Hi Team, As the Reference Number: 16475127, I have tried to deposit amount Rs. 2000/- ( 1000x2), After counting the amount it shown 1x1000. So i have cancelled the transaction and i got Rs. 1000 only from that machine and 1 no of Rs.1000 retained by machine. Here with attached receipt scanned file. Regarding the same i have communicated with Harish kumar( Customer care ) and informed who available in the AXIS bank person also.Kindly do the needful at the earliest and retrieve My Amount Rs. 1000..

    Respected Sir, I would like to request a refund of all the default charges that have been applied to my account. I have Savings Account No. [protected] maintained with your Axis Bank. In the month of October 2015 the sum of Rs. 1950 incorrectly deducted from my savings account on 30th October 2015. I claim a refund for the same. I attempted to withdraw this amount from an ATM of your bank located at the below mentioned address. Address of the ATM: Charkop Market, kadsiddeshwar Marg, Opp to Noble Chemist, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai- 400067. Several time the amount was deducted from my saving account because of other ATM's withdrawal I agree with that. But when I called to Customer Care Department they told this is the yearly charges that we are deducting from the account i agree with the charges of Rs. 300. Then in the month of October 2015 I was withdrawing the sum of Rs. 1950, it was not withdraw it was showing me the ledger balance to my account. I'd Spoke to Customer Care of axis department they don't know why I got Charged. I also told them to refund of my Amount the Customer Care Department told me visit the branch i visited in Andheri, Sakinaka Branch of yours still No reply. I know that from your bank I had been Wrongly Charged.I have all the messages that i got charged but in this There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as I am undergoing a financial trouble these days. Thank you.       Dear sir I am a salary account holder of axis bank and i was use a credit card my wings from last 6 months or above i have purchased a cell phone from flipkart amount of 14999 and converted into 3 EMI though the merchant in that time few days after i faced some software problem in my cellphone so i return that one to flipkart and they get back my amount in my credit card but still axis bank taken that EMI from last 2 month.When i raised my issues against the same the customer care executive always made me fool and also i am written mail as same to credit cards department they also do not cleared my issues in that case what could i do or still i am paying such amount to axis bank.         Writing this mail after a pathetic response from AXIS bank. As after this experience i can say that Axis Bank is the India s most unsafe bank. They believe only in quantity (more numbers ) of ATM s not in quality and customer service. On 27th October 2015, between 1:10 PM to 1:30 PM, I visited thane east ATM near railway station. Some other boy was there and he was trying to take money but machine was not working properly. He said u try. i tried twice but same problem came. then i left ATM . but he was keep trying. after coming at home i checked my balance through online my account was debited with rs.7000/-. i called customer care she told that it happened due to server error, i have her voice recording also. but today after 1 week i called again then she is saying that you withdrawn that amount. How it is possible. i have ATM card and i did not withdrawn money. After keeping ATM card and Pin with me how anyone withdrawal amount ? I did not loose my ATM card. How weak is your software ? As per RBI rules why you are not keeping guard with ATM centre ?? Why Message is not coming after debit the amount, only after credit its coming ?? After all no one is there who can take responsibly for the BLUNDER ... 7000/- is big amount for me . its not 500/- rupees. Someone s salary is Rs.7000/- Luckily its not happened after my salary otherwise i were on road.

I tried take many from axis atm yesterdsy but I didn't received money, but I got msg that ammount got deducted from my account.I immedietly gave complaint in the same branch. they said that my many will revert back in 24 hrs. but I didn't re cieved any ammount.now where should I complain?

            I want to register a complain for a very bad services from axis .I was given false promises every time I call in customer care. I want to change my new number in bank records and on my internet profile. So as advise I went to update in the Axis ATM with mobile update and alerts. I got the message for the changes. Now when it was already one day over I still cannot update my mobile number on my internet access account. So again I cal up to help, they said yes mam it is done already will be done after 4 hrs. I waited four hours and checked again I do not received any netsecure OTP on my new number because of which I cannot do any online emergency fund transfer. Now on calling again and again my problem is still not solved, its 4th day now, still no progress. Complaint number also registered.18863541. This is really annoying and such a bad service never face with any other bank services. This bank has been really bad in customer service and dint even care what a customer is facing I would like to complaint and rate as "0" in customer service. This bank is really sick and encourage anyone not to go with Axis bank. Now I am still waiting for my problem to get solved, ...

