Each & everytime i use axis bank debit card in restaurants, petrol pumps i am charged 14.38, 14.37, etc etc rupees. When i am already paying quarterly, annual charges on cards & xyz charges on fckin debit card. Why is the money charged from us for using axis bank debit cards? Instead of getting cashback we are charged more. Its better to switch to other bank now, as all my family members are facing the same problem with axis bank.
It has become worst now & neither they have any answers when we go to bank & ask for the account deductions of the message what we get, but are not there in bank records.

    I am very dissatisfied from this bank service. I applied the credit card and i have got msg your credit card dispatched and receive the card today daily from 1 week but i have no receive my card. I have daily receive the same sms. Yesterday i received the call from credit card excucative today you have receive the card but that fake call.

        Just a few minutes ago a woman introducing herself as. Your staff called. Me from [protected] and started to misbehave and humiliate me with scathing words with a false allegation that i blacklisted her previous number which is totally false as i have no idea about blacklisting and i never do anyone such. When i wanted proof she unreasonably told rubbish and shouted and asked me to visit her branch some ajc base road kolkata etc. She refused to listen my view. Her behavior shocked me and mentally tortured me.
        I have strong objection to it and i tell you to send me the details if you have any in support of such allegations and also send the details of the employee at the earliest.

          Hi i want to complaint regarding your customer care executive behaviour i am using your product loan against property. Past few month one of my instalment get bounce after that we have paid two more instalment to bank but the team you have to call customers to remind there pending instalment there behaviour is not good they talk like that we have taken personally loan from them most of the time they harass us a lot they talk like (Tu paise kab bharay ga, tairko hum police mai krwa daigay) they threats us a lot, who will responsible if somebody do wrong with with life due to your threats. I am central government servant and if my number get switch off they start talking rude with my seniors (Because secondary number was taken by your bank is my office number) this time i will going to file a case against you guys. I am having a proper regarding of your customer care executives. Till you will not solve my problem we will not pay your pending instalment.

            I have a credit card no. [protected] of your bank in the name & style of Ganga Sharan Singhal.
            Please noted that Total due Amount against credit card bill of dtd. 20.05.2016 was Rs. 35316.87 and the
            due date for payment for the same is 09.06.2016. On dated 08th June'2016, I called your customer care
            executive and request him to convert the purchase of Rs. 25700/- of dtd. 19.05.2016 in to EMI and asked
            him about the balance payment to be payable by me as on due date is 09.06.2016. As the total bill
            amount is Rs. 35316.87 and after less the purchase of Rs. 25700/- ( already requested to convert into
            EMI) Balance payable amt. Comes to Rs.9616.87 . But your executive told me to pay atleast minimum due
            amt. which is Rs. 10686/-, So I paid Rs. 10686/- only on dtd. 08.06.2016. But when I recd. the bill of
            dtd. 20.06.2016, I am shocked due to the debit interest charged to me i.e Rs. 2462.59+ S.Tax . There is
            the mistake of your executive who talked to me on dated 08.06.2016 and didnot convert the purchase of
            Rs. 25700/- in to EMI on dtd. 08.06.2016 ( before due date). Now the question is that, in case the
            mistake of your executive then why I beared these charges ( To Confirm please cheque the recorded calls
            of 08.06.2016 done by me by my registered mobile no. [protected] to your customer care executive ) .
            After that I called your customer care executive several times regarding this mistake and request them
            to reversed the debit interest charges, but every time they take the request but reversal not made till
            date.

            I hereby request you to take the necessary action to reverse the above mentioned charges on urgent
            basis and take the action against your executive also who attended my call on 08.06.2016 as he do not
            repeat this type of mistakes in future .


            This type of mistakes put the black spots on the working of Axis Bank Customer Care Executives, but as
            my faith on Bank, I am waiting for the favourable reply from you.

              Yesterday evening on 5 Aug_2016 at 4 o'clock i received a massage that your card has been blocked. Today in morning when i went to nearest Axis bank they also did not help me and said their system is not working from last 3 days so kindly contact other branch at customer care i am not able to contact because IVR is not connecting to CCE.

                I am employee in Cognizant Technology Solutions.I have salary account in axis bank holding account number [protected].Last month I applied for meal card in axis bank.I was informed by the RM Mr.Santosh Samantray that it will get activate in 2 to 3 business days once I submit all the required documents and receive the Meal card kit.I got the meal card from axis bank and submitted all the required documents on July 20 2016.Till date meal card is not activated.Daily I am calling to Mr.Vivek who is point of contact for meal card activation.He is not having process knowledge and bluffing the customer.I also mail to nodal officer Mr. Ashok Ramakrishnan few days before but there is no response.Please do the needful for meal card activation at the earliest time.

