Hi after several reminders to bank thru email, i am not able to check my CC statements, i came to know soon as these statements were not in my name,
that means my statements and alerts going to someone else.

i writing from my registered email ID only.my request was not taken seriously

my Request ID:17326104 to axis bank, my complaint was not taken seriously and i was told to try again with my password.again i explained my issue in mail again they wrote the same thing

Are we fools to reply again and again or the staff who reply, uses templates without understanding the NATURE of complaint., and why i am receiving mails and statements on other persons name .

To Axis bank - fix this soon or will get the court order on this.

    My savings account is associated with this cust id as well as possess a credit card for the same.
    Recently, i paid my credit card dues by cash to the axis bank collection agent.
    At the same time, the same amount was debited from my savings account (Which was on lien).

    What does it imply?

      I have an axis bank current account which i had reopend as i had funds remaining in that and after removing the funds i gave the account closure form to the exc in the bank but they are not ready to close the account and are sending me letters that i have to pay lieb amount 2750 which im not suppose to pay as thats non maintaince charges as ihad given the formon time and they are aplyingthe charges now

And they are wasting my time to send me here and there so please help me to close my loan account. My axis bank experience is so bad.           Someone has done unauthorised transacation on my axis bank debit card on 10 july 2016. I called axis bank customer service same day and open a complain on this issue.             Dear sir,
            With great disappointment i here by submit the complaint against axis bank tripunithura branch. I owned a current account in axis bank tripunithura branch, in relation to my business with milma co operative society (Ercmpu) and without any intimation (Via call, sms or email) they have debited a sum of rs.5000 from my account in march 2015, and from that day to till today i have visited the branch and have given a number of written complaints (More than 5 times) to the bank officials regarding this matters. The reply given by the bank authorities are unsatisfactory and till today they have not reimbursed the amount. We had also submitted the request for cancellation of that account on march 2015. And they did not taken any proceedings for that also. I wonder is this the rite way to treat a customer?...

              This is not a complain, but a service-oriented querry from a Customer, namely, Biplab Datta, S/o Late G.C.Datta, Durga Chowmuhani, Near Nabodaya Sangha, PO-Ramnagar, Agartala, Tripura, PIN-799002. have an Axis Bank Credit Card No.[protected] upto credit limit of Rs.25000/-. I did shopping in July 2016 for Rs.12074.09, but on[protected] Rs.12707.09 has been debited from my Savings Account No.[protected] of Axis Bank, Agartala Branch against my Auto-debit option which indicates that excess amount of Rs.633/- has been debited from my Savings Account.

                  Yesterday, on 14th. August i tried twice at 10-30 am and 04-15 pm to send money to my son at bangalore by instant money transfer through his mobile to cater his urgent needs. But, till today (10-30 am) required pins/codes have not been generated and transferred to the mobile of my son.

                  On this issue, i toiled for about six hours to communicate the issue to axis bank customer care numbers but failed either to reach them or to communicate them. They just refused to listen to me by uttering that "your voice is not audible". I could not contact any senior executive of the bank because either their phones were switched or they simply did not lift the same. Ultimately my son did not get money required for his medicines!

                  My complaint is, what kind of a great bank this axis bank is, who does not possess any proper and functional mechanism to help customers in their dire needs on holidays? It seems that on any given day this bank is in total mess? How funny! Is it a bank or a horse-stable?

                      Worst staffs in pallavaram brach

                      yesterday i deposited cash at 10:45am in Axis bank pallavaram and i was standing in ques around 30minutes infront of me only 3 was there.

                      i seen Axis bank employees in pallavaram branch are depositing cash for their known employees in between and they are not giving importance to the unknown people.Few persons coming giving cash or cheque to them and the staffs are coming and depositing and withdrawing in between.

                      Axis bank pallavararam shows partiality to customers i feel very bad.People coming with huge amount are influenced 1st.Its a shame to have account in Axis Bank.

                      i deposited cash at 10:45 pm but they gave credit at 6:40pm

                      Please dont deposite in Axis Pallavaram Branch your cheque will get bounced, You cannot finish your work.

                      Axis Bank Pallavaram is totally works with Influence.
                      Axis Head Office should notice pallavaram branch dirty work.

                      Employees and manager's attitude is totally disheartening
                      They don't follow proper procedures and when asked about that they just try to give some escapism answers
                      It's better to have account in some public sector bank
                      They charge the highest among all banks but the customer service is the worst
                      That too in pallavaram branch is totally corrupted to the core
                      If possible change that manager

                          Full and final settlement of relieved employee

                          I have relieved from axis bank ltd, hyderabad circle, karimnagar branch, telangana on 22nd july 2016. As per bank policy full and final settlement (Last month salary + provident fund) should be credited to employee on or before 20 days. Still the final settlement has been done. Off-course bank higher officials will not treat there employees properly. At least make sure ex-employee's feel happy after going out from the axis bank ltd....

                          I am maintaining a saving account in Axis bank in Ballabgarh (Faridabad, Haryana) Branch. My Account No.is [protected]. Two years ago I have received a call from Axis Bank offering Credit Card on behalf of my saving account and the executive promised me that it is free for life time. I have not used this card but axis bank is making charges every month against this credit card which is unauthorized. I have convey this problem to Costumer Care Center but they did not give any proper response. I want to cancel this credit card. The amount unauthorizedly charged against this credit card needs to be waived off. Please look in to the matter and resolve the issue.

                            Only advised the customers to execute a

                            To operate the licker as the account holders are permanent resident of melbourne (Australia), because this is
                            Prevailing in india by banks for its customers. However, now the same bank
                            After 3/4 years or so, refuse to act on the
                            Authoríty proposed & executed by them.

                                My account credit frozen, i am unable to deposit funds and each months they charge me and it is increase the amount. Now amount show me like -415 last month,
                                Now i am check it show me 593,

                                But i am unable to close or deposit fund because from Branch
                                Maninagar, Ahmedabad they did this account credit frozen.

                                If my account credit frozen so why they charge each months??????

                                I am in kolkata now. but axis bank customer care said me to go ahmedabad and talk to them.

                                Are they crazy?? Company open this account 2 years ago and it was a salary account which have maintain zero balance. Now they convert it shaving account.

                                I try to migrate this account to my howrag Branch but i am unable to do this.

                                Now only hope for you people, If you do something. Otherwise next month they charge me again and again.

                                What kind of service they are providing?

                                This is not resolve till date. bad service bad customer support. Sorry this is the only true.
                                Dear myself Krishna K Kumawat, I was banking with axis bank till 2015,
                                after that I submitted a written application in bank, Hinjewadi branch
                                to close the account.
                                and I submitted all docs like cheque book, ATM card, and they
                                accept account closing application.
                                Now in days they are sending sms, my account balance in negative -20509.00 INR.

                                    When i got my rd account matured, the credited amount with interest was less than the promised amount when i opened the rd. I called axis bank so many times but in vain, for interest mismatch. They are least bothered about their customers and reply that they'll get back to you. But they'll never get back to us and when we call again, they forget our entire issue with them and we need to repeat the issue story from scratch wherein they'll reply the same as that they'll get back to us. Got really irritated and disappointed with axis bank service.

                                      I have received my debit card numbered 4505*******4237. i have my pin, everything. i have been fortunately able to register for paypal, amazon web services and google cloud platform too. however, i am unable to register for the verified by visa. the error says that my email id and phone number aren't available with the branch. but i have netbanking account, and all the details are there with the branch. even the customer care is unable to resolve the problem, and all i got so far is the "procedure" which i didn't want, as i have, i guess, tried the procedure for more than 100 times now.
