There was a fraud transaction on my debit card and I had blocked the card immediately by phone call and sent email to customer care to block debit card and netbanking.I have given written complaint at branch as per email from customer care. It has been almost 2 months now and the amount is not reimbursed yet. The amount is Rs. 31370.16 and date of transaction is on 23.7.2016.

Service request no. 23826836 raised on 23.7.2016 and it was told me that resolved by sending me an email with a firm to sign on 27.7.2016. I had signed this form on the same day and submitted at branch.

There was no response after that. Again I wrote email on 11.8.2016 about this issue and the service request no. 24353219 has been assigned and the issue was escalated as per email from customer care.

Since then no response has been received. I wrote emails but no reply yet. I called branch and the relationship manager is not receiving the call.

I want my money back as soon as possible. Axis bank cannot ask me to wait till investigation is complete as informed by RM earlier.

I have a credit card of axis bank & my bill are generated of 12.09.2016 but this statement i see Interest are extra added because i pay my minimum due amount & other amount are refund & convert to EMI...

    Hi,
    received a mail from Axis bank credit card dept to make the due amount. They agreed to provide me a NOC for the same. after making the payment, they are saying the card is permanently de activated. so they are unable to provide the same. in my cibil, they are updating status as "writtenoff" every 2-3 months. Without settling anything they are playing games. i have a mail confirmation from axis bank credit card dept for whatever they agreed to provide NOC. but now they are not giving NOC and still they are sending every month bill (without oustanding amount.).

      Hi,

      I am having a house loan of 12 years with axis bank. 3 months back I had been to axis bank branch near Mumbai university for part payment. One of the lady addressing told us to open an account against home loan stating that you will be able to check your statuses there. Also clearly mentioning that its a zero balance account and there will be no charge for it. We did so. And as soon as we deposited money in that account for initial transaction our money got deducted as an atm card charge.

      Next home loan Emi which was deductiing through my current account didn't happen and I got a call from axis bank that check has been bounced and I have to bear the penalty for it. Regarding this Emi deduction bank change, nobody had mentioned to me. Now why should I bear the penalty. And the same thing has repeated for the second time even though we told the tele executive that my loan is going through my current account in another bank.

      I'm planning to take a balance transfer just because of this mos communication and wrong deduction of penalty.

        I am sorry to say that SURJODAY WELFARE SOCIETY is chitting me to disburment loan . I would like to inform to all avoid this society . This is a scam and cyber crime . Mr chandan basak departmental stuff but he can not said his office address and also all the related agent . Mr das said he is Insurance depaartment and he also could not said his office address . Mr nandi department of RBI and he could not said office address . Mr amit punjab national bank loan department he also said his branch address Hamilton . PNB have no branch in hamilton, alipur doyar . I was talkt to branch and branch also same answer .. So what can I do .. and finaly my brother visited mumbai and there is no office ( surjoday welfare society ) . What is this ? Mr basak sent me his aadhar but it also jali .. I challenge the society if thay are true then proof it . Again and again i was chetted from the society . Axis bank also help them . because SURJODAY WELFARE SERVICE ACCOUNT CREATED THE BANK .           Axis bank has deducted amount of Rs 57.50 from my bank account without my permission. The comment reads TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 310816. I have been using their in account mail system to send them mails regarding such suspicious activities in my account but they are least bothered. Never have I got any useful response from their customer support. They don't even send SMS messages for such debits. What should I do to stop such fraudulent activities by the bank??

            I have got a loan sanctioned by axis bank by noida rac sector 18 by mr. Kundan kumar. There was no intimation on his part as far as paying pre emi was concerned. I have been paying pre emi since the last 18 months and the amount of 2.36 lakh that i have paid has gone down the drain due to the negligence and recklessness of sales officer mr. Kundan kumar.                 I have not used my axis credit card for any transaction. but i got charged for annual fee. On june 5, axis credit card agent called me (name: karthick) for my pending due. on that time i had pending charges for rs1700. I said to him that i had no job for last five months and i can't pay. but he gave me one solution. he offered me to join in zero annual free card and then he was ready to re-credit the pending charges. I said ok to him. he told me it will take 10 days.

                After few days, I called axis customer care. one lady attended my call. she accepted my query. she changed my current address and my card to annual free card. she also said you need to wait 5 more working days for reversal pending fee and you don't need to pay for annual fee.

                There is no reversal done for my account up to now. I mailed them about my credit cared more than 2 times. they said we can't reverse.I still have pending charge for 3000.

                What the hell about their customer care??

