    I am denied service from axis bank branch regarding renewal of my expired travel card.infact i raised complaints thorugh axis bank website complaints policy but no one responded. even i raised complaints to nodal officer but they are also irresponsible.
    I was surprised to have such a service from axis bank nodal officer. there is no way to contact them directly over phone. i have mailed them many a times but there is no response till now. i raised complaint in last month.

        Hello i am sangharsh raghav, i have an savings account in axis bank chandausi distt. sambhal uttar pradesh as i applied for a zero balance account. but after sometime i deposited rs.5300 in my account after 3 months i was charged about rs.981. when i visited the nearest axis bank they informed me that i have to maintain my account with minimum rs.10000 but they did not informed me before opening my account that they are opening that type of account whether i applied for an zero balance account.
        O i want my money back because i don't think i need to pay for the bank mistakes. help pls..

          Dear sir/ madam.. I used my sbi atm card in axis bank atm shinde ki chawni lashkar gwalior (Mp). I withdrawal 3000 rs but i have found 500 duplicate note. N i immediate complaint to respected axis bank branch hujrat road gwalior. But they didn't accept there mistake. Plz do need full to my complaint.

          As per RBI guidelines, in no case the counterfeit notes should be returned to the tenderer. You may refer to RBI's Master Circular – Detection and Impounding of Counterfeit Notes No. DCM (FNVD) G- 4/16.01.05/2015-16 dt. 01.07.2015 for detailed guidelines in this regard. The same can be viewed at https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=8989&Mode=0#1 .

            I submitted hostel fees rs 90000 in axis bank, branch - gajraula (Up) for form no 5577971 - amity university on 05 march 2016. Transaction no is 21189401.
            Hostel money is transferred in academy fees account, due to error has been made by axis bank officer student has did not get hostel till now. After repeated request axis bank officer is not listening any thing.
            Please look into it and instruct to concern officer to rectify the problem on urgent basis by 18.07.2016.

              I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the customer service of axis bank credit card.

              Sir

              I have filled a pmt form on dated 09 feb 2016 and i have paid my fees of aimpt online by credit card and axis has charged rs. 2831/- on dated 9th feb. 2016 and trasanction details are mopsothdr card govt rs. 2831.64 on dated 09th feb. 2016


              I got the sms on my registered mobile mo. [protected] that payment has been successfully debited and when i contact cbse deparment about my roll number than i found that my payment has not been reached there

              I have sent a lot of email of the nodal office and banking obdansum and axis bank has given me a temporarily credit of rs. 2831.64 in the last month

              But now axis bank has again debited my account of previous reversal


              It’s a matter of great shame that i have made one credit of card of axis bank, i have been cheated by the bank to forfeit my amount


              I request you that kindly return my amount with interest into my saving account of transaction of rs. 2831.64 /- on dated 9th feb. 2016


              I called customer care around 100 times and most of the time different agent provided me different information.
              I also talked to their supervisor but still i have no response from axis bank.
              Also wanted to inform i have all the recorded calls which different agent told me different thing,.


              And sir to be very frank i am very upset to choose the credit card of axis bank


              I am happy to meet personally and explain the matter to the concerned officer of axis bank. I have all the mail communications in place for reference. I would expect a speedy solution, as this is a critical matter for me.


              I m completely disagree with the service which axis bank is providing to customers as there is no customer satisfaction as far as i m concerned

              I think this bank is worse than the municipality office. Iam a priority account holder and they are completely rude to me almost on every transaction.

              This is an offshoot o[censored]TI India which almost closed down because of fraud and thousands of crores of tax payer money was used to revive it. Looks like history is going to repeat itself. I will be closing my account shortly.

                Axis bank deducted rs. 747.5 /- from my salary account. I really don't know what is is for. I read that it could be related to demat account, but the person who came to my office to open the account said that they wont charge anything for it. This is really not good. I get calls from axis bank guys for other services and offers and even if i say that i dont need anything they still keep calling time to time.

