Sir, I am axis bank account holder in Gandhinagar (guj) .The Gandhinagar sector-16 main branch have a two ATM machin, but in a one month hardly a work from ATM machin in a 15 days. So anytime we going to another bank ATM use.so I request to you close your ATM and said to coustmer use any banks ATM and no charge to use another bank ATM transaction. Because your ATM work in a month of few days. Please do something.Their banch have a tow ATM machine but not in working. We have campain many times but no positive results.

    Dear Sir, I am am employee of Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited. Company has given me a cell phone for official use numeber: [protected]. This number was allotted to Mr. Nikhil Sansare who was working with this company before I joined. Several times I have told your representatives that this number ([protected]) no way belongs to Mr. Nikhil Sansare however still I keep getting calls, SMS regularly. In SMS last four digits of Credit Card number mentioned are 9729. Please remove this number ([protected]) from your records

      Hello Sir/Madam, I tried more than 10 times and spent more than 1 hour only just trying after getting block of my credit card, but no one attend my call.         Hi, I have taken pl last nov and given esc for emi first month the emi was went smothly from nxt month onwards problem they said problem in esc so make it to our executive i said k but nw it was even worse thy want me to cme to bank for payment which is not possible for...in between thy said ill open zero balance ac in axis itself and i given all doc after that no response the executive who call me really torching.               Dear Bank My account No...[protected] is i got many Deduction from bank due to minimum balance in A/C but when i was open bank account reference by ur employees Mr Rohit Gupta he told me ur a/c would be open of Rs 5000 but i was aware my account has been open by Rs 10000 . i went our bank branch and I had complain again froud but i could not get proper response a . So i have very frustrated by bank and Rohit gupta had promised me your all deducted amount will be transfer in ur account 3 months before but still i didn't receive any amount by bank so please do take some action ASPS Thanks & Regards Nitin Kumar Sahu [protected], [protected]

                  Holding us inside the bank at Cash deposit machine and ATM machine counter more than half an hour for filling the cash in the ATM machine at around 2.35 to 2.50pm at Axis bank, Civil Lines, Allahabad branch. This shows the indiscipline of the Local branch management and mis management of the officials while harassing public and filling the cash during customer dealing time and closing all doors and in 2 ATM machine.                     Dear Sir,

                    I reached to deposit a sum of Rs.45, 000- at Axis Bank machine counter. Cash deposit machine was situated inside the Bank premises at Civil Lines, Allahabad. We have noticed both the ATM cash withdrawal machine is out of order due to lack of Cash inside the ATM machine. Around 2.35 pm management came and closed the main gate inside and outside and hold us inside the premises more than half an hour for their transaction ( filling the money inside the Cash counter ATM machine).
                    This could have done before bank starts operation as it was inside the campus situated. More than 20 customers suffered waiting inside and outside due to this management indiscipline.
                    Wasting time of more than 20 customers while filling the cash inside the 2 ATM cash during banking hours is a mismanagement. this is happening 3rd time with me inside the bank at Axis bank Allahabad. Please look into the matter and issue a warning letter for their mismanagement and misbehaviour with customers gathered and locking them inside the bank is a shame to your bank.

                      Sir, I have transfer Rs. 200/- from my a/c no [protected] to PNB a/c no. [protected] Debra Branch on Dt. 07/04/15 Through Net Banking. By mistake IFSC code no of PNB Bank writen wrong in place of right IFSC code no. PUNB0150600 written PUNB0259800. Transffered amount has been not credited in pnb a/c no. nor refunded in my a/c till date. plz look into the matter and do needfull ASP.

                      I transferred money to a PNB a/c instead of getting credited money to Beneficiary a/c, below status is reflecting.

