Dear Sir, I have been debited Rs.700 + without any intimation.Later i came to know it has been debited for Demat account service charge FY 15-16. I never requested for Demat account. This is a Salary account, more than 500 people account has been opened & only for few it has been debited for Demat account.Without my knowledge, how they can open Daemat account.Would like to log into consumer complaint... Please send me as soon as possible.also note that those who opened account with me is not debited...this is totally ridiculous..I tried to reach customer care- Axis. Response is too poor, no executive have adequate knowlwdge on the issue. Please guide me accordingly Axis Bank, Chennai Customer Id:[protected] .

    I have a salary account in Axis Bank and last year in 2014 I was charged for Demat AMC. After a month later I had visited one of the Axis Branch situated in Borivali West to submit the closure request, and yes it was done within 15-20 days bank also sent me the confirmation that it has been received. Now after a year I was charged for Demat AMC Charges, when wrote a mail to the particular department, no response received, hence i had to write to Nodal. After speaking to Nodal officer (Ms Mallika) and explained her what has happened. Very next day i received a call from Borivali Branch and the person Mr. Gupta had mentioned that due to document misplaced hence account could not be closed. Later 2-3 days back I spoke to Nodal officer and received completly different answers stating i had not cleared the dues hence account was not closed. I wanted to lodge a formal complaint for 3 reasons 1) for Cheating me ? 2) for careless behaviour, " misplacing customer valuable information". 3) Bank representatives are not aware of the actual scenario, what issue hence unable to pacify. Its my humble request you to please look into this matter..

          I opened my salary account with axis. After some days I enquired about credit.they said it will be done and then sent an agent to my office who collected my documents and never reverted this happened twice. Is giving documents a joke?? Then they said it's not approved.then why in this world did you guys send such a convincing agent at the first place. Now I need a credit card and can not apply for the same for next six months. What is my fault?opening An account with you? I am taking forward the word.whoever addresses this complaint better come with a solution. I forgot about the ca d and went to your Malad branch to update my phone number to keep a track on my expenses through your transaction messages. They said it will take six to seven days max. It has been TWO months. I am a restaurant manager for jubilant food work. You guys said opening an account with us would be beneficial. Is this the definition of beneficial? Thank you axis bank for such a wonderful service and consumer relations.

            Axis bank deducted Rs250 from my account, when i contacted nearest branch they told you have to maintain minimum balance which i was maintaining Rs 2500 from the time of opening the account, but as per the bank they told me that I was supposed to maintain Rs 5000 which they did'nt informed me about their new regulations.

            Its a very poor service from axis bank..i have applied for credit card past one week i have not yet got any confirmation call or any message from axis bank for credit card..pehtetic service very pehtetic..hdfc bank is better than axis bank..if i call to axis bank people they are not responding my call..very poor

            I had extreme level bad experience from axis Bank, I have a salary based account since 2015 and suddenly without notification convertedd into saving account (ecs) in jan2018, and this month I kept 60000/- then also 900rupee consolidated charges deducted from my account. And again it's showing -588rupee. I asked many times to customer services why is this happening to me so they said consolidated charges and converted account in saving ecs. All time customer services kept quite and at last they said we can't refund you money, sorry sir if it's possible then we can do transfer your money back but we can't so close your account and again open zero balance account. But what should I do with my negative balance and i lost my 4200rupee. Axis Bank means horrible experience.

              Money not dispensed but balance get deducted I am a customer of Axis bank (Axis a/c-[protected]). On 23/04/2015 around 11:00 AM hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM trite nagar kharadi withdrawal but the txn failed with a ATM machine is power off. I didn't get the money but my axis account was debited. Please investigate and get it credited back to my Axis account ASAP. The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

I didn't get any notification for that. what is this?? I have not activated or used the demat account then why this charges ware applied for..??? While opening salary account they provided this Demat account as its free if you use it, but i have not used it all.                   Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Ramesh D. Dharne having home loan sanction letter approval number PH_LNPHG/FLOATING 2086583/RAC-Kalyan ASC 14-15. I am suffering from last 7/8 month for home loan. Regularly visiting to your Dombivali branch & every time persons being changing & asking for documents. Even after submission of all documents till I have not getting clearance from your side. No one is being followed up with your end. No one have care of customers & his problem. every thing has been cleared from my side & room owner side also but still i am not avail from payment dispersion. I already have cancelled my loan procedure from other bank & same diverted to you but this is a worst experience for me. I am hoping for your kind support and action as soon as possible.

