Dear sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that there was an unnecessary deduction of Rs 20, 000 from my Axis Bank account bearing No [protected] on dated[protected].
sir, I visited the AXIS Bank ATM located in Narela(ATM ID TPCC12605) on[protected] just to check the available balance in my account. The ATM machine produced the mini statement after a quite long time and further to to my surprise there was a deduction of Rs 20, 000 from my account. Also a more surprising fact came out that according to the ATM the withdrawal was made on dated[protected], that is, the entry was shown my the ATM machine one day in advance. How can be it possible that a withdrawal amount be shown prior one day? Also when i visited the bank and asked for the remedy of the case, the bank manager did not taken any action and also denied to check the ATM camera footages.
dear sir, i have not made any such withdrawal. i therefore request you to please look into the matter carefully and check whether it was made due to the malfunctioning of the machine or there was a fraud done with my account. i would be highly thankful to you if my request will be acted upon soon.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I, Ashish Solanki from Ahmedabad, have applied for home loan at Axis bank. My Application Id[protected] Date[protected]. I got loan sanctioned details of Rs 1542364. but I required only 10 lecs. So, I applied for that.
There are two time I paid processing charge of Rs. 5618 on[protected] and Rs 5618 on Rs 20-08-14. if you want I can send my online statement.
I have solve all the queries from my end before 6 days ago. and since last 6 days I didn't get my loan disbursement. since last 6 days I got answer that there is some technical problem and because of this they are not able to issue my check.
I want to know that they have technical problem only with my loan disbursement. I have complaints them regarding this. which complaints number and request number is given below.
