I have been following up with customer care several times regarading non availability of credit pard PIN by phone and by mail. The only answer they give is " PIN will be sent to Billing address by ordinary post" and whenever we call they further tells that PIN has been delivered and they se3nd mail that PIN has been sent once on 03.10.2008 and second time on 15.10.2008 but I have not received the same yet where does it go if they have sent the same to correct address. Moreover I had requested them to forward the same by registered post or by courier. But they denied that suggession saying we don't have such systems

I once again confirm you that the payment will be heldup untill I receive the same at my end. You are not suppose to levy any penal changes and I am not bound to pay such charges for non payment.

Thanx a lot for your prompt service !!!???

    I lost my pin number. I need that in urgent basis. I have been Calling the customer support for a number of times. But nobody replied and my call was kept on hold without any reply except the autometed system.

      Axis bank has issued me a credit card as i was a saving account holder of the bank from last many years and that credit card was linked with my saving account [protected] . and my credit card no. is [protected] and my card was stolen in month of december 2007 and amount stolen was of rs 2500 and i have send the dispute form to them along with copy of F.I.R and medical certificates to them on 1st jan 2008. After that continously i have doing follow up with customer care service but was not getting proper response from them . Suddenly on 22nd july i have recived a recovery letter from them if i have not deposited minimum amount of rs 871 then they will debited the amount of rs 871 from my saving account . i have locked complain for that in customer service but suddenly on 26th july they taken amount of rs 5593 from my saving account . so pls do sumthing regarding this i will be very thankful to you. And my complain no. in customer care is 256548.

      With ref. my saving a/c.I was withdrawing amount of Rs.200/- but the first time iam not receiving any amount from ATM.So that once again i was repeated the same, this time iam receiving the amount.But in my account show that you are two times credited the amount.Dated 16/08/08 and time is arround 20.00pm.So please rectified the above discripency as soon as possible.

      Dear sirs,
      I have been holding two accounts in savings bank category with your Integral Coach Factory Extension Counter under Anna Nagar East Branch of Chennai. My Account numbers are [protected] and [protected] . The former is jointly held with my wife Lalitha sriram and later with my mother Sabitha sundaram. The name of the Deputy Manager of this extension counter is Madam Kavitha and she is among others assisted in her work by kalpana besides security staff.
      Now whereas the complaintan has been maintaining sufficient and decent at all points of time and has also allowed his salary to be credited to his savings bank account cited he has been intentionally and in a biased manner denied a personal loan of rupees fifty thousand by the branch manager of annanagar east branch under which i.c.f. extn counter falls on false and flimsy grounds. The complaintant states that when he visited the adyar branch of the Axix bank to make a cheque withdrawal he was made to wait for 30 minutes on the plea that he was not a "priority customer" even though the said cash counter was empty with no client transacting and the counter staff remaining idle. Such a practice is unheard in Indian Banking system.Thirdly the complaintant shri. s.sriram states that he was fleeced by the said Deputy Manager of the Integral Coach Factory Extension Counter into signing of a metlife Insurance policy is his name when he was not in need of any such policy unduly exercising her influence as the brancg in charge. Also the said Kavitha madam has been in the habit of gosipping on the phone for greater part of her duty time than attending on her customers therby jeopardising the interests of the bank and putting the customers to harrassment. Thus she is guilty of not being absolutely being devoted to her duties. Again the complaintant states that the said kavitha madam took one application form for systematic invesment plan from the complaintant shri s.sriram with accompaniments and logged in but the said systematic investment plan never got through to the debit of my savings bank account. After enquiries for several months I me Io know that one of the acompaniments had been misplaced or lost and hence the SIP transaction fell through. This shows again the deficiency of service on her part.
      Further to the above the Branch that is to say the extension counterr is ill-managed by her and as if to rub salt to the wounds carries posters telling that Harrassment of working womenin work place offence
      Now Sir, I would like to submit that such type of posters are seen in any bank of whatsoever description. If staff your bank are only harrassed you would do well by posting Male mambers.Complaints for deriliction of duties or not being devoted to work and consequent complaints like this cannot be said to be an harrassment of women. The Axis Bank cannot take shield by employing women staff and cry wolf.
      Further to the above the said Madam kavitha imposed on me a credit card application promising a Gold Card for life free of charge and deputed her man shri saravanan to my residence and office at untimely and during business hours respectively. My credit card application number is 1573123. After a number of days I got an sms saying that my credit card application has been rejected by the bank. Sir, wish to state that I have more than rupees 2 lakhs invested with your extension counter cited and was not in need of the debit card in the first place. Neither I have taken any debit card from the said branch. Thus it would be clear that my financial standing has not been carefully analysed or credit apprised before arriving at a decision.
      Being aggrieved I would like to close down all my accounts with your branch including the recurring deposit accounts connected therewith.