                I have never seen this kind of worst service in my life.What to do by writing to [protected]@axisbank.com?Already I wrote to nodal officer but there is no response from him.Still what else required.I am calling to relationship manager continuously and very simply he is asking me to wait.Almost 20 days it is, still how much time to wait.Instead of writing this in reply, it would be great if you can resolve the issue.Any how I send the mail to [protected]@axisbank.com and let me see how effective it is.

                  I took a personal loan from Axis Bank in the end of March 2016, at the time of signing the kit they gave me details and told me rate of interest shall be upto maximum of 18% and after getting the loan and receiving the welcome kit it was mentioned 24% and also i received the loan amount on 25th march 2015 and after 10 days they deduct the first EMI from account on 5th April 2016.
                  The system of Axis Bank is not so good.

                  I kind request you to look into this matter and resolve my queries.

                        I have account in axis bank but it was inactive from long time and every day i got 1 sms with message remain 36 rs in your account but from 2-3 days sms are comes with -15000 rs.
                        How it could be possible?
                        I have visited nearest branch and they say your account is current account that is inactive, you have to pay.

                        But i don't get any kind of notification regarding negative balance. It is first message with -15000.

                        Please help me...

                        I called customer care axis bank many times but always they kept me on waiting..sometimes cut the called ..open service requests() but no update. No solution of complaint.

                                On 6th July 2016 i had done transaction of Rs.3400/- but the transaction had got failed but amount was deducted from Lime Wallet. I raised the complaint on same day and the complaint number is[protected].

                                Late on after few days Lime wallet asked they want proof from merchant that the transaction has been failed and the amount has been not received by them, so i mailed the proof to lime wallet. But still my money has not been refunded every time when i ask the status through mail i get robotic from saying "Dear Mr.

                                I apologize for the inconvenience you’ve had to face

                                  My Mom planed to have a fixed deposit . However, the bank manager of Axis bank- Madhyamgram (code 379181) convinced my Mom to put money in "Life Gain plus 20 participating plan". As told to her, she has to put money for six years and then can get the return after completing six years. Policy statement only was provided after one an d half years after multiple follow ups.

                                  Now, she went to Bank after making last payments hoping to get the money back. However, she was told that this plan is for twenty years and can't be withdrawn. The completely manipulated and provided incomplete policy details during onboarding. As my Mom is not that educated, she agreed and took up the policy that time with trust that she had on bank.
                                  As per the bank guys now, money back can only happen after 20 years. As she had the need of money, she asked the BM to surrender the same hoping that at least she can get back the money paid towards insurance just deducting the bonus or so. However, they told that surrender value is only 30 % of the total amount paid. Seriously, IN 2011, if she would have just taken the FD it would have been 150% by now.
                                  These nonsence guys fooling customers to the core . Don't trust Axis bank or Max insurance.

                                    Thank you very much for making a such a good show pehredar, i love your show and regularly watching. its really give us power to raise our voice against corrupt or bed companies who forget their services after selling products.

                                    I am amul goutam belongs from delhi, i want lodge complaint against axis bank of gautam budh nagar branch, ghaziabad. the case was approx 7 months ago.
                                    Actually my father had an account in axis bank, ghaziabad, u. p. and on dec.2015 my father had a fatal accident and he is no more now. so after some time i claimed the accidental claim insurance on axis bank and i have done all the document procedure correctly and needful things for that in feb.2016. and the member of axis bank told me that the amount will be credited in after 2, 3 months but now it is already have been more than 7 months but i did not get it yet and every time when i asked in axis bank regarding it, they are always giving me excuses and not giving any satisfied answer.

                                    Kindly help me regarding the same. i will be very grateful to you.

                                      I have went to axis bank, nerul navi mumbai branch (Address : shop no g-01 to g-03, haware centurion mall, plot no. 88-91 sector/19a, nerul, east, navi mumbai) to do rtgs...
                                      Employee there she took rtgs slips stamped on it and gave me... When i asked till what time it will be done she said by 4 pm... After 4pm as well it was not done so i went bank that time lady's named "suvidha" behavior was really very very cheap... I did four rtgs transaction from which were axis bank and remitter bank is axis bank... I was not aware axis to axis rtgs is not there instead other transfer form i have to fill... While telling this that lady said how i dont know this i should ask someone from my company or i should ask my boss... And that too in a very rude manner... Is this a way to speak to customer???.,... And if it like that why that stupid lady dint told that time itself that axis to axis transaction cant do rtgs... Instead teaching me she should have mind her own business... And she called up security guard asking who gave entry without her permission... Lady wht she consider herself... I have never ever experinced such a rude behavior in any other banks like hdfc, icici, boi, rbl... These banks people are very polite and gentle... Its not only me there are many people i know who are irritated with this bad lady suvidha in axis bank nerul branch ifsc utib0001365

                                      The transaction was completed finally around 7 pm which was suppose to happen by 4 pm as per Bank staff. The Staff should behave properly and politely to their customers and provide the information to the customer about the process if he or she is not aware of.