I have raised request in Axis Bank Customer care[protected]on 19-Apr-15) &[protected]Apr-15), but there is no tracking mechanism available if cheque is not cleared within 2 working days. No one answered me about status of my cheque. It's worst service I saw. Now I don't know waht to do?????

During last four years I am having a Term Deposit of 100000 rupees having Ac No [protected].Except last two years my transaction was very good.You can verify this by going through last few years transaction .During last two years bank has deducted average balance charges of around 6000 rupees without informing me.                             Sir, an unsuccessful transaction of Rs 35000/- was made at Max Hospital, Pitampura, New Delhi on 11/4/ 2015. As soon as the card was swiped, I received a message that a transaction of Rs 35, 000/- has been made at Max Hosp but the Hospital auth did not receive the money as the receipt was not generated. They gave me the batch list also in which the transaction was not reflected. The same was also conveyed to the bank auth by the hospital auth through me. Regarding this, I have made complaints to the bank's executives numerous times but the case has not been solved yet. The transaction is a failed one and the amount has not been credited in the card. I request you that the amount may please be reversed to my card as early as possible so that I may not have to knock the door of the court for settlement of the dispute. Sarmistha Barman New Delhi

                              Hi, This is to register complaint against Mr. Bishwajit Maha Patro, and Dheepak Panda, Axis Bank Manager, Jajpur K Road. My self is Sujit Kumar B Nair having current account No- [protected], in your bank, facing problem to withdraw my company labour payment. From two years I am doing transaction in this branch for my company STANVAC CONSTRUCTION. The problems is creating by the above mentioned Manager, due to not taking policy from bank. He is continuously disturbing to take policy, Already I am having lots of policies, I am not in the condition to take more policies at prersent. For this reason he is creating problem for me to withdraw my labour payment from axis bank, jajpur branch. Due to not payment, labours went on strike. and I faced complete loss in my business.. I kindly request you to take action against this Manager, and to withdraw my cash as early as possible, so that I can do further transactions smoothly..                               First of all let me thank you for taking quick action.

                              This complaint is regarding the previous complaint registration. I am Sujit Kumar B Nair, having current A/c No-[protected], Mechanical contractor, Stanvac Construction, mob no - [protected] / [protected], registered complaint against Mr. Bishwajit Maha Patro, and Dheepak Panda, Axis Bank Manager, Jajpur K Road, who created problem in withdrawing my labour payment, due to not taking any policies from them,

                              Now my complaint is, above mentioned manager came to know, that I have registered complaint against them, and they are calling me and threatening me very badly...I am complete desperate with their misbehaviour, I would like to know who is responsible for my safety from this irresponsible managers? How can I continue my further bank transactions with them?

                              I am humbly requesting in this forum to do something very urgently to resolve from this issue as early as possible.

                              Hope you will take necessary steps for my severe problem...

                                When I opened account that person told me that Demat account service is free, no charges applicable. But now axis bank is charging 780rs. per month. What this nonsense, that time I refuse to not to open demat service still they open it. At least you should inform 3 month before if you are changing any policy. And now there is no online service available to close this service. Please return my money back. Very bad services

                                    I transferred 5000 to a beneficiary for the first time on 14-4-15. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary! The status is "Your account has been debited and your NEFT request has been posted to RBI". I believe this issue is faced by many others in past and has resolution.                                       Axis Bank in Shimoga Branch has cheated me by disclosing my Signature credit card details to couple of fraud companies who performed fraud transactions of Rs. 25, 000 on the second week of card issue date. Axis Bank been doing this and welcoming cyber crime FIR and complaints but as we all know that Police department never show seriousness on this type of cases nor the banks but above all card holders like me as getting into problems. I filed FIR against Axis Bank, on the second day of fraud transaction's but it was waste of time running behind police dept. There was no value given by Axis bank for the FIR not the case was escalated to next level. My question is, when a card holder is calling the Axis bank customer care dept in the very next minute of fraud transaction to explain the scam took place on my card, rather the customer care dept have a restriction on the transaction they blocked my card and as me to call back again after few days to which I followed and ask the customer care dept to apply charge back to which they replied " we have blocked the card and can issue new card, but we cant do anything on the fraud transaction because you have to pay the outstanding and for further query you can speak to Nodal office of Axis bank who will support you to write up dispute form". later i contacted nodal office to refund the transanction amount to which they replied "SORRY, you have to pay that payment and we cant do anything but yes you can contact police department for FIR. once you produce FIR we can refund but after producing all relevant docs and FIR, the Axis bank didnt even try to settle it up.