      The affairs of the brancch would require thorough investigation and the Dy. Manager Kavitha and Archana removed from service or replaced by outright transfer so that the already depleting goodwill of the bank is not impaired further. My balances alongwith interest till the date of closure of all recurring and savings bank account may be sent by way of pay order by registered post of india post only and not through courier with acknowledgement due to my above address immediately failing which I would be constrained to take legal action including for deficiency in service with regard to the above branch and its officials namely kavitha madam and Archana besides Vice President Operations in-charge of the chennai at Mumbai to whom I talked to telephonically.

      The affairs of the Branch would appear to be requiring revamping

      Dear sir,

      I would like my complaints put through this web site against the services being offered by your Integral Coach Factory Extension Counter resolved expeditiously by repaying all my monies lying with you in the form of pay order drawn in my favour and payable at chennai. Posters like Harrassment of Women in work place is a criminal offence are not to be seen in any of the branches of any description of the bank and the very attitude of the Axis Bank and its Officerrs like Madam Kavitha is bullying and treating customers like underdogs. How do you explain loss of my accompaniments of the ICICI Systematic Plans (SIP) when this along with my cheque has been duly logged in.
      Regarding harrassment of women it is submitted that it is not only in working places but also elsewhere including households which are covered by Laws of the land. The Axis Bank Manager of Anna Nagar Chennai refused my loan request for Rs. fifty thousand only when my own deposits with the Bank were more than rupees two lakhs. That is to say the Anna Nagar Branch Manager failed to even hear me. This goes to show that the Axis
      Bank is established in railway premises only to serve the needs of a particular classs of clients although it professes to serve ordinarly persons say the common man by offering zero savings account. All my accompaniments to my credit card application number 1573123 mmay be arranged to be returned to me by registered post acknowledgement due. Also the said standing instructions for debit to my savings account and credit towards ICICI Mutual Fund Systematic Investment Plan which was not given effect to after the said documents were handed over to the said Deputy Manager Kavitha Madam be not given effect to now. All my accounts may be closed and request that a consolidated pay order duly crossed in my favour be sent to me to my mailing address by registered post acknowledgement due. This is without prejudice to any other action that the undersigned would take against the Axis Bank for deficiency and discrimination in service which tantamount to violation of the principle of
      equality before Law enshrined in the constitution.

      Action taken against the delinquent officers of the Integral Coach Factory Extention Counter and AnnaNagar East Branch may kindly arranged to be communicated to the undersigned besides revamping the entire concept of banking by Axis Bank

      dispite a complent agenst this on telephone I have not get any responce at your side at yet thats whay i could'nt pay my dues on my credit card.

        Dear Sirs,

        I am an savings bank account (salary account) holder of Axis bank of Bhopal Branch. My ATM card was expired on 31st August 2008 and bank has sent me new ATM card automatically. However, after passing almost two months, bank has not sent my ATM pin to use card. Bank has also blocked my internent banking facility since 45 days. I have sent several request letters to bank and their complaint forum.

        Regret that despite so many requests and reminders bank has not resolved my problem. Now, I am facing big problem in transations as I can not book my air/train ticket with internet banking and even can not with money from my ATM card while on out of station. I offten use to go on tour and ATM card is essential for me.

        I am a Sr. Executive in a MNC, Can I go for legal prosecution against bank for not provinding ATM pin and internet facility. I am always maintaining more balance in my account than required minimum balance in my account .

