Hi Team, I opened a new NRI Account and received a start up kit about a month ago. I am facing the following issues : 1) Unable to login to internet banking. customer support asked me to reset the internet password (which never existed since its a new account) 2) Unable to use the debit card at an ATM. Customer support asked me to activate international transactions on my card (This service was activated but still the card did not work at an ATM) 3) Unable to generate a TPIN on phone since the card authentication fails based on the card details and the pin provided 4) Multiple calls to call centre and emails to email support team have been unable to resolve the issue. The face book support team informed me about a week back that someone is looking into this issue and will call me back, but i never received a call from Axis bank. I am completely frustrated with Axis bank and its support team. Please help. Regards, Unmesh

    Hi Team, I had opened my Axis Bank NRI account almost a month ago. I received a joining kit from Axis bank which had my debit card and the pin number. I tried operating this account online but it did not work. I tried using the card at an ATM to check my balance and i got a transaction declined message. I called up the bank and they asked me to reset the Internet password (which never existed). I tried to generate a TPIN on phone banking and then the card authentication failed. I faced the similar issue while trying to create a password online for first time Internet banking users. The customer care asked me to activate international transaction on my debit card and I activated that service. Even after that the card does not work online or at an ATM. Kindly help me regarding the same. The customer care and email support team is unable to fix this issue. Also if I write to the face book support team, they say that they will arrange for a call back but no one calls from their end. I am completely frustrated by this treatment of the bank.       Hi Team, This is to report that AXIS Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my numbers are on the National Do Not Call for more than around 2 to 3 years now. They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list. It is a way to reach out to all customers. I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the Axis Bank team not to call or sms the users registered on National DND. Infact, there is not need for the users to goto each bank and add thei numbers to their DND list. All that is required is to register on the National DND list as per the TRAI regulations.           I Mr.Ravi kumar taken Mortgage loan in Dec2013 and directly paying to loan number every month EMI as per the axis bank employees instructions.now bank is asking for all the months cheque bounce charges around rs5500/- even though after paying regularly EMI every month.Complained to Rajahmundry Axis bank and complained to Main branch Vijayawada who sanctioned loan amount, but no response and no reply.As customer facing problem, but no one responding.Big mistake by taking loan in axis bank.Paying EMI from Dec2013 but July2014 only got message about cheqe bounce.I got receipt that EMI paid before due date, still bank asking for extra charges.for cheq bounce, why I have to pay.My loan number is LPR[protected] AND MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com.Please do the needful for me and no bank employee informed regarding cheque bounce charges only cell message that is only this month.

              Complaint Number[protected] Account Number - [protected] Customer Id[protected] Respected Sir / Madam It is very unfortunate bad experiences i got from Axis bank. First - If minimum account limit was extended to 5000 rs - Then this information must reach to axis customers. Directly 800rs was deducted from my account without any prior information which is never considered as there was no addressing to me about increasing minimum required limit upto 5000rs. So I withdraw my all money. I decided to close Axis Bank Account. Second - So i visited to Axis Bank in Baramati for account closing. They told me procedure - About submitting ATM, Cheque book and Id proof alongwith Account Closing Form and also they told me that your account is negative -255rs something. So I deposited immediately that negative amount. And submitted that receipt of filling money. They destroyed my AXIS ATM Card and told within 3-4 days your account will be closed. I said ok. After 1 and Half month i got message saying that - "Hello A monthly service fee for 7-14 is applicable on your account upto the specified balance for your product" I want my account to be closed immediately. Now i am not going to give single penny instead you are supposed to refund me my 1000rs which i lost as you have not conveyed rise in minimum account limit upto 5000rs. -- Amitkumar Shelar [protected]

