The resion for my complaint ia all about money withdrawal using Axis bank card in Cannra bank ATM . On 18 Nov 15 i had made a transaction of Rs.2000/- in Cannara Bank Atm ( Kudige pin 571232)using my Axis bank dbt card, but the amount got deducted from my savings account and i dint receive the amount. I'm a officer serving in defence force and as i knew that automatically the amount will be credited back to my account. But it dint happn like that, as i had given a call to the customer careand informed the issue and i have the complaint nbr, i have informed my Axis bank branch office in Kushalnagar. The action was not taken so seriously within the given point of time and when im asking them (AXIS BANK)they told me to vst Cannara bank Kudige where i withdraw the money i realy wonder whats happng here? From Axis bank i have optd for a titanium card bcz i can use it any where in this world. Again i have lodge a complaint to the customer care and kept waiting for the money to get credited but as of now the money is not been credited. As i have now decided to lodge a complaint consulting the consumer form for legal action .

    the worse bank in the world. Last two days holding phone more then hour and problem was not resolved still i cant log in my account. I would like to transfer money helping my family in india. I will closed my account. Not a single bank in india working good. Shame on banking system i wonder when it will improves.

      Date[protected] Amount : 12357.21 Hi, while I was testing to see how the payment gateway responded to incorrect billing address, to my surprise Axis Bank processed the transaction. Usually while I our clients process transactions from across the globe, they get an error and the transaction is not processed if the billing address is incorrect. To my surprise Axis bank went ahead approving the transaction with the wrong address (abc, bca, Hyderabad, AndhraPradesh) and to add to it, I was never asked for an OTP or any other security check. Is this how secure the card is?? Just the info on the Credit Card and it done??????

        Dear Sir / Madam

        Last Thursday (10.12.2015) one of AXIS collection executive has visited my house at Tuticorin and he has stated my name as “ FRAUD” with my villagers and also he has used my mother and wife photos which was illegally taken from my social networks. He was discussed with third party about my credit card default and also he has used very worst bad about my mother ( Mother [censored] etc..) when I ask why you have taken the photo from Facebook.
        As you known very well we have already affected due to recent Chennai flood by losing of all Home Appliances and assets. Now my mother was mentally disturbed due to your bank collection person activity .
        We are going to make the complaint about your Axis Bank to Consumer Court in following segment.
        • Violation of the RBI Policy in Collection Activity.
        • Bank Account was locked without any intimation on Flood time due to badly our family affected.
        • More Interest charged without any information and intimation .

        They have offered the one Time Settlement and i have done the Settlement and got the Letter .
        The Axis Bank has now locked my accoun withotu any intimation and they have debited Rs.10089 from my account wihtout any information ..Due to this type of activity we have worstly suffered in Chennai on the time of Flood without food !!!..Please take the action
        Daily 4 to 5 persons are called from different different number and they all used the Axis Bank name and used unwanated words about me and my family . So clearly i have decided to take the legal action against this activity . Please take some action from your end stop the calls and save me from mindstress and mental problems.

              Hi My organization has opened a salary account in axis bank...I get my credentials and my salary is deposited into it..When I checked account balance through my atm card I was able to see even I changed my atm card pin code also...But am not able to withdraw money from atm card...Its says account not registered...Tell me what I can do now?

                    Hi, I complaint to Axis Bank about a person who called me and abused & threatened to kill me. I already complaint to Axis Bank customer care/Nodal Officer and PNO but that has not been actioned yet. The complaints numbers are mentioned below: By customer care:[protected]th November 2015) By Nodal Officer: SR[protected]th December 2015) Both of them have given the TAT of 2 days and 3 days and nobody has replied after that. I copied Ms. Shikha (CEO, Axis Bank) but she is also least bothered about such complaints as this could be the usual response from Axis Bank and every officers are same as that guy (Who abused me) was. Request you to please look into the concern and take this up with Axis Bank as per your level. Thanks, Gangesh

                      It is very sad to know that a very big banking firm like Axis bank, has very less security measures with respect to online transactions.I received a fake call stating that they are talking from Axis bank, they already knew my debit card number and they asked to confirm the same.Once confirmed, within 2 steps an online transaction happened in my account and Rs.5000 were debited immediately. It was very shocking to know that hardly within no time this amount was debited. My debit card was blocked permanently after the transaction, but the damage had already been done. The number from which I received the call was +91 [protected]. Though I have always believed in the system and security of Axis bank with smooth transactions. I demand and request the concerned to look into the matter and resolve the same. I do expect my money back, is my ACCOUNT safe ?

                        I am thiyagarajan. My Account No. [protected]. branch at Dr.Radhakrishnan Salai at chennai. I am having my debit card. i can take money from ATM by using my debit card. But while using online purchase i am not able to purchase through my card. it seems to show register your mobile number in your nearest ATM or otherwise to approach nearest branch of axis. I went to ATM and try to register my mobile No. but it shows already you are registered. Then i went to axis bank they never responded and said go to customer service. I am very difficult to pay online without debit card. Please help me to solve my problem.

                          8.12.2015 suddenly at 2 p.m I got a phone call from [protected] number Mr. Rahul Khanna or Rahul Mishra. he told me that he is called me behalf of International airport authority. Then I asked him where r u from he said Pune bt In my phone I saw his location Delhi he said his name Rahul khanna I saw in my phone Rahul Mishra.He said that he got my number from current jobs opening and I am selected for the job he said paid 20, 000/- for medical test. I told him I could not paid the money but he forced me to pay this money and in good faith I paid it. A/C name- Nikhil Dube, A/C no. [protected] AXIS BANK New Delhi. After that he stop all contact and do not receive my call. Please help me.

                                      I was trying to transfer 1k to my friend but due to some issue with axis bank website it didn't go through, then I tried it twice but still it showed transaction failed. Later 3k got deducted from account. This friend of mine is very much in touch with hence I he transferred back the amount but if in case imagine I would had transferred it to some one else to vendor/other who is not in good terms would I have got this 2k back. Who would be responsible for this?

                                        With reference to the above card number, which is issued by Axis Bank for LIC Agents, i wish to lodge a complain regarding the charges. I am an agent with LIC since 1998. I opted for a credit card offered by LIC of India. With regard to the bill for period from 23.06.2015 to 22.07.2015, I have deposited a cheque bearing no 002718 for Rs.14753.27 on 7.8.2015 at Axis Bank, Ratan Bazaar Branch. They misplaced the cheque and not able to solve till date. When i received mail of the next bill, I did not find the credit entry. Instead there were late fee & interest charge plus service tax. On enquiring with the bank, they assured that the amount is not debited to my account and asked me to do stop payment and issue a fresh cheque. Hence, i immediately issued a new cheque of same amount. Why should i pay charges for your mistake. Or is this the way to bloat your profits. I have been communicating with the branch head who promised me to reverse the same. But nothing has happened till date. I have regularly paid my bills except in March, when i was out of town and could not make payment on time. Again, bill for the period from 23.10.2015 to 21.11.2015, you have debited Rs.750.02 towards interest and Rs.108.75 towards service tax.When i have paid full amount ( due as shown in your bill), why are you charging interest and service tax.