        Kindly advise.
        REGARDING WRONG WITHDRAWAL

        Dear Sirs,

        I am an savings bank account holder of Axis bank of S.P. Verma Road Branch at Patna. My Account number is [protected]. On 03/10/2008 at 10.00 (AM) My Son tried to withdraw Rs. 6000/- through ATM, at Ashiyana More. Raja Bazar Patna. The ATM Machine displayed that transaction being prcessed and I recieved only slip of withdrawal of Rs 6000/- but ammount did not delever by the ATM Machine. In this connection I have made a complaint with above branch. Concerned official who is dealing with ATM transaction is not paying any heed to my complaint and saying that according to him this transaction has been successfully completed. Sir despite of my repeated requests neither they are paying any response to my complaint nor they are trying to prob the matter thoroughly. Even Security Gaurd present at the ATM counter at the movement is also agreed that I did not collect any ammount from the machine and recieved only transaction slip. I have sent one witted request letters to bank on 25/10/2008 and in reply I recieved a reply from the Bank, in which they again intimated that my above transaction has been done successfully.
        Regret that despite so many requests and reminders bank has not resolved my problem.
        I am a serving as a Astt. Sub Inspector in CRPF and presently posted at Sopore, Baramulla (Jammu and Kashmir) and facing a lot of problems due to reasons explained above.
        It is agains requested to Kindly look into the matter personally and issue necessary directions to the bank to ensure necesary formalities/ necessary enquiry from Security Gaurd on duty and concerned staff of ATM transactions and restore above ammount in my account please.

          Please ensure regular dispatches of Credit Card Bills in time for TIMLEY PAYMENTS.

            In reference of my credit card application (Ref No.: 1769220), I have received a regret letter bearing the Sr. No.: 315; dated 24th February, 2009 from your end.

            At least you have sent the regret letter after verifying me twice by your local office. Since you are the issuance authority, I believe that you are having every right to decline my application. But you have mentioned that you are unable to process because of my previous credit history as provided by the credit bureau.

            For your information, I should let you know that I am having a credit card of Deutsche Bank and I am quite satisfied with their service. Not only this I am also having a home loan from ICICI bank. Till date nobody from these organization has given any allegation like you.

            Our main official banker is Axis Bank and all o[censored]s having our salary account with you. You are giving the allegation, which is damaging my reputation and at the same time, in my knowledge, I have never missed any payment deadline.

            I believe, when you are providing such allegation you are must having some proof and I want those documents so that I can take action against those organization who is defaming me.

            I am expecting a positive reply from your end within this month else I will move further.

            Another important point, Axis Bank Credit card is neither a status symbol nor providing any extra facility to me. I have applied because your telecaller has approached me and I found that since all my banking transactions are through Axis Bank, it may be helpful. But getting a credit card by making an investment, your expectation is little bit high. Other banks are there who is issuing the cards even without any monthly charges.

            Anyway in between I had sent a letter to credit bureau and they are asking for the 9 digit control number which is placed on the top right side of the credit information report starting with number "3". Please give me the number and I am waiting for your reply. Wish you all the best.

              Hi,

              I have applied for axis bank credit card in the starting of this year and by mistake i applied for gold plus card. After some days i changed my card to gold card to avoid any annual fee. Now after that i have not received the statements as a regular process, the axis bank collection division calls up for payment and on my request they send the statements. Suddenly in the month of august the amount from my previous card was again transferred second time and the complaint has been logged with them for ages and no response. On top of it i am still getting statements for both of cards which is not acceptable.

              There has to be action taken against Axis Bank for providing such a pathetic service to public.

              If anybody has mail id's of top officials of axis bank please let me know on [protected].

              Axis Bank — Double debit on electronic Transfer

              In the month of June and July2008, i made some online transfers for my credit card payments, Mobile bill wherein my acccount was debited twice but the beneficiary received only one payment. Have made complaints, sent mails to people concerned but no one reverted back. Now if by mistake they take my call, answer is will get back.                 Cheque book request

                I requested for a cheque book nearly 2 months ago. Each time I call up and enquire about it, they keep saying I will get it within the next 2 days. I applied in the first week of Septmember and have not yet received it....

