Sir,

It with extreme disappointment I write this letter. For a regular Axis bank customer like myself, you would agree that your customer care department is the first point of contact for seeking clarification. And the fact that one of your agents has misled me by providing false information is unpardonable and unprofessionalism of the worst extent possible. Let me explain

I had purchased a washing machine from Flipkart on EMI in the month of July. But after a month, I started having some problems with the product and Flipkart agreed to refund the amount in whole. But, by that time, the first EMI instalment appeared in my CC statement for the month of August 2016.
Before I went ahead with the refund, I wanted to make sure what would happen to the first EMI. Accordingly, I had contacted your CS team via phone in the morning of 17.09.16. The agent who spoke with me explained in no dubious terms that once the refund amount was back in my account, the EMI would be adjusted against the next bill. When I requested for more clarity, he assured me that I will have to pay the CC bill in full, but the EMI against the refunded product will be adjusted against the next bill or in other words, it will be refunded. And he ensured that there wouldn’t be any EMI cancellation charges. Further, he advised me to contact the CS team again once the refund was back in the account and request for EMI cancellation. I reconfirmed the information provided and then contacted Flipkart CS to go ahead with the refund process, which they promptly did.

Yesterday, I realized that the refund had hit my account, so I contacted your CS team again to process the EMI cancellation. However, to my utter shock, the agent who attended explained that the first EMI installation was mandatory and there will not be any refunds/adjustments. When I reiterated the information provided by the earlier agent, he merely dismissed it with a tinge of arrogance. I requested to speak with his supervisor to which he put me on hold and disconnected the call.

For someone who has been using your services for the past few years, this has been both shocking and painful. I feel violated at this blatant breach of trust and that too from an organization I had good relationship with so far. What worries me more is the fact that if your agents have the audacity to take a Central Government employee for a ride by providing him false/misleading information, what is stopping them from exploiting unsuspecting customers who might not even know where to send a complaint? I am not sure what enrages me more; the sheer unprofessionalism and deception of the first customer service agent or the shocking lack of empathy displayed by the second.

The onus is now on you, as a reputed bank, to tip the scales back to normalcy and grant me justice by cancelling the first EMI instalment as promised. I would like to give you one final chance before I consider terminating my credit card account. And do not take me lightly when I say that I will do everything in my power as a Ministry of Finance officer to ensure that this won’t be overlooked as a lone incident. The ball is now in your court gentlemen.

    My self Pushkar kandpal using the AXIS BANK credit card[protected] since four year apx .this bank use to pass the information of edge loyalty points to other companies..I have to face a loss of apx 8000/ for which i have lodge the complain in Ludhiana but all in vain...
    since yesterday evening (19th sep) I am not able to use my card on line..my edge loyalty point which were apx 25500 were also reflecting as zero...
    I am in doubt that my card is hacked .

    as I Remain on tour so I am unable to visit the bank on regular way..

      Respected Sir,
      I am a consumer of Axis Bank keshod having account no 45443103 SINCE THE BRACH OPENED IN KESHOD. Since dated 16.04.16, the axis bank is continuously deducting the regular amount from my account without my prior approval.
      in above matter, I visited my branch and contacted branch Manager Mr, Nirav Chokshi on dated 24.08.16 . He stated that please add Rs 7000/ in your account for getting deducted amount back. i done immediately. Then he committed to pay the deducted amount within a week time. Then after a week time I personally contacted him in keshod branch. He promised me to back my deducted money within again a week time more.
      Then after again I received a message at 23.35.01 hrs on dated that amont of rs 250 and more deducted from your account.
      Hence again I contacted Mr Chokshi in this matte on next day on land line phone of axis bank keshod for two times during office hours but no reply is received. The I contacted Mr chokshi on his mobile phone but he has not attended my mobile . Then after a long time I contacted Mr Chokshi but disappointment received.After one day I gain contected him. This time he again committed to take action in this issue, From the above fact I have to state as under.
      1- I am a regular consumer of axis bank and in past, when the new branch
      stared in keshod, I fully supported to bank for new account opening work.
      2-In spite of much more support to keshod branch including fixed deposits and mutual funds etc
      3- Very Very poor response received to me from branch manager.He is not managing properly with consumer dealing. He has not taken keen interest in my issue.
      4- He is not ready to quick response on mobile and land line phone also.
      5- He informed me not to disturb him during holidays and after office hours.
      in this regard, I have to state that axis bank officers were frequently visited my home for fixed deposit and mutual funds works after office hours during night time . one of them was Mr, chokshi. But now the position is changed. I CANT DISTURB HIM DURING HOLIDAYS AND AFTER OFFICE HOURS.PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS NOTE OF THIS MATTER.
      5- The axis bank disturbing me during night time to me by saying that by sending messages of deducting amount comes at 23.30. Hrs. Now I can say that this is ALSO not fair for axis bank authority.
      6- The existing manager is not perusing my complaint POSITEVELY with higher authority and vested time. Axis Bank will have to pay me interest also
      which resulted in un satisfaction with his this type of behaviour.
      7- You are kindly requested to take prompt action against branch mangaer
      in above issue and get me back my amount back since 16.04.16.
      8- Hoping for a favorable and early reply in this issue .
      9- Hope that my wrongly deducted amount refunded back to me

