Dear sir,
I am facing the problem with emi 9351601. I had purchased an item on 5th november 2018 through amazon and cancelled the same immediately.in my december credit card bill the 1st emi amount was mentioned then i called and bank said to cancel the emi and i did the same. After cancellation, only interest and gst amount back other emi principal 922.57 rs didn't back and there was mentioned write - emi principal amount 10832.26 rs.in january bill again this amount is asking to pay. So the total is of original amount of 11754.83 rs. Please tell me why i will pay full amount as i cancelled the order and that money credited by amazon on 6th november 2018?

I am just very frustrated and try to calling you chat with you but phone is not ringing.

Please let me know why this happened?

After settlement head office deduct one emi rs.7800/-in my account through direct debit in my sb account [protected] sbi, akp. Branch. It is highly irregulor. So, pl. Credit the same emi in my account as early possible. The matter was already placed before the branch maneger, doindaparthy, visakhapatnam and send message to you last month. Pl. Arrange payment.           I am facing very bad issues regarding services from your axis bank please solve as ealry as you can otherwise i will close my account and all other customer also facing very bad issues but your staff cannot satisfy anyone as they listen that customers whose turnover is high and they do not even talk with good behaviour to me and my family sobu can solve as early as you can otherwise i am going to close this.

              I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not understand totally about this service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I felt the money will be deduct every monthly wise small amounts.
              So i contacted one assist customer care couple of times in past few hours and i am here to request you to cancel this service to my account and please refund my amount of rs.1899/- which is deducted from my axis account today.
              I am totally disappointed with this one assist.

              Hi team, After I raise a complaint on this. I have web chated this same on preferred account team. They resolved this problem with in a week and they refunded my deducted money back to my account from which they deducted. Thanks for the service. They also deactivated that one assist service to my number. Thanks again, Keep helping like this to all in needful situations.

Why this is happening again and again, is Google behind all these unauthorized transactions?? How can stop this, where can I report this fraud transactions?                   I have an account in axis bank gwalior scindia marg branch, while opening the account they opened demat account also and as per their guideline amc for demat account is free for first year. I have opened my account on 09 nov 13 and given closure request for demat account in oct 14 (Within a year) but they haven't closed my account and thereafter i have not submitted any closure request. Bank has charged amc for the year 2015 and closed in april 2015 without any closure request, when i enquired about the charge and closure request they aren't giving appropriate answer and even though they are not contacting and not giving any contact number. Kindly do needful

                    Hello sir,
                    Wrong deduction from my balance dated 22/01/2019 i try to withdraw rs. 3500 from the atm
                    I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen "time out" no money is come out from the atm. But for that date rs. 15000 has been debited from my account so please refund my money in my account as soon as possible...

                      आदरणीय महोदय आपको बताना चाहूंगा मैं संदीप पाण्डेय एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हूं जिसमें मेरे साथ कई अन्य लोगी का अकांउट आपके axis bank को रेफर किया परन्तु बैंक में लगातार लापरवाही का क्रम एवम अभद्रता जारी है आपका बैंक कम मच्छी बाजार जैसे व्यवहार कर रहा विवेक द्विवेदी नामक आपका कर्मचारी लगातार अभद्रता मे लिप्त है एवम बैंक में गुट बनाकर अपने ही लोगो से उपेक्षित व्यवहार किया जा रहा मेरे साथ मेरे घर और अन्य लोगो के जो हमारे करीबी है उनके acount आपके बैंक में शामिल है आपके रीवा ब्रांच के विवेक द्विवेदी जी ने पासबुक बनाने में 20 दिन लगा दिए ऊपर से बैंक के कर्मचारी से शोषण और द्वेष भरा व्यवहार किया बैंक में मे कई बार गया पर कोई फर्क नही पड़ा आपके बैंक में आने वाले नये कर्मचारियों को गुमराह कर ये अपना कार्य निकलते है और उसके हक का श्रेय ये खुद लेते है चुकी नये कर्मचारी कुछ चीजो से अनभिज्ञ होते है तो उन्हें डरा धमका के किनारे कर दिया जाता है आपके बैंक में राजनीति की तरह गट बना कर कार्य किया जा रहा जो कि axix bank की छवी के खतरनाक साबित हो रहा आपको सूचित करना चाहूंगा रीवा बैंक मैनेजर शैलेंद्र शुक्ला जी से मिलकर इस बात को सूचित किया और उन्होंने पूर्णतः मदद की और इस तरह की समस्या भविष्य न हो इसका वायदा किया बैंक जाकर मैंने खुद गुटबाजी देखी है और अपने जुनियर कर्मचारियों से अभद्रता भी देखी है विवेक द्विवेदी जैसे लोग axix benk के लिए कार्य कम और गुट बनाकर विशेष लोगो के लिए कार्य कर रहे अभद्रता एवम बैंक को मच्छी बाजार बनाने मे विवेक द्विवेदी और इनके गुट के लोगो का पूर्ण श्रेय है रीवा बैंक मैनेजर जी व्यवहार से हम लोगो ने आपके बैंक का सम्मान किया अगर विवेक द्विवेदी एवम इनके गुट के लोगो पर सही निर्णय जल्द से जल्द नही किया गया तो बैंक के नाम से ही मुझे कुछ अलग निर्णय लेने के लिये विवश होना पड़ेगा. भविष्य मे विवेक द्विवेदी और इनके गुट के लोग axix बैंक का सम्मान कायम नही रख सकते इन पर जांच कर कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें

