This is not a complain, but a service-oriented querry from a Customer, namely, Biplab Datta, S/o Late G.C.Datta, Durga Chowmuhani, Near Nabodaya Sangha, PO-Ramnagar, Agartala, Tripura, PIN-799002. have an Axis Bank Credit Card No.[protected] upto credit limit of Rs.25000/-. I did shopping in July 2016 for Rs.12074.09, but on[protected] Rs.12707.09 has been debited from my Savings Account No.[protected] of Axis Bank, Agartala Branch against my Auto-debit option which indicates that excess amount of Rs.633/- has been debited from my Savings Account.
My registered E-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile is [protected]. I need clarification and a statement for Credit Card payment.Please help me.

Mohd Farog's response And on 1st August I transacted 500Rs through instant money transfer IMT .
The amount was debited but not credit to my acount.
I complained in customer care 1 week before but they had not done anything yet.