        My wife hold a saving account in AXIS BANK (Swasthya vihar branch delhi)
        Name: NEHA JAIN

        on 16/09/2016 there was a fraud transaction in my account for Rs:12, 664.22/- & Rs:28.75/- and the bank blocked the debit card due to suspicious transaction.
        I got the message in my mobile on 17/09/16 regarding the transaction and i was shocked seeing the message and i ran to my bank and asked why is my account being used by someone else without my consent they verified and said someone has cloned my card and used it some where in china in an ATM which reflects in my statement, i asked the bank when i am india how can they use my debit card which is with me. They where clueless and they did not know how to find a solution and gave me a form to fill and gave me tracking id and said it will take 45days but i said why should wait for the banks mistake which has many loopholes for these kind of fraud transaction but they said only to wait. It is my hard earned saving and all my account is exhausted i am left with no money now. I did give the bank form and other details to cyber cell in Chandni chowk branch but not satisfied with their attitude. I trusted the bank and deposited with axis bank but this happens.
        I have attached the bank form with the statement below.
        I pray and request to help me get back my money as soon as possible.

          I have salary account in axis bank from last four years. i have been observing that amount is getting towards consolidated dp charges every month. Today i got message that 287.5 rs got deducted . I really surprised that why there will be charges of different amount every month i know that this amount is not for demat account because for demat account there will be charges annually not monthly. Please give explanation by email that why the charges are levied on customers . If charges are as per norms please mentioned that in sms or mail, if you send the msg like consolidated dp charges, how can the customer get understand the charges structure. Please try to give the importance to customers time that they have many tasks or issues to face daily.

            There was a fraud transaction on my debit card and I had blocked the card immediately by phone call and sent email to customer care to block debit card and netbanking.I have given written complaint at branch as per email from customer care. It has been almost 2 months now and the amount is not reimbursed yet. The amount is Rs. 31370.16 and date of transaction is on 23.7.2016.

            Service request no. 23826836 raised on 23.7.2016 and it was told me that resolved by sending me an email with a firm to sign on 27.7.2016. I had signed this form on the same day and submitted at branch.

            There was no response after that. Again I wrote email on 11.8.2016 about this issue and the service request no. 24353219 has been assigned and the issue was escalated as per email from customer care.

            Since then no response has been received. I wrote emails but no reply yet. I called branch and the relationship manager is not receiving the call.

            I want my money back as soon as possible. Axis bank cannot ask me to wait till investigation is complete as informed by RM earlier.

              received a mail from Axis bank credit card dept to make the due amount. They agreed to provide me a NOC for the same. after making the payment, they are saying the card is permanently de activated. so they are unable to provide the same. in my cibil, they are updating status as "writtenoff" every 2-3 months. Without settling anything they are playing games. i have a mail confirmation from axis bank credit card dept for whatever they agreed to provide NOC. but now they are not giving NOC and still they are sending every month bill (without oustanding amount.).

                Hi,

                I am having a house loan of 12 years with axis bank. 3 months back I had been to axis bank branch near Mumbai university for part payment. One of the lady addressing told us to open an account against home loan stating that you will be able to check your statuses there. Also clearly mentioning that its a zero balance account and there will be no charge for it. We did so. And as soon as we deposited money in that account for initial transaction our money got deducted as an atm card charge.

                Next home loan Emi which was deductiing through my current account didn't happen and I got a call from axis bank that check has been bounced and I have to bear the penalty for it. Regarding this Emi deduction bank change, nobody had mentioned to me. Now why should I bear the penalty. And the same thing has repeated for the second time even though we told the tele executive that my loan is going through my current account in another bank.

                I'm planning to take a balance transfer just because of this mos communication and wrong deduction of penalty.

                  I am sorry to say that SURJODAY WELFARE SOCIETY is chitting me to disburment loan . I would like to inform to all avoid this society . This is a scam and cyber crime . Mr chandan basak departmental stuff but he can not said his office address and also all the related agent . Mr das said he is Insurance depaartment and he also could not said his office address . Mr nandi department of RBI and he could not said office address . Mr amit punjab national bank loan department he also said his branch address Hamilton . PNB have no branch in hamilton, alipur doyar . I was talkt to branch and branch also same answer .. So what can I do .. and finaly my brother visited mumbai and there is no office ( surjoday welfare society ) . What is this ? Mr basak sent me his aadhar but it also jali ..                     Axis bank has deducted amount of Rs 57.50 from my bank account without my permission. The comment reads TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 310816. I have been using their in account mail system to send them mails regarding such suspicious activities in my account but they are least bothered. Never have I got any useful response from their customer support. They don't even send SMS messages for such debits. What should I do to stop such fraudulent activities by the bank??

