Dear Sir

I deposit 25000/- in Fix Deposit in axis bank receipt no [protected] . against that deposit bank provide me credit card
after 1 year I want to cancelled my fix deposit, I also purchase 14000/- shoping against credit card

when I submited my FD to bank at andheri branch , they told to go vileparle branch beacause I have to submit credit card , i visit that branch on 27/12/2010 and submit my FD with my credit card. branch officer told me, it will cancelled after 2 days , after 3 days I received a call from axis bank , they told bcoz of creadit card out standing we can not closed this fd , I told them plz cancelled first fd & in that deduct my outstanding amount , bcoz fd is cancelled for money , & I required money . he told ok he will try.

after one week on 1st january 2011 I visit bank ,for status of my fd , they told he send mail to back office ,but still not getting reply . credit card department lid on this FD, then I wait for it, after one week on 7th january 2011 I paid all outstanding of creadit card with intrest transaction id is 9514255 dt. 07/01/2011 , & submited my online payment receipt to bank , they say again 1 day required for cancellation . now after three days , they still no cancelled my FD receipt.

I was frusted b'coz of there non problem solving attitude. & delay in cancellation of my FD.

On 26.06.2010 Rs 850/- & Rs. 87.55 has been debited from my A/C . It was a salary A/C till 30st May 2010. Then I informed to change it savings A/C & I deposited Rs. 7000/- on 07.06.2010 . I confused about that how is it happened . I repeatedly visited & knocked at Durgapur branch regarding my problem but bank executives are not responding me infact I am not getting any proper solution that what I have to do?

I the undersigned is having a saving account with your Aurangabad Adalat Road, SAKAR BLDG, Kranti chowk Branch with following details.

I would like to highlight following.

1) On 15 th Nov, 2010 in morning i have applied for withdrawn Rs. 25000/- through ATM at the SAKAR BLDG, ADALAT ROAD Aurangabad AXIS BANK ATM counter.
Withdrawal was through DEBIT CARD NO. [protected] TIME: 9:37 AM.

2) The ATM teller had dispensed 49 notes of 500 denomination only i.e Rs. 24500/- as against the requested Rs. 25000/-. Means Rs. 500/- were less received physically from the ATM teller. Where as Bank statement is reflecting a total debit of Rs. 25000/-

4) I have confirmed the receipt of Rs. 500/- less by counting the received notes 3-4 times in the ATM cabin itself, After thet I have informed the ATM security personal Mr. Chavan who was on duty over their and requested to count the received notes. ATM Security personal also confirmed the receipt of Rs. 500/- less from the ATM.

I hope all this activity must have also been captured in the CCTV camera availble in ATM BOOTH.

5) The security personal suggested me to inform the same in the Bank. Based on which I have inform the same in BANK to Mr. Sharukh in the same Bank. He suggested me to give the writeen application for the same.

6) Based on the application given on 15th Nov-10, and after lots of follow up I have received a reply on 8th Dec, 2010 that the transaction was sucessfully and bank cannot refund Rs. 500/-. I am enclosing the scan copy of the letter received from your Bank.

7) However since I have actually recived Rs. 500/- less from ATM as against the debited amount I am giving a complaint over here.

8) I am making contineous follow up through e-mail on mail ID mentioned on Axis bank website. No one is responding the same.

I tried withdrawing Rs 2000 from AXIS bank ATM located at SHAPUR NAGAR, Hyderabad with TERM SPAN03023 and RECORD No. 3175. I got transaction slip showing as declined but money got deducted from my account. Please find the attachment of the scanned copy of the transaction slip. I am a SBI account holder. i am one of the credit card user of axis bank and not using it from two and half year
i had make hundred of attempt for deactivating that card but no one do that from axis bank from last two year and now interest is increasing day by day now there collection center guy are abusing me utters bad word and pressurizing to make payment on the spot now tell me whose fault is this ?

I opened a salary account with AXIS Bank Kalol (Gujrat) Branch but when I leave Gujrat after a few month they transfer my account from the category Salary to General. But in the netbanking my account category is show Salary Account.

My complaint is regarding the Charges for not maintaing AQB. Every time bank charges Rs. 750/- + service taxes. Whether if you have AQB Rs. 4999 or Rs. 1 only. But other banks like PNB, HDFC count this charges only on the rest amount of AQB. Like if you have your AQB of Rs. 3000 and bank's AQB is Rs. 5000 then the other bank count the charges only on Rs. 2000 not on Rs. 5000 like AXIS bank.

I think RBI should provide us a forum for complaining the same because after so many times contacting with the Axis Bank personal and also on phonebanks our problems are not solved.

I have do 9000/- purchasing from Rashi Jewellers on dated 02.Dec-2010 through My credit card.At the time swap the card ,transaction reflect DECLINE. but 9000/- rs debited from credit card & not credit 9000/- RS in merchant account.

