Regarding Credit card statement

I paid my September month Credit card bill on 5th November through ICICI bank.
On 8th payment has been rejected by Axis Bank. In my November credit card statement i have
been charged for late payment, check bounce, etc. and i would like to know for what reason.

I called customer care, however they mentioned i did not have sufficient balance and payment was bounced.

Hi All,

I had called up Axis bank on 09/12/2016 at 15:13 to discuss about my credit card which was going to be reissue .
I spoke to Salice Mercy on the phone who did not ask me any verification questions and went on with my query. I had not gone through any kind of telephone verification either.
Salice Mercy was very unhelpful and did not show any kind of interest in the customers query. I wasted to ensure that my correspondence address had been updated correctly however she did not even check my address properly and gave me misleading information that the change of address would show up after 5 working days.
I have just changed my address online now and was advised that the changes will show up in 2 day.

    My account was opened in mayiladuthurai, tamil nadu, i go to transfer my account to mayiladuthurai to chidambaram. He says your account was not salary account that is savings account and then pay Rs. 5500. that means Rs. 500 for penalty and maintain Rs. 5000. Why you are convert the salary account to savings account, No intimation for salary account to savings account. You will close the account immediatly.

        Dear Team,

        I have a very bad experience with my Very first interaction with Axis Bank. I was looking for a personal loan and hence was collecting information regarding the interest rates from different banks.

        I was almost about to submit my Documents to HDFC bank executive (My Trusted bank for the past 9 years) when Axis Bank executive called me up informing that they will give me a personal loan at 11.49% (Both Pankaj and Abhishek Bagul) confirmed this along with 0 Foreclosure charges and Pre payments allowed.
        I trusted them considering AXIS is a good brand (My First Mistake).
        I submitted the documents the same day 22-Nov-2016.
        a week later i get a call from Axis bank stating that my loan is approved and the interest rate is 13.5%. I immediately called Abhishek to rectify the miscommunication and he said that he will get back to me and then a hour later said that he will get it down to 12.5%. I had already lost a weeks time so i accepted whatever was offered (My Second Mistake).
        When i actually got the agreement for signature the interest rate offered was at 12.75%. reason given is it is really not possible to provide a interest rate of 12.5%.
        this was on 5-Dec-2016 and i had already lost 2 weeks from teh date of document of submission.
        I was informed that the money would get disbursed within 2 days and this is the fourth day and i still haven't received the money and the whole purpose of taking the loan has gone down the drain coz of the pathetic customer service from Axis bank.
        I would never want to do business with Axis bank again and also tell about my experience to my Friends and colleagues.
        If i would have applied for loan with HDFC i would have received the money within a week of application. (personal experience from past 9 years).
        The worst part is i haven't received the money yet and my first installment is already due on 10-Dec-2016. What kind of a bank takes installment earlier than the disbursement happens.

          Dear Axis Bank,

          I'm once again cursing my luck after trusting Axis Bank and re-depositing this cheque. This time I went to Attur Layout - Yelahanka Branch, met the Manager and endorsed with giving a copy of my pan card which shows my full name.
          I had deposited this cheque at Attur Layout branch on 6-dec-2016 at 2:14 pm. I'm right now talking to your customer service representative Chetan who tells me that this cheque has not been scanned into the CTS at all!

          Please, PLEASE, return my cheque, I'll open an account with Corporation Bank and use it, if that's what I have to do.

            I am an existing Axis bank credit card user since a long time. Axis bank credit card department always try to indulge customer in some or other offers. The bank's tele caller executives try hard to grab customer by hook or by crook.
            I would like to complaint about an incident done by Axis bank tele caller crook from credit card department. The details are as follows:-
            I receive call from Axis Credit Card department from executive (ID:SERIND0313156) and he offered me to increase the credit card limit. I said no man i am not interested to this increase. I am happy with the current limit. He insisted me to increase the credit limit. I keep saying no man. He said are you sure? i said yes. Now that crook shut the call. After that i receive the SMS that my credit limit increase request is processed. Now that crook bastard executive did the fraud by forcibly raising the request while i am not interested at all.
            We customer generally deals and entertain all tele caller executive politely and geneuinly because we understand that they are also doing their jobs. But what an irony is there that due to such few bastard we just ignore the callers and instead of listening any single word from them we simple abuse them and cut the call. Is that right? is that how one human being should behave with other. Ofcourse Not.
            But what we do? due to such bastard executive like (ID:SERIND0313156) we suffer a lot and have to write down consumer compalint.
            Even i called customer care execute instantly and asked to cancel this request (ref:[protected] but that swine was also brother of this bastard and didnt cancelled the request. Even he said this request is not processed but its only an offer. He was also not talking in well manner. So instead of arguing with him i put complaint here.

            I want strict action again this(ID:SERIND0313156) executive due to which i have to suffer a lot. Also want to cancel the request to enhance the credit limit that is raised by fraud (ref:[protected].

            If issue is not resolved quickly, the advert effect will be escalation and court notice.

              Axis bank mobile app fault I have done transfer to wrong Acount number though the ifsc code n Acount name did not matched n I was traveling so visited rayya Punjab branch but dot a pathetic reply go to ur home branch we can't help I forced them to accept my written application n at least raise a complaint as I m traveling n my personal phone banker did not paid heed to this I visited my nearest branch in pimple Sodaghar rahatni no help at all it's surprising. It's bank mistake but no help at all or ne one can listen

                I, Varsha Dogra holding savings account no. [protected] with Axis bank had been to Axis Bank Mira Road Branch but did not recvd any response from them.
                I made a transaction on 04th May for approx. INR 7000 but the same isn't credited to the Consumer account (HDFC).