                Axis Bank — cash withdrawal

                I did a transaction of 10000 on 4th october 2010, however after that transaction my account showed me the bal with deficit of 10000. When i went to the bank they said it was an sysetem error and i will get back the amount after 10 -12 working days. Can a person wait 4 such a long period of time when it is nopt out fault.
                If someone is in need of that amount then what will they do

                As i am the customer & account holder of the bank for the last 9 years. however in the month of april 2011 i have withdraw rs 4.84 lakhs from my bank account from different branch of axis bank located near to my house as my original account is at tilak nagar branch which is 15km from my house. so i withdraw the amount from malviya nagar branch but at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal branch has not informed me about such charges & on 28th may 2011 the bank has charged rs 1850/- as consolidated charges. i visit to the tilak nagar branch but their staff did not cooperate with me & refuse to reverse the chages. as the amount charged by the bank is quited hudge so kindly look into the matter

                    Axis Bank Ltd, RAC Pune, Bhandarkar raod, has been availing of courier services from BlueDart since past 4 years, courier on daily basis is being sent from Pune to bank's Mumbai office.
                    On 16/10/2008 5 boxes vide AWB no: [protected], [protected] have been sent to our Powai office. It was shocking to get a call from our Powai center stating that the boxes containing very important documents were reced torn & documents falling out of the boxes. This has happened inspite of the fact that the bank ensures to seal the boxes from all the sides.
                    Request you to kindly takeup this issue very seriously at your end.

                      I called customer care and requested for a e statement from the mth of january and still its not been sent and my request # 246863. They have taken all my confidential documents, income tax return documents but after 6months they are denying the issuing the card due to some stupid reasons.                           I have my TCS Salary account in Axis Bank, Saltlake City, BD - 20, Saltlake, Kolkata.
                          On the night of 6th Oct 2008, I found that my internet account (iConnect) has been hacked and two money transfers of Rs 25, 000 each have been done from my Savings account. I came to know about the fraud transaction through SMS alerts I received at around 11:30 PM 6th Oct 2008 and when I checked my online account around 11:55PM, I discovered that Rs 50, 000 had been transferred from my Axis Bank Saltlake City, Kolkata to accounts in Threeke and Phullanwala, Punjab to persons unknown to me.

                          I traced the beneficiary accounts from Axis Bank internet portal(iConnect), and found the following details of the fraudster's beneficiary accounts :
                          1.Account: [protected] Branch: Phullanwala, PunjabAccount Name : ROHIT SHARMA S/O BHUPINDER LAL Account Currency : INRAccount Type : SBAAccount Category : SBEZY

                          2.Account: [protected]Branch: Threeke, PunjabAccount Name : HARJIT SINGH S/O AMARJEET SINGH Account Currency : INRAccount Type : SBAAccount Category : SBEZY

                          I called up the Bank's Emergency Helpine[protected] at 1200 midnight on 6th Oct and repeatedly requested the call center official to freeze the fraud beneficiary accounts in the Punjab, but to no avail. They asked me to wait till the morning 9am, next day, for any preventive action from the bank. On 7th Oct morning, 9 am, I called up the beneficiary branches in Punjab and came to know that the tranfered funds had already been withdrawn from both the credited accounts.

                          Had there been proper night support to tackle such kind of security incidents the criminals would not have got the money, as the incident was reported with in 30 mins of occurrence.

                          The worsening situation was that I didnot receive any prompt investigation from my home branch, Salt lake city, Kolkata, due to a week long Durga puja vacation.

                          The bank offers you no emergency standby support on holidays to manage crisis like this.
                          No FIR was lodged against the criminals by the bank until 10th Oct, since the incident occurred on 6th Oct night.
                          The bank only offers emergency card blocking service outside banking hours (9 am - 5pm), and no other crisis management.

                          Over and above my home branch manager was very unsympathetic and complacent, when she said she has done enough to take investigative measures, by lodging FIR, after four long days.I donot understand, why the BANK places such unfriendly and arrogant people to customer facing positions.
                          First of all they donot protect customer's interest, and secondly, they make false claims of doing enough of it.
                          I demand to know if the IConnect internet portal is vulnerable to hacking and security threats, why is the IConnect portal being used and hundreds of customers' money is left exposed to threats of online frauds.