              Dear Team, With extreme disappointment I am writing this as never expected this from Axis Bank!! I had paid my airtel mobile bill through Axis Net banking in mid November for which my amount got deducted. However, after a week I again received a message from Axis Bank that the same amount has been deducted without me performing any transaction!! This is pathetic and the bank just believes in eating customer's money!!! How can they deduct the amount without my permission?? In this they can deduct how much ever amount they want from my account.I can never trust this bank after this incident. Inspite of me dropping mails and complaints on their complaint redressal desk, there is no revert. Imagine I get a call from Axis Bank today only to hear if I am interested in buying their stupid credit card!!! An advice to all-Never open an account with Axis Bank.

                Dear sir,

                I Mr. B. Kedar kiran having account in your bank at secunderabad branch since 2010 on wards. My A/C Number is [protected], here i am facing problem with your bank that my company change my salary account to other bank and i am continue my account with your bank for other payments . Now i got a massage from you that charges collecting for minimum 10K balance, deduct 206 Rs. form January 2015. I ask my nearest branch for this and change my account to Alamuru branch it is activated but do not accepting my remittance of amount. I complaint with the nearest branch in Ashok nagar, Kakinada and send a request from their to you. But, till now i am not receiving any replay favorably from you. Hence, i have no option that close my account with you.

                  I am not get 10000 cash by my axis bank atm card from karun vysya bank atm, ballygunge branch. I was discussed my axis bank account holder branch incharge, but she was said this deduct Rs 10000 refund after 20 days.. I want to know why face this problem and why wait for 20 days.

                    I have sal Acc with axis bank but this is fraud cpany in the month of sept Oct and Nov they have cut money from my Acc in d name of consolidated charges I came to know that if I exceed my withdrawal from more than 5 times than I will be charged but then too they have cut more than it should been have cut I have complained about this thrice but I cannot see any response from their side the bank guyz are also saying that there is some mistake coz in the month of sept I hv done only 8 transactions and then too they have cut morethan 500 and apart from that I have wasted more of my money in going bank again and again plzz I request u plzz help me out with this fraud company I have 2 complaint no with me but that is of no use ... Plzz do whatever u can do to help me

                      In the month of July'15, i have applied for credit card from Axis Bank. On 099.08.15 I have received a letter from Axis bank credit cards section, mentioning that, privies credit history provided by the credit bureau showing some unresolved credit balances, hence credit card cannot be issued. When i have asked about the details, Axis bank advised me to approach credit bureau. So kindly let me know the details of my unresolved credit balances for further nacesray action from my end.                           My ac no is [protected] this is my salary ac. in axis bank. my money was illegali withdraw from my debitt card rs 36600 by atm is called card cloning. i save mu money in axis bank and its their responsibility to save my money they are incapeble to provide safty to their customer and they also not giving me a proper feedback from tjjeir side. now 50 days is over i want my money back.ples do serious action i also rajister a complaint in police station.axis bank giving me a silly type of answer their service is worst.

                                    One of the bank with worst services.
                                    Firstly, your executive will call 100 times for Credit cards.
                                    On application for the same, you decline the request without any intimation or reasons for declining it.

                                    Secondly, the unnecessary deductions.
                                    The bank will make unnecessary deductions from Account without any intimations or SMS.
                                    On checking the bank statements you will realize that such deductions are made.
                                    The amount will vary from Rs.60 to Even Rs.800.
                                    And such deductions are made monthly.

                                      I have my account with Axis Bank, I made a NEFT transaction to my house owner though phone. I received Successful transaction message and the amount is also being deducted from my bank. But the beneficiary did not receive the amount. when he checked with his bank. They said that the Axis bank called back the transaction. All this happened without any information to me, on top of that when i went to the bank to check the same they said I would get back the money in, couple of days but even until today (after 10 days) nothing has happened. I made a written complaint once, Oral complaint twice and even before that I made a phone complaint(Compliant ref No:[protected] days ago but still no action been taken. I am very much worried about the money. Please Take necessary action against the bank and get back my money. I Also seek the compensation from bank for the impact i faced with this.                                         Dear Sir, I was transacting for rs. 50 on freecharge but the payment got failed and freecharge doesn't received any payment.