                      I have got a loan sanctioned by axis bank by noida rac sector 18 by mr. Kundan kumar. There was no intimation on his part as far as paying pre emi was concerned. I have been paying pre emi since the last 18 months and the amount of 2.36 lakh that i have paid has gone down the drain due to the negligence and recklessness of sales officer mr. Kundan kumar.                           I have not used my axis credit card for any transaction. but i got charged for annual fee. On june 5, axis credit card agent called me (name: karthick) for my pending due. on that time i had pending charges for rs1700. I said to him that i had no job for last five months and i can't pay. but he gave me one solution. he offered me to join in zero annual free card and then he was ready to re-credit the pending charges. I said ok to him. he told me it will take 10 days.

                          After few days, I called axis customer care. one lady attended my call. she accepted my query. she changed my current address and my card to annual free card. she also said you need to wait 5 more working days for reversal pending fee and you don't need to pay for annual fee.

                          There is no reversal done for my account up to now. I mailed them about my credit cared more than 2 times. they said we can't reverse.I still have pending charge for 3000.

                          What the hell about their customer care??

                            As i have taken personal Loan From Axis bank Loan account Number : PPR[protected] as regularly i have paid my all the EMI's Properly till last two months but due to my health got disturbed drastically and till date she was admitted at hospital and in this mean while due to disturbances i have lost my job and some financial crisis from last 3 month i am unable to pay the EMI amount on time but some times i have manged to pay some EMI's but now company collection manager has called me and i have asked him to give some time as my mother hospitalised and i have explained about my situation and due to this unusal event i have lost my job from last 4 months i could not pay the EMI amount on time. Collection manager called me and harassing me with his abusive language and his bad language and some rowdies and some agents from Axis ba attacked 5 days back on my vacated flat and they have created all the nuisance and they have kept a meeting in my flat and they are going to seize my flat for just because of and out standing amount of 2 lacs and they have discussed all my personal information in front of all my building associates and even they have used some Parliamentary language in front of my mother in law and she felt very awkward they have warned me that if im not pay the pending EMI's they will kill me also and they even warned my wife that they will kill me now she is very much afraid of them and she is not even talk to any one us for the nuisance she literally crying from last week and i have requested them for some time to clear all my outstanding with the bank but they have already dropped my chq and it got bounced i have requested them to do not drop the chq i will clear all my out standing in short period but they not listening my words they have given me two days time if i failed to clear all my out standing they said they will attack once again and they want to create nuisance and they are ready to beat me also and my mother in law aged 70 she got nerves and fainted down with their words and i am answering his every call and i am requesting some time to clear the due amount. As i requested him that give me some time i will clear the amount but he is speaking in abusive language and he refuse to give time. came to my in-laws home also and behaved very vulgarly . They are telling that police people also cannot do any thing, kindly help us.. I requested them but they are not responding properly. And even i have complaint same thing to Axis bank collection manager Mr. Surya Pratap and Mr. Jagadish both of these managers are speaking un parliamentary language and they even said iam bank employee my top level management could not do any thing. he is also telling me he is noway responsible for next consequence's they will creat . And recently when i am in hyderabad for my mother hospital work and treatment that time also they called me and requested me to pay atleast one are two EMI's for that month i have paid some emi's some time with help of Mr. Sattibabu who is the recovery executive of the bank and i have paid to him through Axis bank Cash Deposit form. which they have given . I have clearly briefed them about my situation and explained about my mother health condition that if they can give me some time so that i will clear entire my outstanding. Kindly help Me in this regard. And i lost my respect in my family as well as in my apartment.

                              My Account number is [protected] and i am using axis bank service from last 6 year. My account branch is BAZPUR, UDHAM SINGH Nagar, Uttrakhand and my salary comes in this account from overseas.

                              Today 1st time i went to AXIS Bank Bazpur, udham singh nagar, uttrakhand for clear my 2lakh self cheque and cashier has given me 20 bundle of 100Rs note and that was not possible to carry 20 bundles with me at that time so i requested to cashier for giving me 1000Rs and 500Rs of bundle but cashier has been refused my request, as i can see there were many bundles of 1000Rs and 500Rs Note. I have requested again politely but he was misbehaving with me and that was too mush insult of me. you can check in your bank cameras for all conversation. In that end after requesting to Manager he has given me MIX bundle.

                              Kindly take a necessary action on it otherwise i will move to another bank because such type of incident never happened with me and Bank staff should be polite with their customer.

                              If you can't do anything that i'll never prefer your bank and suggest people for the same.

                                I am Pavan kumar I have been approached for the personal loan in Axis bank [ loan application number 5252006 and it is declined without any reason. I have been Submitted all necessary documents to Axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification.                                 Hi, I have been using my axis salary account from the last 6 years. But axis bank never supported me though I trust this bank. When I applied for credit card it got rejected from axis bank but HDFC bank approved my application and gave a credit limit for 60k. And it has to because I am working in MNC company and I am young and my salary is upto as Bank parameter Again I applied for personal loan and it keep getting declined from axis bank yet other bank are ready to sanctioned the loan. So here my experienced is I am not using axis bank product and I am closing my axis salary account which is of no use. And on the other side HDFC bank says if I start using smart saving account HDFC bank I can avail more offer and more support from the bank and I am sure they are saying the right thing and I began to trust them more.