                          Axis bank has no right to risk people's hard earned money.AXIS bank systems doesnot ensure any online security to customers, and a favourite target for fraudsters, as is proven.

                          I definitely suspect that there are insiders in the AXISBANK, leaking out customer's security information to criminal networks.

                            I have a savings bank ac in

                            On 17th March 2009 it had balance of Rs.40, 839.00

                            But on 20th March 2009 Rs 40, 000 has been transfered to some unknown ac. without my knowledge.

                            I have already issued a cheque of Rs 36, 500 which was submitted on 23rd March 2009 and it returned due to insuffient funds.

                            The drawee informed me about this on 24th March 2009 and i contacted the my bank and i was told that there about 4 same incidents happened and bank is investigating about it. And the bank to know about it on 20th itself and they have freezed the iconnect facility.

                            But when i contacted the bank recently they are telling i am responsible for it.

                            But when the bank itself is admitting more than one incident has happened, How i am responsible for it.

                            Therefore i request you to kindly investigate the matter since it seems i lost my money.

                            Axis bank is total fraud and big thief ... I have a zero balance account with them..So did not have any balance in 3rd quarter of 2012. After I put some money in the next quarter in the account. they have Deducted nearly Rs. 4000. For not having sufficient balance for the Quarter(750) and for making transaction(30*100 + service tax). I was shocked called up the bank.. They are asking they have converted my account for zero balance account to Normal saving account. But how can bank to that without my agreement. I am very sad..

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am really upset with the behavior of the Bank Officials at the Chittranjan Park Branch of your prestigious bank.
                              I hold as savings bank Account no. [protected] with your bank.
                              I have deposited cash Rs. 25, 000/- on Friday (19-july-2008) at the East of Kailash ATM but it was not credited to my account till Tuesday (22-July-2008). There was sufficient balance in my bank to honour the cheque issued by me but I required some money on Sunday night and I withdrew Rs.4000/- thinking that the cash deposited at the ATM will be credited on time.
                              Sir but it took so long for the Atm Cell to Pass the entry that they also Blamed me of depositing Rs.1, 500/- Less in Counting and only Rs.23, 500/- could reflect in the system because they claim that I have deposited less cash. I Does not accept this Blame because I counted the notes thrice before putting them in the envelope and seal it. Sir I also object that how can you blame me of depositing Less cash in the ATM..??? If there is any Video Recording or any proof at the time of Opening the Envelope then I would like to see it. I am very Clear about my money and I need it to be in my bank now. You kindly check the matter and revert me as soon as possible.
                              Secondly Sir, During the course of all this my bank was left with a very few balance and the Cheque of Rs.2, 000/- issued to Post Master was Dishonoured by the Bank which has never happened in my life. I Never want the Cheque to be bounced but this has been done by the careless behavior of the AXIS BANK ATM CELL People. I am being Charged with Rs.394/- as the Cheque Bounce Charges and I am Being given a credit of Rs.1500/- Less in my account also.
                              Kindly let me know why is this been done to me. I think that the cheque dishonor case is not my fault and still I am charged Rs. 394/- for the cheque bounce charges, which should be reversed.
                              Finally let me tell you about the staff at your Branch I called up at the Telephone Number of the branch ( i.e[protected], 06) and a Fine Gentleman Listened to my Problem and Passed the telephone to a Lady Official She too listened to me and said that I need to talk to the ATM Cell and this has no concern with the bank and she again passed the phone to a person and I told them that I am a customer of the Axis Bank, C.R. Park Branch and not of the ATM cell so please guide me in proper way because I have lost my prestigious Rs. 1, 500+ Rs.394= Rs.1, 894/- for no fault of mine. Sir I asked for the Name of the Lady Officer who was rude to me and She refused to tell me the name, I said that I am a customer and she is a bank official who is talking to me on the behalf of the bank so she should tell me her name so that I can talk to her senior about her behaviour. she again refused and the two or three people were heard gossiping after that a man came on the line whom I told to connect me to the branch Manager and she again gave the phone to the same lady official as it was a very casual game going on, She Quietly hang up the Phone, I again Rung the same Number and and I asked her for the Procedure to Close all the accounts if this is the behavior of the Bank Officials, Sir I was Shocked to see that she was very happy to offer me the Account Closure form and the Formalities required to close the account. This annoyed me as Six of My family Members and friends have the accounts at your Branch and that too after my suggestion about the Goodwill of the Bank and nobody has faced such humiliation. I was getting frustrated as of all this and I finally a man Naming Ashish Kapoor who introduced him as Branch Manager listened to me and Assured me that he will try to help me in this case as he could understand that losing this much money was not my fault he took my Cell No. from me and assured me that he will call me in some time after analyzing the whole situation and would tell me that why has all this happen to me, But Sir my badluck that he too didn’t turned back till date.
                              Is this the way u treat your customers. This is Totally Wrong on your side that First you people dont credit the cash deposited and then the deposited cash is shown as less in amount ( i.e Rs. 25000 was deposited as Rs.23500/-) this is cheating.
                              I may Close all my accounts and will not transact with you bank in future. I have never faced such Situation in my Life which you people have done to me.
                              I Therefore request you to kindly refund me this amount and reverse the charges immediately.