                          My name is r. Balaji. My axis bank account number is [protected]. I have deposited an amount of rs. 62500 in axis bank deposit machine number 0s3rh17001 through my debit card. While depositing rs. 57000 was taken by machine and rs. 5500 was came back for the reason that unfold notes.. I waited for the add cash option. But the machine was strucked and the receipt came as transaction was unsuccessful.. But the amount of rs. 57000 not credited in my account. Please take necessary action for refund of my amount to my account at the earliest..

                            I received a call from a fraudulent company today saying it's from Axis giving credit card. After some time, it asked me to share the OTP for which I did (which I should have not done). Well when I got to suspect the call, I reached customer care for the same. the customer care executive was very lenient in receiving the complaint. He said it dint lead to any fraudulent incident so he is unable to register it as a complaint. I was really amazed, how could these guys be not helpful in such cases. Even I dialled the number twice, they said it's the complaint of credit card department, you shall contact them, so they kept on transferring calls but none of them any solutions. The customer service is really pathetic and non helpful. It's really easy to be your customer.

                              I have opened my account at Diamond Harbour, WB Axis bank as prime acct on 17 Feb 18. During opening they told me your prime acct would be free of cost maint & card charge for prime acct. But with in 9 months they have cut Rs 590 for card charge and not maintaining min balance 10, 000 that's why Rs 2225+400 GST also cut from my acct. They told nothing to be refund.                               Dear Sir, I have an Instant Account with axis bank they regularly charging consolidated charge Rs.30 including tax when I have closed SMS alerts service not using physical cheque debit card.

                                Me and my husband using credit card of axis bank from last 2 year
                                But recent we have some health issue and we are so much busy from last 2 month and my card bill amt is 28500 before month and before two month i got call from axis bank they tall me your bill pending from 1 month and your payable amt is 35600 around..
                                After that i am visit in axis branch of s g highway ahmedabad.
                                They told me you need to pay first 11000 inr and after that we make reverce of your extra charges amt,,
                                Then i pay 11000 inr before two month but i m not getting any kind of money is revrce in my account now my bill is 25000 around,, so please solve my problem.
                                Otherwise i will go in the court and complaint against the bank,

                                I tried to get the IT certificate for my home loan online as well through App without any success. The App says "SUCCESS"and this has been sent on your email. However, it does not come in my email.

                                  I booked a round trip flight from delhi to mumbai (Pnr fdr5jz) from the indigo website amounting to 5, 996 inr on 8th august 2018. However the payment did not go through, as the booking was put on hold and eventually cancelled because of non-payment. The money was however deducted from my account. After the money was not refunded even by october i put forth a complaint to axis bank. I have also spoken to indigo who let me know that the mistake did not take place from their side. However my complaint has not been resolved yet and i have received no response from axis bank. I have attached relevant screenshots, please look into this. Thank you.
