I went to your eluru branch for opening an sb account.
I was told a minimum balance of rs 10000 is needed .
I felt it as very high. Nevertheless i consented and gave all
documents needed for an account.
I went there on[protected] and requested that i need account and debit card activation at the earliest, on[protected] itself
like any even small bank where an account gets opened at once.
I was given a kit in which a debit card, passbook, blank, and a cheque book all are useless even now, that is as on[protected] @13:30 hrs.
You want to charge like 1st class flight, but your service is worse than pedestrian.
I saw the satisfaction with you is 38% only, no wonder.
Your so called management team @ eluru is horrible with
customers.

Do you care to look into ? or simply do not care and be happy to further train your branches to be even more and more worst!
