Please note a complain that my atm isn't working that i'm paying my bill the massage was arrived by you that my transaction was decline as my axis bank card hasn't been activated...

As my transaction is very important & due, so please make it as quick as you can do.
Its too long to open my a/c. Yet not working my atm.

    Respected sir...M aarti baraiya from Gujarat .rajkot district.I want to give you one complain to u...my salary account is in ur axis bank..I withdraw my 10000rs by axis ATM card from SBI ATM MACHINE...on AUGUST 11..near by 10:32 AM..it was debited by my account but I couldn't get my money..next day I gave written complain to my axis branch GINDAL...they told me to wait for 15 days n I waited..then they told me that SBI is showing successfully transaction..n again claimed to SBI..then I went to SBI n asked for CCTV footage...n footage proved that I didn't get my money..during this ur bank employee told me that if SBI will not give Money back AXIS will return my money in 17 days... sir if I will not get my money...I WILL GO FOR POLICE COMPLAIN AND CONSUMER COMMISSION...PLZ NOTE THIS...I WANT MY ANSER IN 3 DAYS..Thanks

      I wanted to recharge of rs.350/- in d2h of videocon dt 08 aug 16 by paytm (Internet banking) and deposited of rs.2000/- in paytm's wallet dt 07 sep 16. But both trasanctions are failed due weak internet and both amounts are debited from accounts of axis bank. Both incidents are reported with the parent bank (Axis bankltd. E-block. Cao/js (Trg) dhq. New delhi.116. But nobody have not solved my problem to date. Pl examine the matter and inform to me on my email [protected]@gmail.com

        Dear Team,

        Kindly registered complaint against axis bank employee name of Rasmi Vasoya - Relationship Officer - personal loan

        I have been applying personal loan ( application no. :[protected] loan a/c no.: PPR[protected] in axis bank Rs. 3, 20, 000/- in last week and loan sensation and also disbursed amount of Rs. 3, 16, 342/- on date off 22/09/2016 but when I call the Rasmi how can I get my DD then after Rasmi replied me come to axis bank Ghod dod road branch but not in branch and collect the DD so then after I was go to bank and meet at outside of branch Rasmi demand 5000/- cash amount for sensation my loan.

        So I humble request you kindly note my complaint against Rasmi Vasoya.

        If axis bank not registered my complaint and action against Rasmi I will complaint in RBI.

        I want answer me within 2 days.

          Dear concern,

          Kindly note that we have received call from axis bank regarding delay in credit of home loan emi.

          I have given my icici bank account number for emi deduction. After your person call i had visited icici bank branch vikhroli, there are telling we have received incorrect amount. We had paid through cash to axis bank (Near thane branch).
          This is not our mistake then why should we pay the penalty. I want explanation why we suffer. At the time of loan banks are calling but if any issue then they are not able to resolve. I am calling from month but no one responding from bank even i had booked complaint call they cancelled the ticket without intimating us. How can they do this without resolving customer issue who had given you the rights to cancel the call if this is the service then how customer get faith. I had called several times to take number of loan department but no one is able to given me the number. Anyhow i want call from bank. I will not pay the penalty this not the issue of penalty this is the issue of fraud which banks are doing with their customer

            I think axis bank is doing fraud how the hell these transactions are getting deducted from my account. This is pathetic return my money on priority. When i gone to bank the executive said your account is hacked and you need a new card i think. What rubbish. What is security parameters of axis??

              I had subscribed for personal accident insurance policy under "pradhan mantri suraksha bima yogana" on 25/05/2015. The policy is renewed on 28/05/2016. For policy subscription and renewal premium wad deducted from my savings account (Axis bank) (Details attached).

              But the bank did not provide the insurance policy documents to me during the initial subscription and as well as during policy renewal time also.

              I had contacted several times by visiting the branch and sending emails to customer care, but there is no proper response from the bank. (Emails attached).
              It is severe deficiency in service.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,

                  Rs 1961.14 have been unreasonably debited from my bank account for credit card payment.

                  But I suppose that axis bank has reached heights of idiocy and unprofessionalism, 1000 times I have spoken to your good for nothing customer care executives who have confirmed that this card has been cancelled and I don’t have to pay anything.

                  Check my complaint log you'll see - my card expired in June I got a call from the bank they asked me if I want to renew the card I told them no shut it down I was given confirmation that the card is closed now still new card was sent to my home address but I didn’t receive the package as I had asked to cancel it.

                  Now your genius bank is asking me to pay for a card that I don’t even possess, would you pay for a card that you don’t have. Rather one of your customer care executives has confirmed that this card has been shredded by the bank. Why in the name of god will I pay for a card that the bank itself shredded?

