[protected] and prop. name is komal balani. on 25th july 2014 your executive come and take sign on form after that he come 4 times to take sign because of some mistakes after that he told me that max. in 4 to 5 days a/c will be open but on 21st aug. 2014 a/c finally open because i call him twice in a day and i got a message from you that i will receive cheque book and kit within 6 days but i cannot got yet that is your good service? when i go to your branch office he waste my 3 hours but not give any positive response so i am tired from your lies so i have one request to you that please close my a/c immediately and give my balance back to me and that is my final decision and i promise that i donot do this kind of mistake to open any a/c in your bank to become fool. please accept my app. and do something fast like you told in your advt. my contact no.. is [protected]

        This is ranjit desai my home loan a/c no. is phr[protected] so please go through my account my two emi has been bounced because of some issues between axis and sbi bank whereas the ECS mandate was not going smoothly. I have been told to pay penalty amount of 1100/- for the same, however this issue suppose to be solved within both banks and customer should not be held responsible for this reason.
        So I request to cancel my penalty charges and next disbursement should go through.

          I wanted to stop my ECS from my A/C name of Capital First. I have submitted ECS stop Form to my home branch which is Noida 51 sec brach. Firstly from bank representative i got to know it will take 15days to stop this service. after 15 days Days when there was again deduction happened from my a/c for ECS. The bank representative again informed that it will take 45 day max to stop the service. Although I have submitted my Form on July 10th 2014. Yesterday when i have gone to my branch for confirmation wheather the ECS has been stop or not, they were unable to inform me that. They have sent a mail to confirm the status. Still now i have no status wheather it has been Stopped or not. Kindly Help.

When this VISA SIGNATURE was issued I was informed that the earlier Platinum Credit card issued to me will be automatically cancelled. But I am still receiving the statement relating to this Credit Card. Hence i request you to cancel the earlier Platinum Credit card No [protected] issued to me.               Dear Sir/Madam, I, Ashish Solanki from Ahmedabad, have applied for home loan at Axis bank. My Application Id[protected] Date[protected]. I got loan sanctioned details of Rs 1542364. but I required only 10 lecs. So, I applied for that. There are two time I paid processing charge of Rs. 5618 on[protected] and Rs 5618 on Rs 20-08-14. if you want I can send my online statement. I have solve all queries and provided all document which they required. They people have asked document one by one not all document at one time. its make me tired. still I claim and provided all the documents. now still I didn't get my cheque for home loan after providing all document and all necessary charges which you required. I have complained to Axis bank. My Complaint Reference number - N08866070 dated on 25/08/2014 and Request number - Request # 3897393 on 30/08/2014 and Request # 3933301 on 31/08/2014. But I didn't get good responce. just got email today that I should coordinate with their Executive. I have visited to their office on[protected] on my working day to short out all the problems but their executive Mr. Kalpasingh (Risk and Control Department) didn't response me and go out of room in between conversation and said that he will not going to do this. I have complaint to AXIS bank regarding this but still I didn't get any answer from their side. Today just 3 pm, got news that whatever I have given cheque for processing fee they didn't clear it and because of it cheque can't disburse today. I am reputed person in society. And because of AXIS bank I became liar in society. I am very much fed up and had lot of harassment from their processing and system. They are giving advertisement that they provide best service but now I know that they provide best service on how to give harassment to customer. I have waste more than 10 paid holidays from my job. Lots of travelling becasue of this stupid people. if they are not able to do my locan process they just let know I will do from somewhere else. Now if they disburse my loan or not I didn't mind. But my complaint is to you that please show real face of AXIS bank to other customer.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I am Siva Raman from Chennai, having a Axis Bank Salary A/c. I got my salary credited in my Axis Bank A/c No.[protected] on 28/08/2014 for Rs.10638/- but the SMS I received is for Rs.9018/- has clear balance. I don't know what Axis Bank have charged me for Rs.1620/-. I am having a Personal Loan A/c No.PPR[protected] in Axis Bank. On 05/08/2014 my EMI cheque for Rs.1709/- got bounced, I paid it in my above said Personal Loan A/c on 09/08/2014 through cash at Axis Bank, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, which stands in Lien A/c, I raised requests through Email to release the lien amount and I pay the cheque bounce charges but they replied me to come in person or send your representative with bounce charge cheque and letter, I send my representative on 29/08/2014 to settle my Personal Loan dues. My question is Axis Bank charged me again for Lien Amount. I don't know where Rs.1620/- has disappeared in my Salary A/c. I called to Axis Bank Toll free no today (01/09/2014) in Saving & Loan A/c customer care representative both of them showing each other and enquire to them, even they can't tell where is that Rs.1620/- has gone. Please you guys help in this issue. Axis Bank even I got chance to switch over my salary account in my office to other banks I didn't go for it. If you know the real value of the customer please answer me and refund my Rs.1620/- in my Savings A/c.

