This is absolutely the most ridiculous bank i have dealt with, for the last 12 months from june 2015 to june 2016, i have been charged rs 4400 as consolidated dp charges, are we allowed to sue axis bank by submitting a formal complaint with sebi as we never informed about these charges... i've used sharekhan so many years, they never charged me anything other than the normal amc of rs 600... i regret switching over to axis direct... im gonna close the account asap

    I saw the job ad in quikr of axis bank job.in that they will ask for resume, one passport size photo, adhar card photo on [protected]@gmail.com. i apply for job and next day i call from swati and her no=[protected]. they will demand for 250/- punjab national bank a/c no=[protected] name devendar singh phone no=[protected].
    Then i call swati then she will neglate me and not receive my phone. please take action for that sir so she will not do anything in future to someone. please please take action. first of all you verify the ad then you give permission to post it. so your website have not any security.

      Here i would like to inform you that on 26/06/16 between 2:14 Pm to 2:30 PM there were 6 Unauthorized transaction of Rs.11, 020/- on my Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card ([protected]) and 1 Unauthorized transaction of Rs.4191/- on my Axis Bank Debit Card ([protected]) made by hacker. I got alert on my registered mobile and on registered email id, Immediately i called on Axis customer care and blocked my both the cards on immediate bases.

      I have sent Dispute form and Police complaint in pdf file on 27/06/16 on [protected]@axisbank.com and [protected]@axisbank.com, after so many reminders today they sent me the mail saying that "Please be informed that, as per our investigation disputed transaction, as the disputed transaction is successful e-commerce/online transaction processed by entering user id and password available only with you"

      I have not done any transaction in mentioned attached pdf file. Here i am submitting credit card and debit card dispute forms along with Police compliant copy. So request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and credited my Unathorized transaction amount in my Credit card and Debit card account.

        Hi my name is shilpi. My saving account is with new railway road, gurgaon branch. Few months back i started receiving some notifications regarding some transactions. I immediately informed to my branch, they said mistakenly some one's number is added in your account it will not e a problem. Then i started receiving mails for statements that time some thing strike to me and i checked my internet account and found in my account two accounts are added one is mine and second is some one's current account. I called to axis bank customer care and immediately informed for the same. They said with in two days we will solve this. They informed that by mistake they have given same customer number to two people. Reallyyyyy??? How can it be possible?? Then after one day i received a call from customer care and they said its not from our department, we are transferring the case to other department. Its being 2 months now, when ever i call them they respond that the same has been transferred to some other department and respond you soon. The worst bank ever. Customer care people are not up to the mark. They don't know how to handle customers, without putting me on hold they start speaking to each other. Unprofessional behaviour. I definitely will tell each every one in my contacts and office never ever ever open account with axis bank.

          My complain is non receipt of bank statement even though i had registered new mail in your bank at naroda branch. Ahmedabad. It is needless to add that i went to hdfc and your bank at naroda branch, ahmadabad for change my email address for bank statement, hdfc bank had changed on the same day within 3 minutes but your bank had not taken care. Not only that when i approach your br at naroda the female staff member tell me to wait for some time and after 25 minutes i was attended and told me that it will register after 4 days. But till today i am unable to receive,

            This is something very disappointing i raised a dd request from internet
            Banking with "at branch" option. On request dd page its clearly shown for
            Courier it will take 6-7 working days but for "at branch" nothing is mentioned.


            So i think it will something raise request and visit branch and collect dd.
            After successful request amount deducted from my account and i got message with
            Reference number and where its written please visit branch and show this number
            With id proof and collect your dd.

            I do same, i visit branch and ask from dd
            But bank presenter says i don't have any information, please talk with customer
            Care. I called customer care immediately and tell them everything. They says it
            Will take 2 working days.

            Now in all requesting process, i was never informed
            It will take 2 days to process this request.

            I tell customer care, i need this
            Dd on urgent basis please let me know any other workaround rather then accepting
            His fault he just blaming me that i should call customer care before doing
            Request.

