For R's 70000 credit card i pay ed interest of[protected] but after paying the bill with lots of trouble blocked my credit card i nearly payed 95000 of amount a month and also from last two months u people are blocking my salary amount so how can i survive with my family tell me because of this we are unable to clear our basic needs

    Dear Concern, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have inserted my ATM card in to the Axis bank ATM sector-3ballabgarh Faridabad 3 times to withdraw200 rupees but due to some server problem i was unable to receive the amount all the times ATM was showing timedout. But after some time I have received a message on my mobile thatyour account has been debited Rs. 10000. So I was shocked how it can be possible I have not withdraw Rs.10000 I was trying to withdraw only Rs. 200 After that I have make a call to axis bank customer care as wellas icici bank customer care and told them that I have not done this transactionI was withdrawing ony 200 rupees which also was not received due to timed outby ATM so how you can debit my account with Rs. 10000. So both the bankscustomer care representative told me that this matter will take 1 week time toshortout the problem but now I have received a call from the bank that Axisbank saying the transaction was clear from our side so we can do anything inthis case. Now I have requested to my bank please check CCTV footage because Ihave not done this transaction so bank representative saying me to launch FIRwithout FIR we can not check CCTV Footage. So you are requested to guide me what should I do in thissituation?? And do the needful so that I can get my debited amount Rs. 10000 Regards Puran Mal Icici bank account No.[protected] Contact no.         I have redeemed my edge points and redeemed a product which i have received after 10 days . But the product was in damaged condition and cannot be used. I had raised an complaint for the same and the product got pickup up after 10-12 days of receipt. Now after the picked up the damaged product they are not send the new product or return my reward points into my account. I have followed up with them 15-20 time but now they are not responding to my mails or calls too. The compliant no's are : 10716842, 8919200, 10729301, 10918481.

        How did you return the item?
        There is no option for return items. Please reply quickly I have to inform within 02 days. Please. Return procedure from axis bank mobile banking app guide me.

            hello sir, this is something serious...i have have been being harassed by axis bank coustomer care and the bank a lot...on 31 aug i got a message from axis bank that due to new rbi regulations all international debit cards has to be chip enabled so ur new debit has been issued...so i thought that my old debit card will work untill i received new card..but when i went out side my province i.e. punjab and i was badly in need of some cash badly my axis bank card was refused and i submitted it in all the atms axis bank, sbi, icici and hdfc and all said the card refused ...so my frnd told me to transfer money to his icici bank account so that he can withdraw money from his account and will give it to me ...so i did the same through there mobile app that promise to transfer instant funds while charging 5 rupee and i did the same on monday morning 8 of september 2014, but when after 3 hours he did not received funds i called customer care and they told me that it might take 12 hours...but even after 12 hours it was not there what should have been there in 12 hours coz i did instant transfer...so i waited and on 15 september i called coustmer care again and told all my problem what i mentioned u but all they did was told me that ur problem will be solved and we will call u tomorrow...i spent three hours on them asking for some refund coz i was being harassed by them ...but they redufed that too...and even today no one was there to accept there mistake...all i want is that because i was in so much trouble due to my bank i need some refund in one way or other...my complaint numbers are... [protected] sept [protected] sept [protected] sept [protected] sept sir please i never expected this from some major bank in india...and the kind of reply i am getting from them is trebbile...so please help me out...

              Hi All, Dont open NRO and NRE accounts in this AXISBANK. They ask you to keep minimum balance of 10000 all the time but they dont provide any service and what ever request through customer care, they will ask you to go branch. You open NRO account because you are outside of India and they ask you to goto home branch in India. This is really crazy and mindless humans they have in customer care. Anhdra brank is far far better in providing serive. Website is one more stupid thing they are maintaining. Without any reason your session will close atleast 10 times before you do what ever you want. Never think of opening axis bank account

                Dear Sir/Ma'am I filed a complaint in the customer care, my complaint no is [protected]. I visited to the axis bank atm. there were two atm machines.I tried to withdrawl 2000rs from the machine but the atm machine didn't have cash. Then I tried on the 2nd machine and I got the amount. But after sometime I checked my statement and the first transaction amount which I've not got has also debited from my account, but I didn't get any message on my mobile number of that transaction. Please do something about that. I urgently need the money.