                        Hi All,

                        I am axis bank credit card holder due to some reason i was not able to pay the amount, so many time i got call from your side in polite way, i was ready to pay the minimum amount and i got the massage from your side gwith in 24hrs i have to pay the minimum amount which is 3816.00.
                        I thought i will pay the amount but then i got a call from mentioned number i said to him i got msg i will pay the amount, he was very rude and using rough language and given me threat you will see within 10 minute what can i do and using rough again.

                        This is the way you treat your customer if yes then i want to settle the amount and closed the my credit card.

                        Sorry to say you but this is pathetic services from you.

                        The name he informed me is Kishor.

                        Do some action against him or i will file a police complaint for mentally harassment and mentally torture.


                        I will pay the amount but you have to take the action regarding this field executive.

                          Hello Team, My name is Snehashis, I recently joined Axis securities as a Relationship Officer (Employee code: ASL/BLR/100347). I have a worst ever experience working with this company which I would like to share this with everyone. After working for a month I have not yet received my salary and the company HR is giving me some lame reasons. As per the companies policy it has to be an Axis bank account where the salary should be credited, so I have submitted all the related documents to open an account but my account was never opened stating that the photo on the voter id card is not clear. I tried to follow up with the company HR and payroll team on this but none of them was helpful. Being frustrated with this I requested them to accept my resignation but the HR replied saying they will not accept it and they will mark me absconding. Few Questions that I would like to ask the company HR and expect some advice from the labour commission as well. 1> If it is mandatory to have Axis Bank salary account, why cannot the company help me to open an account as I am also an employee of Axis bank, why do I have to submit the documents separately, I have already submitted this documents before joining the company and all this are in their records. Also, the same voter id card has been used to open a bank account in IDBI and ICCI bank without any hassle. 2> Company should be employee centric, they should think for the well being of the employee, I worked for a month giving a reasonable amount of business, but when it comes to salary why the company is not helping out its employee. 3> What is the policy for abscondment, actually I wonder do the HR know the meaning of absconding. Is it even if you do not pay me I have to serve your company, is it a slavery.Somebody please advice on the above or please direct me to some person or department who can help me out.Thank you and waiting for some responsesreply me on [protected]@gmail.com

                              My concern is that till date i have not received the loan amount in my Bank A/C which you are saying already disbursed on 4th April. i also received a text from Axis Bank that your loan is sanctioned. And yesterday on 7th again received a text stating your loan EMI due on[protected]. Why am i getting reminder of Loan EMI until you have not credited the amount in my Bank A/C. And how many more days you require to process it.. If due date of paying EMI is 10th April than how can you expect me to pay EMI before getting loan amount to my bank A/C...                                 Sir i went to hone loan centre asking for loan closure process n had wide discussion n they told me it will take 15days to collect the original document but list of documents and outstanding letter can be given but this time they denied saying it will take 15days to get it.                                   I am holding a axis bank credit card, in the month of September I purchased my personal goods worth 22305, against this transaction I recieved a call from bank customer service centre to convert my transaction into 6 months e.m.i and i agreed for same. But when i had opened my a/c with the bank i had given them auto debit command to pay all my credit card payments, My above transaction is paid through automatic debit command from my a/c in one shot., But till today the bank is levying interest on my e.m.i for the above amount which is wrong on my part, i had contacted them and personally visited the branch but they are not helping me regarding my issue, they had told me that the charges cant be revert back once they charge. You are kindly requested to plz help me in my issue and get my money back which i had paid in advance for the above transaction

                                    i am a very old customer of Axis Bank but since last few days your some executives are not answering the call properly and unable to solve query and every time they keep phonecall on hold for 20-30 min. and after that they replied that we are unable to track your account you may call after some time we have not expecting such type of service from Axis bank. i have tried to call customer care for my problem but i am not getting any proper answer also your executives keep phone on hold and then either transfer the call or cut the call by saying hello hello repetedly. So once again i am requesting to solve my problem.

On 01/04/2015 in emergency I did two IMT transactions me and beneficiary got transaction successful message it has been deduct from my account When beneficiary trying to with draw the money its saying declined.
