My salary account has been debited Rs 522.23 on 19/08/2016, saying towards consolidated DP charges. I don't understand the reason behind this.
If it is regarding Demat Account, I didn't even activate the Demat Account. I wish I get my money back, or a valid reason has to be given. Without account holder's acknowledgement, not even a rupee has to be cut....

Cheating the people like any thing. if we are paying min due balance on time but calculating the charges for whole out standing balance..collecting the money like cant explain...i am requesting the RBI take action on this people (Axis bank )doing such a frauds/cheating like this(in the statement Pay min due of some amount and once if we pay min amount on time they are charging the amount (finance charges) on total out standing + paid min...

Hi after several reminders to bank thru email, i am not able to check my CC statements, i came to know soon as these statements were not in my name,
that means my statements and alerts going to someone else.

My savings account is associated with this cust id as well as possess a credit card for the same.
Recently, i paid my credit card dues by cash to the axis bank collection agent.
At the same time, the same amount was debited from my savings account (Which was on lien).

What does it imply?

I have an axis bank current account which i had reopend as i had funds remaining in that and after removing the funds i gave the account closure form to the exc in the bank but they are not ready to close the account and are sending me letters that i have to pay lieb amount 2750 which im not suppose to pay as thats non maintaince charges as ihad given the formon time and they are aplyingthe charges now

Someone has done unauthorised transacation on my axis bank debit card on 10 july 2016. I called axis bank customer service same day and open a complain on this issue. My complain is[protected]. Yesterday, on 14th. August i tried twice at 10-30 am and 04-15 pm to send money to my son at bangalore by instant money transfer through his mobile to cater his urgent needs. But, till today (10-30 am) required pins/codes have not been generated and transferred to the mobile of my son.

I was trying to withdraw money from an atm of hdfc bank. The transaction was cancelled but money was debited.

Worst staffs in pallavaram brach

yesterday i deposited cash at 10:45am in Axis bank pallavaram and i was standing in ques around 30minutes infront of me only 3 was there.

i seen Axis bank employees in pallavaram branch are depositing cash for their known employees in between and they are not giving importance to the unknown people.Few persons coming giving cash or cheque to them and the staffs are coming and...

I have relieved from axis bank ltd, hyderabad circle, karimnagar branch, telangana on 22nd july 2016. As per bank policy full and final settlement (Last month salary + provident fund) should be credited to employee on or before 20 days. Still the final settlement has been done. Off-course bank higher officials will not treat there employees properly. At least make sure ex-employee's feel happy after going out from the axis bank ltd....

And the here branch tell sir no details are the for your credit card department... And i apply more than 15 time... And the main branch toll me meet the your branch and submit the id proof and 1 photos... After long time no reply......

My account credit frozen, i am unable to deposit funds and each months they charge me and it is increase the amount. Now amount show me like -415 last month,
