I have applied for a savings account by paying Rs 10000 by cash, your rep Mr Faiz Khan from Kalkaji Branch has collected it from my office, and he gave me the kit and committed that the account will be opened in 2-3 working days, after 10 days he said tht there is already an account opened in my name in year 2009, which i forgot, and i told this to mr faiz khan, he very rudely said tht its your fault, why dint you told this to me and i have informed him that i forgot as it was a salaried account, then he got another form and filled it again, he said tht he it will be opened by 15th oct, as he filled the form on 7th of oct 2014, i called him on 18th and he said tht stop disturbing me, its all your fault, you dint tell anything and now you do what ever you want to do i am not going to do anything, i asked for my money back but he disconnected my call and since then he is not answering my call, it was very surprising that a bank like Axis carry these kind of employees those who are this much rude and dont even know how to speak to A lady, i will be lodging a police complaint as well for mental harassment as i am trying to open an account from past two months and nothing is happening and your employees giving this response to the customers, but i wanted to wait as i want the bank to reply or otherwise i will have to lodge a police complaint for the same against faiz khan from KALKA JI branch(India)

We refer to your appended email regarding DDA payment status.
We observe from our records that, we have not received the payment form your end. Hence we are unable to process your request.
Also you can not initiate the transaction, re-initiate the transaction and the receipt as offer was valid upto 15/10/2014.
