The reserve bank india, transfer department (rbi) hereby bring to your attention of the payment of your deposited fund here in the rbi, you were listed as a beneficiary of compensation fund the recent schedule for payment of the past edition email award incurred by the india today/ british government, which is yet unclaimed up-till date due to some circumstance according to your file record; your payment is categorized as: contract type: lottery/inheritance/ undelivered lottery fund.

Recently on the 4th of may 2016 the reserve bank of india (rbi) received a sum amount of 26 lakh 72 thousand from the india today (living media) and 4 crore 17 lakh from british government under the
Unclaimed funds which have been due for a long run, at end of the meeting (rbi) governor, mr. raghuram rajan mandate all unclaimed funds to be released back to the beneficiary.
India today will not give you any winning certificate due to lots of complaint about sweepstake. they will transfer your money under the unclaimed compensation fund through reserve bank india.
As per norms of rbi we have forward your fund into axis bank. axis bank will give you ownership of one company account for 45 days, which you can use for transfer/withdrawal money.
All the payment is include taxes; you don’t need to pay any amount for claiming the compensation fund.
Note. you will get a certificate from the rbi about your compensation fund. after receiving the money 4 crore 17lakh and 26 lakh 72thousand, you will not claim or make a complaint against rbi and india today. if you are agree with the norms of rbi then reply on same email id.

    Experiencig very poor customer service at Kharadi and Kalyaninagar branches in Pune and Malkapur branch where the old account exists
    These three branches aren't responding well through calls on office no.s in working hours
    Either they aren't picking calls or they aren't saying anything after the call is picked up leading to balance loss
    Even the agent Mr. Shashank isn't responding and trying to avoid customer service
    His negligence is making me feel like he/axis bank has cheated me by rs. 9031/- because my new account with no [protected]. is displaying the above amount but not becoming able to withdraw the same by any means even after visiting the branch where new account falls at Kharadi, Pune with IFSC Code:UTIB0001576
    For activation of this account they told me to deactivate older with Malkapur branch with [protected] account no.
    They've told that the process would take hardly a day giving no. 225901 to let Kharadi branch call on it
    But after applying for closing the account they told me to wait about 5-7 days and aren't even accepting to call on above no. increasing my doubts about the fraud.
    Even it may even become possible to even fetch my next month payments in similar way sending me here and there and not responding the calls
    So, I request to take action as quickly as possible

    Issue resolved by remote/central block and responding very nice but still the branch not responding well to other transaction/business related issues (Please don't try directly block/delay any transaction in future without notifying me and retrieving permission for any security reasons. Suggest alternate security measures/recommended changes in account/transaction details instead.)

    After deactivation of older account, person from helpline told me to visit the home branch and submit the documents but representative at the home branch didn't accept any document even after talking with helpline person Mr. Aasif and notified to meet the employee through which salary accounts were opened for the company.
    They told that nothing can be managed through home branch with any salary account

        I have maintained credit card from axis bank and made payments properly without arrears, however recently i applied for personnel loan/ credit card from other banks since my credit card and loan application has been declined due to poor cibil score, i had a higher cibil score when i was don’t have credit card from axis bank, you folks spoiled my credit worthiness, please provide the detailed clarification why my cibil score has been reduced, it’s a serious issue kindly do the need full, as i discussed with cibil team only i am writing this mail.

          I have received a mail saying that your card has been blocked due to security reasons. When I visited the Karve Nagar, Pune branch from where I have issued my card, the staff misguided me saying that they dont have card in stock. i visited the suggested branch near by that location and I was again insulted at the other branch.
          The service is very pathetic at bank. They even dont know the exact procedure to re-issue the card. Forex department clearly informed that card has to be reissued without any charges as it was the bank who blocked. Then also the bank employee was asking me to pay the charges. When I asked him to talk to his own forex department, he was not even able to talk in english.

          I have been follwing up with Karve Nagar, Pune branch for last 6 months but I havent received the card yet. I have considerable amount blocked due to such lack of interest from bank side and lack of knowledge from their branch staff.

