Pathetic service . My request number 7062160 for cardit card. I applied before 2 months for which i did not reciereceive any notification even after applying thrice. After few days gt a call frm sales department requesting if i want a credit card i explained the scenario to the representative and the same day mt ocuments were collected and said that card will delivered within 7 days which did nt happen fr a month. Later when i logged a grievance suddenly within 2 hrs i recieved a msg stating that my credit card request is approved and it will be delivered shortly. Next day i received a msg that it will be delivered within 72 hrs today 03rd of aug 2016 i received a msg frm blue dart that card will be delivered at 1.30pm which did nt happen again. I called up blue dart courier they said thier representative called me n i did nt answer the call which was a wrong information. Thn i called up axis spoke to one of supervisir name nikhil he said card is not dispatched yet. Suspicious! However nikhil was helpful. I dnt knw hw the bank works by giving all false information even by the representatives who handles bug corporate accounts. I m working with wipro n axis guy name naseem from powai branch has given all false commitment for debit card offers. Axis bank sucks.

    As I did not get the needed info from the customer care representative because the payment was failed and I was in need of the answer and to prioritize the issue, I asked for their supervisor to talk to. The representatives cut the call. I made 2 calls. My second and third call was dropped by the customer care representatives.

    I have never seen a worst banking related customer care like Axis bank ever!

      This is to inform you that on 1st August 2016 at 1:45 PM i tried to widraw Rs. 10000/ from AXIS bank ATM sec-62, It was not come out from the ATM and the same amount was debited from my account.I made complaint on PNB Customer care, The complaint number is M[protected]..I went to the Punjab national bank Sec-27 my main branch but no body was listening my request so i wrote one application and submited the same to the bank.Kindly get checked again and arrange to get back the same amount to my account please.Looking forward for the positive response please.

        My credit card personal details has been changed without my permission, i have never given any request to update my new email id, mobile number or address.

        Yesterday i had received sms and email from axis bank that my mobile number and email id has been update bullsit i have never given any request fir such thing. Then around 5:30 it was reverted back to original details

        This is the pathetic server which axis bank gives to customer, when i called to customer support team they have not help me.

        I need the details who has done this i know the bank will never disclose this all.

          I want to know the latest procedure for the above subject.I am a customer of Axis Bank Went to deposit SBI Cheque given to me on 31.08.2016. But there was alteration in amount for the crossed cheque which was corrected but endorsed by full signature by the payer. The Axis Bank was reluctant to accept it. I was told that there is new procedure on verification and scanning it will be returned after 4 days and hence waste of time. I have to get another cheque and have to redeposit which is taking more time. What I understand is that corrections with full signature for alterations is enough.Is there any change in policy for banking in this regard or something special for Axis Bank.. Kindly advice?

            My name is saurabh gajbhiye.I am a final year student of bba from symbiosis university, i am from jamnagar gujarat.I have applied for education loan in jamnagar to axis bank in may 2016, in first few weeks the officials gave us assurance that the loan has been sanctioned and it will be deposited in my college's acct as my fees due date was in june.We waited and each day they came with some or other excuses but they never gave us any negative remark on our loan application.We did every documentation, we tied up symbiosis university with the bank also, everythng was done by our side but they stretched the duration.in august they finally said that the application is been rejected after 3 months they said this.Again the official asked us to apply and give it a try once more and we did that, but again now they are doing the same thing.We filed complained in axis bank via email, but their replies were as insensitive as their service, they said that they don't deal with education loan things and asked to further contact the loan center.The officials of the loan center did this but still the bank is asking us to refer to them only.I lost my placement because of the unpaid fees.
            1) if the loan application was unappropriate it should have been canceled within 15 days
            2)how can a loan is not accepted after verifications and all documentations which came out positive.
            3)it's been 4 months still they haven't said anything concrete.
            4)the officials are now miss-behaving
            5)lost my placement because of this
            6)mentally harrased now, my dad is a retired air force officer he has visited endless no of times in the bank
            The intensions of the officials are to be questioned here, and this is done because of the caste discrimination thing which is happening in gujarat.

              The end of july 2016. Accordingly i have deposited 50, 000/- on 13th july 2016

                  It is brought to your attention that i am not using the services of the trading account provided by axis bank..The same was forced upon me while opening salary account through my employer, stating that it is free of cost but conveniently hiding the fact that such charges would come into effect later on.It maybe noted here that the trading account has been inactive from the start. The same has been confirmed by axis direct customer care on my calling them.

                  However, my sb account has been debited twice for "consolidated dp charges" as follows:

                  1) date : 18.4.2015, amount - rs.730.40/-
                  2) date : 21.5.2016, amount - rs. 744.25/-

                  This unnecessary debiting from my account is unjustified and unfair. It should be noted here the in spite of my account being inactive and in operational they have been unlawfully deducting these charges.

                    I lost my debit card on 19th july. Same day night, i blocked the card by calling customer care and applied for new card and my money got deducted for a new card. After a week i was getting messages from bluedart 'your card has been dispatched and you will get the card by today' for 1 week. But i didnt get any call from bluedart for delivery. Suddenly 3rd august i got a message 'card is delivered to nancy, branch. I called the customercare, they told card is with jp nagar branch and told to contact them. I called to jpnagar branch somany times. They kept telling that 'card is not with them', 'they will call me back' 'they are inquiring about this'.
                    I have opened 2 tickets regarding this issue with customer care by calling many times. But still no resolution. I have not recieved any card.
                    Its been ten years i am using debit, credit cards from other banks. But never faced such situation. Within 2 to 3 days i ll get service from banks.
                    But first time i using axis bank and facing such bad situation. Account with out debit card. How frustrating!!! That to calling customer care guys again and again. Horrible experience!!!
                    This is the worst experience with axis bank.

