This is to inform you that I have send a letter to model town branch regarding closing ma account, however ma account is still showing active & now axis Bank Charged 700 rs approx for not maintaining minimum balance of 10000 rs In saving account.

Spoke multiple times with customer care executive but I m getting nothing.

Please take any action regarding Axis Bank else it wll impact my credit score.

    The net banking website isn't working properly from October 2016. I am unable to do the transactions as it does not get connected. This is happening to many of my colleagues. We have to re-login multiple times to complete the transaction and this irritates a lot.
    Also most of the time we won't be able to login for the personal banking, and it says the site can't be reached.
    Please rectify this problem on priority.

      मैंने एक्सिस बैंक में सेविंग अकाउंट ओपन करने के लिए 2 बार अप्लाई किया था पहली बार 2.12.16 को, मेरे पास पहली बार २ दिसम्बर को कॉल आयी और मुझसे जरूरी जानकारी लेकर बताया गया कि आपके ऑफिस पते पर बैंक कर्मचारी भेज कर अकाउंट ओपन कर दिया जायेगा जोकि 2500/- से ओपन होगा जिसका ref. no.[protected] दिया गया लेकिन 06.12.16 तक लोकल ब्रांच से ना कोई कॉल आयी ना कोई रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव आया लोकल ब्रांच संधीर (करनाल ) में गूगल पर दिए गए नंबर ([protected] ) पर सम्पर्क करने पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नही दिया गया और टाल दिया गया
      कृपया एक्सिस बैंक से जुड़ना चाहने वाले लोगो को टालने वाले बैंक कर्मचारी को सही तरह से पब्लिक डीलिंग की ट्रेनिंग दी जाये और मेरा अकाउंट ओपन करवाया जाये

        2.Since last 4 days the ATM does not have cash and no body has taken pains from the your concern department to put cash in the ATM.

        3. Your are kindly requested to put cash in the ATM at the earliest and avoid inconvenience to the public.

          I booked appointment for opening a bank account. I had all document ready but no one came. Then i waited 3 hours in bank and i was told concerened person is very busy i had to wait. I waited 3 hours then i got to know he was in bank itself. And then he refused to open a account said we are busy. We cant open. Ok sir we know we are just people. But please dont be this much rude and ignorant. Where we should go if in our own country we are not being heared. I am so sorry for being at mercy of banks.

            I was opened saving bank account axis bank khurja branch on 5/11/2016 today is one month complete but you didn’t activating my bank account i have first time chooses axis bank my decision was wrong.               I have a EDC machine display problem and machine is also not doing work properly .i made a complaint many times on your call center numbers but they didnt do any thing.i have so many lose of transactions many time because of machine working problem .so at the end i decided to close the A/c and machine after complainding so many times.despite of many reminder and call they didnt replay me

                Hi,

                I had applied for my salary account on 14Nov 2016 with Axis bank and till today i havent get any update from Bank. I had visited and contacted 15 times but i am getting same answer that it is in process . I dont know Axis bank requires how many days to open a new account . I am facing lots of problems due to this as this is my Salary account and my EMI is pending and getting fined due to this. Worst banking service i ever had faced with this Axis bank.

                  (1) i got a sms from your bank on 15.11.2016 " as a special convenience, enjoy
                  Urcharge waiver across all petrol pumps on your axis bank debit card till
                  25.11.2016
                  (2) on 21.11.2016 i used my axis bank debit card attached with above bank a/c
                  For inr 270.00.
                  (3) on 23.11.2016, i got a sms from your bank debiting inr 11.50 towards
                  Urcharge.
                  (4) i have also lodged on line complaint few days before, but no reply till today.
                  (5) today, i approached your vesu branch, surat (Gujarat) for above. But
                  Urprisingly rather than hearing my complaint, i was advised to approach
                  Ervicing branch. This type of behaviour/ignorance defines the way of your bank officials to deal a complaint.

