Regarding an IMT transaction

I made an IMT transaction on[protected]. But due to axis bank ATM connectivity issues, i had cancelled the transaction on[protected]. But still as of today[protected], I didn't received the amount, the money is not credited to my account. Whenever I'll speak with the customer care they are saying I' will receive the amount in 24 hours, 2 working days and now 14 working days. Please help me regarding this issue....

excess billing on credit card

REMINDER II My credit no [protected](my choice) the statement shows rs 2165.03 due for payment on 6 october 2014, when last month ie on 2/9/14 i made payment of rs 8093.06 and my rly reservation cancellation refund is rs 3311.03 and my spent money is rs 1146.00 therefore, i owe more than rs 4000.00 to axis bank why it is showing rs 2165.03 due pl do the needful at the earliest otherwise i shall withdraw the said credit card...

worst bank in india

Edge Reward Rewards - No product received but points deducted.

I have redeemed my edge points and redeemed a product which i have received after 10 days . But the product was in damaged condition and cannot be used. I had raised an complaint for the same and the product got pickup up after 10-12 days of receipt. Now after the picked up the damaged product they are not send the new product or return my reward points into my account. I have followed up with them 15-20 time but now they are not responding...