With reference to above subject I have a saving account ([protected]) in axis bank vashi branch On Monday 15 November 2010 when I checked my account I found there was misused of my account by some online fraud (Vodafone recharge)
On notice in crime I inform the matter to the bank goregoan east branch and brief them unauthorised transaction which is left to loss of Rs 43000 than I request to the bank to block my account but bank officer told me to give me written complaint so immediately I submitted through faxed at 4pm at same branch.
Hence I regard to inform that the bank has not taken any action and I lost Rs 66000 as on 16 November 2010.
This is clearly irresponsibility of bank officers so therefore I request to yourself kindly arrange refund my hard earn money (Rs 66000).

Today I went to the ATM machine of AXIS Bank located at Jail Road ,New Delhi. A Security Guard of not much hieght was on duty. I was the only costomer at the ATM machine . I inserted the card in the machine and proceeded in the normal manner. Two person suddenly rushed in , I requested them to wait outside for few minutes.The Security Guard was standing outside , but he didn't stop them. The persons went outside . I proceeded for another transaction and before my account was logged out , the two persons waiting outside entered again , I requested them for 1 minute more as this was my second transaction . They started agueing. i called the Security Guard and asked him to tell them to make a que outside the ATM cabin.. The Guard instead of asking them to make the que kept quiet.you will appreciate that the tansaction at ATM machine is cruecial and confidential and if this type of discipline is maintained at the ATM machine , the customer is not safe. The date and time of my transaction is 09/12/2010 and 1947 hrs respectively.from the time provided to you , the Security guard present can be traced out as he has not disclosed his name to me.
I request you to take strict action on my complaint against the Security Guard.

I have a salary account in Axis Bank in its Mumbai Branch.This account have been opened by my Firm.Though my account has been opened in June'2010,and i have received the International Debit Card for the same alongwith my cheque book,but could not receive the PIN NO.for the same.

Due to which i am not able to use my Debit Card till date.

I have send my query to the bank,in its branch in Noida Sec-16,but could not get any positive response in this regard.I have also submitted a hand-written application in the above branch dated-03.07.10.

I had took a personal loan from axis bank and number is [protected].
I was supposed to get 1% cash every year. I finished the loan in sep2010. They did n't gave cash back and always say that is in process. Atlast they said, they missed as loan completed and now they are processing in Oct. These saying i should get from oct and till date i.e. dec i did n't receive.

To give my security cheques back also they took 90 days.

Never bank with loan department of axis bank as they screw happiness royally. They dont have process.. They dont stay on commitments. They are just ..

I have several questions here.

1. As per this mail chain, in 9th Sep mail, it was mentioned that after 30 days of loan closure i will get my security cheques and recent mail say 60 working days. My doubt is which customer representative is trying to fool me i.e. customer. Are Axis bank does not have process ?

2. In 60 days i should get 1% cash back. My loan last date is 5th Sep 2010 and my understanding is 60 days in completed already. Still you are not in a position to commit when you can deliver the same. If i dont pay EMI in time, do you ignore ???

3. When ever i call customer care, the standard practice to say with in one week, everything will be settled. Is this standard sentence trained ?

Request you to please help me with my closure things of this loan.

Finally, My loan account number is [protected] and it is a personal loan.

When i contact the branch, i was informed that loans are managed by RAC and their mail id is < PL.[protected]@axisbank.com >.
If i send mail to that id, now the response is to meet branch head. Now i am fully confused and not sure whom to contact.

Out of 4 queries below, third one is cleared as only 9340 is debited from my account as last EMI. Now i need answers only for other three and i request you all to please do the needful.

Dear Sir, I am an Axis bank customer & my name is Simon Andrew. I was harassed by the call centres of this bank repeatedly asking me to enroll my self for a creditcard as i was one of the lucky one to be selected for a Platinum CC. After rejecting the offer 4 - 5 times atlast i got fed up & asked them to come & get the form filled for CC. I was assured of the card within a month, but i received a letter saying that my application was rejected due to some reason. I neglected the letter as i was not interested in the credit card anyways. After few days again i received a letter mentioning the reason for rejection, which was, address not being verified as mentioned in the form. Where as i get all correspondance related to my account with this bank on the same address, also the letter of rejection also was send on the same address. Then there was a favor mentioned below, that they will still allot the CC to me only if i buy their Fixed deposit schemes. I understood the dirty game planned by Axis banks marketing team for selling CC & fixed deposit schemes at the same time.
I wrote innumerous letters to them asking for an explanation & atlast got a rejection letter for that too instead of answering or explanin the goo[censored]p. Inspite of warning them that i will go to their higher authorities, they least bothered & till date have not replied.
Kindly help me in exposing their bogus schemes where they dupe customers & humiliate them by inviting at first & then rejecting their application.

I am an HDFC bank customer located near MG road Bangalore, I tried withdrawing money from Axis bank ATM,located near Dunlop Bridge kolkata. unfortunately the ATM machine did not dispense the money but amount debited from my account. what i need to do ? where Should i Complain and how please help me out

I am having my salary account from 11.10.2010 in Axis Bank, R.A.Puram Branch. My account no is [protected]. I made Cash with drawl of Rs.5000/- at Axis bank ATM centre at Koyambedu, Chennai on 11.11.2010 evening 6.25pm and fount my account balance is Rs.10109/-. The next day (12.11.2010) morning when I loged into my internet banking service to make transaction I came to know that there is only Rs.310/- in my account balance.
