    I have salary saving account no. with AXIS Bank. I have found that the bank have deducted the SMAB charges for my account without any intimation.It was really pity to know that such thing are happening with the customers.It is totally unlawful action from such a reputed bank.       Hi, I have a car loan from Axis bank and was promised to have the foreclosure charges removed after continuous payment for 1 year. I have a spotless history of repayments for my EMIs till date. It has been 1.5 years since I availed the loan. I visited the branch from where loan was sanctioned and according to them there's no waiver available for nil foreclosure charge. I was neither informed of it nor was the waiver sanctioned (with due diligence) even after discussing about it with the officials. I consider this as a case of fraudulent transaction with the concerned bank. Please let me know if this can be re-dressed through this forum. Ashish

        Hi, I was told while giving the credit card is there is no additional charge for using credit card in any petrol pumps, And I could see the extra charges, why this miss communication and lie was told by the Axis bank executives just for selling the credit cards. And also few very bad experience with axis bank credit card, I was not used credit card for one year and I was paid all the dues and kept the card like that, they charged me around 1000 plus rupees extra, and they are saying yearly fee has to be paid, along with that some other penalties to be paid.           while placing the ATM card in ATM machine at Gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam, the black magnet strip on the card was removed at the centre of magnet strip. The card was not read by machine. Hence, there is incovenience in my banking transaction. Pl. expedite matter immediate.

            Dear Sir, I am using Axis Bank as my saving account for around last 5 years. (earlier it was a salary account). A/C NO : [protected], NAME : ASHUTOSH DUBEY, Brach Mumbai – Khar (W) IFSC Code – UTIB0000186 On August12, 2014, 8 (eight) FRAUDULENT transaction totalling to Rs 39, 000/- done on various websites in London, by using the OLD VISA DEBIT CARD NO. 4215 7218 6000 2421. The old Card No ending with 2421 is old card and I got replacement card ending with 5136 issued on 31st May 2014. In the card replacement letter it is clearly mentioned that old card will be automatically blocked within 60 days from the issue of card or when the new card fist used by customer, whichever is earlier. (letter copy attached) In my case I used new card immediately, as well as 60 days time line also expired. (both the cards are with me only). I immediately rushed to the Andheri (East), Corporate Park, JB Nagar Branch, and blocked my all cards and requested to account debit freeze, however, by the time already Rs 39000/- gone from my saving account. So why the old card was not blocked by bank officers when new card already issed?, and how can old card can be used for fraudulent online transaction, when old debit card is also with me and registered phone no is also with me? Bank has taken the dispute form, but till now even after passing 3 days not telling at all:- How fraud done using old debit card?, who did the fraud?, How sensitive information like debit card no. expiry date, 3 digit CVV no, ATM pin hacked? what is the complaint status? when amount will be refunded to my account when it is clearly bank mistake by not blocking old card when new card already issued and being used by me new card for around last 3 months? Many people are keeping their hard earned saving in Axis bank account, and this type of irresponsible behaviors of bank officers may impact many more people, specially I read a article in Hindu news paper that similar fraud was done when Rs 29 axis bank account hacked and Rs 13 lacs withdrawn in Greece (below is news link) http://www.thehindubusinessline.com/industry-and-economy/banking/29-axis-bank-ac...                 I have applied for PPF account in Axis bank (BD Block, Sector-1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata) around10 (ten) days ago. The person who gave me the KYC application form told me that everything was ok and it would be done within max 2-3 days. The name of the concerned axis bank staff is Sandip. Even now I can not see my PPF account linked with my savings account which I properly mentioned in the KYC form and submitted all the documents asked. When I called the Axis bank customer care, they refused to provide any kind of help. This kind of bad service is not new from Axis bank, but this time they have crossed their limit. If I do not get justice from the consumer forum, I shall go for RTI Act of India.

                I am facing same issue with Electronic city AXIS Bank branch (H G PLAZA, NO.223/A KONAPPANA AGRAHARA, ELECTRONIC CITY BANGALORE - 560 100, KARNATAKA). They are worst in service.

                  Axis bank is harrasing me to the core... They even are harrasing my family and friends calling me and them over and over again... I gave money to one of their executive 2years back and they never called me in this time... But just nw out of the blues they called me n they are telling me that i have to give them 18000 which i dont have to... Not at all... And their executive also called me and also abused me several times... After that when i denied to give the money... They started calling and harrasing my friends and family... I am not sure where did they get my relatives phone numbers but they are calling and harrasing them badly... Which is not legal at all... I realy wish if there was a controlling power over them who could tell them that whatever they are doing is cimpletely illegal and unacceptable...

                    I am not being able to register my debit card no:[protected] in paypal.wheneever i try to register my card, this message blink on the screen."The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue". So i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                      My name is Raj with application ID 1872 .
                      I filed complaint with URL below before 2 days . After my loan was approved (16 days passed and not receiving the amount) as promised earlier rate of 13.99 % and 1% processing fee . These OPEN FRAUD expert AXIS Personal loan dept guys from JP Nagar branch called and told me that interest rates have been changed and DO you AGREE ( After 16 days of delay and knowing that I am in dire need of money) .