            Why? If i need to confirm every-time why should i am using internet
            Banking.
            This represent very low quality service i ever had. Till then axis was
            A good banking solution for me, now i will soon close my account and shift to
            Ome another banking service.

              Axis bank is unnecessarily charging late payment fee on credit card. After quoting rbi circular regarding late payment fee, still axis bank people not reverted to my email. This has happened 4 times in last one year.

              Rbi circular dated july 16, 2015, it states as below:
              Rbi has advised banks to report a credit card account as ‘past due’ to credit information companies (Cics) or levy penal charges and late payment charges only when a credit card account remains ‘past due’ for more than three days. It also said that to bring in greater credit discipline and to provide operational flexibility to credit card issuers, the ‘past due’ status, for the purpose of asset classification, would be reckoned from the payment due date mentioned in the monthly credit card statement.
              Say, the due date of the credit card bill statement is 16 august. From now on, you will have a grace period till 19 august. This means if you pay the bill any day from 16 august to 19 august, a late payment fee or interest charge will not be levied.

              Please note that, amount was due on 02.05.2016, and i have done the payment on 04.05.2016. It means within 3 days i have done the payment.

              Sill axis bank has charged the late payment fee.

              It happened in total 4 statements in 2015 and 2016.

              Customer care people are not responding properly and there is no reply for emails.

              Email sent on June 11, 2016, till yesterday there was no response.

              Now, i request you to reverse the charge on late payment on 3 statements which were not late payment
              I have sent email mentioning all 4 statements. If axis has reversed charges only for May 2016 statement. Further, May 2016 reversal does not include STon late payment charges.

              I would like to confirm that without my fault Axis has charged late payment fee. So, request you to reverse the all four statement charges as mentioned in previous emails.

              Please understand, in my previous emails i have mentioned about 4 statements late payment charges.

              Now, i have received email saying it cannot be reversed for last 3 statements because, Axis bank has already revered for May statement. But, I am not responsible if they have done it only for May statement. I request you to reverse the late payment charges (incl. ST) for all four statements at the earliest.
              After quoting RBI circular on Late payment fee, still Axis is not ready to reverse the charges for last 3 statements.
              Even though i have done the payment within the timeline, Axis has charged Rs.600 plus Service tax in 3 statements. Now, Axis is saying I have to wait for 6 months for reversal.

              Transaction is more than one year old.

                I would like to lodge a complain regarding hidden charges which are charged on debit card transactions by axis bank. The message for such transactions comes as info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 180616

                This is insane. Why is this amount getting charged unnecessarily on my card. I think i should change my bank if the bank doesn't come up with a substantial explanation for the same.

                  There are some fraud peoples using Axis Bank name took Rs.9570 as joining amount for the post of Account Manager on refundable basis. I had paid the amount to a Hr Manoj kumar sharma. His cell no is [protected], [protected]. When called him he did not took the calls. I have the proof of the paid amount since the amount was paid by online transaction, messages. I request that firm action with the concerned people for fraud and playing with my career. There are many such candidates whom they have made fraud.

                    I own an axis bank credit card and duly making my monthly payments on it. For the last 10 days, i have been receiving 3-6 ivr calls asking me to make the minimum payment which is due on the 27th of every month. These calls became extremely irritating as you don't expect a reminder calls 3-6 times several days before the due date of the payment.

                    Anyway, i made the payment on 23rd of this month (Again way before the due date) and today, 26th june, 2016, an actual person (And not ivr) called to ask why i still haven't made a payment. When i explained i have and that details have been updated and also that the call centre should first cross check the details before calling, the representative started bullying me.
                    He first said "why should i check the details, it is your responsibility". When i told him this is not the way to speak to a customer and that it is not my "responsibility", on the contrary it is theirs because the payment is clearly showing on my account, i was told that "how am i talking to you? How am i talking to you? You don't even have the courtesy to make your payments on time and take responsibility for your payments"

                    I asked him to forward the call to the manager as this way beyond inappropriate. The manager said my payment was due on the 6th of every month. I requested him to check my details again as the due date is 27th not 6th. Without apologizing, the manager said "yes that's right but you have rupees 100 outstanding and the call was only a reminder for that amount"

                    When i explained that this is harassment - first i keep getting these ivr messages, then i get bullied by a customer service representative, then the manager decides to mention an incorrect due date hoping i would believe it but when i don't he tells me i have a rs 100/- due which also is false as the entire due amount was paid.

