unauthorised transaction on daily basis

I am having fraudulent transactions on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below from 6th may 19 onwards

I just received a message stating that your account is debited by Rs.172.98 on 19 jun 19. In the info section it's only mentioning this TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT170619/ .
I didnot even check into any hotel or some thing. i just booked my flight tickets and I already got overcharged with that due to this n that charges.
Now, after 2 days of booking my flight tickets another 173 rupees are gone.
i want to know a proper explanation...

I have not received any message from bank that this amount is deducted.

credit card cancellation and due

I was using Axis account and Credit Card since 2011. I have changed my job in 2014, then shifted to other location, but due to some reasons I didn't receive the new credit card and I've requested customer care to cancel the card via mail and got confirmation mail from that the card has been canceled, but after email confirmation also that card was active and there was .14 Paisa due in that card. deactivate one assist services

My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist services without asking my permission and without my approval they deducted money from my account.
So i contact to axis customer care and one assist customer care yoo but didn't get revert.
I want my money back.. i want refund as soon as possible.
I am totally disappointed with this one assist service totally fraud.

sir i sent money Mistakenly by wrong account number e-fund transfer amount 1lac 100000/- by 3/5/2019 same axis bank a/c number - [protected] a/c name senthilkumar (branch Tindivanam ). Immediately i said our axis bank manager he said
i Disable (lean) that account, so don't worry, no problem. i get that person contact number and address .and i call that person...

Yesterday on dated 17th June, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.5000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected].

my application was rejected and fee not refunded yet

I applied for axis Bank young bankers program 2019 and paid fee 500 rupees but they rejected my application by saying that as per their policy they can not proceed with my application as I have a relative working in the bank.
They sent me a mail that my refund will be initiated shortly, but till now I haven't got my refund and they don't even reply on email.

consolidated dp charges from my axis bank account

Axis bank is charging 'Consolidated DP charges' for my account every now and then. Even if there is 2 rupees balance, they deduct that amount also as part of the Consolidated DP charges. cash deposit machine, atm

While depositing Rs.73, 300/- through debit Card in AXIS bank ATM at Rashbehari Kolkata location, it was showing " Your money is being sorted" when suddenly the machine showed TECHNICAL ERROR and stopped.

The amount got stuck in the machine and was not credited to my account either.