                  I want immediate reversal of this transaction. I am launching consumer complaint and sending the link of that complaint to AAP and Narender Modis twitter handle.

                  SEND the money BACK and cancel any further charges associated with his godforsaken card.

                      I want to raise my complaint. i lost my forex card in UK. I have tried calling there help line number which is mentioned on online login[protected] but its not working.

                      I have locked it online e-mailed twice but still i have seen transaction happening.

                      I am not going to pay for any transaction after my escalation. I am frustrated with the support i am having.

                        I would request kindly hear the attach audio conversation with axis bank customer care associate name called raghu and kindly hear the way his attitude sound.
                        Since from last one month this axis bank haven't solved my issue which logged and last time i spoke with senior called vinod who promised me that he will come to an solution for this but 2 weeks gone and there is no clue from them.
                        And after calling the on their customer care number no one gives any right solutions and top of that they give attitude to their bank holder.
                        This is this the worst service has been faced by me and i will suggest not to open an account with this axis bank...

                          I am a credit card holder (xxxxx9575) of axis bank which was issues by one of the employee of the axis bank branch visnagar stating that no processing or other charge will be levied for this card.

                          i made two transactions n paid the amount before stipulated time even though everytime late fee charges were added in that.

                          last sept card was stolen n i stopped it immediately still charges counting were continue.

                          on 30st aug 5000 rs. were deducted from my account.
                          i have made written complaint then and asked so many times to credit card company to provide me statement for all transaction.still i haven't received it.

                          i want clarification how they can deduct money from my account without my consent ???
                          card is stopped since last one year how they calculate the charges???

No customer care executive are resolving this issues. they said it will take time it will take time.. Just hopeless bank and their executives. I want to switch home loan from axis bank.                                       I got sms and email from bank on 15th august 2016 that i have redeemed edge loyalty points which i have not done from my account. This is security breach. I have opened several case with customer support of axis bank but all were closed without giving any response. On inquiring i was always told that it would be resolved in 5 working days. I have opened case numbers.
                                      24357015/24544305/24544492/24306406. Also i have send emails to email ids mentioned on banks website for escalation matrix of complaints. No response from them as well. Its high time that bank should understand what it means to have security breach.

                                        It with extreme disappointment I write this letter. For a regular Axis bank customer like myself, you would agree that your customer care department is the first point of contact for seeking clarification. And the fact that one of your agents has misled me by providing false information is unpardonable and unprofessionalism of the worst extent possible. Let me explain

                                        I had purchased a washing machine from Flipkart on EMI in the month of July. But after a month, I started having some problems with the product and Flipkart agreed to refund the amount in whole. But, by that time, the first EMI instalment appeared in my CC statement for the month of August 2016.
                                        Before I went ahead with the refund, I wanted to make sure what would happen to the first EMI. Accordingly, I had contacted your CS team via phone in the morning of 17.09.16. The agent who spoke with me explained in no dubious terms that once the refund amount was back in my account, the EMI would be adjusted against the next bill. When I requested for more clarity, he assured me that I will have to pay the CC bill in full, but the EMI against the refunded product will be adjusted against the next bill or in other words, it will be refunded. And he ensured that there wouldn’t be any EMI cancellation charges. Further, he advised me to contact the CS team again once the refund was back in the account and request for EMI cancellation. I reconfirmed the information provided and then contacted Flipkart CS to go ahead with the refund process, which they promptly did.

                                        Yesterday, I realized that the refund had hit my account, so I contacted your CS team again to process the EMI cancellation. However, to my utter shock, the agent who attended explained that the first EMI installation was mandatory and there will not be any refunds/adjustments. When I reiterated the information provided by the earlier agent, he merely dismissed it with a tinge of arrogance. I requested to speak with his supervisor to which he put me on hold and disconnected the call.

                                        For someone who has been using your services for the past few years, this has been both shocking and painful. I feel violated at this blatant breach of trust and that too from an organization I had good relationship with so far. What worries me more is the fact that if your agents have the audacity to take a Central Government employee for a ride by providing him false/misleading information, what is stopping them from exploiting unsuspecting customers who might not even know where to send a complaint? I am not sure what enrages me more; the sheer unprofessionalism and deception of the first customer service agent or the shocking lack of empathy displayed by the second.

                                        The onus is now on you, as a reputed bank, to tip the scales back to normalcy and grant me justice by cancelling the first EMI instalment as promised. I would like to give you one final chance before I consider terminating my credit card account. And do not take me lightly when I say that I will do everything in my power as a Ministry of Finance officer to ensure that this won’t be overlooked as a lone incident. The ball is now in your court gentlemen.
