I have submitted all the necessary documents on 04.12.2016 at the axis bank and i was promised to open an account with in 12th December but still that account is not ready yet and also they continuously delaying the procedure till date 15.12.2016, also they are saying it will take a longer period to open my account and so i cant get my salary all though i have a necessary.

        I hv a current ac and edc machine with axis bank. My customer ID[protected].

        On 12th Dec I did a settlement for 90k and on 13th Dec again for 8k.

        Today 14th Dec and time 4pm still these payments are not credited. Bcos of this poor service from axis am not able to support digital transactions. hv reached customer service for atleast 20 times and by waiting atleast 20 mins in queue. And also I deposit two cheques in my home branch for clearance on 9 th Dec even those payments were not credited. Wherein I issued 2 cheques worth 9000 each for my vendors dated 12th Dec and it has been cleared though they are not working today 13th Dec . Bcos of axis unprofessional and poor service I hesitate to receive digital mode of payments to avoid unnecessary tension and frustration

            On 10th am used to swipe my debit card amt of inr 540 but while transaction it was rejected but my amount is debited but still now that amt is not reversed to my act but i got just msg from axis that amt is revered. Kindly look at this issue and reverse my cash in to my act immediately and tks.

              I m working junior engineer in indian railway, sir i have an a/c in baraut branch utib0002688 located in district baghpat in up.
              Sir today i deposits a 2 lac cheque in this branch, but any staff do not receive it by stamp or any receipt to given me for deposits this cheque, they told me thrown this cheque outside in box, sir if this cheque lost, who is responsible.. Also staff behavior is not good.
              Sir according to my opinion it should be given receipt to customer, after it should be entered in box.

                      My name is prateek saini i have opened a savings account in faridabad sector 9 branch . It is going to be a month already bt still not got my debit card n the branch is not helping me in either way
                      Whenever i visit the branch for the concern they have only one answer dat it will directly to you only bt when will it be comming i just need a answer to that . Is this kind of service is axis bank giving then i have made a wrong decision in opening an account with you . As all o[censored]s know abt the demonitisation and the essential use of debit card as of now bt here i am now roaming penniless as i dont have anything to purchase

                          The POS machine supplied by AXis Bank to BSES, Delhi, installed in their Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Centre, is not accepting Subject Credit Card - VISA issued by Chase Bank, USA.
                          This Card is being accepted by POS machines at almost all Merchants in Delhi
                          BSES say they have failed to get the matter solved
                          Why is your above machine not accepting my C Card, which is being accepted, even at small Merchants having accounts with ICICI, SBI, and other Banks

                                I have taken agriculture loan of ten lac from dharampur axis bank mohamdi . I have deposited all intrest and capital amount before two month but branch has not given me closure report yet.                                   I had an account in Axis which was opened as a salary acct when I was in my first company.I left the job in May 2015 and there after I withdrawn all the amount in the account since I will not be receiving any more funds and not going to use further. Now when I got to check the account details I see that there is a negative balance of Rs -687 in it.

                                  As per the RBI rule, "According to the RBI notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.""

                                  Also it says clearly that :: As per a directive from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks have been asked to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance touches zero, The Times of India reported. The central bank has also given the customers an option to approach the banking ombudsman in case lenders continue to debit charges on such accounts, creating negative balance.""

                                  We all will be forced to go through the BANKING OMBUDSMAN AND WRITE TO RBI about this if no actions taken.

                                      This is Ravindran On 22.11.2016, I tried to make payment of my mobile no. [protected] through Idea cellular web site. Due to some internet problems the transaction was aborted but the amount of Rs. 1468 debited and again tried to make my mobile for Rs. 1468.00 and same was successful. I am not yet credited failed amount of transaction for Rs. 1468.00 For your reference I am furnishing herewith the transaction details Reference. No. ECOM PUR/IDEA/MUMBAI/221116/07:25 and ECOM PUR/IDEA/MUMBAI/221116/08:55. I inquired with Idea cellular and they conformed they have only received one payment of Rs. 1468.00.

                                        I am AlpeshkumarI I am trying to login, but getting invalid credentials every time. Customer ID is correct After some attempts I got "Reached maximum attempts". And again "invalid credentials" message is coming.
