am Gangatharan from Bangalore, I had a Axis bank account at BTM Branch
Bangalore, however, the person Jagan Mohan Reddy working at the same
branch and he came to me for getting saving account application purpose,
he informed that if you are depositing ONE LACK then you are account
became ZERO balance account for life time.Then I have decided
to open an account for my wife and my daughter, hence Three account for
my Family three person and DEPOSITED one lack each so THREE lack
deposited.But after few months the Axis bank deducted monthly
250/- and 300/- like that, totally 2000/- rupees from my account and
same 2000/- rupees from my wife account.I contacted Customer Care and no reply for the past many mails to them.and
I got a call from BTM branch Manager Sridhar, ask us to come to the
branch and he got signature from us as he is going to change the account
to another account details. he agreed to provide the deducted amount from
bank.But whenever I am calling to him, he said, tomorrow you will get money, the same story he is saying like that, but I never get anything.Time waste, money waste. No action on this? They are cheating like anything.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made an IMT transaction on[protected]. But due to axis bank ATM connectivity issues, the transaction was not able to withdraw. But still as of today[protected], I didn't received the amount, the money is not credited to my account. Whenever I when to nearby Axis bank branch at Alwarpet, Chennai they said it will be credited in my account. I have written a complaint mail to nodal officer of Axis Bank but no responsed. Please help me regarding this issue.
