[Resolved] Axis Bank — deduction of money by tata aig | |||
On 15-dec 2018, one of the axis customer service women called me and told me about some offers and then they forwarded the call to higher officer that they will tell you more about offers. She informed me about tata aig poilcy and i told her i dont want it but then also she is forcing me to apply for it and you can cancel if you dont want. They also recorded the call. They didn't informed me about the money. Later i came to know that i have been charged 3700 rs. I told one if employee of piplyahaa indore branch but she is not helping and from 7 days i mregularly visiting branch but still my prblm isn't resolved. This is not fairs. I need my money back.
