I have went to axis bank, nerul navi mumbai branch (Address : shop no g-01 to g-03, haware centurion mall, plot no. 88-91 sector/19a, nerul, east, navi mumbai) to do rtgs...
Employee there she took rtgs slips stamped on it and gave me... When i asked till what time it will be done she said by 4 pm... After 4pm as well it was not done so i went bank that time lady's named "suvidha" behavior was really very very cheap......

my father had an fatal accident in dec. 2015 and he is no more now and after some time i went to the axis branch and submit the application for accidental death claim insurance and i have done all the documents procedure and needful things in feb. 2016.

I am a so called priority customer of Axis Bank.

There was a transaction made on April'16 for 20, 000. Though the transaction says successful, I didn't receive any amount in the ATM.

As per their request I raised a dispute form and produced other evidences.

After constant followup after so many months, Nowin Jul'16 they say that they cannot...

This is sivakumar form Chennai.. I am LIC credit card hold, by regular using reward it will automatically add to my account..
So I redemmed my reward points as per LIC catalog.

They sent out courier for AXIS bank GIFT worth 1000rs.. But I Called to LIC customer care they are saying check with AXIS bank Prepaid card department, checked with axis bank gift card and prepaid card department they are...

I made a money transfer of rs. 10750 using axis bank mobile application. Since timeout its unsuccessful but the bank debited 10750 from my account, since it is emergency i made a call to their customer service and they said within 48hrs it will be credited back into my account. It has been more than 48hrs but i have not received my money back into my account. Again i called the customer care asking for solution they asked me to wait for another...

I am a savings account holder of axis bank ltd. my a/c no. is [protected]. bank is not sending a/c statement since mar, 15. in this regards i send an email, but no response recd from axis bank ltd....

I have a saving bank a/c no.[protected] running in the name of parkasho devi w/o kasturi lal, sangrur. When, i went to the bank.
The bank employees do not give me correct information about my cheque book & atm. Always, they said, you will receive your cheque book & atm within one or two days.
But i did not receive no cheque book & atm yet.

I have also a bank account in axis bank...

On 26th july 2016, i have deposited and amount of rs.5000/= through net banking account [protected]. The amount was deducted from my sbi account but it was not added to the credit card account no. [protected] having card number [protected]. So please update my credit card account for any issues to evolve. Till date it was not updated.

I got the sms alerts and whenever i transact money from atm to my registered number but i am unable to use internet banking as every time it gives error that my number is not registered .kindly help my no is[protected]...

This is to apprise you & lodge an axis bank card fraudulently used complaint.

Please note the following :-
1. I received a phone call 19th july 2016 on my mobile no. [protected] from mobile no. [protected] it was 2.35 pm. There was a lady voice she introduced herself as ms. Divya singh from axis bank.

2. She suggested that my 5000 rewards point accumulated so far are going to lapse....

Myself has made the one time settlement against my credit card : [protected] on 14.03.2016 and that time bank staff had given the settlement letter and confirmed your card issue was now closed no one contact you further for payment. but suddenly yesterday night police was came to my house and inquired about the credit card and i have clearly informed them "i have already done the settlement and shown the letter also" but the police...

Axis bank charged excess roi for my home loan.in feb 2009 i was taken 29, 30, 000/- and closed this loan in feb 2015. during this 6 yrs period i have paid emis for more than rs 24 lacs. also paid around rs 25 lacs for loan closure as per their demand. bank has charged excess my hard earned money by changing roi several times on the name of rbi permission.
Roi at the time of loan taken 8.75%
Roi changed several times later on...

My current account is in axis bank, Pandri.Uttarakhand. Axis bank's staff done my account upgrade (reason Unknown ) now I am being charged regularly. Please reverse this charges and do needful against who is involved in this.

In june i have paid inr 60k before due date which was 8th june 2016. System has charged me bonus charges for auto debit, late payment fees and interest +st.

I want to know why i have been charged with interest and other charges whereas i have settled my due well in advance.

I called at customer service 2 times ans waited for 20-30 min each time...