                    I have an account in hdfc bank [protected].
                    On 23rd april an anonymous transaction has been done from my account from axis bank atm. i withdraw 2, 500 from hdfc atm and after 5-10 minutes later around 8.41 am i got a message of 10, 000 withdrawal from axis bank atm. i am not sure what happened, i went back to the atm and checked but didn't found anything or anyone. even there is no guard there. i wonder how come a transaction can happen when the card is lying with me.

                    I lodged a complain in hdfc but still there is no response i got yet.in axis bank also i lodged a complaint[protected] but they are saying this is the matter of hdfc and they will take care of it. both the banks have one single statement that we are not liable of anything, i wonder then who is liable who is it me being a common man.

                    I am a daily bread earner and this type of fraudlent issues cannot be accepted and even for such a big amount.

                    Kind request to look into this asap and take the actions accordingly.

                      I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the customer service of axis bank credit card.
                      Yesterday i called in to inquire how much is my pending bill so that i can clear all my dues with you people.
                      And unfortunately i got a representative by the name of ' tejasvini ' and she was so rude and hung up on me twice.
                      She was so unprofessional that she was talking over me, and when i asked her to let me speak, she got upset and said she will hang up the call. when i asked for supervisor, she placed me on hold for near about 10 minutes and than hung up on me. later when i called you people again that lady answered the call again and placed me on hold without informing me and hung up on me again.
                      This is not what i expect from axis bank. being the customer of axis bank for more than 5 years and also i am using this credit card for nearabout 3 years now.
                      I wish to cancel my bank account with you people and also i wish to cancel my credit card services as well.
                      It is not the first time, whenever i have called you people, its very hard to understand their accents. so i am extremely unhappy with the services that was being offered to me by that lady. i wish that you people terminate that lady immediately so that other customers won't face the same disappointment which i am facing. also i need a proof that you people are taking proper action against that lady.

                      Moreover my main concern is,

                      I want these transactions to be cancelled : —

                      Date : — 13/6/2016 late fee 600
                      Date : — 13/6/2016 service tax 90


                      Date : — 18/06/2016 debit interest 10592
                      Date : — 18/06/2016 service tax 1588

                      That was the whole thing i called you people for, so that you can cancel these charges and refund that to my account and i can pay my rest of the bill.

                      Again i would like to mention that i am about to pay my bill today only if you wil cancel these extra charges of late fees, services tax and debit interest..
                      Also i want you people to teach a lesson to that lady who misbehaved with me.

                          My father mr. baburao ingole having saving account (senior citizen) of axis bank account number [protected] (beed branch). using this account from 6 years. suddenly bank deducted charges rs. 172 on 14th july 2016 for debit card annual charges.. as per my knowledge there is no charges for debit card. i talked with customer care but not getting proper answer. please look into this and revert this amount.

                            I have taken a loan of 1lakh in feb 2016 and i applied another loan in june 2016. according to loan executive suggestions i have preclosed my old loan to get the new loan. aftr paying the old loan now they r telling that new loan is rejected due to check bounce. y dey didn't tel me this before paying the old loan. its completely cheating customers. im having salary account and two credit cards with axis bank since 2.5 years. now i wanted to transfer my salary account to other banks and cancel my credit cards also. very bad treatment from axis bank.

                              Hi,

                              I have placed a request to get the ‘List of Documents’ submitted along with the Home Load taken 3 years back. This was very urgent and it is clearly mentioned in the call with your customer care executive. She said I shall get the documents in 15 days of time from the date of request raised. The request no was 8448277 and the expected date of delivery was 8th of July 2016. I haven’t received any intimation so far and contacted the Axis Bank Customer care and they have given the courier tracking no [protected] with Blue Dart. When contacted blue dart (Tripunithura, Kochi) they said, the bank had not provided the sufficient information to deliver the courier such as Mobile No, Postal Address etc., This is not the first incident happens through Blue Dart and raised the complaint earlier also. I can’t understand why Axis Bank still depend upon Blue Dart where their service is utter waste and they don’t have any responsibility to the job they are doing.

