My current account with State Bank of Mysore, Bentinck Street Branch, Kolkata - 700 001, was debited Rs.39, 404.65 on 09/03/15 in response to your originating ECS debit entry favoring tp Birla Sunlife Insurance, which came to my notice on 10/3/15..