                I am sad to say that I am an Axis Bank Priority customer Following list of complaints which I have raised with Axis Bank in the last 30 days [protected]th June 2014 [protected]rd July 2014 [protected]th July 2014 [protected]th July 2014 [protected]th July 2014 [protected]th July 2014 [protected]th July 2014 My Painful Experience I submitted my application for opening my Axis Bank Priority Account at the Axis Bank Kiosk setup in our office . All the required documents and the applications for - Priortiy Bank Account - Credit Card - Demat Account was submitted to the Axis Bank Sales officer on 9th June 2014. I picked Axis Bank over HDFC Bank as I was assured that as a priority customer I will be assigned a dedicated relationship manager who will help me with my account opening formalities at Axis Bank, Vasant Kunj Branch, New Delhi and also help me get a locker at the Branch. This is when my painful experience with Axis Bank began. 1)My welcome kit did not reach me till 15 days post submitting my application.I somehow managed to live with the delay, even though I was promised that it will not take more than 5 days to receive my welcome kit. 2) I did not get my salary credited into the Axis Bank a/c on time(30th June 2014) due to some technical error on your part.I eventually got my salary credited on 1st July 2014 EoD. 3)I called up the call center requesting a call back from the relationship manager so that I can initiate a request for a locker at the branch. This is where the Vasant Kunj Bank Branch has been most evasive and dismissive of my requests. I have tried calling up my relationship manager(Ankita Negi from Vasant Kunj branch) but to no response. Even when I visited the branch I was rudely told that we can't help and you need to speak to the person who has taken your account opening application.On the contrary, each time I raised a request/complaint, the same got closed without informing me and with frivolous reasons such as- the customer was not available, the issue has been resolved, action taken etc. 4) Each time I raised a complaint I was assured of action within 24hrs/ 48hrs, but I never received any status update - neither on phone nor SMS nor through email. I fail to understand how Axis Bank monitors complaints raised by customers 5) I still don't know the status of my credit card application.. Even after such a horrific experience, I wanted to give AXIS Bank one more chance, but to my dismay I when I called up Axis Bank Credit Card Cell on 20th July 2014, asking for the status of my credit card application. I was told that they do not have any application in their database and have to start the application once again Now my genuine concerns are 1) What do I need to do in order to get my dedicated relationship manager to speak to me? 2)As I have not received any services from my dedicated relationship manager, can I treat the same as a false sales promise. 3) Why should I not lodge a consumer complaint for making false promises at the time of selling banking service 4) What has happened to my credit card application, has the my application been lost and my personal data comprised.What are your safeguards in managing customer data? 5) Does your consumer complaint process allow the complaint to be closed unilaterally without informing the complainant. Hoping for a speedy response to my questions.

                  .I had booked airindia ticket amount of 12091 on 2nd july and cancelled
                  the ticket on 4th july.So refund amount 11013 i am supposed to receive
                  in my account.I have checked with airindaa about the refund amount they
                  have confirmed about the refund but that amount is not credited to my

                    Dear Guys,

                    I have a wealth account number 11533 which is being serviced by andheri east branch . For the last 1 month promises and excuses have been given to me about the transfer of account from NRE to NRO account. My cards have been blocked without information and time line, my cheque which was supposed to be issued has never been issued and every time there are bunch of excuses by the relationship manager concerned.

                    I deserve a good relationship with bank given the number of years I have with AXIS bank and a fair treatment, the non honouring of cheques has left a very bad image of mine in the market for which I was not given any information that account will not be operational. The relationship manager is least bothered and has least concerned of communication as I might be a small account holder.

                      My name is sayed wasim i had applied for home loan but as per my expactation i dint get that loan amount as per my conversation with axis consultant mr milind from mira road branch i have streactly told him about my expaction he was also agreed for the same.
                      I have given cheque of rupees 2780 for proccesing fees still i m not getting reply for that person since 2 mounth.Pls help.

                      I have not received any communication thereafter, at present i have only sms from

                      I'm a axis bank home loan customer.

                      Few month back i wanted to transfer my home loan to Citibank due to lower interest rate. For that Citibank has asked me to provide list of documents which should be issued by Axis bank.

                      Axis bank has provided me the list of documents like, Flat sale deed, payment receipt to builder, but they have not mentioned the type of document like whether it is original or photo copy.

                      I requested axis bank officials for the same because it was holding my disbursement from Citibank. I asked officer to provide me in writing that axis bank is not able to provide me the specification like original document.

                      After 3-4 continue request, finally i visited Citibank to help me out of this situation and explained that axis bank is not able to provide me the speicifaction of orginal/copy in list of document. After that, Citibank showed me other client's list of document which was also from Axis bank where they specified original/copy against each document.

                      This is almost 6 month passed and still i'm not able to get this document from axis bank. Instead of resolve this issue they are more inteerested in holding back their business and their executives are keep calling me to pay 7500/ + tax to reduce my current interest rate.

                      I have already paid processing fees amount to citibank which is non-refundable and they have already approved my transfer. My disbursement is not done due to this kind of behaviour from axis bank.

                      I request you to look into this matter and help me to get out of this trouble.