                  Sir,
                  A wrong debit of rs.10000/- was made to my above a/c while withdrawing the amount from sbi atm (Id-s10b[protected] on 28.08.2014 at 13.35 hrs location-jhangir magala-ii.

                  As i entered the amount the atm m/c got hanged up for few minutes following a message displayed 'your last transaction was cancelled'. Then the atm machine was temporarily out of service for few hours.

                  It is kindly requested to your goodself to kindly credit the amount of rs.10000/-which was wrongly debited to my a/c without disbursing the amount from the atm machine.

                  Please help and cooperate.

                      I have contact with Ms Kakoli (Department Credit card) (Barrack pore Branch) 1 and half month ago & submit application to the bank manager. But noting happen. Get no positive reply from bank side.

                        Dear Sir, I Have received Debit Card No [protected], in the month of Jul 14 Which is of no use to me as I have not received the Pin Number. When I Enquired I am being told that the same has been sent through courier(did not mention which courier) and the courier person could not trace the address which is ridiculous, as i stay in a very prominent place and keep receiving other couriers . Unfortunately till date I have not received the same. Kindly Mail me the courier name and air way bill No, so that I can follow-up with the same.                           i opened a saving account in axis bank, daryaganj branch, delhi. It has been more den 3 weeks i have not recieved my atm password. I called [protected] several 100 times but everytime after spending 15 minutes it doesnot help. wWhat is d use of dis no. i dont understand. Wen i talk to branch officer he says my atm password has been sent to mumbai. How can dis happen wen my address is of delhi. This msg too was coveyed to me 5 days back. He said dey have send it through mail and wen i enquired today on 29 august he says we have not received any mail yet. D functioning of Axis Bank is really very poor and third grade. I wont suggest any one to open account on dis bank.

                            Since last 10 days I have given application for registering my mobile number in respect of their "Netsecure" internet banking facility. Also tried to register mobile through ATM machines. Neither has branch attended nor their head office. Even their call center is non committal. Worst banking experience - this most third class bank called Axis Bank. Complaint number alloted to me on 27.08.2014 is 10717189 Dhawal Bakshi

                                I was offered a axis bank signature credit card (lifetime free - no annual/joining fee) 2-3 months back by the axis bank kalina branch. I submitted all the required documents as per requirement but there was no revert from axis bank and when i finally called after a month, I was being forced to accept a my zone/ my choice card instead which I refused. Now yesterday I got a call from the Vakola branch (Surendra) offering me the same things. After I submitted the documents again, today the verification department again told me I was not eligible for the card. Why can't these branches do these checks when I already inquired about the same beforehand? This has happened 2 times now and the marketing departments just seem concerned with the number of forms they fill per day rather than the customer satisfaction. I have a salary account from the past 2 years now and I'm very disappointed with Axis Bank due to this repeated mess. Kindly let me know what action I can take.                                     I have credit card from last two months and everytime I faced difficulties as they imposed hidden terms on my transaction which they not revealed me earlier. You have deducted a tds of aprox 5000/= agst my FDR interest on dated 28.02.2014 but in my 26AS its shown tds deposited amount Rs. 510.00 only . Please do the needful in this regard.                                         I have salary saving account no. with AXIS Bank. I have found that the bank have deducted the SMAB charges for my account without any intimation.It was really pity to know that such thing are happening with the customers.It is totally unlawful action from such a reputed bank.
