Hi,
I applied for personal loan from Axis bank in month of November-2015 and th efirst EMI was deducted within 20 days of crediting the amount in my account.
Generally when a person gets a loan, he will be given a welcome kit in which every details of Loan are mentioned. i.e. Loan Number, EMI amount, Balance Carried Forward etc.
Also a statement is dispatched to person's address after deduction of each EMI.
I haven't got anything as of now. Axis bank is of 0 rate in Customer support. At the time of loan application, they told me that they will send me everything.
Why should i called them to dispatch me each document ?
The axis bank representative is Vaishnavi ([protected]). This is the only detail of the Representative that i have.
It's not like that i haven't tried to call them. I called them many times. Surprisingly, Axis bank website doesn't have any section related to complain. They have section for new application form to attaract the customer. Once a person becomes customer, no section for him to register complain.
It's too horrible in this kind of Information Technology World, isn't it?
Please resolve it.