          If needed I can share the branch employee names with whom I followed up.

          If anyone has any other known way to make an official complaint, please share.

          Agent from Kalyaninagar, Pune (Mr. Shashank) branch is delaying knowingly in account activation leading to all the way frozen online platforms of the company for my account and even through visiting branch couldnt solve the problem.
          Deposits visible in mini statement cant be withdrawn through debit card, passbook or cheque.

          I have already so many follow-ups with my registered emails and also I have visited the branch office. I have not yet received anything, not even an acknowledgement.

          and this reply above is most common reply that I have been receiving every time.

          Only thing left is not I escalate this to some higher person. If you have such information, please share.

            Axis bank is just cheating their customers by saying they will get reward points for their every 200 spent...when u call customer care each time u call u will get different different ans for ur questions of reward point I.e one will say u get 5 point for 200 spent other will say 4 point n so on continues different ans. And at end u will hear sir terms and contion have change...on other side HDFC and other banks are providing good service...so will not suggest to open the account in this bank n block ur huge amount for minimum balance..

              Loan recovery

              I want to put complaint against axis bank recovery agents. I had already told bank ppl that i won't be able to make payment for feb and march after and before that all my emis were on time. Now since last three months i have not got the salary.. Yesterday ppl from bank came to my place andi wasn't there. They called me. I asked them to meet me on monday to settle out things. But they didn't wanted to listen and started...

              I am holding a savings bank account in axis bank vadodara city.

              My account name is modified without my knowledge and the height of blunder is that my deposited cheque was returned on this ground that payee name differs.

              On visiting the vadodara main branch, racecourse, i was informed that the axis bank representatives have no idea how this has happened. when i asked to contact senior authorities in axis bank, they said it will take 2-3 days.

              Please explain why a customer/account holder holding the account since 10 years with the bank should wait for such a long time, simply because of blunders/system breach/lack of controls that exists in axis bank operations.. still waiting to get my funds credited, however this blunder or suspicious act on behalf of the bank is not allowing the credit of funds in my account.

              Also while debiting my account for ecs / cheques issued by me there was no query regarding "payer name differs", however while crediting the amount of cheque deposited axis bank returned the cheque saying "payee name differs". so how does the rule of kyc apply only when the account holder wants his money from his own account from axis bank. this is ridiculous and cannot be explained on any grounds.

              How can i rely on authenticity of axis bank transactions that i have done since 10 years.

              This is a serious matter and i will escalate it to the highest of its level.
              I am writing this not as a complaint/query, but to inform axis bank that you cannot play with the account details of account holders simply because you have the system rights to do so, it requires supporting documentation, and hence acts lacking such supporting documentation tantamounts to fraud.

                My name is avtar singh. i am from punjab. my policy number is[protected]. i have a complaint regarding axis bank employees as they misguided me about the policy and gave me wrong information about it. i came to know about it when i received a booklet at home mentioning all information about my policy and the money i will be receiving after maturing of policy. it was all different as i was told. after receiving booklet i talked to the customer provider about it. but they told that they didn't gave me wrong information. which is totally wrong. i also emailed to their head office regarding this all incident. but they told me they can not do anything. then is told them to refund my policy but they did not a single good in my side. as i know that the information provided to me was totally different after receiving the booklet. i went to their office many times. but they are keep saying they can't do anything. moreover, they also took my signature on a blank form and told they are gonna fill that by their self. please help me with this. i just want to refund my policy back. if you require any further information, you can call [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. please reply asap.

                    I have already made a complaint in the bank but i haven't received any solution for my complaint i have opened an account in axis bank in the month of may 2016. i received the cheque book, atm/debit card but from the activation of the card till date i am not able to make any online transactions.

                        I have ordered one Axis bank gift card of Rs.1500 in Jan'16. When I tried to use that card, it was declined. I called customer care after trying soooo many times, some body picked up my call and then put me on hold for sooooo long. The customer care executive said that the card was not active so she has activated the card.

