I have raised complaint on Friday regarding the mobile phone number change. I got a call from the customer care guy and he took all my information regarding Account number, ATM card number and Pin number everything he took. Once when i checked my ATM Card on monday it was showing ATM Card has been blocked. So please kindly help me on this.

    Regarding an IMT transaction

    I made an IMT transaction on[protected]. But due to axis bank ATM connectivity issues, i had cancelled the transaction on[protected]. But still as of today[protected], I didn't received the amount, the money is not credited to my account. Whenever I'll speak with the customer care they are saying I' will receive the amount in 24 hours, 2 working days and now 14 working days. Please help me regarding this issue....

    REMINDER II My credit no [protected](my choice) the statement shows rs 2165.03 due for payment on 6 october 2014, when last month ie on 2/9/14 i made payment of rs 8093.06 and my rly reservation cancellation refund is rs 3311.03 and my spent money is rs 1146.00 therefore, i owe more than rs 4000.00 to axis bank why it is showing rs 2165.03 due pl do the needful at the earliest otherwise i shall withdraw the said credit card Ashok Kumar R upadhyay

      I have visited axis bank pullareddy branch today to know about the gold loan process. I went to the 7th counter myself and asked about the gold loan. He showed me the gold loan counter. But the person who will take care of the gold loan is not there. His name is Chaitanya. B. So he told me to wait for him. The time is 9.40 am. I have waited till 10.40am but the concern person did not came. So I asked the attender one more time. He said that he has to come by 10.00am. I don't know why he hasn't came yet. I have waited for 10min more. After that an young guy came and sit in that counter. I went to him and asked for gold loan process. He then said the person who needs to sit in that place is in leave. Please go to sleep. S. R. Nagar branch. I have faced this problem for the second time. The management has to consider two points in this.
      1. There has to be a enquiry cabin with the information about the employee details to give support to the customers.
      2. If someone in leave that isn't mean the world got stopped. There has to be another employee to give customer support.

            I Shared a mail to [protected]@axisbank.com regarding change in DOB on 10th Sep 2014 with Voter ID as ID Proof and i got a reply on 13th sep 2014 like this Voter id proof is not valid of DOB. Proof like as (PAN card, DRIVING licence, passport copy, valid visa). and after that i shared an attachment on 13th sep 2014 and again they shared a mail stating that self attestation is madatory and after that again i shared a mail along with self-attested Passport copy on mail, and after speaking to coustmer care today they are saying as your request is declined as it was not self-attested, where as now i am wondering how can they say like that as i myself shared mail and rechecked now also i am very depressed now on their poor response . with out my DOB i cant generate my CARD PIN that was the mail problem that which i am struggling from past 20days.

              Subject Credit card fraud case.

              My wife is using Axis bank signature card no.[protected]. on 17th September she got a call from [protected] and [protected] and being appraised that her reward point has been expired and to activate they need credit card information. On good faith she disclosed all the credit card information and OTP no. Later she found that 7999 has been purchased on her credit card.

              The partly took the advantage from her ignorance . i admit that this is a mistake from her side for disclosing the card information but also protection tool was not also strong enough to protect the customer. The purchase was not done from the I.P address of the computer she is using but from a anonymous I.P address. Purchase history shows.

                  am Gangatharan from Bangalore, I had a Axis bank account at BTM Branch
                  Bangalore, however, the person Jagan Mohan Reddy working at the same
                  branch and he came to me for getting saving account application purpose,
                  he informed that if you are depositing ONE LACK then you are account
                  became ZERO balance account for life time.Then I have decided
                  to open an account for my wife and my daughter, hence Three account for
                  my Family three person and DEPOSITED one lack each so THREE lack
                  deposited.But after few months the Axis bank deducted monthly
                  250/- and 300/- like that, totally 2000/- rupees from my account and
                  same 2000/- rupees from my wife account.I contacted Customer Care and no reply for the past many mails to them.and
                  I got a call from BTM branch Manager Sridhar, ask us to come to the
                  branch and he got signature from us as he is going to change the account
                  to another account details. he agreed to provide the deducted amount from
                  bank.But whenever I am calling to him, he said, tomorrow you will get money, the same story he is saying like that, but I never get anything.Time waste, money waste. No action on this? They are cheating like anything.

                    I am having account [protected]. I observed that it is in frozen status, please let me known why it was in frozen status. My all 3 accounts were in one customer ID[protected]. Rest of two active status. Please inform further what to do. As per your previous mail I approached Bapatla (475) branch manager, they confirmed that the said account is active and all credits will receive. There is no problem with this said account. I still not receiving the commission credits and 3 commission credits were returned, the same was also explained in bapatla branch. Please guide me what to do and guide bapatla branch also in this regard. This complaint was made 28 days before from by net banking window.                       Last month i opened a dmate account in axis bank kakrali branch teh. Barwala dist.. panchkula but i don't received any confirmation about my accountaccount... after all this bank officers are dont give me any responce.. they told me just waiting ... your account is in processing.. ?????? How much time they want...?? Tomorrow i am going to close my saving accounts also... Thanking you... Very good service... (axis bank)

