I have a current account in axis bank with green park branch and on 25th feb 2015 I had deposited a cash of rs 10000 in vasant kunj branch and to my surprise when I recd. A statement I found out rs. 146.12 deducted from my account. I've My choice credit card from axis bank and I've enabled auto debit system from my account. At the time of deduction there was no sufficient balance to pay my credit card bill. Credit card bill was Rs. 1700 only and they have charged me extra Rs. 800 penalty to pay this amount after 4 days. Auto debit system not deduct minimum amount to save me from this big panelty. I don't know how this system is work....