                    Then the manager tells me ivr is not his problem because those calls are from axis bank whereas he is a third party company. I refused to further discuss any account details with him because then that becomes a privacy law issue. Why would anyone discuss their account with a third party?

                    Upon my refusal, he mentioned that he is an authorized third party which also then should make him liable for the ivr calls. If it is a department within an organization, that's not my problem. The calls i have been receiving are for credit recovery from the axis bank and i am speaking to it's representative. Simple as that.

                    The conversation kept going on like that in circles. And finally the manager hung up.

                    I also have a recording of the entire conversation if it needs to be provided.

                    The bank is liable to apologize and compensate for this harassment.

                    I called to the customer care for complaint regarding Cashback. The executive of call centre give me wrong information when I said to her for transfer this call to floor supervisor he transferred but floor supervisor misbehave with me.

                        My name is rekha holding an account with axis bank peelamedu branch, i had taken an credit card with it but haven't used it till date, by may 2016 i received a statement that i should pay annual fees for card, i tried paying it through my net banking account but, the amount column got inactive and was not able to make it till 31st may 2016 then i tried paying with debit card, and no use then i was at last able to pay it by 9 th june 2016 from my net banking itself, but meanwhile as it crossed the duedate again there is a charge of rs.300 for late payment, now am trying to make it again am getting the same error. I spoke to the axis bank service team am shocked by their response because i spoke to six or seven different person regarding this named sruthi, sarjith, arcariya or someone as recalled by me but they give me a stupid answer to change the browser. If it's a browser problem how isthat possible for me to make other payments from the same netbanking account for other purposes. Now again today am trying to make it from netbanking again am getting the same reply, moreover these service executives say do whatever you want can't resolve this. These banks say customers are our king but treat them as crap.

                              Axis bank seems to be one of the worst banks with inability to create nri accounts or support their internet banking site: during my recent trip to india i walked into the bandra branch to create an nri account. I was promised my account details would be available shortly. I returned from my vacation to india a few days later.

                              It took multiple emails and phone calls for axis to finally create an nri account 1 month later.

                              Internet banking, well this seems to be a foreign concept for this international bank. Its 2.5 months now and they have still not been able to set me up with a password (And no: account creation on web site does not work & neither does their complaints site)

                                Hi, Today got a call from [protected] at 12:37pm IST. THe lady was telling the bank is going to provide me a more safe ATM card where a security chip will be there. So, the current card would be deactivated. So, they need to verify the details before they dispatch the card. So, she was aksing for expirry date and CVV details.
                                But I didn't provide that and she disconnect the call. COuld you please take action urgently?

                                But what actions you have taken ? that lady could call other customers also and get the card details? Shoudnt u log a police complaint and prosecute these people?

                                  I consider myself a responsible individual and I like to stay committed to my obligations, to keep it brief in my past several years of continuous employment I’ve kept my bills paid with all the banks and other institutions on time, unfortunately I lost my job in Nov 2015 and since then it’s been an absolute struggle for me to find a similar new job, currently I’m working for pennies as a freelancer and my income isn’t enough to fulfill all my obligations, due to my current financial status I haven’t been able to make payments on time, but I’ve somehow managed to get by things…

                                  I’ve communicated the situation with Axis Bank employees, but nothings seems to work, as per RBI’s Collection guidelines recovery agents are only supposed to discuss things with me and in case if I’m not available they can seek information from people I know, but they have been doing exactly opposite of what they are supposed to, My mother has some serious health issues and Axis Bank’s recovery agents have never missed a change to harass her when she’s all alone at home, today it happened again and when I spoke to the representative (Pravin [protected]) personally over a call he as usual again tried his best to humiliate me and when tried I explaining it to him that his method for collection is considered inappropriate as per RBI’s guidelines he boldly said “that they (Axis Bank) don’t care about RBI’s guidelines because it’s India”…

                                  This mail to you is my last resort, I’m tired of requesting Axis Bank and it’s officials to not follow malpractices, but they seem to be completely adamant to take RBI’s guidelines in to consideration.

