Hello, i have applied for axis bank neo credit card but still i have not received any response and when i talk to customer care that time i get same response we cannot fatch the details of application due to technical problem.

    Hi my name is rg suresh kumar, i have used credit card of axis bank from last 1 year i made my payment regularly but suddenly my financial condition has gone down i lost my job. I can't pay dues right now because i am out of money. I requested hdfc recovery agents to give me sum time if i get extra money then i will pay dues but hdfc agent calling my family & friends for payment now i am no more in social standing also all my friends family know my condition i requested not to call. My family friends and other but then to they called again again now i am no where bcoz of axis bank agents. They are calling me continuosly & torturing me.
    No one is not giving me loans & no social respect, my family & friends are not talking with me. Pls stop doing harrsment nothing left in my life now bcoz of axis bank my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Expecting positive reply from you.

And the refunded amount of Rs. 1235 has refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 1235.0 has been processed from the IRCTC. But, I didn't get my money back in my account from the bank. Even, there is no toll-free numbers or email is available to contact with c.care of Axis bank. The c.care number is provided by the axis bank, never connect.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I am maria, holding saving account in axis bank, this was my salary account, currently i am not working, but every month consolidated charges for a/c has been levied on my savings account, at present my account balance is minus balance, please confirm why this charges on my account... And also pay back the amount which you have deducted from my account, i have maintained some amount in this saving account for my expenses but it has been deducted completely and showing negative balance, please check asap and do the needful.

        I hold axis bank zero balance Account, per this service, No need to maintain minimum balance, can you confirm me, if I need to close my account, as I will not be able to maintain the balance in my savings account, as I am unemployed...

          debit card annual fees deduction

          This is regarding annual debit card charges deducted from my account.
          First deduction was on 26-Apr-19 and 2nd was on 27-May-19.
          I logged SR 51263545 and 52790110 for reversal of deduction. Today when i called customer care for status i was informed reason for deduction :
          -My account was changed to normal from priority
          -2nd deduction as bank replace my old card with new chip card on RBI guidelines in 2018.br...

          Hi,

          I received a call from axis bank regarding to upgrade a credit card, i said not interested again their called me and their forced me to upgrade. Their charge me 750 rs and their given me the offer, that if i purchase 3 item from flipkart with in 45 days any cost. So i have purchased 3 items from flipkart with in 45 days. I called to axis bank regarding coupon their said, with in 1 month you will receive upto 8 months completed, still now i did not received a coupon, when i call their are saying this month end, again i called their said already we have forwarded to your mail, i said regularly i am checking mails i did not then ok i will raised this complaint with in 4 working you will receive, again i called sir status is showing its resolved i told with out my conformation how you are closing. Ok sir i will raise this issue.

          Like this their are playing the game. I forwarded a mails, chats calls but no response. And i wasted more money to calling them for each call i am spending 50rs per call their keping on hold to connect like this.

          Recently i again i called their forwarded a coupon numers when i use it its showing zero balance in your gift card. Again i called their are repeating same. Ok i will raise this issue wait upto workingdays.

          Important thing all customer care numbers and email ids are not working.

          I am listening this word from 8 months. how much big issue is this its a long time to resolve. i spend a lot of money also while doing a calls to you each and every call i spend 50rs per call while placing on hold and beasy. simply you peoples wasted my time and money. for upgrade u have charged 750rs 400 to 500 rs i spend in flipkart and for calls i have spend 400rs refund all this amount and i don't need coupon because you peoples are unable to resolve this issue. this is my final

              Today i received from main branch for credit card verification ander he said in your card reward points was received please mom you just purchased the reward points towards online purchase or a for you this convey that into outstanding amount pay ok then i will confirm ok i need to close my credit card you just make it to the that process and he said all the process i just co-operate because i need to close my credit card but last mint i received messages then only we check my messages know i was cheated by that call that was fraud call another call from axis bank he said blocked up card but i don't know how both was fraud. Pls please check ok i can't not able to pay the full amount i can but only pay my outstanding amount of 17000 i cannot able to pay the cheated amount of 29000 because my family situation was very poor i cannot able to pay online cheat amount

                I am sorry to say that even after so many complaints these officers of AXIS BANK SEND THE CUT COPY & PASTE METHOD OF SAME REPEATED PARA OF MESSAGE WHICH FITS FOR ALL COMPLAIN HOLDERS, OTHERWISE THEY COULD SENT ME THE SOLUTIONS INSTEAD OR READING MY TWO PAGE LETTER OF COMPLAINT IN WHICH COMPLETE HAPPENINGS/ HARASSMENT FACED BY A SR CITIZEN OF 72 AGE HAS BORNE .
                ONCE AGAIN I AM GIVING DETAILS AS UNDER -

