I lost all my amount in my account around 18, 000rs. So please who ever are posting to change the mobile please don't reveal your account number, better to go to the bank and do....

I have raised complaint on Friday regarding the mobile phone number change. I got a call from the customer care guy and he took all my information regarding Account number, ATM card number and Pin number everything he took. I took a loan 7 months back, i was getting it for 13.5 % from other banks but as needed urgently Axis bank played well and charged 15.5% and 2.3% processing fees.