                                  Please help me or at least give me a suggestion to get this situation under control.

                                  Note: I've tried communicating issues with axis banks ombudsman department, but their phone number (Mr Alok Srivastava[protected] is always unreachable.

                                    My credit card settlement letter is issued after the completion of the date .They have issued me a email for settlement letter which state payment should be done on or before 22 JUN 2016 that email is send on date 22 JUN 2016. at 1743. How You will pay the settlement amounts with wroung payment date .Moreover I suspect that knowingly they do it so that the settlement agreement is invalid.                                     Axis bank credit card department is doing fraud basically. The discount which was written on their website and also on brochure was not given.

                                    I recently got the neo credit card from axis bank.
                                    I had very bad experience previously with them with my my zone credit card which i closed almost two years back.
                                    The features of neo credit card says "10% off on book my show" purchase with discount amount not more than rs 50 per month. This is in written in website and also in brochure
                                    I didn't care about this first and i made the transaction in bookmyshow on 29th april 2016 of amount rs 668.72.
                                    The movie was jungle book (3d) and there were 4 tickets each costing rs 150 without tax. So after adding tax it comes rs 668.72.
                                    I was suppose to get rs 50 off while doing this transaction but i didn't.

                                    I waited and then raised my first complaint around 2nd week of may 2016.
                                    Request was raised and was closed without providing any solution or informing me. Great!!!
                                    Then when i called again around last week of may or first week of june 2016, i came to know about this. Then they again raised the request.
                                    Surprise, that request was also closed without solving my issue and without informing me. Again great job!!!

                                    Then i again called on 21 jun 2016 regarding the same issue and came to know that it was also closed.
                                    The call was transferred to "supervisor" who told me that the call back will be arrange on that same day (21-jun-16).
                                    I got the call from unknown number while riding bike so i didn't pick up.
                                    And they did not called again.
                                    When i called on 22 june 2016 asking about my issue again they told me that call was made once and was not responded. So when they call they will try just one time and that its.
                                    If you have an issue, you should call them all the day, weeks, months but they will call you only one.. Again great job axis credit card customer care.

                                    The answer given on 22 jun 2016 was "its a discount and not cash back. It would have been done at the time of transaction itself. If not got the discount, contact bookmyshow". Great!!!

                                    What the hell. Now i need to call bookmyshow to get the discount which was offered by axis bank itself. Why???

                                    I am closing my card as soon as i pay my outstanding bills irrespective of what they do with this issue.
                                    This has given me a lesson which i should have already learned when i had my zone credit card.
                                    I am not going to accept any credit card from axis bank hence forward.

                                      My self neeraj kumar parashar.,, i was using a saving account in 2014 and at that time i have taken a personal loan of rs 1 lack. I used to pay it till oct 2015 and then i closed it as i opened in icici bank and at that i send them a request letter to my nearest branch office in vasant kunj saying that i will not pay threw rtgs and please take my new account number and the same will be given by that account at that time they said it will be done but in next month there was no deduction from my new account and they fined me late fine and this continue till march 2016 where sometime there executive used to come and i was paying to him instead of deduction from my account suddenly he stooped to come and now i m not able to pay any amount to any one called the bank many times visited there they said ' aap paise submit kardo fir he hum kuch karenge else will not help'. Now they are saying appke bounce charges are 7000 why the hell i m going to payi m not fool. Aapke bank ki galti k karan why do i need to pay... From past three month i have not paid and will not pay any amount till i get a solution. Please add my icici bank account or else send your exectuive to collect my emi but will not pay any bounce charges as i m not the faulter here.
