On 4.1.2016 I approached Kly Branch for payment of application fees throgh GRIPS with a Challan and a cheque of Rs 250/- drawn on the same branch. The challan and the cheque was received by a lady officer and I was asked to come on the next day for e-challan receipt. The receipt was handed over to me on 5.1.2016 thereby making one day's delay in filing the online application. Further the e-challan receipt was printed on a throwaway paper-the front page contained the payment particulars and the back page contained certain figures penned through and the same cannot be produced before a Govt authority. For the same type of payment SBI Kly responded immediately and the receipt was given within half an hour on the same day. I donot know why axis bank took the matter casually. Kindly inform me if I can get a fresh e-challan receipt. BHOLANATH DASGUPTA Customer id[protected]

    I am Rohit and I am very disappoint from complain resolution service of axis bank. I have recharged my uninor number through net banking but some how my Rechrge not done successfully but my axis bank account (Acc no: 912*********477) deducted by 160 rs. on 28, Sep. I have complained by phone call 2-3 times and also complained manually @ Axis bank branch (Bapunagar-Ahmedabad) but steel I dont get my 160 Rs back in my Account. I never seen this type of poor service. Very very disappointed from Axis bank. Thanks!! +91 [protected]

    I have filed a complain once again and still no responce from AXIS Bank.
    they only want you to charge your phone so that they can charge you.

      I have opened a savings a/c dated[protected] From Shyamnagar, North 24 Pgs Branch and after several time waste they able to open my a/c on[protected] night and till today 5-1-2016, , I am still waiting for Cheque book, Atm card and other details This is really worst service that I have with axix where as other bank open a/c within few minute I have complained to Nodal office many times but they are doing nothing but wasting Customer time and few un productive employee doing this

        Axis bank customer service is really pathetic. There were a series of repeat transactions on 2 nd Jan and when I called to block my card immediately the call centre agent told me that there is a server issue and because of which the repeat transactions have taken place. The call centre agent told me not to block the card and promised that the problem is at his end and will be resolved by themselves . Now when I checked the balance credit I realised that the repeat transactions are not reversed. I call the call centre and she said that she can't help me in this regard I had to write a mail !! Then went do you have a call centre !! The call centre agent also said that they don't call back ..How ridiculous !! I've paid money to get this credit card and I am subjected to this kind of horrible Treatment in axis bank. My interaction id in call centre is[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue and call me back !!

          Sir, i was booking my railway ticket from online booking IRCTC on 28th sept 2015 through my Axis bank debit card, in first attempt i booked my ticket, but only amount Rs 1707/- debited from my axis bank saving account no.[protected], i did not get any ticket, in second attempt the same amount debited but this time i got railway reservation, my complaint is for the first transaction, that amount still unpaid to me, means the amount Rs 1707/- still not credited in my axis bank saving account, 3 months have been passed, i have made contact to my axis bank Branch, Ujjain MP, but they only sent my complaint to their higher authority twice, they did not reply me satisfactorily, sir, please help me to refund my amount Rs.1707/- Thanks

                                Respected Sir, I am Rajesh Kumar Singh, Having a savings account in Axis bank, Kormangala, Bangalore Branch Home Branch Address: No 119, 80 Feet Road, 7th Block Industrial Layout, Koramangala, Bangalore. Account No - [protected] I have requested couple of DD request using Axis bank online facility iconnect on 13th Nov 2015 which was payable to Bhopal and issues by Bhopal branch (Branch code - 044) (This information I was get from my home branch) Issued DD No - 95918 and 95919. But till now I have not received both DDs to my communication address which was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days the request raised. I was also contacted to my home branch to get my DD but they also don't have any idea about the DD and they said they are helpless and then I escalated the issue to customer care but they also seems helpless and now I have no idea to whom I suppose to contact to get my DDs. Due to the delay to deliver my DD I have been forced to delay my visa process and get too much mental stress and harassment from Axis bank staff. I would like to raise a complaint against Axis bank to not deliver DD to me on the agreed period, have lost my interest amount from 13th November 2015 till date (Which I suppose to get if I would have get if the amount was not deducted from my account) and demanding compensation for the harassment.                                 My issue is still not resolved and still the DDs not delivered to me. I don't want my DD any more but just wondering how my complaint closed with out any information to me. Very disappointed.

                                  Written off status has been updated towards my credit card.I have paid all my debts and cibil masking amount and the written off status has been removed from cibil on 30-oct-2015...Again AXiS bank has reported written off status towards my credit card on 30-Nov-2015 without prior notification or intimation...Why written status has been reported?????what is the purpose of raising query and removing it???I'm very much frustrated on this matter...

                                    On 29th Dec evening I received yet another telemarketing call for personal loan enquiry from Axis Bank with mobile number [protected]. It was a lady and i blatantly disconnected the call by saying i am not interested. Of Course i was pissed off when i said that because in spite of enabling DND, i receive at least 20 such calls everyday. What turned out to be horrific experience the lady said while disconnecting the call. For which i retaliated by calling back her. It didn't stop there, she again calls me and starts abusing me. This was absolutely horrible and that lady some surely some cheap 3rd rated culture less person. I am sure many of the customers like me would be facing this mess everyday. I seriously want to raise this issue with all these banks like HDFC, Axis Bank mainly, Kotak, ICICI calling us everyday and persterring. Mainly i want to raise complaint on Airtel because inspite of enabling DND, i still keep getting calls like this everyday. Absolutely horrible

                                      I added 500₹ in my lime wallet on 23 December 2015. I was trying to recharge from freecharge using shopping card. Transaction was failed still 400₹ debited from my wallet. Customer Care support says I'll get it back in 3 working days. After 3 days they are saying it'll take 15 days. My lime number- [protected]