                      I have applied for credit card and the document collection executive collected all the documents but i didn't receive any call from verification department while login and today i received a message stating your application has been declined. So i called to customercare department and they said that 3 times verification department called me till now i didnt receive any verification call from the credit card department. Why are you playing with customers. I am transfering my axis bank personal loan to other bank due to the decline of credit card without proper response.

                        This is to inform you all that i a resident of kanpur had opened a prime savings bank account in axis bank 4 days before and i also deposited a sum of 27500/- because the minimun limit in account is 25000.I have just received an sms that my account is activated.A single messge and thats all.I had neither received a confirmation message about the deposited amount and my debit card and my mobile number is also not registered with the bank.I dont know what these people are doing.I dont think that it takes 4 full days to open a bank a/c, and if my account is activated why i am having problems in activating my debit card and they too haven't printed my passbook with the deposited amount.I will literraly sue them all if there is any mischief behind all this.

                        My problem is resolved.I can now make transactions from my bank account and it is activated.
                        Thanks for the solition.my problem i solved.Actually it takes 7 days maximum to activate a newly opened bank a/c.
                        I don't want any loan but bank has automatically credit me loan without obtaining my signature and documentation. I want to just close my loan account and I am not liable for any interest and processing charge because loan has done without my permission

                          Hello sir,
                          Please help here.
                          I am following up with axis bank customer care from 8 days.
                          This is regarding account on my name: harish mangtani with customer id:
                          [protected]
                          Complain numbers till now:
                          [protected] and 24518920

                          I am using axis bank from 5 years, never was so disappointed like in last 10 days.
                          From axis app any imps transaction i am doing it is not completing and my money is getting deducted.
                          On 17th august - 2500 got deducted, benificary didnt get it till today, neither money came back to my account.
                          Yesterday transferred 10000 to my mother, money deducted - she didnt get it i didnt get it back either.
                          I have lost 12500 rupees liquid money - benificary didnt get it.
                          I dont have money left to transfer money - what should i do now?
                          Please resolve above 2 queries asap and immediately close my account
                          I donot want to continue with your bank at all and make sure nonbody in my company sap labs india opens salary account in your back.

                            I m nikunj rameshbhai tankodiya. I m applied for the homeloan rs1500000.in surat axis bank. I ask the axis bank employee for the homeloan process so he can not answer my question satisfully... He tell me your homeloan is rejected.. I tell him why my homeloan will rejected so axis employee tell me i don't know about this... After his say your loan amount will deducted 10% to 20%.. At that time i also agry with he... Then he can not gave the answer for the further process...

                            Personally i visited at your branch 04 time for full fill the formality but your bank staff not taking any interest .They are always behavior link step mother .

                              Dear sir

                              This is to inform you that i have a credit card of your bank and it no is
                              [protected]. Two fraudulent transaction have been made through this card on 31.05.2016 which i have intimated the bank at the earliest. But did not get any help from bank in this regard.

                              But now my point is that if my card s credit limit is rs. 31, 000.00 then
                              How can any one will be able to use the card beyond its limit without my prior permission as i have never tried to cross the limit nor ever
                              Requested the bank to extend the limit.

                              So i have intimated all this to the bank but did not get any good result so i have lodge a complaint at consumer forum ant the complaint no is - 705663.

                              Now i want that the amount beyond my credit limit should be ignored.

                              Hope you will understand the case and do the needful in my favor. For the above i have also lodge a fir at local police station.

                                I am ashok kumar having an account with axis bank with acct number: [protected]. Savings account.

                                I was charged an amount of 665 + 99.75 rs which were not discussed with me any time. Also i am not using any kind of internet banking.

                                So can anyone please explain about this indecent act and tel me the procedure to reverse the amount.

                                Apke excutive bina mujhe btaye mera demat account open kr diya or apke bank ne mere saving account se charges bhi kat liye jabki mujhe ye tak pta nhi ki kab or kaise ye account open hua or me last one month se customer care or branch ne jake complaint kr kr ke thak chuka hu koi sunwaye nhi ho rhi

                                  Keep rs.30, 000 in axis current account ready because it is your annual charges... But blind folded to you!

                                  Axis bank is charging huge amount for current account that makes me shock. I am using current account in axis bank, hdfc bank and kvb for more than 8 years.

                                  Hdfc charges :
                                  Consolidated charges once in a year in september + service tax

                                  Kvb charges :
                                  Consolidated charges once in a year in september + service tax

                                  Axis charges :
                                  Every month (From january 2016 till august2016 they have charged me rs.6336.86)

                                  I am blind folded no information till now... Consolidated charges every month and edc charges for every transactions...

                                  I need explanation from axis bank or else i will close my current account as early as possible..

But the amount is not credited to the payee's account, reported the payee. The amount is debited from my account - [protected], federal bank, keezhillam. Please check where the amount has gone, as early as possible.

                                      Respected sir, i have a bank account with axis bank few months ago our bank account was freezed when we have contacted the bank officials, said there is some suspicious transaction with our bank account as they have received a mail from axis bank hassan branch.

                                      We have visited more than 10 times regarding to activate the account. But still there is no reply are no response.. We have a balance of 411750/- with the account

                                      We are suffering a lot of problem because of this.. I registered a complaint to rbi ombudsman, rti and now making complaint to u now... Please help us to get our hard earned money.

                                        My salary account has been debited Rs 522.23 on 19/08/2016, saying towards consolidated DP charges. I don't understand the reason behind this.
                                        If it is regarding Demat Account, I didn't even activate the Demat Account. I wish I get my money back, or a valid reason has to be given. Without account holder's acknowledgement, not even a rupee has to be cut.