                        I took a loan 7 months back, i was getting it for 13.5 % from other banks but as needed urgently Axis bank played well and charged 15.5% and 2.3% processing fees. Now, they are also giving in 1% processing fees and 13.99% interest, so this bank don't have any rules. now after paying 7 EMI's i don't have any proof that i took the loan, and how much i paid how much remaining, no statement. till now i contacted multiple times there costumer care, but they say's AXIS bank have no policy to send even the statement on the Email id even. when i asked about proof for loan they did a favour by providing me my loan account number but they told sir, the documents are received by you, i don't know the courier wala gave to whom, they asks for an ID or thay can deliver the sensitive documents anywhere. So, Even i told my office people not to go for AXIS bank, I got a new loan from ICICI bank with 13.49% interest and 1% processing fees with no hidden charges. Thanks, Alok

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I, Ashish Solanki from Ahmedabad, have applied for home loan at Axis bank. My Application Id[protected] Date[protected]. I got loan sanctioned details of Rs 1542364. but I required only 10 lecs. So, I applied for that. There are Three time I paid processing charge of Rs. 5618 on[protected] and Rs 5618 on Rs 20-08-14, Rs 5618 on 02/09/2014. but transaction on 02/09/2014 was returned because of check bounce. After that I paid DD of Rs 5618 and Rs 552 on[protected]. My DD Number is 002897 and 002896. It means that I have paid 5618 + 5618 + 5618 + 552 = Rs 17406. But As I know that I have taken Rs 10 lacs loan and my processing fee charges is about Rs 11798. so, There is more Rs 5618 amt is deducted from my account. I have attached my bank statement with attached file. I have complaint to Nodal officer on 17th Sept, 2014 regarding this and he have asked for 4 days to resolve my problems but still I did't get any response from him.                             For R's 70000 credit card i pay ed interest of[protected] but after paying the bill with lots of trouble blocked my credit card i nearly payed 95000 of amount a month and also from last two months u people are blocking my salary amount so how can i survive with my family tell me because of this we are unable to clear our basic needs

                              Dear Concern, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have inserted my ATM card in to the Axis bank ATM sector-3ballabgarh Faridabad 3 times to withdraw200 rupees but due to some server problem i was unable to receive the amount all the times ATM was showing timedout. But after some time I have received a message on my mobile thatyour account has been debited Rs. 10000. So I was shocked how it can be possible I have not withdraw Rs.10000 I was trying to withdraw only Rs. 200 After that I have make a call to axis bank customer care as wellas icici bank customer care and told them that I have not done this transactionI was withdrawing ony 200 rupees which also was not received due to timed outby ATM so how you can debit my account with Rs. 10000. So both the bankscustomer care representative told me that this matter will take 1 week time toshortout the problem but now I have received a call from the bank that Axisbank saying the transaction was clear from our side so we can do anything inthis case. Now I have requested to my bank please check CCTV footage because Ihave not done this transaction so bank representative saying me to launch FIRwithout FIR we can not check CCTV Footage.                                   I have redeemed my edge points and redeemed a product which i have received after 10 days . But the product was in damaged condition and cannot be used. I had raised an complaint for the same and the product got pickup up after 10-12 days of receipt. Now after the picked up the damaged product they are not send the new product or return my reward points into my account. I have followed up with them 15-20 time but now they are not responding to my mails or calls too. The compliant no's are : 10716842, 8919200, 10729301, 10918481.

                                  There is no option for return items. Please reply quickly I have to inform within 02 days. Please. Return procedure from axis bank mobile banking app guide me.

                                      hello sir, this is something serious...i have have been being harassed by axis bank coustomer care and the bank a lot...on 31 aug i got a message from axis bank that due to new rbi regulations all international debit cards has to be chip enabled so ur new debit has been issued...so i thought that my old debit card will work untill i received new card..but when i went out side my province i.e. punjab and i was badly in need of some cash badly my axis bank card was refused and i submitted it in all the atms axis bank, sbi, icici and hdfc and all said the card refused ...so my frnd told me to transfer money to his icici bank account so that he can withdraw money from his account and will give it to me ...so i did the same through there mobile app that promise to transfer instant funds while charging 5 rupee and i did the same on monday morning 8 of september 2014, but when after 3 hours he did not received funds i called customer care and they told me that it might take 12 hours...but even after 12 hours it was not there what should have been there in 12 hours coz i did instant transfer...so i waited and on 15 september i called coustmer care again and told all my problem what i mentioned u but all they did was told me that ur problem will be solved and we will call u tomorrow...i spent three hours on them asking for some refund coz i was being harassed by them ...but they redufed that too...and even today no one was there to accept there mistake...all i want is that because i was in so much trouble due to my bank i need some refund in one way or other...my complaint numbers are... [protected] sept [protected] sept [protected] sept [protected] sept sir please i never expected this from some major bank in india...and the kind of reply i am getting from them is trebbile...so please help me out...