                      Hi Team,

                      My name is Loganatha.P, I have an AXIS bank credit card with the limit of 20000rs. I have an outstanding amount of rs9000 and i have converted 8000 rs in 6 EMI's, which i need to pay 2000rs(EMI+ minimum due).
                      I was trying to pay 2000rs. By mistake, i had paid 20000rs which i do not want to pay.
                      - I tried calling the customer service immediately, they said that they can revert back my money before doing that the amount must get credited so she asks me to call after 2 hours.
                      - I have called the customer service again they were saying the same time.
                      - A lady picks the call. She said it won't be possible and it's been adjusted. I have been requesting and explaining the who;e situation, she was not even bothered and very rude. I was asking her to talk to the supervisor, she had disconnected the call.
                      - A lady picks the call, she said it is possible and she has taken a request and got this reference number[protected].
                      - After waiting for a long time to confirm the status i tried calling aging and spoke to the guy. He said that the requested has been taken on a different customer name. I was very confused. He said i will take a requets to and will revert 18000rs back to account Case number given[protected].
                      - To confim the status I have called and spoke to a GUY and he said it won't be possible. I requested for an Escalation team. He transferred me over. Spoke to a guy and he said it won't be possible and he will give me 110000rs back to account and they are not even clear with any instruction and they have promised that i will get 18000rs, its keep on changing person to a person.
                      - At last i spoke to a lady and she is only using the word 'WHATEVER" the money whatever the request has been taken will get the status on Wednesday.
                      Kindly, i request you to get my money back ASAP. I have loans to pay and i have a small kid I need to take care of my family.

                        I hara prasad mishra (Acct no. [protected]) has applied for a max life insurance proposal no.[protected] through sector-14 gurgaon branch. The proposal has been cancelled on 09 nov 16 and sms received from max life insurance for contacting the representative at axis bank. Though i have repeatedly approached personally axis bank staff as well as the agent of max life insurance, they are showing their inability to attend the query and not taking any remedial action for crediting the amount rs 50000/- to my account. The irresponsible attitude and not attending to the queries is not at all understood by me being a customer of your bank. Therefore, it is kindly requested to take necessary remedial action for crediting the amount to my account.

                          Hi, I am using Axis Bank multi Currency Forex Card. Whenever I use this card it does two debit transaction so my account getting debited twice each time. There are few transition when refund is not yet happed. I had a talk with respective store and they said they haven't got my money twice. So where are my money? and why this is happing? who will pay this loss?

                            On Aug, 2016. I got loan from axis 1, 60, 000 based on my credit card but on Nov 29 th 2016 spoken to axis customer care and asked query about preclosure my loan and hidden charges details so they said 3% preclosure + tax I said OK and what is the procedure ? Axis customer care person said, Now I can raise the request sir you can pay as per your statement so I was agreed and said to raise the request but I was charged over limit fee of rs 3500 + tax around 4k ...Are you guys playing? Preclosure 3%+ tax+ over limit fee + tax =9k ... Sure I won't pay over limit fee + tax its your mistake, 6450 rs its better to pay emi at least it will got deduct from my principal amount .., why should I want to pay over limit fee and tax for free?

                            The world worst Customer services from the Axis bank and even your customer care person do know the process then what is use of holding customer care and bank? now its useless service then how can I trust the services from the axis customer care and because of your customer care person mistake overlimit fee is charge and now waive off request each one answer is different but till its not resolved and wasting my time and money.

                                I did an imt transactoin on 12/1/2016. And the amount got debited from my account. but the receiver didnt receive any message and neither i received my money back. When i opened my net banking account to cancel imt the system couldn't find any transaction wheras the transaction status shows 5000 debit from my account through IMT. I haven't received my money yet.

                                My A/c balance has been debited for no reason with Rs.3.21. I want the answer for the same. How can you debit the balance without information?
                                We have a doubt that the BANK MANAGER is favouring the highly approached person neglecting the people other than 25 token distributed people standing in the long queues.Also required money withdrawl is also not entertained by the bank.

                                    I sri shiv prasad matha opened a axis bank account no-[protected] (Salary cum savings a/c) before 25 days. But till it has not activated. Salary has credited to this account but could not able to withdraw for basic need towards family.

                                    I am harrased and concern staff of axis bank has not co-operate with us as well as keep distance from me. (Axis bank, main branch, satya nagar, 751007)

                                    So i pray with folded hand to help me as quick as possible.
