We have been associated with bank since last 4 years. The service provided by this bank specially in hanumantekdi branch is worst. The staff is non cooperative.

Our edc machine is not working from past 1 week effecting our business very badly, We have been facing lot of problems and thus losing on business. Even the customer care no's. are not working. Its better to shift to other bankers for your service. Its my sincere advice...

I asked my Axis Bank Home branch in Karimganj, Assam to deliver my renewal credit card. I followed all the procedure and they also sent the card via India Post Office Speed post almost a month ago. But till date no card has reached me. I asked my bank but they seemed helpless. Axis Bank EDC Machine — EDC Machine Working Problem
