I am holding a axis bank credit card, in the month of September I purchased my personal goods worth 22305, against this transaction I recieved a call from bank customer service centre to convert my transaction into 6 months e.m.i and i agreed for same. But when i had opened my a/c with the bank i had given them auto debit command to pay all my credit card payments, My above transaction is paid through automatic debit command from my a/c in one shot., But till today the bank is levying interest on my e.m.i for the above amount which is wrong on my part, i had contacted them and personally visited the branch but they are not helping me regarding my issue, they had told me that the charges cant be revert back once they charge. You are kindly requested to plz help me in my issue and get my money back which i had paid in advance for the above transaction

    i am a very old customer of Axis Bank but since last few days your some executives are not answering the call properly and unable to solve query and every time they keep phonecall on hold for 20-30 min. and after that they replied that we are unable to track your account you may call after some time we have not expecting such type of service from Axis bank. i have tried to call customer care for my problem but i am not getting any proper answer also your executives keep phone on hold and then either transfer the call or cut the call by saying hello hello repetedly. So once again i am requesting to solve my problem.

On 01/04/2015 in emergency I did two IMT transactions me and beneficiary got transaction successful message it has been deduct from my account When beneficiary trying to with draw the money its saying declined.           I had applied for a personal loan with Axis bank with all the documents on Monday i.e 30th Mar 2015 before 3.30 PM at the Axis Bank Branch (Jaya Nagar). The Agent named Manoj Patil and his reporting manager Pallavi (pallavi.[protected]@axisbank.com). It s an urgent of getting a personal loan for my Marriage expenses which I told him, he was not responding well, no acknowledgement, no responsibility and no assurance he provided. I gave all my documents which he responded, since it s too late already 3.30 PM on Monday, he cannot login. So he responded it would be done on Wednesday at the same time. When I called back twice he hasn t responded rather after 2 hours he called me back and I got to explain him everything about myself and the loan which I applied. Response from the agent Since it s a bank holiday they won t be able to login today and it would be done next week it seems . I told him if that is the norms then you should have intimated before, since it s an emergency I had applied otherwise I wouldn t have applied with Axis. I had a worse and pathetic experience with this executive, I need you guys to take a stringent action against him and need to collect all the documents and give it to someone who can respect and understand the customer need and emotions. Only an agent who could be like this can be an asset for a Bank otherwise it s an liability. I request you guys to take the action immediately and resolve it.

                  Ref.;Axis Bank Direct A/c. No.:667712, Axis Demat A/c no:19303209, Axis Bank Customer ID:[protected]. After opening Demat a/c of the above referred a/c we came to know that the branch (NIMTA, Kolkata-49) is facilitated with handling Demutualization of paper share. As such as per Nimta Branch instruction the subject share Certificate, in paper format, was handed over on during 2nd week of Nov ’14 to the Dunlop Branch along with duly filed in Dematerialization request Form vide Sl No. KKK 85 (which was provided by Nimta branch) for doing the needful . There after having long persuasion, we came to know that because of faulty pre-printed serial number the form is not acceptable to you. Again duly filed in new form (having six digit sl no.) submitted to Nimta Branch, on 25/02/2015 which is supposed to sent it back to your Dunlop Branch by them. Till then we are not getting proper response why does the document still now not reached to the concern Company/Registrars for doing their needful. Daily I face a huge problem related with cash in branch, since from last year your officers are unable to maintain the cash balance in branch, several time I complain the manager about the issue but they are not interested to work out.                         I am Chirayu Patel. me and my family having more then 8 savings, 1 current, 1 NRE and 1 NRO account since last 8 years also have made investments in your bank. still i have been treated as some cheap thrash by your staff in Sayajigunj Branch, Vadodara. they keep me waiting for hours to get issued my DD. instead of issuing my DD they are more interested in gossiping over phone or convincing other clients to invest in some schemes to cover their targets. its not the first time but its happeing all the time which is not acceptable. my complaint is not for all the staff memebers but specially for your employee whose name is BHARGAV. not only me but for all clients he is rude and non co oprative staff. at some point he even ignored me by saying there isnt any DD of yours. where at the same time other employees saying yes i do have DD. i want you to take strict action against BHARGAV from SAYAJIGUNJ Branch, VADODARA on behalf of me and many more unsatisfied clients whos having faith in you and invest their hard earn moneyin your bank. if i am not getting any response from your end soon then mark my words i am clossing all my accounts as well as will drop all my investments from your bank.