                              There are lots of complaints against the services of AXIS bank. The most serious of these are that this Bank is TOTALLY UNSECURED/UNTRUSTABLE bank. I know cases where my colleagues and friends account has been accessed by some other indivudial and they have reportedly stolen money. One of my friend lost 30000 Rs from this account. One of my colleague lost 70000 Rs from this bank. I would advice people NOT to bank with AXIS
                              My account number is [protected] and also it is a rembursement account, which is normally operating by my office Siemens-VAI Metal Technologies Pvt Ltd, Saltlake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal.
                              On 11.07.2009 morning, I was search 2 to 3 ATM counter at hatibagan - Shaymbazar area, but I cant access due to major link failure at 10.30AM to 11.30AM. After all I was succed in Shaymbazar branch ATM counter, where my card access in ATM machine and ask for pin code and quantity of withdrawl ammount. But no ammount I have received from ATM machine and again massage for link failure apprear. I was try this type procude at least three times, but the result was same.

                              Again I was try to acces in Hatibagan ATM counter aat evening 7.00 PM, and I succeed. But I was surprise that Rs. 3000.00 was debit from my account at morning and obiously I was try to communicate through your 'castomer care number' so many time. But, after all whenever I feel tried due to inconvenience of your idiotic customer care number, I am sending my complain to you for your puposefully activation as soon as possible.

                                This is really hurting to me. Without my knowledge Axis had deducted the amount from my account, for my credit card. i had closed my credit before before 14 months. Now they deducting my amount from my account. No one even bank staff, customer care executives not listen to my customer queries they are repeating the words which is available on that computer. I plan to sucide also for this matter. If i die Axis bank only responible for that. This is open statement that i can give to all.

                                Dear sir,

                                I was thinking they have done this only to me. I am constantly visiting the branch at ghatkopar east for settling my credit card problem for the last 4 months without any result. The concerned officers are otherwise nice but not regarding credit card. several dates are given to me till date during last 5 months with no finalisation.

                                Many bank employees have the practice of getting the signature of the client and on the basis of trust and long association I also gave my signature only and the bank employee filled up the ecs form and put the account no which was not being operational for several months. The card managers sent auto debit to this account and charged me all the bouncing charges. When this happened once I made a written request for changing the account no. No body didi anything and next month also the same patern followed. Next month I cut the card and gave it to the officer concerned and made a clear written request to deactivate the card. I paid all the amount pending till that date. I thought things will be fine now. Now after 5 months I have received a threatening letter telling me that I have to pay an additional Rs3000/ or face all the consequances.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am Rana Majumder, one of the Axis bank personal account holder from Kolkata with the Account Number XXXXXXXXX233507. On[protected], when I've dropped to your ATM counter for some cash,

                                    there in Mini Statement I found Rs.1, 350.00 have gone from my account which I never spent myself. So, next

                                    day I searched my account online and found it slashed by AXIS BANK it self in the name of 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'.