                        I had opened one FD account ([protected]) on 04/01/2014 for 6months and 1 days. FD was supposed to mature on 5/7/2014. But due to some technical reason it could not matured on the due date. FD was set to auto closure. I got the call from local branch, they updated me that FD will mature on 9th july 2014, with the same maturity amount which was due on 7th July 2014. No extra interest will be given for the days it got delayed. Even though I had asked that person to give me the interest for the days it got delayed. But they did not consider it. In further communication with the bank they updated me for less than 7 days there is no interest rate. But my point is Money was with the bank for more than 7 days. Total time period took by the FD was 6 months and 5 days. How they can consider only less then 7 days of time. I did not make the FD for less then 7 days, where I am asking for the interest. They should count the whole time duration, when the FD was made and when finally it got matured. So this time was 6 months and 5 days.

                          I open my account in axis bank with zero balance in last year. but in last three months they will deduct my 250/- rs from my account due to minimum balance charges. Without any prior information. i call Mr RAvi Sharma (Assistant manager at Guna Branch) they suggest me to visit nearest axis bank branch and register a complain I visit sapna sangeeta (Indore) branch and register a complain. they told me bank has changed his policy and you can maintain account with 1, 00, 000/- (one lakh rupees). bank doesn't provide any information about change his policy. I can register a complain about this then after seven days they call me refund of my account can be done through head Office (MUMBAI) i can call in axis bank call center they told that you can register your request at Guna branch. I also mail in axis bank customer care regarding this issue they are also helpless. then again i talk Mr Ravi Sir, they told me that you can send me a mail. I can send mail to ravi sir and also told that they will migrate my account at 10, 000/- rs per months. but at till time i didn't get refund amount from axis bank and they regularly deduct charges from account.

                            The bank is deduction money from the account automatically without any prior information like they charge for SMS service which was deactivated by me after few months they deducted it without any prior information. They are charging for Monthly maintenance Rs.250 each month.

                              Myself Naveen Kumar, I have take personal loan from axis bank in march. Loan amout was credited on 9th and still full month's interest was taken from me. I want refund of interest of 8 days as interest should be calculated from 9th not from 1st as I received loan amount on 9th. My loan account no is PPR[protected]. plz do te needful.

                                Ms Priya Sharma from Axis Bank, Daryaganj branch, she dont know how to behave with any cutomer, she is talking so nonsence to his client, using slangs and worst language with his client and customer, My advice is to remove that girl from the company so that she can learn the things better

                                  As i had entered incorrect password more than 3 time in my debit card online access before 6 month, And its blocked, As per customer executive its working regular after 3 days, but it cant so. Please provide me online access to debit card as soon ASAP.

                                    I have applied for demat account two year back. but my demat account was not activated because my email id was not entered correctly in axis bank database. i was supposed to get a link on my personal mail id to activate demat account.but my email id was not correct so it was not activated.but after the completion f one year they have deducted annual maintenance charge from my account even though i am not using my demat account. i am not able to tyrade becase its not activated yet. i have register one complaint also but did not get any response from bank.i am trying to connect with customer care also but never got any reply.please find below detail for reference. complaint no is 9663542 email id is [protected]@gmail.com demat client id is 15757668

                                      Dear Sir/Mam This is Abhishek Tripathi From Mumbai (400 103). Sir/ Mam actually I am a a/c holder in ur Bank branch Hill road. I had register my Mobile No. with the a/c, but now I wanted to change it because I am out of country. I could not visit to Branch My Self. And where i, m in Africa there is no axis Bank. Therefore Sir/Mam If you help me to register new local Mobile No. then I will be very thankful to you. Actually already I talked to Hill road Branch Office head . He told me that he will Semd me an Aplication on which I will give my signature & mobile No. then they can register. But still they did not send the Aplication copy.                                         My decision of taking personal loan from Axis bank was biggest mistake in last few years for few reasons, 1. Axis Bank charged me for their own mistake and were threatening that if I would not pay then it might affect my civil score. 2. When ECS didn't debit my linked Axis bank account and I made payment by walking into branch then i was asked to maintain additional balance as they don't know when ECS will be effective, ahhh.. never seen such a mindless answers as were given by Sahakar Nagar Branch (Loan Collection Centre) DM Mrs. Suma P.V. My personal recommendation is that if you really care about your mental peace then Axis Bank is not the right Bank.

                                        My decision of taking personal loan from Axis bank was biggest mistake in last few years for few reasons, 1. Axis Bank charged me for their own mistake and were threatening that if I would not pay then it might affect my civil score. 2. When ECS didn't debit my linked Axis bank account and I made payment by walking into branch then i was asked to maintain additional balance as they don't know when ECS will be effective, ahhh.. never seen such a mindless answers as were given by Sahakar Nagar Branch (Loan Collection Centre) DM. My personal recommendation is that if you really care about your mental peace then Axis Bank is not the right Bank