                Payment of property tax made through AXIS BANK GATE WAY :THEIR ref no : URN : 50890244 for Rs 1001 on[protected] to South Delhi Municipal Corporation against property ID no :[protected]SDMC PROPERTY TAX TRANSACTION REF Id is : 2779851 ( which was generated and written to save for future reference ) BUT NO RECEIPT GENERATED AND LAST DATE OF 30 JUNE APPROACHING –

                DEAR SIR,

                I AM REALLY SO SORRY TO BOTHER YOU HERE REGARDING MY GRIEVANCES MENTIONED UNDER ABOVE-MENTIONED SUBJECT . I HAVE SENT NUMBERLESS E MAILS AT [protected]@gmail.com but nobody bothered to reply me .EVEN AT GRIEVANCES MENTIONED IN PROPERTY TAX COLUMN, IT HAS BEEN REPORTED BUT SINCE 21st June 2019, it is showing as pending . I do not know who will take action in SMCD to solve my matter, I have sent numberless e mails to AXIS BANK AND SMCD SINCE MY RECEIPT WAS NOT GENERATED EVEN AFTER SUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS MADE BY MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD ON[protected] .

                I am really surprised that payment receipt has not been generated after successfully payment made by my Citibank credit card through your AXIS BANK GATE WAY ---bank gateway : ON[protected] EVENING TIME, AS PER DETAILS MENTIONED BELOW .

                Everything including OPT was filled up correctly and even got a message of successfully made to SMCD from Citibank credit card cell in my mobile as well as in my e mail but the receipt was not generated.

                  Today i got a call from axis bank and thought it was some kind of verification and answered it then after the call they took rs1399. When i saw a message it told that axis bank took rs1399 from my account for one assist. I tried to call the number in the message and told they have technically problem and try again. Again when i called it told me the same. I request to deactivate one assist support and want to get the refund amount of rs1399. My card ending with 5983.
                  I don't want this service and trying to request to deactivate it. I am waiting for the refund amount of rs1399

                        Hello all,

                        I've been an axis bank customer from the days o[censored]ti bank, the service has been excellent till now

                        But recently i was using the imt feature, where you can send amount to your friends based on their phone numbers and the service is not at all reliable. It has been 3 times that even when they enter all the details correctly, the amount cannot be withdrawn as the message says "sorry your transaction is cancelled", and we need to come back to the site to cancel the transaction and the amount will get credited in 4-5 days

                        But the reason we send someone money is for urgent situation, but such kind of problems doesn't help. Whats is the use of money when it is not available when it is badly needed. Axis bank need to take a look at these imt issues even today i transferred 1800 and the other person cannot withdraw the amount..

                        Thinking of switching over to another bank. Even the live chat feature is not working and if we go to the customer care helpline it cost us anywhere between 8-10 rs per call and more than 10 mins to reach the customer care personnel

                            I am a burgundy customer with account at current residence city. I wanted to open a ppf account in my permanent residence city. I went to mehdipatnam branch in hyderabad. They told me ppf account process is not at all available at their branch. It can be done at only main branch in begumpet.
                            They refused to open an account for me.
                            While my relationship manager and customer care people confirmed that ppf account can be opened at any nearest local branch.
                            Being a burgundy customer, this treatment has made me reconsider my choice of banking with axis.
                            Need action to be taken against this local branch.

                              Dear sir,
                              My self sathyanarayana borrowed loan of 3 lakh (Account no-ppr[protected] in april -2015. I was unable to pay my emi for last 8 months due to loss of my job immediately 10 months back. Even though i am suffering with financial crisis, i have paid rs[protected]More than emi-rs[protected] last 2 months.
                              Even after that axis bank executives harassing me & my family members to pay full pending amount.
                              They have visited my home & collected my relatives mobile numbers of my relatives & harassing them regularly to pay total amount, which lead me & my family disturbing in family life (Up to suicide attempt by my family members), which informed to them also. And i have also told them that i will pay my emi amount (Rs[protected] monthly in future, which they are not agreeing.
                              Even after that they are troubling me & my family through regular calls, saying that they will put me & my family in to jail.
                              In between 2 time i have asked them loan customer agreement to check percentage of interest copy which they are not providing me.
                              Please suggest what action can i take against then for mentally harassing my family & can i go with regular emi payment monthly. (I can provide proof for not having the job now)

                                    Today (27/06/2019) my mother received a call from axis bank (Maharashtra) and asked for some details like name, address of her senior citizen axis bank account. As she is not well accustomed to such customer care calls (Or in many cases victim of fraudulent calls) she easily provided with the details.in the process the executive told her that he is activating the "one assist service" for 1399 inr and did not ask for any consent or anything. The service was activated immediately and debited it from her account. This is a case of extreme fraud showcased by axis bank to aged account holders who gets trapped in such phone calls and looses their hard earned money.

                                    I do hereby suggest axis bank to immediately refund the money and deactivate the one assists service.

                                      A refund of 1345/- and 499/- rupees was successfully processed on 20th june to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my axisbank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called axis bank customer service but not get any help. My axis bank account no is [protected]

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