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  As i have taken personal Loan From Axis bank Loan account Number : PPR[protected] as regularly i have paid my all the EMI's Properly till last two months but due to my health got disturbed drastically and till date she was admitted at hospital and in this mean while due to disturbances i have lost my job and some financial crisis from last 3 month i am unable to pay the EMI amount on time but some times i have manged to pay some EMI's but now company collection manager has called me and i have asked him to give some time as my mother hospitalised and i have explained about my situation and due to this unusal event i have lost my job from last 4 months i could not pay the EMI amount on time. Collection manager called me and harassing me with his abusive language and his bad language and some rowdies and some agents from Axis ba attacked 5 days back on my vacated flat and they have created all the nuisance and they have kept a meeting in my flat and they are going to seize my flat for just because of and out standing amount of 2 lacs and they have discussed all my personal information in front of all my building associates and even they have used some Parliamentary language in front of my mother in law and she felt very awkward they have warned me that if im not pay the pending EMI's they will kill me also and they even warned my wife that they will kill me now she is very much afraid of them and she is not even talk to any one us for the nuisance she literally crying from last week and i have requested them for some time to clear all my outstanding with the bank but they have already dropped my chq and it got bounced i have requested them to do not drop the chq i will clear all my out standing in short period but they not listening my words they have given me two days time if i failed to clear all my out standing they said they will attack once again and they want to create nuisance and they are ready to beat me also and my mother in law aged 70 she got nerves and fainted down with their words and i am answering his every call and i am requesting some time to clear the due amount. As i requested him that give me some time i will clear the amount but he is speaking in abusive language and he refuse to give time. came to my in-laws home also and behaved very vulgarly . They are telling that police people also cannot do any thing, kindly help us.. I requested them but they are not responding properly. And even i have complaint same thing to Axis bank collection manager Mr. Surya Pratap and Mr. Jagadish both of these managers are speaking un parliamentary language and they even said iam bank employee my top level management could not do any thing. he is also telling me he is noway responsible for next consequence's they will creat . And recently when i am in hyderabad for my mother hospital work and treatment that time also they called me and requested me to pay atleast one are two EMI's for that month i have paid some emi's some time with help of Mr. Sattibabu who is the recovery executive of the bank and i have paid to him through Axis bank Cash Deposit form. which they have given . I have clearly briefed them about my situation and explained about my mother health condition that if they can give me some time so that i will clear entire my outstanding. Kindly help Me in this regard. And i lost my respect in my family as well as in my apartment.

                    Hi Axis Bank,

                    My Account number is [protected] and i am using axis bank service from last 6 year. My account branch is BAZPUR, UDHAM SINGH Nagar, Uttrakhand and my salary comes in this account from overseas.

                    Today 1st time i went to AXIS Bank Bazpur, udham singh nagar, uttrakhand for clear my 2lakh self cheque and cashier has given me 20 bundle of 100Rs note and that was not possible to carry 20 bundles with me at that time so i requested to cashier for giving me 1000Rs and 500Rs of bundle but cashier has been refused my request, as i can see there were many bundles of 1000Rs and 500Rs Note. I have requested again politely but he was misbehaving with me and that was too mush insult of me. you can check in your bank cameras for all conversation. In that end after requesting to Manager he has given me MIX bundle.

                    Kindly take a necessary action on it otherwise i will move to another bank because such type of incident never happened with me and Bank staff should be polite with their customer.

                    If you can't do anything that i'll never prefer your bank and suggest people for the same.

                      I am Pavan kumar I have been approached for the personal loan in Axis bank [ loan application number 5252006 and it is declined without any reason. I have been Submitted all necessary documents to Axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification. It said that the loan application has been rejected I have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. He has collected and said this are enough when applying loan my cibil score is 777 and i want to know what is the reason to reject my loan

                      Hi, I have been using my axis salary account from the last 6 years. But axis bank never supported me though I trust this bank. When I applied for credit card it got rejected from axis bank but HDFC bank approved my application and gave a credit limit for 60k. And it has to because I am working in MNC company and I am young and my salary is upto as Bank parameter Again I applied for personal loan and it keep getting declined from axis bank yet other bank are ready to sanctioned the loan. So here my experienced is I am not using axis bank product and I am closing my axis salary account which is of no use. And on the other side HDFC bank says if I start using smart saving account HDFC bank I can avail more offer and more support from the bank and I am sure they are saying the right thing and I began to trust them more.                           This is to inform you that on[protected]Last Transaction )at 9-10 PM I tried to widraw Rs. 10000/ from PNB bank ATM sakchi jamshedpur, It was not come out from the ATM and the same amount was debited from my account.
                          I made complaint on Axis bank (bistupur branch, jamshedpur) .So I wrote one application and submitted the same to the bank. Kindly get checked again and arrange to get back the same amount to my account please. Looking forward for the positive response

                                Recently I visited Axis bank from Periyarnagar branch, Chennai.I met Mr.Angappan Designation DM.I asked new Debit card for lost my existing card he said you have to wait for 5working days and two option card available.One is 40, 000 limit which is Rs.200 charge and other card is 50, 000 limit that is Rs.500 but he didn't explained other features of Titanium card and chip benefits.I fixed normal card worth of 40000 withdrawal limit.Becoz why we want to waste money for additional 10000 limit.Afterthat I received card on 09th only then I was generating Debit card pin number through IVR more than 10times it's said technical issues and I tried ATM also 4times it's showing check expiry and validity.I asked customer care they have taken my compliant and they said you contact branch.Today visited branch here also no response.