                        Then after some days, i tried to use that card again and guess what it was again declining. I had to call back customer care (which I dont want to because they dont care about customer and also put on loooong hold). After few tries, my call got connected to executive. He said I have to send a mail to Prepaidcards.[protected]@axisbank.com
                        Also, when I asked, about the reference number of the call, he said there is no reference number, after asking so many times, he said he have to lodge the request then he can give me the reference number. He again put me on hold, which was irritating and then he gave me the complaint number. I had sent the mail the email ID he provided. Also, found email ID - [protected]@axisbank.com on the card and prepaid.[protected]@axisbank.com from the Axisbank website and sent them a mail, but no one is replying to my email.
                        Axis bank is the worst bank, i have ever come across. Earlier also i had very band experience, when i had applied for Loan. I have to take to issue to RBI to get the resolution. Then also Axis bank took 1 month to resolve. Not sure when this card issue will resolve.

                        Its been more then 2 weeks..no resolution. Axis bank is the worst bank to deal with.
                        They have given one Acknowledgement mail reference # 12960981 and after that they have done nothing.

                              Hello

                              I have a salary account in axis bank in Madhapure Hyderabad (UTIB0000553) branch. I have taken personal loan 4laks that Rate of Interest 18.5 %. My loan EMI Date is 5th of every month.

                              1. Now my issue is –5th June 2016 on wards my account balance is showing “-10266Rs” (- Balance) Unexpectedly my salary is delayed then I got the salary credited in 27 June 2016. Then Axis bank detected EMI amount 10266rs in 28th June.

                              " That means I have paid the EMI are not? "

                              2. I have not paid July 2016 EMI amount “10266 Rs”. Now July 7th 2016 my account balance is showing “- 20454rs”

                              I got the message to Axis bank on 7th july 2016 – “Dear Customer, Lien of Rs 1636, marked in your SB account due to Bounce & LPC charges levied In your account.”

                              My account balance is showing “ – 20454 rs” why?
                              Why people money is stealing?
                              Refer the Mini Statement attachment . This bank is indirectly robbed the money.

                                  I used my debit card instead of cash and the bank has charged me 15 rs extra and i had 3 free transactions left. Why was i charged extra? I need a right response and refund. I cant always have carry cash or pay by cash when i fuel my vehicle full & it applies to rest all ppl living in bangalore. Bank walo have some sense and be fair to your customers.

                                    Respected sir/madam,
                                    I ankita seal student of techno india university currently studying mba (digital marketing & advertising), had applied for an education loan of rs.3, 30, 000 at the saltlake brunch sec-v of axis bank on 12th may 2016. i had nominated my mother as my guarantor. i had submitted the necessary documents & kyc for related to my education loan to mr. simul ([protected]) on the same date. the another executive is mr. arijit ([protected]). till date they did not provide me any application no. regarding of my loan. mr. simul assured me & my mother that by the 28th of may 2016 i would be getting the accommodation/approval letter.
                                    Sadly enough till date i have not receive any information about the loan & neither of the two employees have been contacted us. they had verified my university & my house & had given me a green signal that every documents including the civil documents were all ok. now mr. arijit said over phone that coming of thursday (07.07.2016) he confirmed that either my loan has been approved or not. its about my career & they kept me pending for a long time. please advice me what should i do now.

I had nominated my mother as my guarantor. I had submitted my necessary documents & KYC for related to my education loan to Mr. Simul (7384434146) & Mr. Arijit (9051679973). Mr. Simul assured me & my mother that by the 28th of May I would br getting accommodation/approval letter. They had verified my University, my Home & had given me the green signal that every documents including the civil documents were all ok. By the end of this month I have to submitted my Semester fees. After the 3months of harassment they called me & said very rudely that The loan is not possible because my civil score is very poor. Now Mr. Arijit didn't reply on my msg & Mr. Simul showing his cheap attitude to my mother. I didn't have any loan application no or reference no. They are just simply playing a game with my future. They are the biggest fraud I have never seen in my life before. Its all about my career. I dont know why they are playing such a cheap game. Please help me with the right information m really in trouble.
