Axis credit card ([protected]).I would like to inform you the way AXIS bank Credit card customers are being handled by their customer care executive and Collection dept. they are harassing me and talking so cheap.
In the month of October my due date was on 8th October 2014, I have made all the payment till the last due date, I have paid rs. 17, 000/- through online payment which was showing credited on 8th October 2014 in the Axis bank credit card statement, same was confirmed by them on email and by customer care executive. However on the next day 9th OCT 2014 they have wrongly initiated Auto debit facility from my axis bank saving a/c which was linked with the credit card, however because of not having enough balance in saving account the payment got bounced and was charged rs. 300+stax as payment bounce charges, also because of the reversal of the transaction my credit card limit got exceeded so they have again charged me rs 300+taxes. I have made complaint on the very next day 11th Oct 2014 on customer care to reverse the charges and rectify the billing. The executive admitted the mistake promised me that he will forward the complaint to the billing department for the rectification however it was not rectified and they said billing was correct and it was my mistake to activate the auto debit facility, after that I have continuously sending them emails and even contacted them on call center however issue has not been resolved. My Question is that when full payment was received within the last due date then why the auto debit from my a/c happened, when asking for the higher authority’s contact details they are refusing to provide, even they are not sharing the details of banking ombudsmen. Every time they are sending me the same reply that they can’t reverse the charges, but being a long time customer of Axis bank I have paid their dues in time for the month of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb month however now I have decided to complaint against AXIS bank, I have wasted 5-6 months, wasted 100s of hours writing emails and talking on customer care. From the last 15-20 days I have been continuously receiving threat and abusive calls from the collection department for the collection of my dues.
Now what should i do? Help me out in it. As of now i won't pay them a single penny but i want to fight against them. Help me out with the further proceedings. Receiving calls from different numbers. [protected], [protected] and [protected], the behavior and the language of the recovery agents are very rude they don’t want to listen to the customer issue. They are continuously calling me from different number and harassing and threating me to make the payment, One lady called me and asked me to pay the bill amount and I told her that I will make the payment if axis bank admits there mistake of sending wrong bills to me; the lady in reply said “ Sir aaj agar aapne mna kiya payment k liye to kal se apko 1 nhi 2 calls aayengi parso 3 or fir daily apko calls aati rahengi or fir ho sakta hai hamare log bhi aa jaye apke pass.
It was the fault of the axis bank for the wrong billing here instead of admitting there now they are threatening me that they will send recovery agents, goons and gundas at my house.
Does AXIS have the right to generate wrong billing and forcing the customer to pay the wrong billings? Even after 6 months my complaint is still pending. Does AXIS collection agent have rights to harass and use rude and abusive? Will I get justice and compensated for the trauma I had gone through due to unethical business practice followed by AXIS bank executives?
Sir I want you to look into the matter and file a complaint against Axis bank for their unethical practice/Code. Not getting resolution on customer care they are transferring my calls blindly from one department to another. Today @5:35PM 1st April 15Agent (Dushyant) blindly transferred the call to IVR without my consent as he does't want to speak to me.
