I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 11th july 19

I lost inr 4200 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
And i dont want this again in future.
Please let me know if you need any other information

    Rs.746.41 deducted from my account on 11th July 2019 without informing me. I was called customer care and they said it's for Dmat account charges. Bank guys only given the dmat account said it's free and i did't used that account. You jaffa guys don't say to anyone the dmat account is free. It's ridiculous and unethical banking behavior. At least you guys should inform to the customers. It's really a waste of time. I need money refund. Please take the serious actions about this and particularly for dmat accounts. While giving they didn't said any charges regarding this. I was also seen the most complaints regarding this but I don't know what you guys did for axis bank that is really shame.

        Hi,

        Myself ashok kumar, i have been using axis bnk credit card for one year. As of now there is no negtive feedback and late payment. Everymonth i am using creditcard for my business/personal purpose

        But last month i have paid total due with 4 days difference because i have hospitalized as met with accident so i am unable to pay total amount with in due date. And minimum amount i have paid with in due date. For this reason i have charged for 4600rs financial charges something.

        I agree for financial charges that you charged as per bank t&c. But i have requested for wavier of financial charges by considering as first &final mistake

        But your team not approving and i am not getting proper reason from them
        For below questions when i have asked about me, they are saying no only

        1) how my transaction with my axis bank credit card
        2) is any negative feedback on me regarding behaviour or misusage
        3) check all my payment history regarding late payments except last month

        But why they are not approving i did not understand

        Can you please kindly help me for my query help me to wavier my financial charges to continue with axis bank with positive and happy mind

            money deducted but did not reach the beneficiary

            Amount deducted : rs 4000
            Date : 07 july 2019 (Sunday) ; time : at around 3.49 pm


            Transaction was done through paytm money app via axis bank upi.
            Rs 4000 was deducted from the above account, but the beneficiary did not receive the money.

                          On my recent visit to axis bank baner branch dated 9/07/19 at around 2:00 pm i approached one teller who directed me to a table pointing his finger without even listening to what i have to say. When i went to the table and spoke to the banker she very rudely said that she is new and then yelled the same at me when i asked her to issue me a bank statement on the letterhead of the bank for official purpose and then again yelled at me to go to some other counter.

                            I took a credit card in 2007 from axis bank and at that time because of some financial issues, i couldnt pay the dues properly. But tha bank offered a settlement and i paid. My credit card limit is only 10k. After doing the settlement, no one have reached me through any means for the outstanding. At that time even cibil was not very popular. I had no knowledge of it. After 11 years when i recently checked my cibil report, there is an outstanding...

                              My savings account was wrongly debited by the axis bank. The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the details of the same clearly.

                              Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                              Your a/c 831291 is debited by rs. 3058 on 08jul19. Avbl bal: rs. 4642.76. Info: brn-card payment. Call [protected] for dispute.

                              I have paid the credit card bills before the last date. And after this rupees 3058/- deduction my credit card balance in -3058/-
                              This is not right from the bank’s end to deduct my money without notifying me.

                              I sincerely request take a strict action against the axis bank on this, so that they do not end up doing this fraudulent transaction with the poor and innocent people around.

                                  I am 74 years old senior citizen and facing harassment by axis bank credit card division

                                  This has reference to axis bank credit card no. [protected] returned to your branch on 23 october 2019, on counter no 1

                                  Enclosing herewith copy of acknowledgement for your ready reference
                                  1. Letter dated 23 october 2018 for returning the credit card to axis bank
                                  2. Letter dated 7 may 2019 regarding “harassment by axis bank credit card division, after returning the credit card no. [protected]’
                                  3. Copy of letter sent by axis bank borivali (West) branch sent to credit card department

                                  I have not used the axis bank credit since october 2018

                                  I hare by request you to do the needful for stopping the sms and bills for credit card no. [protected] which i have returned to bank in the month of october 2018

                                  I hereby request you take the appropriate action against axis bank credit card division for harassment to me

                                    I have submitted all the documents for KYC to the Axis Bank but why the hell they are deducted my amount(Rs.1158.28)...i feeling worst towards this Axis bank ...kindly resolve my issue, get back my money Asap...please do not repeat again.
