    Hi my name is lakshmi m raikwal, my accounts was not operated for a year and got converted to saving account and there was negative balance of some rs10700 so i transferred rs11, 292 to account to clear the negative balance, and to continue the account normally. But, when i see the statement again on the same month like within 2 weeks, i was shocked to see the negative balance of 2264.10 in the account again... I don't understand what kind charges they are charging... Pls refund my amount and clear this negative statement.

        Axis bank is a fraud bank. Sorry but i have to say this because you have not refunded my amount which you debited despite transaction failure. 100 times i called up your support to report the complaint but no resolution given yet apart from fake hopes of getting my money back. You are cheats and i will make sure your crime is exposed. I will never recommend my l&t colleagues to prefer your bank. Mark my words.

Customer id is correct and password is also correct. After some attempts i got "reached maximum attempts". And again "invalid credentials" message is coming.

              Hi sir,

              Since jan-2018, i am using credit card of axis bank having number xxxx4983,
              I am regularly paying the credit card bills on timely basis against card number xxxx4983,

              But in jan-2019 i received a sms for the renewal charges of 1500 rs, against 2nd credit card issued by axis bank which i never used and having card number xxxx1621, i checked through axis bank app and blocked the card xxxx1621,

              Kindly help me to reimburse my 2nd card renewal charges and stop auto renewal. I don't need that card

              As per axis bank record, they issued two credit card and they charged for both, Now they denied to reimburse the amount, Hence i am taking fresh steps to surrender the cancel cards

                Axis bank has activated apy scheme without my knowledge during account opening. I requested the bank (Ayanavaram branch) twice to cancel the same. But there is no action taken by them for last one year. Due to this monthly my account was debited 70rs monthly. I am thinking to close my account if immediate action not taken.

                Please consider this issue with priority.

Please don't waste time by asking branch details again, it was already mentioned in my previous complaint update as aynavaram branch, also if I want to DM privately means please tell the mail id or some means by which I can text.

                  My uncle and aunt were having received their credit cards from axis bank which has not been used for long time. But still Axis bank is adding annual charges and adding interest to those cards.
                  My uncel and aunt were not that educated to look into these things as people from bank polished them to sell their credit cards.
                  Now I tried to reach customer care to get the cards close their is no way since they were asking fro registered mobile no which has been lost on aircel problem and i am very much frusted over the response on the phone customer care.

                    Today I visited Axis bank Latur Nandi stop branch for the loan inquiry. Employee in the office started asking me my banking ID and password. I told them I can't provide my account password they said 'If you don't provide password then they won't give loan'. I was not knowing my password they asked me to rest it there.
                    Employees can't even speak english and they don't even know how to operate mobile app.

                      This is in reference to my personal loan from axis bank PPR[protected] . Due to some personal circumstances i could not pay some of the emis. on 30th Nov 2018 i payed all the dues and closed my loan.

                      I paid all the dues, penality charges and cibil amount submitted in the bank

                      they promised that i would receive the noc within one month after the loan closure. since 2 weeks no one is responding my call and emails

                          Dear bankers,

                          Loan agreement number: ppr[protected]

                          With reference to the above loan agreement number, i had paid all my emi's for above loan account no and, i have some late fees & bounce charges due to bank account change,

                          I had transferred loan amount axis saving account, few months back i faced with issue with axis bank auto debit same charges from loan amount, for the reason my emi got bounced,

                          I had request many time reason for deduction but not received proper response from banker side, for the reason i missed some emi's

                          Kindly give waiver for bouncing charges & penalty charges and issue the no due certificate..

                          I have been following up with customer care mail id but not prompt reply for the reason i raised complaint

                              Message 1 at 12:35pm -
                              Hello! Your a/c no. 298095 has been debited by rs. 118 on 24jan19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                              I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                              Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                              I'm using saving account in axis bank last 2 years but now before 2 month very worst in bank because I'm working other company my salary will credit in axis account 10400. In 10/01/2019 but 12/01/2019 axis bank debited in my account 5164 + gst 891 I don't no why this charges debited my account we know all details

                                Dear sir,
                                I am facing the problem with emi 9351601. I had purchased an item on 5th november 2018 through amazon and cancelled the same immediately.in my december credit card bill the 1st emi amount was mentioned then i called and bank said to cancel the emi and i did the same. After cancellation, only interest and gst amount back other emi principal 922.57 rs didn't back and there was mentioned write - emi principal amount 10832.26 rs.in january bill again this amount is asking to pay. So the total is of original amount of 11754.83 rs. Please tell me why i will pay full amount as i cancelled the order and that money credited by amazon on 6th november 2018?

                                I am just very frustrated and try to calling you chat with you but phone is not ringing.

                                Please let me know why this happened?

                                    I was took vehicle finance in the year of 2015, through axis bank, dondaparthy, branch, visakhapatnam.2 months back it was settled and paid balance amount. After settlement head office deduct one emi rs.7800/-in my account through direct debit in my sb account [protected] sbi, akp. Branch. It is highly irregulor. So, pl. Credit the same emi in my account as early possible. The matter was already placed before the branch maneger, doindaparthy, visakhapatnam and send message to you last month. Pl. Arrange payment.                                         I am facing very bad issues regarding services from your axis bank please solve as ealry as you can otherwise i will close my account and all other customer also facing very bad issues but your staff cannot satisfy anyone as they listen that customers whose turnover is high and they do not even talk with good behaviour to me and my family sobu can solve as early as you can otherwise i am going to close this.