                  Dear last two days back morning 3:03 morning i do ATM transition in jalandhar dakoha SBI atm i do transition of 600 Rs but automatically transition was cancelled then i do 2nd transition of 500 and i got that 500 rs once i checked my balance i saw amount deducted 600 also and 500 but i haven't got 600 rs please do the needful asap.

                      Hello, Have my complaint register no. 10920803. From last one and a half months I am suffering without a debit card and cheques, just because I sent my welcome kit to Bangalore MG road branch for changing my branch. This is my salary account and was taken from Bangalore itself. And it was a mistake from Axis bank side that mistakenly they have opened my account in Sirsa branch, Haryana. One of your official from axis bank told me that I will get my new welcome kit in seven working days once I sent him back my old welcome kit. He have acknowledged me that he have received the old kit on 10th of August, 2014. From to till date I am trying to get it cleared and non of your axis officials have given me convincing answer. No proper updates regarding the same till now. And I am in need for cheques very urgently and for this also non of the axis bank officials gave me a proper guidance. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AXIS BANK GIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ????????? Regards, Praveen Prabhakaran. Indo Nissin Bangalore.

                        I had recharge to my airtel mobile no [protected] for Rs 50 on 15.09.14 by mobile banking method but recharge from airtel not happen but amount debited from my axis bank acc no [protected] ... I had checked the recharge history in mobile banking it shows recharge success and gives receipt no[protected]D2 KINDLY RECREDIT THAT AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT

                          This is Darshak Vaghela, holding an Axis saving b/a : [protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum average balance charges that bank has debited from my account ignoring the rules of RBI.Axis bank is simply debiting amount from my account. AXIS bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. I tried to get in touch with the manager but they say we can't do anything about this. 1 13/09/2014 Consolidated Charges for A/c 250.00 2 13/09/2014 Service Tax @12.36% on Charge 30.90 refund me or i'll close my a/c. Please do needful Please take some action against this bank for not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                                I have received phone call from No. [protected]/ [protected] as Axis bank Credit card Pay back department. They are said like my credit card reward points worth Rs.7000 is expired today due to not using the reward points long time. They promised me to converted me into my account but not in points and they provided gift worth 6996 on www.dealatonce.com and that will be adjusted during the preparation of statement towards rewards points. They have completed IVR Transaction to E-Tech Solutions, New Delhi with all details of credit card. I have received the purchase order to my email and I confirmed from axis customer that they are fraud people and debited Rs 6996 from my account. From my account the money is detected and it is not adjusted in reward points. My concern is how the third party know my details about axis bank reward points . He was confirming all the details clearly about my reward point transaction So I believed that it is from Axis bank. Is that safe to use Axis Bank credit card ? Due to this I am really fed up with using credit card .Please provide me answer for this issue. Thanks! Umashankar

                                  On 22/10/2011 an Axis Bank cheque bearing No.132530 dt.11/10/2011 for Rs. 2135.96p received from UTI Mutual Fund, Hyderabad was deposited in Axis Bank, Dimapur, Nagaland. Presumably, due to mentioning my of Indian Bank A/C No. in the cheque either it was not processed further or destroyed without being informed by the bank. Whatever may be the case, they should not have accepted the cheque if it were not to be processed by the bank. Partly I am also responsible for not having inquired about it since I trusted that the bank would take care of it. However, the bank should not turn a deaf ear to my complaint since our employees salaries are being maintained by this bank for a long. A few months back when I inguired about the cheque the staff at the desk told me that since it has been so long, it might have gone to the trash. Please let me know what can I do about it. J.                                       Sir, My Account Number is [protected], customer id[protected] have file a complaint about following. 1. to make charges due to non maintaining the minimum balance, even after the guidelines of RBI which says that no bank will deduct the charges in case of failure to maintain minimum balance .2. Fail to make sms of every transactions. (only few sms has been send by the Axis bank) If matter has not been resolved, I will file a complaint to consumer court as well as to RBI and other regulatory authorities.