                            Axis credit card ([protected]).I would like to inform you the way AXIS bank Credit card customers are being handled by their customer care executive and Collection dept. they are harassing me and talking so cheap. In the month of October my due date was on 8th October 2014, I have made all the payment till the last due date, I have paid rs. 17, 000/- through online payment which was showing credited on 8th October 2014 in the Axis bank credit card statement, same was confirmed by them on email and by customer care executive. However on the next day 9th OCT 2014 they have wrongly initiated Auto debit facility from my axis bank saving a/c which was linked with the credit card, however because of not having enough balance in saving account the payment got bounced and was charged rs. 300+stax as payment bounce charges, also because of the reversal of the transaction my credit card limit got exceeded so they have again charged me rs 300+taxes. I have made complaint on the very next day 11th Oct 2014 on customer care to reverse the charges and rectify the billing. The executive admitted the mistake promised me that he will forward the complaint to the billing department for the rectification however it was not rectified and they said billing was correct and it was my mistake to activate the auto debit facility, after that I have continuously sending them emails and even contacted them on call center however issue has not been resolved. My Question is that when full payment was received within the last due date then why the auto debit from my a/c happened, when asking for the higher authority’s contact details they are refusing to provide, even they are not sharing the details of banking ombudsmen. Every time they are sending me the same reply that they can’t reverse the charges, but being a long time customer of Axis bank I have paid their dues in time for the month of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb month however now I have decided to complaint against AXIS bank, I have wasted 5-6 months, wasted 100s of hours writing emails and talking on customer care. From the last 15-20 days I have been continuously receiving threat and abusive calls from the collection department for the collection of my dues. Now what should i do? Help me out in it. As of now i won't pay them a single penny but i want to fight against them. Help me out with the further proceedings. Receiving calls from different numbers. [protected], [protected] and [protected], the behavior and the language of the recovery agents are very rude they don’t want to listen to the customer issue. They are continuously calling me from different number and harassing and threating me to make the payment, One lady called me and asked me to pay the bill amount and I told her that I will make the payment if axis bank admits there mistake of sending wrong bills to me; the lady in reply said “ Sir aaj agar aapne mna kiya payment k liye to kal se apko 1 nhi 2 calls aayengi parso 3 or fir daily apko calls aati rahengi or fir ho sakta hai hamare log bhi aa jaye apke pass. It was the fault of the axis bank for the wrong billing here instead of admitting there now they are threatening me that they will send recovery agents, goons and gundas at my house. Does AXIS have the right to generate wrong billing and forcing the customer to pay the wrong billings? Even after 6 months my complaint is still pending. Does AXIS collection agent have rights to harass and use rude and abusive? Will I get justice and compensated for the trauma I had gone through due to unethical business practice followed by AXIS bank executives? Sir I want you to look into the matter and file a complaint against Axis bank for their unethical practice/Code. Not getting resolution on customer care they are transferring my calls blindly from one department to another. Today @5:35PM 1st April 15Agent (Dushyant) blindly transferred the call to IVR without my consent as he does't want to speak to me. Regards, Hoom Kc [protected] and [protected]

                              I have applied cibil report through Axis bank internet banking.Money deducted from my Account.But i have not received report from cibil.I send mail to customer care start on 28th feb 15 & almost 10 to 12 mails floated . But report not received.More over today i called to customer care, responce is they closed this complaint with out any reply. I have not experienced this type of dirty service till date from any bank or org. I dont kown this mail will help or not or time waate process with axis bank.                                 This is the correspondence which I am doing with one Mr. Yadav who is directly or indirectly associated with Axis Bank. I request to resolve this issue. Dear Mr. Yadav, It is two days & till date I have not received any confirmation from you, yesterday afternoon I spoke to you & you committed me that by 30th March evening I will receive the details of the loan installment which has been paid by you. Since morning I am trying your number but unfortunately you are not responding my phone, it is height o[censored]nprofessional attitude. It seems either you have not deposited the payment or if deposited than you are not able to provide the details . If this is the attitude of the people who are associated with Axis Bank than I am really surprised. I think this is the first private sector bank which is giving this type of treatment to the customers. I request some one senior to intervene in this & resolve this issue. If due to your mistake my booking is being cancelled or any penalty is being put on by the Ansal's than I will be force to approach consumer court. I request you to provide the details by today evening. I am also going to write a mail to the Chairman of Axis Bank & will approach the consumer court for the harassement being given by the people associated with Axis Bank.                                   Hi Team, Unfortunately I applied for a personal loan with Axis bank for 4 lakhs and got an approval of 5 lakhs in SMS.I called up the customer service executive that time itself and made it clear that I don't need 5 lakhs and I just need 4 lakhs and I don't want to pay the EMI for 5 lakhs.The executive had promised me that only 4 lakhs will be processed, I had to do multiple follow ups to the get the amount credited and it was 5 lakhs.when I called the cusotmer care executive she told its an error from loan processing team and from her side it still shows as 4 lakhs only.I have raised a complaint with the manager and he told me to come to Axis bank Jayanagar to close the loan account but no one turned after me waiting for 1 hour.I haven't received any email from axis bank about the approval of the loan or any document stating that my loan is approved I dint get my loan account number also.today i get an sms stating the EMI will start getting deducted but they never sent any one with the ECS document and I never signed in any documents. As a private bank they should have taken little more care about customer service, I had maintained several Indian and foreign bank accounts but never had to come across a pathetic customer service like this.I had to take two days leave for fixing the issue but still nothing has been sorted out.I have escalated this issue to the next level but have zero hope based on the previous experience from the bank.I am working with one of fortune 50 companies and have friends in different MNC's across and I will make sure non of them will opt for Axis bank which provides such a hopeless service.

                                    Sir, I am Mrs.Ravi kantha mani, senior citizen residing in katpadi, vellore, tamilnadu.I am having high BP and Diabetics.I got a cheque and wanted to deposit but my nearest atm [2 k.m] don't have any drop box facility.I contacted branch after getting very much irritated because they don't refer their branch phone no, .fax no or email address etc.I got number from web and called toll free and after 10 minutes got branch no.and the staff simply and cool told to come and deposit in main branch. It is 10+ kilometers from my home.I have to pay Rs.400\- for call taxi up and down charges for depositing my Rs.2000\- cheque.Without even having drop box facility how a atm functioning and the staffs are irrirating with irresponsible replies to a senior senior citizen woman.                                       I have requested for a checkbook on March 18, 2015. I was told that I'd receive it via post within a week, however I haven't. I tried to contact the Axis Bank, Champapet branch through the phone numbers given online. Nobody lifts the call except for[protected]. The person who lifted the call told me that this is a private contact number!!! I tried contacting the Customer Care. The lady I spoke to asked me to stay online, only to inform me that she had a technical difficulty accessing my account. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why is there a contact# and a Customer care# online when the purpose is not served???