                                  Myself is Sardar B. Pachimbare, Currently leaving in Doha, Qatar.
                                  I am using Axis bank saving account (A/C. No. [protected]) from last 4-5 years & it is with Goregaon (E) branch Mumbai & My banking experience was excellent till July 2016.

                                  I moved Qatar in May 2016. I visited to India in July 2016 for some family reason & for my NRI status I was interested to open the NRE account in Axis bank only. Even my busy schedule I visited to Axis Kharadi Branch, Pune & Meet Mr. Dharmendra for the same. I brief him my requirement for NRE account which is as below & his answers also their.
                                  1.
                                  I would like to open NRE account which is zero or minimum balance maintain.
                                  - We will open your account as a Zero balance account
                                  2. If Possible I would like to convert my saving account to the NRE account.
                                  - It is not possible, you can use your saving account as it is, we will create new NRE a/c for you
                                  3. I am first time opening the NRE account Please brie[censored]s if there any charges involved.
                                  - There no addition charges involved.
                                  4. I would like to receive the welcome kit by hand in branch.
                                  - We will send welcome kit through courier & if it undelivered it comes to home branch then we can give you by hand.
                                  5. What is timeline to open the account?
                                  - Maximum 1 week.

                                  After 2 week I received a welcome email from Axis bank & that was the surprise for me. In the email written this account should maintain monthly 2 lakhs balance & as well as debit card display charges is Rs. 1400 will be deducted from my account.
                                  Immediately I contacted to branch peoples for the same, but they say it is priority service banking & you have to maintain the amount & pay the credit card charges. After log the complaint I got clarification from Service head & branch head, there is no charges will apply on non-balance maintain & if I not maintain the balance the account will downgrade to zero balance as well as they will revert my debit card charges. When I asking about the welcome kit, branch head denied to give the welcome kit by hand, when I explain him about the Dharmendra commitment, he told me Dharmendra spending his 8-9 years in banking & he is not giving this commitment to you, I make a con call with both of them, Dharmendra agreed to the same. But again branch head send the welcome kit on my previous address, even after 2 months I didn’t receive the same.

                                  One more surprise was waiting for me, when I received the account statement I seen my saving account is converted to NRO, I again wrote to branch head & he brief me if customer status is changed to NRI your all saving accounts converted to NRO & you should maintain the 10K balance every month & there is some charges for NEFT transfer. As per my opinion, they should provide me the all information to me before opening the account, I denied all their terms, because of their wrong handling why I have to pay the money & even I don’t want any NRO account.
                                  This is painful experience for me, there was only one request to open the NRE account & they messing my whole banking experience. I feel this is wastage the time for customer as well as bank.

                                  I am also working in service industry & I always taking care of my customers. If you see the below email trail, you also feel as a top banking brand your branch head not follow the email ethics even. After two months long conversation & lot of harassment I feel I begging to bank to the loan.

                                  For increase the business they given me wrong information & even they are not interested to reply my concerns.

                                  Finally I wrote to the bank to close my both accounts even I didn't receive the welcome kit. I feel this is wastage of time of customer. I feel they are doing purposely harassment of customers & their ego is bigger than their company. Many times branch head is not follow the email ethics, he just wrote me email like his junior or loan holder.

                                    With reference to my complaint on recovery of Rs.351.12. I got a call from Axis Bank, Gajuwaka Branch. They informed that the charges levied are towards ECS failure. When I inquired about reasons for ECS failure, they informed sign not tallying, insufficient funds. When I told that ECS has been authorized by bank in June and amount of Rs.115/- charged to my SB account 82305 how can 'sign not tallied' happen. They immediately shifted to other reason of insufficient funds, which is also wrong as i am having sufficient funds in my account in June 2016. When insisted to provide the date of ECS failure. Then they informed that they do not have the details and are not able to provide the same. Even after 20 days from recovery, bank blnot able to provide details of recovery. How pity banks are functioning. Are they bankers on pawn brokers?

                                        main thing is .. no employee from axis bank promised for time frame.. since first day of complaint brought into their notice.
