            I had applied for DDA housing scheme through axis bank by paying Rs. 4050 on 29th Sept, 2014. My application no is 0950384. When I am trying to check the status on DDA website, it shows 'No data found'. I wrote to customer care they say that Bank has not received the payment? which payment are they talking about? I paid 4050 in cash at axis bank sector 53 branch gurgaon. After which my application was accepted by your DDA desk.               Dear Sir/ Mam With Reference above mentioned subject I am Complaint About your Faulty Services For Opening of Acounts & ERA Acounts At Parbhani Branch Maharashtra I Required 2 Months For Opening The Sallary Account after submitting the respective KYC documents. After getting Salary account 1 Mont was over till date i cant get my ERA account & does not give me any Feedback from your Parbhani Branch.                 I requested for cheqe book for my account in green park delhi and i recieved a call 15 days back that u can collect cheque book from ur office but it never dilivered in my office.i tried at toll free no lot of time but no solution i get.axis bank is worst possible bank in terms of service.it has so complicated procedure.this is my salary account otherwisw i would have close it..its completelynonsense and rudiculous to have account in this bank..no response from any branch...

                  Hi Axis Bank, I have filed the application for DDA housing scheme 2014 through Axis Bank finance scheme for the same; However when I try to search the DDA application form no. on the DDA website it returns "No Data Found" Below is the Axis Bank branch details where I applied for DDA registration & made the payment: Address: BG- 1, BF- 1, Plot No. 3, Vaibhav Khand, Aditya City Centre, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012 Below is my mobile no. which I mentioned in the DDA registration form: Mobile No. [protected] I haven't received any confirmation/acknowledgement neither on my mobile nor on my email from the Axis Bank. I deposited Rs. 4050.00 at the cash counter in the Axis Bank branch mentioned above & I am attaching the receipt of the same with this email for your reference. Today I called up the Axis Bank branch to inquire about this issue and they asked me to wait & check the status after 15-20 days; I mean that is bullshi** since the DDA draws will be announced on 5 Nov. 2014. I just want the proof from Axis Bank that they have submitted my application to the DDA OR I am taking a legal route. Please address this ASAP.

                    I have applied for a savings account by paying Rs 10000 by cash, your rep Mr Faiz Khan from Kalkaji Branch has collected it from my office, and he gave me the kit and committed that the account will be opened in 2-3 working days, after 10 days he said tht there is already an account opened in my name in year 2009, which i forgot, and i told this to mr faiz khan, he very rudely said tht its your fault, why dint you told this to me and i have informed him that i forgot as it was a salaried account, then he got another form and filled it again, he said tht he it will be opened by 15th oct, as he filled the form on 7th of oct 2014, i called him on 18th and he said tht stop disturbing me, its all your fault, you dint tell anything and now you do what ever you want to do i am not going to do anything, i asked for my money back but he disconnected my call and since then he is not answering my call, it was very surprising that a bank like Axis carry these kind of employees those who are this much rude and dont even know how to speak to A lady, i will be lodging a police complaint as well for mental harassment as i am trying to open an account from past two months and nothing is happening and your employees giving this response to the customers, but i wanted to wait as i want the bank to reply or otherwise i will have to lodge a police complaint for the same against faiz khan from KALKA JI branch(India)

                        Hi, I did a IMPS transaction on 07th October, 2014 of INR 66000 which did not go to the beneficiary account and did not even get reverted to my account. I called axis bank on 15th as the mobile did not get reverted to my account, they claim they have no idea on IMPS. Then why give that option in axis mobile app? Anyway gave me a service request number which is [protected]. When I callup customer care for status, they say it was into processing. I again called today where I spoke to some agent and still they dont have any update. wait for 7 days for the status. This is quite amazing. its been 10 days now and they have no idea about the money yet. I just want to know where is the money and by when it would be transferred. Regards, Ravi

                        After several calls and a visit to the bank.
                        Money is credited back to my account.
                        Customer care executive says in case of transaction failure, they won't revert the amount back to the customer account
                        unless customer calls back and registers a complaint.
                        Strange.
                        No & never to IMPS again.

                          Hi, I did a transaction on 01st October, 2014 of INR 1000 which did not go to the concern person and did not even got reverted to my account. I called axis bank and they gave me a service request number which is 11130671. I called after few days it was into processing. I again called after few days it was still into processing. I asked for some senior person so they transferred my call to a lady name Vimala Karupaswamy where she gave me another service request number[protected] and also said that there would be a call back but till today (16th October, 2014) there was no call. I again called today where I spoke to some agent and still they dont have any update. This is quite amazing. I just want to know where is the money and by when it would be transferred.                             Everymonth 6000 rs gets deducted on 14th from my savings acoount for LIC policy. In the month of july, there was no sufficient balance so my account balance was running on negative, on 30th july after my account was credited with my salary around 27k, the LIC amount i.e around 6000k was deducted, however, it did not reach to LIC. And i got a confirmation from LIC that my july policy amount is still pending. I had to pay for my july's 6000k to LIC separately. I have no clue where did my 6000k went which was deducted in the month of JULY. Please help me out on this because it is not a very small amount to ignore and let it go like that. I have been contacting AXIS bank call service to get assistance from them but its is very sad to know that even they are not able to assist me and all they do is transferring my calls from one associate to another.

                              I have applied for Top-Up loan to Axis Bank.it has been approved and got sanctioned letter on 26th of August. For that I have received an letter from Axis Bank saying that copy of so and so documents with us (Same attached here). In this document my original sale deed is missing (which is present at Axis Bank). Due to that my approved loan amount got delayed for 45 days. I am expecting a quality service from Axis bank which is missing here. Regarding i have raised an compliant (Complaint No: #4145603). i have received mail saying we will resolve this issue by Oct 18th. But i got another letter from Axis bank saying that PHOTO Copy of property receipt document and so no documents. In that also the Sale Deed document is missing. Again i sent a mail to axis bank. Now this time i got mail saying that 25th of OCT will be resolved. Since from loan approved date 26th of Aug to till date, this issue is not resolved. I try to contact one of the manager for Loan center from chennai regarding this issue, but he avoids me. Regards Chandrasekaran

                                  Hi, I hold an Axis Bank credit card from last six month. They've provided an insecure card which has no security chip and it does not prompt any security pin number before authorising any amount when used at POS or merchants outlet. I've contacted Axis Bank in this regard multiple times (telephonic as well as email) but they only say they cannot provide a card with security, They replace my card three times in this period with the same one which I had earlier (without chip & pin security) and every time they charge me unnecessarily. I just wanted to draw your attention towards the RBI guidelines: As per RBI guidelines, with effective from 01.07.2013, all transactions at Point-of-Sales (POS) and merchant outlets will need to be validated using a PIN. Now how can a bank deny this. I want answer from Axis Bank. Now its height of tolerance.

                                    1.5 months earlier i have submitted all the documents required for opening the salary account at Ratu road branch, Ranchi but the manager was not serious regarding this. He kept our papers about a month and after 1.5 months he gave the papers back with a excuse that the problem occurred during the code generation and we are not able to open the account. This is really so unprofessional behavior and i am so much annoyed with axis bank service. In future our company is not going to make any business with axis bank. They wasted our valuable time and haven't done our work. The bank should take strict action towards this, so that this will not happen with anyone in future again.

                                      Hi i posted a complaint regarding the mobile change in the same website of axis bank and after posting some time I got a call from the [protected], and he told we are calling from Axis bank and he asked me the details. I lost all my amount in my account around 18, 000rs. So please who ever are posting to change the mobile please don't reveal your account number, better to go to the bank and do.