                                    And there is no details of the charges for which I should be paying. I don't know is it my undesired contribution

                                    for for 'their' Puja Bonus. So I called up my Branch for details. Some lady pick up the phone in a single

                                    ring, I asked her about the charges and as a obvious act she cut off the line without answering me. Then I called

                                    minimum 50 times in that number and again I was amused with the result, because, maximum time it keeps

                                    ringing for someone to pick it up, but some of the calls was received but no one was answering after hearing my

                                    voice. I can understand, who wants to hear harsh words day before the puja. But can anyone tell me why I sld

                                    also be greet like this before my puja holidays. Ok at last a guy pick up the phone and called himself

                                    Vikas (real/unreal), he was in a big hurry, still I asked him, ' I've an account in your branch and today I found

                                    Rs.1, 350.00 is deducted from my account as 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'. So can you tell me what this

                                    'Charges' is or send me a detail of it through e-mail, as I've one endorsed e-mail ID with my account'. He quickly answered me he will surely mail it to me in my email ID and greet me with good bye to cut off the phone (as I told earlier, he was in big hurry). BUT NOW! I was just ASTONISHED and stopped him asking, are you people ANTAR-YAMI or what, how do you will mail me without knowing my mail ID or my account number OR at least, at least My Name. or It may be 'you' have some kind of voice recognition facility.
                                    So next, I provide him with all of my details and request him to send the detail by today only. As a smart CCO he replied he will surely do, as he know it will give him /me some instant relief.

                                    But I knew I will receive nothing by today or tomorrow. But how dare someone take off my money from my account without my consent which I put with you on trust. And I also found, its not only me. Some more of them, with whom 'they' did those DISTRUSTED thing being in a place where all people put their hard work incomes. I need Answer.

                                    n till now i didnt get any justification

                                    from our country. Its very bad to cut payment without consent or sending info to their account holders

                                    Its big problem they need to notice account holder that they are going to cut their due payment against cosoldated charges
                                    before 7 days unless account holder can be in big problem if he travel and trust on his balance in their tours . i think so many account holders facing this problem i also face same problem when i have balance in my account i received payment 6975/- and next day they cut charges and my balance is 5100 approx and then later next day they cut charges 1450/- oh its very bad think mean cutting charges amount is 3500 i got only 50% amount from this payment.

                                    I know charges of bank in india but this AXIS BANK CHARGES IS VERY HIGHER AND HIGHER AND HIGHER ONLY

                                      When ever any consumer has any query then every customer contact to customercare (phone no given by you) and consumer believe on the executive's answers. This is the procedure that every innocent consumer follows.
                                      The same process followed by me and I am in trouble. Please look at the matter
                                      MyAxis bankcredit card previous bill (19/4/08 to 20/5/08) amount of Rs 36207.44 that contains 14032.00 rs of balance transfer amount (this amount was not supposed to pay on due date). 21285.00 rs of ICICI Lombard policy (This amount was converted in EMI)
                                      Now in order to get information of bill amount I called to customer care no.and I asked that
                                      "How much amount I have to pay before my payment due date" then he replied me
                                      *"From the total amount (that was 36207.44) deduct balance transfer and EMI amount (that was 14032+21285= 35317) and rest of amount you have to pay"*
                                      I did not satisfied with this answer so a called again and that time other executive answered the same so I calculated according to instruction
                                      36207.44 (Total due amount) - 35317 (sum of balance transfer and EMIamount) = 891. So I paid 891 rs before due date.
                                      I was surprised when I saw this month bill that contain 643.46(interest) & 276 (late fees). So I am not responsible of any extra charges because I could pay more amounts but I followed the instruction given by your executive.
                                      I knew that we need to pay minimum amount specified into bill so same i told at the time of conversation with your executive then he replid that "If the total bill amount changes then minimun amount has to be changed, " then i asked that, ok tell me how much amount i have to pay then he replied that "now u need to pay 5% of 891 rs" after that i paid total amount...

                                      Plese look at this matter or suggest me where i can escalate this issue for if not satisfied with bank
