I'm a account holder in Axis Bank. Nearly 3-4 months back I had lost my ATM card. I called to helpline and blocked the card. Again from past 3 months I'm trying to apply for new Debit Card, but nobody is responding properly. Many times I've spoke with Customer helpline people but nobody helped me, now I'm unable to contact through help line. My home branch is MG Road but I'm staying @Sira, I had visited my nearest branch @Tumkur. But they are asking me to apply through online. But online service is damn worste. Due to no Debit Card I'm unable to do any transactions. I'm facing lot of problems because of this issue. It's very very poor service in helpline. Felt too bad @Axis bank customer service...Plz resolve the issue and help me out to get new Debit card.
