they demanded Rs.62798 for release the vehicle, also on 19th Dec- 16 third emi has been deducted from my bank account.so kindly requested to you help me to resolving my problem.

The bank manager tell me to not issue lose check and he advised me to go to main branch khan market. So please tell me the proceduer to issue a lose check. It is not negligence of bank manager. Manager said money is not available now, you will come tomorrow, and next day he gave a 6000 and 8000. But is come all day in bank.

                        Manager setting directly to other customers, he change old notes to new notes in black.

                        And Bank Service is too poor and axis bank kosamba branch all employee is not respect a customer, and he also not provide locker on my father account.

                        I closed my 3 acc no. In axis bank.

                          We introduce ourselves as Vasal Educational Society located in Jalandhar, Punjab, having 7-8 current accounts in your bank but right now we are very disappointed to write that we have applied for 3 EDC machines for our schools on[protected] & till date only one is been installed whereas we were told that all machines will be installed within 12 days. This is totally annoying that now your staff is not even attending to our calls & we are feeling harassed at the moment.

                          An immediate action in the matter is requested so that incompetency of your staff do not harm our business anymore.

                            I am suffering a lot by taking car loan from axis bank.
                            My loan is sanctioned even first EMI also deducted from my account but still I have not received my customer copy of loan documents.
                            The biggest pain is the representatives from axis bank who came at my home for car loan documents formalities compliance are not receiving my call, even I am trying them since 1st of Dec 2016, but no response from their side.
                            I am putting name and details of both the representativs please take very hard action against them so that in near future none of the customer get suffered by this kind of people.

The Hazaribag Branch sent this cheque to Ranchi Branch on 15.10.2016 where it was declared Instrument out dated . on the basis of that Ranchi branch returned the same writing dishounred to Hazaribag Branch . I claimed to pay my Rs 555000.00 in my A/c by sending Lea gale Notice on 18.11.2016 which was received on 24.11.2016 at Hazaribag Branch . But up till now I am waiting for my claim .                                     i am ekvvp ramamurthy,
                                    i need your help in the matter o[censored]nwanted
                                    depossition of money in incorrect account, i have explain here what has happen... sir,
                                    i was
                                    cheated by one unwanted person on the consigment of "giving a job in the BMW automobile
                                    company", this person propose me to deposit 23400 rs againest Mr. RENU SINGH, AC no:
                                    [protected], at your branch ALAMURU, E.G.DT, A.P. i trust his words and expert a job
                                    and placed a deposition of 23400 rs in the account of above said member. i had known
                                    immediatly "it was cheeting" after the deposition, and i have informed nearest bank at
                                    ALAMURU, but there is the no response for above said consigment. i had met 'branch
                                    manager' number of times on this consigment but no use, those are tell me "there is no
                                    possibility to block this account". i have all the proofs to proove this account person was
                                    cheater. if you please give a chance and tell how can retain my money, i don't have any
                                    ways, i have only the way that was contact nearest help line. i had searched this in net, and
                                    found this email id, please respond & give any reply on this consigment as earlier as possible,
                                    i have already sent same to your branch at new delhi by corier. this account holder maintain
                                    an accout at your branch vasantha vihar, new delhi, i have already communicated at above
                                    said bank but no use, sir this account freezed since june 2008, but i did not any responce
                                    from above said bank on this consigment to do the justice. sir how much time freezed this
                                    account with out doing any transactions, is there any period or not. i am waiting for the
                                    justice for one year, but there is no reply. we pardon you to do justice to me on this
                                    consigment and give reply any, please sir please sir, please sir, please sir, thanking you sir,

                                      I am an existing customer of axis bank, however i was not allowed to withdraw money from axis bank atm

                                      Reason : because that atm is owned by welspun india limited facility

                                      If i am an customer of axis bank, they why should someone deny me its service to withdraw money

                                      Requesting you to please look into this asap

                                      Its a voice against injustice

                                        Respected sir, i inserted my atm debit card(Axis Bank) at SBI ATM gangapur road nashik dist. Nashik on 20/11/16 at 15.00. but at the time inserting card screen display shows card not properly inserted after that my account is debited by Rs.2500 from my saving account.so i do online complaint about transaction but i cant got reply from bank, finally at third time complaint bank says SBI send us mail and give answer your transaction was successful, but Ti ll cant got amount so take action.