                      So you need to pay 14.75% now at gun point which will cost me 5-6, 000 more ..

                      NOTE : After this incident I came to know that same FRAUD by AXIS Bank Also happened to him 2 months back.
                      First they offer you low interest rate, then they'll make you wait and WOW... Interest rate will be hiked by 1-2 %

                      Best Looting business by AXIS BANK Fraud

                      MY OPINION - NEVER EVER GO for AXIS FRAUD LOOT Personal Loans.

                      To Axis Managers/Nodal Center Walter Richard - Do you have some shame left to revert back the rate.

                        This is email i have sent to axis bank, on which they wrote they will respond in 3 days, but it didnot happen. Later i wrote to nodal officer and some one from bank called me for update and said they are lookininto the matter. So far no concreate answer from axis bank.


                        Simply they should ask for the documents from the dsa concerned, check my signatures from their records (I am an account holder too with them) and lodge police complaint for resolution.

                        3. The letter is unsigned and looks like that it has been taken

                        4. It’s surprising that letter says that my application for

                        I never have applied for this loan to axis bank.

                        5. I have neither signed any document nor applied for loan.

                        6. In-fact, some ms exta has been calling me from [protected] if i
                        Have any requirement of the personal loan. She had shared her email id

                        7. I had updated her about my cibil trans union score and had
                        Shared a copy with her, upon thins after 3-4 days she said that she
                        Need additional documents to discuss with bank officials.

                        8. I also had explained her that i would not like to log on for
                        The loan, unless she assures me 100% for the sanction as it needlessly
                        Affects my image in the eyes of lender. To this she agreed and said
                        That she has discussed this with mr. Amit of axis bank and this is the
                        Only bank who will be able to sanction this amount.

                        9. She confirmed to me that she will discuss with the bank and
                        Will come back to me for signatures on application and documents to
                        Which i had agreed.

                        10. It’s shocking and surprising to learn that without applying for
                        A loan, it’s even declined.

                        Its therefore requested:

                        1. Please share the scan of the documents thru which you have
                        Processed and decline the loan.

                        2. Please also confirm that does axis bank accepts applications
                        From dsa/franchisee’s without any signature of self-attested documents
                        Of the clients?

                        3. Let me also check the signatures on these documents as they
                        Have been forged by some- one which needs to be investigated.

                        4. I will appreciate a detailed feedback and action taken on the
                        Same as its affecting me.

                              Incompetent staff !! Worst BANK AXIS Personal Bank FRAUD !!

                              My name is Raj, I applied for a personal loan from AXIS BANK FRAUD on 21 July'2014 and I received application ID 1872 five one 9 on 4th August (AFTER 15 days, despite having salary account in AXIS). Actually promised was 4-5 working days . STILL I have not received the loan amount ... Something seriously FISHY going on in AXIS FRAUD !!

                              The guy who collected, didn't knew the actual docs required for LOAN,

                              MY ADVICE - AXIS BANK FRAUD ALERT !! Never go for AXIS LOANS !! WORST STAFF, BANK

                              Guys involved :

                              Collected everything from me- 3 cheques, salary statement, agreement.. STILL not received any Amount from bank

                              Despite making number of calls, only give false promises.

                              Now guys are suggesting to go to bank in person and get it checked.

                              I have been following up everyday with these guys (They'll respond once in 20 times.. I'm Lucky)

                              I called customer care and every person primary call center guy, Escalation supervisor, escalation Manager (Spoke to somebody named Silverajan) - all have different views for time required to settle amount once, loan is approved.Promised to call me back - no one called me again.

                              BEWARE FRAUD !!! AXIS BANK PERSONAL LOAN FRAUD

                                Dear sir/Madam, I made a transaction through axis bank merchant gateway POS at JNTU Hyderabad (txn# 658787) towards the payment of fee regarding my Original certificate, after the payment it displayed a webpage that my transcation was approved, but it was not redirected to the college site (http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/), i have waited for long time. sometime later i reload the page and relogin into my site, then it again asked to pay the same amount, but i did the whole process again, so finally i paid 2 times instead of 1 time. so it serves my purpose only once but charge me twice. please recover my money into my account.                                     I have been harrased on the phone when i called the axis bank customer care for knowing my bank balance and followed the ivr. But when got connected to a human interface they jusat told it was incorrect department anmd guided me to the ivr again. Following this six agents i talked to just told its incorrect department and blindly transferred me to the ivr. That was a continuation for 30 minutes. Later when i talked to mr. Jitender singh(Name told by the rep) put me on hold for 6 minutes without any help and just kept on saying to transfer back to ivr again. Now for a bsimple query i spent 1 hour on the phone and believe its totally worst customer service at its best and harrasing the customer. I am really upset and require the bank authority to take necessary actions . I am really in the verge of losing my patience . Please help me in making the bank realise the importance of customer service.