                Its been 1 month and no reply recvd from Axis Bank

                Please look into it as nobody is guiding us

                  I wanted to open an account in new branch opened in my area for my mom. Given 3 lakh rs Cheque for same. amount got debited and its been one month account is not been opened. and when asked to branch manager she very easily replied not opened yet. i asked her then y have to widdrawn 3 lakh rs from my account i[censored] dont wanted to open the acount. there was no reply. i am sick of service. holding up someones money for one month is totally cheating with that person. i want reply for this . why it happened. and also want to raise a complaint against the branch manager who holded up my moms account for one month and waisted my time and interest which i was suppose to get for one month for 3 lakh rs.

                    I am Ankit Prakash debit cardholder o[censored]nion Bank of India, I was standing in the line for more than one and half hour and finally my turn came up, I entered in ATM room I went through the process of transaction using my UBI debit card, after all process it was turn to get the cash i.e. 2000 from machine but I it was "UNABLE TO PROCESS" which I got receipt from machine. I thought I should try again because I stood in the line for the cash not for this situation.
                    I tried and it was again "UABLE TO DISPENSE" then someone told me that maybe this ATM is running out of cash then I left the machine and another user carrying SBI card entered in the ATM room and same happened with her also.

                    After exiting to ATM I got message that I got debited 2000 through my account, which is totally disgusting I stood in the line for more than one and half hour and also got my rest 2000 debited out of 2100 which is ridiculous. I was running out of cash that time and I got 100 left in my account which makes no sense to withdraw it.
                    Please immediately fix this issue because I am a student and I have very limited amount of cash in which I have already unable to use my 2000 with all your mistake and now I am suffering.

                    I also called on toll free number but it was totally wastage of time they kept my phone in waiting and it was already 9 minutes so finally I disconnected the call hope here you reply soon and take action to this problem immediately.

                      My new company opened my salary account in Axis bank, and believe me, its the most pathetic bank I have ever dealt with. I have accounts with four different banks but first time in my life I am totally disgusted by the lousy service of a bank. I could not make online purchase with my debit card, so, I visited Kalyannagar branch, Bangalore, and then they told that I have to make an application. I did, but even after one month they did not start the service. After that I visited the branch four more times, each time submitting another application, but till now, nothing has happened. Moreover, the credit card executive in the bank approached me for taking up a credit card. I agreed and submitted my photo and documents, but even after two months, he has not communicated back, and when I call, he does not receive my call. I visited the branch looking for the guy, but he was not there. The manager convinced me that he will look into the matter, but even after one month, no further news. Moreover the branch also started a SIP in my account and debiting RS 2000 every month without my permission. All the helpline numbers written on the card or the website are bogus. They never pick up.

                          my wife have 2 account in this 1 is current account and 1 is my salary account.
                          i really disappoint for your mis behave and also angry your cashier girl(vinita maheshwari) is every time shouted on the customers.and i has been allready complain bank manager, but finally bank manager sameer arora saying 'hum kuch nhi kar sakte

                            then i call axis bank customer care then they told me an account is open named demat ccount thats why the money is debitted
                            first i dont know nything about demat account
                            second thing i dont tell you for open any demat account

                              This is to inform you that I have send a letter to model town branch regarding closing ma account, however ma account is still showing active & now axis Bank Charged 700 rs approx for not maintaining minimum balance of 10000 rs In saving account.

                              Spoke multiple times with customer care executive but I m getting nothing.

                                The net banking website isn't working properly from October 2016. I am unable to do the transactions as it does not get connected. This is happening to many of my colleagues. We have to re-login multiple times to complete the transaction and this irritates a lot.
                                Also most of the time we won't be able to login for the personal banking, and it says the site can't be reached.
                                Please rectify this problem on priority.

                                  मैंने एक्सिस बैंक में सेविंग अकाउंट ओपन करने के लिए 2 बार अप्लाई किया था पहली बार 2.12.16 को, मेरे पास पहली बार २ दिसम्बर को कॉल आयी और मुझसे जरूरी जानकारी लेकर बताया गया कि आपके ऑफिस पते पर बैंक कर्मचारी भेज कर अकाउंट ओपन कर दिया जायेगा जोकि 2500/- से ओपन होगा जिसका ref. no.[protected] दिया गया लेकिन 06.12.16 तक लोकल ब्रांच से ना कोई कॉल आयी ना कोई रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव आया लोकल ब्रांच संधीर (करनाल ) में गूगल पर दिए गए नंबर ([protected] ) पर सम्पर्क करने पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नही दिया गया और टाल दिया गया
                                  कृपया एक्सिस बैंक से जुड़ना चाहने वाले लोगो को टालने वाले बैंक कर्मचारी को सही तरह से पब्लिक डीलिंग की ट्रेनिंग दी जाये और मेरा अकाउंट ओपन करवाया जाये

                                      I booked appointment for opening a bank account. I had all document ready but no one came. Then i waited 3 hours in bank and i was told concerened person is very busy i had to wait. I waited 3 hours then i got to know he was in bank itself. And then he refused to open a account said we are busy. We cant open. Ok sir we know we are just people. But please dont be this much rude and ignorant. Where we should go if in our own country we are not being heared. I am so sorry for being at mercy of banks.