                              I am desperately looking for the documents since it is very important and urgent. Please do the needful to get it done asap.

                                India today will not give you any winning certificate due to lots of complaint about sweepstake. they will transfer your money under the unclaimed compensation fund through reserve bank india.
                                As per norms of rbi we have forward your fund into axis bank. axis bank will give you ownership of one company account for 45 days, which you can use for transfer/withdrawal money.
                                All the payment is include taxes; you don’t need to pay any amount for claiming the compensation fund.
                                Note. you will get a certificate from the rbi about your compensation fund. after receiving the money 4 crore 17lakh and 26 lakh 72thousand, you will not claim or make a complaint against rbi and india today. if you are agree with the norms of rbi then reply on same email id.

                                  Experiencig very poor customer service at Kharadi and Kalyaninagar branches in Pune and Malkapur branch where the old account exists
                                  These three branches aren't responding well through calls on office no.s in working hours
                                  Either they aren't picking calls or they aren't saying anything after the call is picked up leading to balance loss
                                  Even the agent Mr. Shashank isn't responding and trying to avoid customer service
                                  His negligence is making me feel like he/axis bank has cheated me by rs. 9031/- because my new account with no [protected]. is displaying the above amount but not becoming able to withdraw the same by any means even after visiting the branch where new account falls at Kharadi, Pune with IFSC Code:UTIB0001576
                                  For activation of this account they told me to deactivate older with Malkapur branch with [protected] account no.
                                  They've told that the process would take hardly a day giving no. 225901 to let Kharadi branch call on it
                                  But after applying for closing the account they told me to wait about 5-7 days and aren't even accepting to call on above no. increasing my doubts about the fraud.
                                  Even it may even become possible to even fetch my next month payments in similar way sending me here and there and not responding the calls
                                  So, I request to take action as quickly as possible

                                  Issue resolved by remote/central block and responding very nice but still the branch not responding well to other transaction/business related issues (Please don't try directly block/delay any transaction in future without notifying me and retrieving permission for any security reasons. Suggest alternate security measures/recommended changes in account/transaction details instead.)

                                  After deactivation of older account, person from helpline told me to visit the home branch and submit the documents but representative at the home branch didn't accept any document even after talking with helpline person Mr. Aasif and notified to meet the employee through which salary accounts were opened for the company.

                                      I have maintained credit card from axis bank and made payments properly without arrears, however recently i applied for personnel loan/ credit card from other banks since my credit card and loan application has been declined due to poor cibil score, i had a higher cibil score when i was don’t have credit card from axis bank, you folks spoiled my credit worthiness, please provide the detailed clarification why my cibil score has been reduced, it’s a serious issue kindly do the need full, as i discussed with cibil team only i am writing this mail.

                                        I have received a mail saying that your card has been blocked due to security reasons. When I visited the Karve Nagar, Pune branch from where I have issued my card, the staff misguided me saying that they dont have card in stock. i visited the suggested branch near by that location and I was again insulted at the other branch.
                                        The service is very pathetic at bank. They even dont know the exact procedure to re-issue the card. Forex department clearly informed that card has to be reissued without any charges as it was the bank who blocked. Then also the bank employee was asking me to pay the charges. When I asked him to talk to his own forex department, he was not even able to talk in english.

                                        I have been follwing up with Karve Nagar, Pune branch for last 6 months but I havent received the card yet. I have considerable amount blocked due to such lack of interest from bank side and lack of knowledge from their branch staff.

                                        If needed I can share the branch employee names with whom I followed up.

                                        If anyone has any other known way to make an official complaint, please share.

                                        Agent from Kalyaninagar, Pune (Mr. Shashank) branch is delaying knowingly in account activation leading to all the way frozen online platforms of the company for my account and even through visiting branch couldnt solve the problem.
                                        Deposits visible in mini statement cant be withdrawn through debit card, passbook or cheque.

                                        I have already so many follow-ups with my registered emails and also I have visited the branch office. I have not yet received anything, not even an acknowledgement.

                                        and this reply above is most common reply that I have been receiving every time.
